They shouldnt let just anyone open a massage place. Because this was worst massage i have gotten. All the reviews are either fake or they jave some kind of a fantasy. They dont ask whats bothering you so they can work on the problem areas. The room is cold . all they do is put a bed sheet over you and just rub you down through the bed sheet very weakly. She kind of redeemed her self when she used lotion the last 10 mins but she wasted 45 mins “dry massaging”. And they take the money up front. 70$. Then ask for a tip after.

I have been a client for the last year. Jessica, Umi and the Team are wonderful. They have very convenient hours for working professionals. The ambience, soothing music and vibe is very relaxing.

Jessica is the best massage therapist that I have ever known - a true healer! I have been going to the Healing Day Spa for about 6 months. I am an older woman and had pain in several places. I couldnt even walk right! Jessics puts so much into her massages. Gradually - Jessica made all the pain all go away with her healing hands. Now I just go for a tune up. My overall health has improved so much. Plus - Jessica can usually schedule me right away - sometimes the same day! I am so appreciative!

Best massage! If you want a true deep tissue massage, this is the place! My husband and I will be back!

I highly recommend Healing Day Spa, and specifically, Jessica.I have been a regular client of Jessica for massage therapy for some months now. Her work is always excellent—after every appointment with her, I feel limbered up and relaxed.Jessica’s initial training in massage therapy was in her native country, and she pursued further training here for earning her LMT credentials, so she has a broader background than many.(I understand that a new LMT provider has recently started at Healing Day Spa, but I have no experience with that person.)

This is one of the massage therapist in the Rochester area. It has helped my and hip surgeries tremendously. Very professional with stretching and helping me stay mobile at my age. Clean and heated tables.
