Would rate 0 if I could, staff was very rude and refused to help with what we were looking for, just stated “we don’t carry what you want”. How do you know without even talking to us? Oh well, went to Hawaii Cheapest Vape Shop and bought lots of stuff from them ☺️

The shop has quite a few different brands and flavors. The staff is helpful and will help by describing the flavors, tartness, sweet or whichever combination has been created.They also have a points program and military discount available. Overall a very good shop, clean and friendly. Would recommend to friends or family.

This location is almost always the shop I go to. I love the customer service. The employees are always ready, available, and friendly. I go there maybe way more than I should and not once, have I had a problem with getting what I need. Thank you guys for the great service!!!!!

These guys have been clutch throughout the pandemic. Even if something wrong gets shipped they quickly correct it and even pay for return postage if erroneous items. Their staff is great too, especially JT! Keep up the great work

Site is clean and simple to use, but theres no way to cancel an order once its placed (it seems). I wasnt able to use their 15% off code and wanted to cancel the order and reorder with the code, but no luck. Oh well, next time. Overall the experience was simple and quick enough with minimal intrusions.

I always call ahead of time to double check and make sure they have what Im looking for. Not once have they not picked up the phone. And their people skills are super friendly. I go here atleast twice a month.

This has always been my go to vapor shop since moving to the island! Decently priced products especially for what you get! I highly recommend checking them out! They’re always SO welcoming and help me everytime. This time I ordered online only because of restrictions going on! Love this place!

They have a great selection however, the staff seemed to be in a hurry and were not very friendly at all. They cut you at mid sentences and when you ask for suggestions, they will give you 1.

The person working was very helpful and very nice. The only problem I had was that the battery component for my sol pods says on the packaging “1$ with the purchase of 2 packs of pods” but she was told only new buyers can get that deal. If the packaging says something like that you can’t change the deal. It’s called false advertising.

Great place. I didnt understand how to vape but the staff was extremely helpful. They explained how to use, clean, and how to maintain my equipment. The price was very, very reasonable. Reward points are easy to accumulate. I would highly recommend this shop.

Volcano store was overall very nice and the employees are very much helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to take a lot of time to help me understand step by step my product. The employees are very nice and they make me want to come back. Im happy I went.

Just walked out of this location disappointed. I have purchased all my e-cig juice and accessories from this company for years, a true loyal customer. About a month ago I upgraded to a nicer tank. The thing was that the tank was defective, always leaking. when I went in today the guy made me feel like I was an idiot who does not know how to use their products.My friend had a bad experience here too, but I thought it was her being sensitive, after my visit today I now know she was right when she told me to take my business some where else. Considering you pay a premium for volcano products you would also think that good customer service is part of the deal.Do your self a favor and avoid this location! Spend your money some where else!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful and each location I’ve been to. Even with covid going on staff still has time and patience for customers questions.

Customer service from the original workers are amazing! They remember me, probably because I’m the only one that buys my vapes in bulks LOL. But excellent services!! Keep it up!!!

Did some calling to my nearest/ convenience location to find out about my 0mg no nicotine flavored eliquid and the only place that had that was Ewa Beach.Employee- named Arnel helped me and was very thorough about info on which e-liquids would befit my needs. As usual, I am very satisfied with my experience at a Volcano shop. The Sales Associates are uniformly knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, and helpful. I look forward to my next visit.

Just moved to the island 3 days ago and am in quarantine for the next 11 days. I called the local store at 64 kukui st, Wahiawa. I believe the gentleman I spoke to was named Josh. I explained my situation, and what my previous experiences were with my previous vape (I couldnt travel with it). He was very helpful, especially in picking out juice that is close to what I use to buy in Baltimore MD. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

I have the best experience everytime I shop at Volcano Vape Shop. The workers there always greet me even if there helping other customers. They go out of there way of making sure I got everything I need. I shop there very often and have a very good relationship with your workers. I wasted my time today with a two puff bar. I told the manager taste burn. He then let me exchange it and try it. Taste tge3 same by the 3rd time i ask him just exchange with a different one. He said can not. As i was driving home i read the exchange policy. I went back to show him that, at first he said cannot but i insisted that it says on the reciept. He finally give in. As a manager use a good judgment to fullfill customers needs so that can be easy fix not to waste more time........

