It was my first time visiting the island. My daughter loves massages, and after reading the reviews, we decided to schedule an appointment. Scheduling a last-minute appointment was so easy; they took us in within a couple of hours. Parking right in front of the building was very simple.Vivian and her staff were very warm and welcoming, they explained our options in detail. We decided on the 60-minute combination massage, basically light to medium pressure and deep tissue at needed points. After the massage, I felt like a new person; I literally had to adjust to my new body. My daughter was so happy that she wanted to schedule a future couples massage with her boyfriend. Therapists CoCo and Amy were so professional and experienced. Their hands and elbows worked magically. They were very attentive throughout the whole process and recommended points that needed deeper pressure. The pricing is very reasonable for the service, and I definitely tipped very well. They earned every bit of the 5-Star reviewI definitely plan on coming back during my next visit to the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a very professional and experienced massage experience.

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a massage this past week. All I can say is 10/10 for everything! They were so nice on the phone with booking the appointment same day, and letting us know the pricing as well. I didn’t catch the names of who did our massages, but they did an amazing job!! I got the deep tissue massage, and the tightness in my right shoulder feels like it disappeared by the end of the 60 minute massage. The masseuse who did my massage, checked throughout the massage that I was okay which I do appreciate! It was also my first time getting cupping, and I will continue to do so. I will be coming back to make future appointments here!

My husband and I came in for the first time today for a 70 minute couples massage. I have to say that Nancy gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She knew exactly where my knots and tight spots were and how to get them out. Very calming, quiet and clean environment too inside. We will definitely be coming back; highly recommend!

I booked myself a birthday massage added cupping as well and Amy had exceeded all of my expectations. (Let me add that I’m very hard to please) I felt so relaxed afterwards cancelled the rest of the day and slept the day away. Thank you Amy you were phenomenal. I will most definitely be calling to schedule another appointment very soon!!

Hidden gem! Best massage I have had in years and love the location being easy to access. Just look for the signs outside the front entrance since it’s in a dual use housing zone. Lucy was attentive to my prior injuries and applied the perfect pressure and technique. This was my wife and my second couple’s massage with them and the you can’t beat the price for the quality of the massage. I highly recommend this place if you are genuinely looking to heal your body.

I come here pretty often for massages so I figured it was time to post my review on here, since my other review on the booking site was deleted.Pros: Close by newer Ewa Beach,/Kapolei area, decent Thai style massage w/o the hassle of driving in to town. You can add cupping for an additional fee ($20) & Chinese medicine oil (think of Bio Freeze but stronger), you can receive $10 off your massage when paying cashCons: There currently is still no option or pricing for a 120-minute massage on the booking site even after a brought this to their attention. The longest option on the website to book is 90 minutes. I like getting massages here however I would appreciate more consistency & transparency about the pricing. I was told my cupping would be free because the last session was nor really dont so well (not enough pressure to be effective). I was quoted $140 + w/tax or pay $130 cash. I brought the exact cash amount so & was a custom option to tip on card so I gave $20 tip. I just hope it actually goes to my massage lady since the charge didnt specify anything on the receipt. It came to $20.94 w/tax. Not sure why I am paying tax on a tip either?? Weird...My biggest con is always having to be in the downstairs room. It isnt sound proofed enough & you can hear other guests coming in and out. I know there is an AC to help combat the noise but its still loud, distracting & takes away from the overall experience.I still dont feel like my cupping was up to par so Ill probably stop doing this service altogether. Im not sure if the cups & the device are even sanitized and disinfected before each use 🤔?Overall, I feel better I just wish they didnt use so much elbow technique. I would prefer more hand movement type of massage. The elbows are very intense & the same goes for walking on the back. I know I need strong pressure, but man you gotta pull through the pain 😮‍💨 before you experience the relief 🥲!The deep tissue massage combined with cupping therapy is very detoxing! I felt lightheaded & I am still sore, however I know I feel better in a few days 💪🏽 ! I am definitely less tense ☺️. I enjoy coming here and will definitely be back again!

Great massage after a very long flight followed by a 6am hike up to Diamond Head. It was just what I needed to help me ease into a relaxing vacation. Very Professional. And it was a close walk from Wikiki hotel.

For me, Mandy is the best. She knows what areas of my body that really needs the work and concentrates on it. I there once a month for a 90 minute massage.

Omggggee! Im so glad I found this place while looking for a place that massages and offers body scrubs! Lucy is top-notch! She did it all and was very thorough. She took her time, which showed her professionalism and attention to detail. I got the 2 hr pkg which included a deep tissue massage for 90min and a 30min body scrub. I mentioned the racks above that was used for a Thai massage, and she asked if i wanted that too, So she mixed up the massage so i got both Thai and deep tissue! II will recommend this place to all my friends and family! Mahalo and see you again.

Im giving it 4 stars because the massages are great, but my last visit left a bad taste. While paying with a credit card and holding cash for a tip, I pressed skip on the card tip screen. The provider audibly gasped, saying, Youre not leaving me a tip? Despite having the cash tip in hand, I felt insulted. I did give the cash tip, but it marred an otherwise great massage, leaving me feeling worked up, not the relaxing experience I seek in a massage place.

