Monicas Spa Queen NY Affordable Nail Salon and Best Massages & Holistic Treatment Spa

Took my mom to do her nails so she can relax and have a very nice moment ..since shes always working 💪Made the appointment when they opened and they told me the availabilities .at the end they made my mom feel left out ..I wouldnt mind if they have told me they are fully booked. I couldve just look for better places ..I respect people who take time and effort . no wonder it took minutes to to do all the manicure and powder dipping process .... btw this job lasted only days

I went here because i needed my nails done quick but going here was a huge mistake. I got acrlyics and it turned out so blotchy and bulky and thick and i wanted a cute flower design but i cant even tell what the finished product was and on top of that it costed me 100 bucks just for me to take it off an hour later idk if i was taken advantage of cause i was a bit younger but i absolutely hated it and im still trying to get the full acrylics off the staff seemed nice though but i wasted 2 and a half hours on nails i hated.

Listen : I know nails are experience but 85$?! For me to be Dayanara’s lab rat is not okay ! I got there at 3:58 pm and she was done at 645pm . I never had a simple nail take this long she messed up so much they look ugly for the amount she took I want to cry . I would’ve gotten a Russian extension . Pedicure is ok ! Decent but the hands I wanted to cry man . Taking to many phone calls . It was not ok . For the work it looks like should’ve been 40-50 max .

Did a gel manicure pedicure with Clarita & she did an amazing job. Ill definitely be coming back!

The worst nail salon ever. I needed to get my nails done last min. It took two hours to get them done. After she applied the gel color it started looking bulky. And when I felt the nail it was really bumpy. She filed my nails down so much I can’t take them off with acetone either. It took for hours to get them off. The lady ruined my nails. DESPITE ALL THAT she charged me 85 for these garbage nails. I wanna give them a 0 star. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.

IT TOOK 2 hours to get this done.Rude and disrespectful.I vocalized my concern to the individual paid for my services and tipped. 40 dollars for nails 10 dollars for tip.Owner was listening and didn’t even intervene AND SHE DIPPED.Came back because I was so disgusted with my nails and asked for a refund or soak off and keep my money. They said they were closing.The two individuals turned the light off and acted as if they were going to pull the gates down.I respect people who take time and effort especially when it comes to labor like this. But THIS BUSINESS IS A PLACE THAT IS NOT EVEN WORTH COMING TO. I came due to reviews.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. My nails look like I have blotchy blue nails.The audacity to even ask what’s wrong with it and telling it looks fine.Don’t ever cheat on your nail tech even if your desperate to get you nails done to come here.TO MONICA FYI YOUR TRINIDADIAN FRIEND ASKED YOU IF YOUR NEW MACHINE IN THE BACK WAS A SCAM SO……PSA WATCH FOR WHATEVER SERVICES SHE ADVERTISES!!!

Great costumer service! You feel amazing after a visit.Monica goes out of her way making sure you are well taken care off and will treat you like royalty. Highly recommended!

Staff is friendly and welcoming. They do a nice and thorough job with their pedicures and gel manicures. Monica and Vanessa’s lymphatic and weight loss massages are highly recommended. When coupled with healthy eating and moderate exercise you will see your body’s shape changing and your skin have a tighter appearance. They’re the absolute best!

The staff and Monica are amazing and kind people. It is a cozy and clean place, the service is perfect. I had a facial which I highly recommend as they are very knowledgeable and professional people. A wonderful and relaxing experience. A place to which I will surely return!

I have been going to Monica Spa and Nails for years and have always had amazing service!!!! I have had manis/pedis/facials/contouring massages, you name it and it is always A+ service. I have sent so many friends and family members here. Go for a mani/pedi and then stay for a facial and massage. Monica and her staff are consummate professionals, so lucky to have them close by!

I had frequened this location in the past and decided to try them again. The lady who did the pedicure was nice but the manicure one had a major attitude (Im being tortured face). Im unclear as to why, but the look of pain was clear. Since the service was not personable, I will gladly go to Austin street where people want the business.

Monica is so loving , it’s a wonderful place to do your body care . I recommended the staff there is so friendly and efficient. I love getting my facial and massage there ❤️❤️🥰