I was always nervous to go to a vape shop because I thought I was gonna be looked at weird because I didn’t know what I was talking about. As I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. They were super informative and customer service was very good.

Processed & delivered my electronic order through the mail quickly & at a competitive cost. Their name brand eliquid is the best experienced by me, free of any weird smell besides what was ordered.

This is the only vape shop I trust to have exactly what I need every time I visit. I love the staff and the overall vibe in the shop. Always a pleasant experience and all of the employees know their stuff!

Weird experience here.... 3 of us walked in (all in our 50s) to buy a vape pen and accessories. They asked us for id, my GF did not have any id with her so she left. Dude behind the counter said we could not buy anything with out her id? Even tho she left. I was frustrated & left too. As i was leaving the manager came over to us to make amends. I left but my pal stayed an made a purchase..... i can see why this place has so many bad reviews!

Customer service is always on point. They keep the workplace clean. Deducted one star for the price; while the quality is good, the price of juice is more expensive than competitors.

Terrible experience!! Ive bought from volcano for years and to be told theres nothing they can do is really disappointing. I went in to get a different mod. I told the sales associate I wanted one that was compatible with my tank. He tells me this one would be compatible I just needed to change out my coils/atomizer which I did when I got home. After changing out it still does not work. An error message appears on the screen and does not fire up. I go back wanting to exchange it for one that IS compatible and he tells me he cant cause it works with his tank. He then tells me I need to upgrade my tank. At this point im just beside myself. First of all I asked for one that was compatible with my tank now you tell me I have to upgrade to a newer tank. I left upset but will call corp. office to get some sort of resolution.

Michael is amazingly helpful and always willing to assist with any small problem. Knowledgeable, smart and sweet! I keep coming back because of him.

The people that work there are great. I asked them to hold a box mod and tank for me. I took a little longer than I thought to get there, but it was waiting for me when I got there. (◔‿◔)

I was sold a bottle of juice that was defective from the factory, when attempting to fill the entire cap blew off causing over half the bottle to spill into my mod and all over place. I went back in and described what happened, I was told there is nothing they can do about it. A complete waste of my time and money; and obviously a company that does not stand behind their products. With the amount of competition in the market who will stand behind their products, I would highly recommend going elsewhere for all your vaping needs.

Staff at all Volcano vape shops, especially Ewa, super helpful, don’t treat you like an idiot if you are not a pro or are new, highly recommended STAFF, prices compared to on-line are redic. Do your homework folks. 38 dollar Liquid in store, regularly $9.99 on-line, minimal ship. 🤙🏼

For as long as Ive been vaping, Volcano employees have never been rude or unhelpful. Its great to know that theyre all over the place because I seem to always forget my vape juice at home. (Lol) Keep up the great business and I hope Hawaii State doesnt ban flavored vape juices. Im moving to Vegas, and its too bad you guys cant open up a store in Summerlin (hint hint)

Volcano is pretty convenient and have a big selection of juices. The prices are horrible for juices and coils. Save money and shop online if you can wait a few days for a shipment.

After weeks of being shut down I was excited to get there to make my purchases today I made sure I bought enough juice to last last me a while just in case our governor goes crazy again and decides to close things up because we all know he can’t remember what he said on national TV but I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to use any of my points because the system wasn’t working but the boys there tried their best I was the first in line and I felt like I was holding up the line because of the system hopefully they figured it out or the customers behind me I guess I’ll just have to bang my points for another time

Volcano Vape shop may be convenient for Ewa Beach residents but theyre very expensive and Ive had ran into problems with thier customer service and overcharging me and claiming they didnt although I showed them my bank activity and that they charged me twice.
