I come here all the time.Theyre always good. I read some reviews, they must not realize... $45 for 1hr is extremely cheap, no one seems to understand how business works....Even if you tip $15, thats 1hr massage, thats an extremely low tip. Other massage parlors charge over $100 for 1hr and youd have to tip them about $20 (massage envy).I know, i went to many places.It is a bit difficult that the masseuse doesnt understand much English but, you obviously came there for a reason, low price? You get what you pay for?I can only imagine some of the dirty and disgusting people that these masseuse have to deal with, they even made signs for people not to touch the ladies inappropriately... imagine dealing with that for the $15 tip. Lol 🤣

This place is great! Don’t let the other people fool you with the tipping. These masseuse’s work very hard. As we all do in a service that requires using your body. How could you not leave a tip for someone who works so hard just as much as you do? Wouldn’t you like some compensation or recognition? Don’t be cheap. This place is great for the price, clean and respectable.

Services are great, but the attitude for the Front Desk Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional and unbelievable.Ive been here before and I got several things. They never mentioned this when I made the appointment, but there is a $15 minimum tip required by hour. (My total service was 3 hours) So I wasnt aware the first time but I obliged because the services were great.I then called today to confirm that is still the required minimum amount (with inflation and all) and the lady who answers has the audacity to say why you ask me if you know? you like, you give more, whatever and laughed. She was also giving me an attitude when I asked for the pricing of their facial.This is not only extremely rude but also unprofessional. They are already causing an inconvenience to people by having a MANDATORY tip they dont disclose until AFTER your service where they point to a sign.I was genuinely considering coming back today, but after that HORRIBLE phone call, Ill just take my business somewhere they actually care for their clients and have a lick of costumer service skills.

This place is a scam…. I was with my husband at the time. Long story short the lady at the front said she’s the owner and we must pay the tip $15 each that would make our total about $120. I asked her if someone comes here every other week like me and husband and some of friends why would we have to pay that tip every time? If you really think about it how much do you guys think they are charging you? The actual price of the massage is $45+$15. When we called in to asked for the price the front desk lady said it’s $45 each and didn’t say a word about a tip. Guys it’s not about the money, I think these massage parlors really be harassing people and using cheap tricks to make money off a hardworking people. Such a cheap thing to do Asians are known for these things lately. Such a shame on you people.

The massages are good, prices are fair but their tipping policy is hiway robbery. Today my friend and I visited. Our combined total was $210. When I gave a $45 tip, the receptionist pointed me to the sign that states there is minimum tip of $15 for 1 hr. Long story short we left tipping them $65. Tipping is optional and I dont like the tactics they use to swindle money out of paying customers. I paid for the service. Tipping is my personal choice.

Avoid this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional.I made an appointment for 90 minute full body massage at 4pm. When I got there, the front desk woman told me that my masseuse is available only for 60 minutes. I told her I made an appointment for 90 minutes. She rolled her eyes and said that she told me over the phone that my masseuse was available only until 5pm which she never did.I decided to get massage for 60 minutes anyway since I really needed it. I went into the massage room, the sheet and the pillow on the bed where I put my face down were wet. I told the masseuse about it and she put some paper towels on them. I told her that would not work since they’re very wet and asked politely to change them. Two more masseuse came, none of them spoke English, and all I heard was “No”.I decided to leave and let the front desk woman know why I’m leaving, and she yelled at me “Ok bye”.Everything that happened at M beauty spa today was absolutely unacceptable. I will never go back.

Ok, so hear me out... This place is not at all fancy, but theyre really nice, and if youre looking to get a few kinks massaged out after a long day of work, or perhaps after a good gym workout, this is a great place. They have private rooms, but also have couples massage rooms available as well. Insanely good price for a 1 hour session. Cash only.

I really love the affordable massages here, not the most fancy but clean and Ive had some amazing massages here. Be specific about what areas you need more attention to and your level of pressure, and you should be good!

