Definitely 5 star dispensary. All the staff members were very humble, extremely helpful and polite. On the other note definitely feeling good after smoking a nice preroll. Great product.

Update: went to the dispensary yesterday and omggggg 10% off and a new battery and I still have my 20% to use next visit!! ❤️❤️❤️Absolutely one of my favorite shops ever to exist. Not only is the staff Amazingly friendly, helpful, and accommodating but their product is Amazing. They really do listen and during a super rough patch they protected me against a stalker. You will never find a shop better than this. They care so much about their clients. I absolutely recommend them for all your needs.

Guy inside store was super chill and patient. I walked in and looked at everything before making a purchase and he didnt make me feel weird about it. No rush. I asked for pre-roll raw papers...theres a whole wall and I should have been more specific but this guy looks into my soul, grabs a box and its EXACTLY what I needed!!! I love all the urge Smoke shops so far...they hire the best beings.

My husband goes here often and this was one of my Dads favorite stores. Staff is very down to earth and helpful. My dad used to come just to hang with them! Great spot and theyre sure to have what you need.

Super disappointed in the quality of bongs sold here. I purchased a small moderately priced ($50) bong and used it twice and it broke. After calling the location and speaking with a manager I was told they can’t do anything about it except offer me a discount and make me spend more money on something that would probably break again. I could understand if I was someone that was just beginning to use a bong or someone that had no idea how to properly use a bong, but this is super upsetting. This bong doesn’t even let me switch out the piece since it is “ suppose to be securely attached inside” and it breaking after only 2 uses. The piece that broke isn’t even something that can be handled since it is in closed in the glass. Situations like this should definitely have different procedures on how it should be handled. Not oh sorry not sure what’s broken or how it broke but you can basically come in and spend more money after you don’t trust our products.Won’t be returning to this place again. And word of advice if your looking to purchase any kind of glass don’t go here. If anything breaks and it’s clearly a directed product they will not exchange it.

The employees are awesome at all the Urge shops Ive been to. Very courteous and tentative. They answer any questions or concerns you may have and are very knowledgeable in their craft. Pretty solid selection of vape mods, e juice, papers, etc. Prices are fair, not as cheap as some other shops but thats due to the fact that they have top of the line items, where as other shops tend to have cheaply made products such as watery e juice, fake mods and thin glass. At Urge all vaping mods are official, no bootleg stuff. Their glass products are all well made with thick glass. All the E juice they carry are top shelf. Their rewards program is very beneficial. The managers are always welcoming customers and giving off a very family type of atmosphere. Very friendly environment and I recommend everyone to check it out. Good job Urge!

This place is awesome! came up to visit family and decided to stop in for some juice...very very welcoming and knowledgeable on their juices and devices.really got a grasp on my flavor pallet, and was not let down!! i will recommend 10 out of 10 friends to visit this shop with me when visiting new jersey!

My top favorite store now my ONLY stop for whatever I need for my cape cause the customer service is on point they are always friendly when you walk in they make the atmosphere very chill and welcoming. Plus they know what they are selling and the prices are great i suggest following them online for when they have sales and happy hour

Very small selection of ejuice but they are premium and good flavors. Beware of clones when buying RDAs they are chock full of clones and will recommend you buy them. Buyer beware. Friendly staff but only one member on hand so you may have to wait. Better to know what you want when you visit if you dont want to wait in line.

This place has a pretty good Variety of blunt wraps. I personally buy a fronto leaf, ditches and now king palms they have CBD, vape oils, car fresheners, grinders etc..... no parking lot but Im always lucky enough to find parking in front or across the street

Employees were high out of their minds, i get it is a smoke shop but i had some questions and they couldnt awnser any of them because they were so stoned. Besides that the store was clean and has lots of varieties of vape juice and other necessities for tobacco
