Being in Caldwell, we have ton of shops I could go to for my needs. They even have less expensive items, not by much. This shop is beyond excellent. Their staff is so kind and helpful to the point I add a few minutes to my schedule before entering just so I can chat with the staff. Santiago is incredible. A lovely employee with a great sense of humor, always outgoing and ready to greet you. I dont even have to give the staff my number for my discount code. Nick is extremely knowledgeable of ALL products and items. Katie is a doll, always super bubbly and positive. Even the owner has always been so lovely.Regardless of whatever smoke shop claims to have a better deal, this and that...this shop is always spotlessly clean, floors gleaming smelling of incense and feeling of comfort. Amazing selection. Staff has actually ordered items for me when running low. I purchase my Kratom shots here and their discount system for their members is very beneficial.I wouldnt waste my time ever going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in the door, to the time inside till you leave, it is always the very most pleasant experience.HIGHLY recommended.Incredible deal on the OPMS Kratom shots.Clean, organized, happy environment.Staff is knowledgeable, kind, funny, sweet, outgoing, helpful and positive vibes flow through the store.It is absolutely worth the drive, rather than a closer shop which is dull, poor staffing and similar pricing.Best smoke shop I have ever had the pleasure of considering my main and only location.

This place is awesome! Everything you need and great customer service. I was helped by a cpl of people and they were all helpful. I mostly see Frank, he is very knowledgeable and helped me w all my questions. Great store and great people working.

This shop is very open, has good window light, it also just nice and clean. The selection of glass is okay, it can be really expensive for some really nice pieces or somewhat affordable for something you are just ok with. The guy that we interacted with was super nice, chatty and had no problem letting me handle so much. I always feel so bad about that! Ultimately, i did settle with something and i love it. Thank you!

Man’s charged me $8.53 for 2 packs of raw papers that aren’t supposed to be sold in the U.S 🤦🏾‍♂️ shame on you and you’re price gauging for fakes ? Bank is going refund me my Pennie’s and I’m Def reporting you to josh from Raw

Visited this location today. Excellent store layout with big inventory. The salesman at the counter could not be any more helpful and knowledgeable! Give this man a raise and promotion! Good help is hard to find and if you find some ... make sure they are happy!

This place has terrible customer service... feel like Im bothering the guy to want to be educated on vapes and CBD.Wont go back and do not recommend it. Also overpriced.

Went in to get a medium 19 7mm second generation illadelph beaker. The guy told me the piece i bought was all of those things. While i could tell it wasnt second generation, the measurables are harder to eyeball. Since he worked there i figured he would be knowledgeable about what hes selling to me but i was very wrong. This guy lied about every aspect of the piece he sold me and then after measuring the pipe i realized it was a short 17 5mm piece. I would not have bought it if i had known this and i had not used it at all and he said he would not compensate me in any way and that i should have made him get out a tape measure instead of believing him. I then asked for the contact info for the owner and got no response from the owner. Do not go here!

There were three guys behind the counter without masks and the music was so loud I had to shout over the two people who were behind the counter who I dont even think were working there, given the store usually only has one employee at a time.

Great prices and selections! Best shop for many miles. Cigars, hemp candy, tobacco, and great selection of glass wear. This place has it all!!! Rad and Anthony sold me on juul pods so much appreciated.

Called to explain I will be there about 5 minutes before they closed at 10. guy on the phone said I better hurry cause he locks the door 5 minutes early. I explained thats when I will get there. to bad for me I guess what a joke.

Store is nice but the customer service was horrible. The young man acted like he didnt want to help me. I wanted a coil changed and some juice. So I decided to take my business elsewhere.