My wife and I both went to this establishment separately but on the same day. They were very accommodating as they were even willing to get us in on the same day we called.Both of our masseuses were excellent and very nice. They catered to our problem areas more than the rest of our body during our 1 hour, full body, deep tissue massage.Highly, highly recommend this place! They even offer couple massages, which is a huge plus if you have an anniversary or something similar upcoming.Will definitely go again, as this is one the best massages we have received in a long time!

My wife and I have been looking for a good massage spa to frequent, weve tried a few other places on the island, which were good, but not exactly what we were looking for. We found Paradise Massage and booked a two hour session, I had a deep tissue (Coco) and my wife had a Swedish (Susan) massage. Both therapists were great. The environment is relaxing, soft music in the background with waterfall noises as well. The facility is a little small, but clean and professional looking. We were offered to use the restroom upon arrival since we were going to be in there for two hours. Best massage Ive had in a long time, if not ever. I though pricing was pretty competitive, we paid $130 each for a two hour massage. Highly recommend, well be back.

Great massage. John was my masseuse and i had a combination massage and reflexology. He use just the right amount of pressure and a great massage. i am typically not a big fan of massages and this was great!!! So glad my spose had a birthday and i decided to get a massage while she got a package 1.

I have had plenty of massages, both on island and abroad, and this by far has been one of the best. They really identify places that show “stress” and deeply concentrate on those areas. The cupping option is a must and you’ll feel completely rejuvenated afterwards. They really stretch out your body and it helps with muscle tissue repairing. Go now! Make your reservation!

Made a last minute call for a deep tissue massage due to an injury. Got an appointment for 2 hours later for a 60 minute massage. Once I got there, I was greeted by Amy and put into a very comfortable room. Her technique and stretching was phenomenal. I have already recommended Paradise to two other people. Its a tad bit hard to find but Google maps is 100% correct, just trust it. The spa is in one of the townhouses on the main road. Highly, highly recommend.

We were in town visiting and came upon this little place. Its located in a lovely condo community. My sister treated me to a body scrub and deep tissue massage with hot stones. Ive been getting massages since I was a teen and this was hands-down the BEST massage Ive ever had. Skip the fancy spa if youre on vacation and make the trip here. If you live in the state I recommended being a return client. The setting was peaceful and clean and the therapists were caring and kind. She worked every muscle with care and focus. I cant say enough. Five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The best massages in Honolulu hands down! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and got a Groupon to save money and we are so glad we did! The girls were so great, we left feeling so refreshed and renewed. I get alot of massages back home in NJ/NY area and can say this was one of the best. Definitely recommend. If you’re staying in Waikiki, look out and plan around rush hour traffic. Thank you Paradise, will definitely come back again.

First time going here and had a greet experience. I’ve gotten a lot of different massages- from the monthly subscription places to the high end spa resorts and this is one of the better massage places. It was very relaxing as well as therapeutic and It was a full 60 minute massage. The place could easily be missed because it’s in an office/apartment complex. We’re glad we came here.

We ask for the combination massage and a body scrub. The ladies are wonder women 💪🏽🦸🏻‍♀️ they found the muscle knots and focused on those areas. We are 100% going back there in the future.

I get massages regularly and this has to be one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I came in with severe low back pain and left with no pain. They are amazing! My masseuse was very attentive to my point of interest and fluctuating pressure desires. Highly recommend. I only give the four stars because i called to book a massage early in the morning and the lady on the phone asked me to book online so I did for a same day massage. I arrived early and after waiting 5 mins past the appointment time I called and she told me I should’ve booked for a later time and that she’d be here in 10 minutes. Upon arrival she was friendly, professional and gave me a $10 discount. I will be back regardless of the scheduling mishap.

First timer at Paradise Massage & Spa. The waiting area was a little weird. But once you enter, the room was very nice and relaxing. I had a sore upper back the day I went in so I was really looking forward to the massage. I believe her name was Vicki who helped me. She was amazing!! I didnt mention the pain, but she knew. She mentioned how tight it was and thats when I told her how bothered I was by it. She got the knots out and I felt amazing afterwards! I also recently had a fresh lash fill and refused to place my face down. She accommodated me the best she could to make me feel comfortable. I also got cold towards the end and she grabbed me a small blanket. I will definitely be going back!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I was coming here for months tipping 7-10 bucks because massages are already expensive . Oneday I call and she said to me sorry but the girls don’t want to massage you anymore and she couldn’t answer to me as to why! She then explains that she has a lot on her plate and doesn’t know why either but the girls pick who they want to massage when they clearly don’t ! They take in walk ins . I was super friendly to the girls every time and tipped but I already knew it’s because I didn’t tip enough to their standards. I guess they want a 30 dollar tip when I can’t do that on top of a 75 dollar massage . Just so unprofessional.!!! I even came to them weekly and promoted this massage place and I just now keep sending everyone to the better options and more professional places !

