Used to support this place, until the only employee i enjoyed speaking too was let go, now i would recommend any other smokeshop around Fairport other then this one. seems like everyone who currently works there has an attitude, might need a management change.

Great friendly service, tons of parking right in the village of fairport. Awesome responsiveness from one of the managers on Facebook which is really helpful. Rewards points program, I will be coming back here 100%!

We were looking for our new go-to shop after recently moving to this area. We found this site first, and didn’t have to look any further, they have a huge selection, amazing service and fair pricing.Christopher was absolutely terrific , well versed on every piece in the shop. Great selection of locally blown glass pipes, full selection of cigars from your cheap daily smokes to high end and everything in between. They also have a great selection of subohm as well as the latest pod style vaporizers. Was surprised to see CBD in pretty much every form including well know brands. Very knowledgeable staff. I would highly suggest checking them out.

Out of Hyde and asked for another suggestion. Gave me a “citrus” flavor one for $10 bucks. The cart was bad and very very burnt. Asked for refund or exchange right away and told me to kick rocks. Done going here.

Great spot for dabrigs, bongs and vapes! Lots and lots of gear to choose from, also all the necessities like papers, butane for lighters/torchs, quartz bangers and a bunch of nice cigars and pipe tobaccos. Save the trip downtown/city and check these guys out!!

Great little spot to get your vaping juices and devices. The customer service is 2nd to none, they know their products very well, any questions I had were answered with out issue. Would recommend this spot to anyone who needs vaping products wether it be a device or the juice, the variety is just great.