I am literally in pain after this. I’ve gotten several massages from other establishments before, and I often request heavy pressure because my muscles tense up horribly, so I know that you can sometimes be sore after a deep tissue massage. This lady doesn’t massage muscles though, she massages YOUR BONES. For the first time in my life I had to ask for less pressure because it was extremely painful. There was zero technique, it was basically just her elbow rubbing around my entire back, as my bones shifted underneath. Several times she just “massaged” over a bone for several seconds before I physically tensed so she would stop doing it. I am now bruised in several places and my shoulders are absolutely killing me.They also require a $15 tip, so it is NOT $45, it’s $60 (I tip no matter what, but if a tip is required, it’s not a tip).

PAINFUL. Today was the last time I come here. I’ve been coming here for years and each time it’s just worse. The lady must’ve been new because she had no technique at all. She kept digging her thumbs into me. Also barely spoke English. THREE times I told her to be gentle and softer. Clearly didn’t understand. The lady loudly burped as she stood over me. Nothing about this massage was relaxing she loudly spoke to her coworker for the entire hour. Pretty sure she was talking about my partner and I. Never did they dim the light. She dry massaged my neck adding more pain to the painful massage. She barely used the hot rocks, to top it all off a MANDATORY $15 tip is added on. Even if you get an awful massage.

Rude front desk lady. Has absolutely zero manners. Also Highway robbery for demanding 15$ tip.

The massage was decent but I have had better massages for the $45 price tag. it was nothing spectacular. They only massage your back and not the front at all . The place was clean, so I had no issues with that. My problem was at the end of the massage, I went to tip the lady 10$ they got very upset as they expected, and almost demanded a 15% tip. (33%). The front desk lady rudely pointed at some sign, saying that on a 60 minute massage it was expected. I explained to her that tipping is not mandatory. I still ended up tipping the $10 but that soured my whole experience. I wont go back there.

Recent visit with my husband for 1 hour massage. The lady massage therapist was OK, not strong enough, but still acceptable. The male therapist was absolutely horrible. He has no technics, no focus point. It seems that the guy had no massage training at all, just somebody dragged in for the headcount. We still left them very good tips as the base rate is low. But we will never go back to this place again.

WARNING: SNEAKY TIP REQUIRED! The massage itself was pretty good. The front desk girl got real awkward when I confronted her about the tip. I called 4 hours in advanced and wasn’t told of any MANDATORY tip.EASY FIX - Only get massages if they are under an hour! The tip isn’t expected to be 33% at that point.

Used to go here before, went there recently! The worst massage of my life, i think the lady was new, she didn’t understand any english, she was so rough! I didnt feel relaxed at all! I have body aches! I feel worse after the massage! not gonna go there anymore! And the massage bed at the head part smelled bad!! Not worth it anymore.

Update. My fifth time here, the sheet was stained (or dirty) and very thin and the masseuse did a bad job doing each side of my body differently. It was such a turn off I won’t be back in spite of the first four good experiences. Clearly things changed.This spa is clean, quiet, professional and a good bargain. The prices are very very good but don’t let it confuse you into thinking about that old adage “you get what you pay for” here the staff are very very good. I’ve gone about 4 times and each time it’s a complete pleasure. I’ve tried both male and female masseuse, there is no preference as both were equally good. If you like your masseuse you can write down their name, I did but again, they are all very good I had no need to stick to one. You can also make appointments on the same day as they have enough staff and close late. I almost selfishly didn’t want to write a review to keep the appointment flexibility open and prices down! Parking nearby is metered but get there a little early to give yourself time to look and you’ll find parking. I did each time.

Going there for years( more than 10), clean, polite staff, and decent prices. I recommend making an appointment.

I been to massage spas before but nothing like this one. First of all on arrival the front dest clerk made me pay on the spot . As my boyfriend and I was waiting for our room to be ready, we noticed that people was coming out a paying after there massage🫤. The massage was a bit painful rather smoothing. The best part was the stones and the warm towel. When my massage guy left the room I left up my head to look at my bf and noticed his massage lady walking on his back😩UNPROFESSIONAL!!! To top it of their forcing you to tip them $15 each!!? I brought my boyfriend here as a birthday gift WORST EXPERIENCES EVER cause we are laying in bed now with a sore body.

I worked with their e liposuction between their machines , dieting (weight watchers) , and their advice , I lost weight very quickly. Very happy with my results . Also the everybody is very friendly and the appointment days and times are flexible ! Nelly & Marina and very friendly, personable, and are even available to answer questions even by text.