Hands down the best deep tissue massage and stretch I have ever had in my entire life. I honestly dont see how this place has less than 5 stars. The price in my opinion is low for what you receive. I needed a massage but I mean Im still mind blown how incredible the massage therapist was. Finding the actual door was a tad tricky because its part of a condo complex, but definitely worth every penny. I will be using this as much as I possibly can for the month I am here!

Massage was enjoyable and the ladies did well making it feel like a clean and safe environment. I went in for a heated stone/aromatherapy experience and in 50 minutes the stones came out for maybe 5 minutes and I didnt really smell anything in particular. Its a Thai style massage, so if youre used to something else, itll be different, but I liked it.

I have no words other than this massage was absolutely amazing! The best I’ve ever had by far! She got rid of all the knots and used the bars above to really put all her weight into me and was not afraid to push the limits. She was extremely nice and the set up is beautiful and serene.

It can be sore but it definitely relieves a lot of my work related shoulder and upper back issues. I like that they stay open late because its perfect for my work schedule.

So I am super irritated. We booked an appointment a day in advance. Somehow I must have missed that there were two massage businesses that have the exact same name. I messaged, and spoke on the phone at least 4 times before the appointment, never once did they say or reiterate that they were t the spa closest to Waikiki. I accept that I should have looked a little harder, but I’m not from here. If this is something that happens, the. Maybe its the responsibility of the business to reiterate that there are two locations and which one they are and how long it approximately takes to get there from the main tourist area. They’re answer was to let it completely in my lap, as if I a person who doesn’t live here us completely at fault. Anyway that’s it, this ruined the last day I have here. So I won’t be recommending them, based Perl my in communication and their lack of desire to take responsibility for their lack of communication.

My daughter & her boyfriend scheduled a couples massage and they loved the service. They both had the sweedish massage and came out feeling rejuvenated. The facility was super clean and had a pleasant aroma. It was the first time using their services and will definitely recommend them.

Uncomfortable and borderline painful. Had to ask multiple times to go softer. Booked a swedish massage and got a waay too deep tissue one instead. Towards the end, something was put on my skin that smelled waaay too strong and got in my eye and made it burn (witch hazel?). Will not be returning.

Wow! We did not know what to expect from this place as first time visitors but we were pleasantly surprised. Amazing service and the prices are worth coming back for. I have been to many spas for massages and this was not a good experience at all! I was looking for a place close to home instead of driving to town weekly. I decided to give this place a second chance so I booked 2 massages. Neither girl introduced herself-I had to ask her name at the end of my session. I never filled out paperwork with my medical history nor did anyone ask. I had several surgeries and I am on disability. I specifically requested Vivian and was given a different lady. This was very upsetting! I should have left at that point! When I arrived on Monday for an 11AM massage the open sign was off and nobody was there. Vivian answered through her Ring doorbell remotely and said she would be there in 5 minutes. She said she was very tired from the weekend and apologized (unprofessional). She said she had the wrong ph# for me. I confirmed it on Feb.27 when she wrote it down in her notebook(unorganized). She also forgot the amount she promised me. When I arrived on February 27 I said I was paying cash and not Groupon! Vivian did not remember that and kept asking for my Groupon # on 2/27 and again on 3/01. Both girls attempted to place me in a backwards rainbow( She held my wrist with her hands and touched my feet leaning backwards). Well, I am flexible, but I am not in the Olympics! I started having left buttock pain that radiates down my leg to my toes immediately after my first massage on February 27, 2021 with Hope and it is still there. It is bad enough, I went for an MRI yesterday. The front part of my left leg and all my toes are numb when I walk and I can feel a knot in my left butt cheek which is tender to touch. I will soon find out what damage was done. FYI, they give you $5 off a massage if you leave a good review! No thanks! I will continue to drive to Cathy @ Herbox Spa! She is the best!

Massage was top notch. I requested for sports deep tissue and let me tell you it was very deep. During my session I was asked if Im fine and that the pressure is good, and everytime I responded with a yes. If there is a root beyond the knot, they will get it. Im thankful for the 50min of consistent strong massage. Let them know where your pain is and they will relieve you. I will be back. Thanks ladies

I found this place on Groupon. It was super easy to schedule an appt right away. The ladies were professional and gave an intense deep tissue massage and worked hard on tension and headache areas to address my headaches issue. Only con is the location not being super close to where I live. Note that GPS seemed to get confused so maybe call for directions. This business is in a condo community. Ill definitely go back for a another massage.

I went in for a 70 minut massage . Custom rub with foot massage and hot stone.. The lady stayed on my back for 50 minutes ignored the rest of me for that time. Spend 30 seconds on my neck. Spend 2 minutes on each arm and put oil on my feet no massage. I work up the next day in pain with my back. All she did with the stones is rub then quickly on my back. Will not be going there again. I said I want my legs and arms and back done. I told them I had alot of toxins in my body from chemotherapy not what they told me they would do

I was very sore from swimming, hiking, playing football on the beach, etc. I had a tendinitis issue with my left ankle and Achilles.Hope worked it all out very professionally with pressure and stretches that left me walking out of Paradise Massage & Spa with no pain, tendinitis or muscle-wise.I highly recommend Hope and Paradise for anyone with aches and pains from over exertion, or if you just need to relax.