Found this place on a random day and it was the best decision ever. The staff is very kind. The place has a very relaxing ambiance upon entering. The massages are 10/10. Has now become my monthly spot.

Not bad for the price. $45 for a full body hour massage is pretty good. The people there were friendly and professional. The massages that I had here were good and targeted the sore parts of my body. The lady I had also cracked my back in a wonderful way. The rooms and massage beds were all really clean, overall the place had a relaxing atmosphere. They will remind you to tip the masseuse in case you’ve never tipped for a massage before. I didn’t really mind it because their asking price was reasonable.

Service are good. Also prices are lower than other places. But the masseur knows NO English at all. So it was little harder to make them understand how I want. Also they have mandatory $10 tips. So whatever the massage price + 10. I paid 60 for and hour massage. I will say it worth it.

Was looking for a last minute massage in my neighborhood, was able to make a same day appointment a few hours before. Front desk lady was nice. The location was clean. Appointment started right on time, zero wait. Allen did a 90 minute body massage followed by a 30 minute foot reflexology and it was absolutely amazing!! I had so many knots in my back and i feel so light now. He kept checking in to make sure the pressure and everything was good. The pricing is incredible. I didn’t have too many expectations because the pricing was low, I was so pleasantly surprised! He really got in there compared to some higher end places I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

Second time coming here. Both times the massage was just okay, very strong even after asking them to lighten the pressure. Not relaxed enough to fall asleep. The prices are cheap for 90 minutes they charge $68 on a credit card. The most annoying part and reason I will not be returning is the mandatory $15 dollar tip. I initially gave over 20% but was told at the register I must give at least $15. I have absolutely no problem tipping more than 20% for excellent service but I didnt feel like I got that. Time to find a new spot.

Hidden gem. This place is such a clean, beautiful, calm, peaceful and relaxing place. Thought it was going to be a winky dink hole in the wall, I was definitely proven wrong. I came here on a whim durning my lunch break just now Andy night for a quick 30 min foot massage. Was immediately greeted and serviced. The price point it’s amazing. My only complaint is not finding this place 6 months ago 😅

Walked in without an appointment for a 30 minute back and legs massage. The space is clean and the service is friendly. Most importantly, my guy knew what he was doing! Walked out 30 minutes later feeling better, and thats all I could ask for.

I have given a 5 star review for the workers. But front desk lady was so rude to me😢 Unapologetically, ongoingly, rude. I pointed it out, asked her to stop. She refused to give her name & told me I can’t write down the business. So sad, I wanted to come back. Is it people like me? I’m watching her smile and speak to others entering and exiting in my presence. One who can be disrespectful in English can understand the ask for respect. She hung up on me (I thought it were an accident, until I came in). A simple turn around (or dare I say, apology), & all would be well. 5 star review. After an hour sitting here thru her mistreatment, 1 star it is. A haughty spirit does not prosper. In the words of Maya Angelo, when someone shows who they are, believe them.

I have arthritis when it gets cold i get really bad joint pain ,i get medical massage at Eastside medical massage clinic in the city every Friday . I was in school today the pain was so unbearable . I decided to get a cheap massage to soothe the pain so i can get through the day , as a licensed massage therapist i know the massage was not going to be top tier but i was expecting decent. THIS WAS THE WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE . She poured so much oil on me her anatomy knowledge is nonexistent. She only knew one basic stroke which was effleurage with her forearms. When i showed her how to properly massage my leg by demonstrating in her arm that’s when the session was a little enjoyable. I completely understand that not everyone can afford massage school but i know for sure there so many videos available on YouTube of therapist and myself included teaching the different types of strokes they are only 10 mins . Knowledge is power and practice makes perfect.I’ve never tip anyone below 30$ . I even regret given her the 10$ . This is what I get for being impatient. I only gave 3 stars because I’m sure my bad experience with her is not a reflection of the whole place .

I took my girlfriend here for a couples massage,even though the entrance was a bit sketchy too me I can honestly say for the price this place is great. Everything looked clean, the staff were friendly. We got to share a room which is a huge plus. My back and shoulders actually felt better after leaving this place. Id definitely recommend too others

I go here all the time and got the package. It is very clean and professional.You can great a seriously great massage for about $45 ($35 plus tip). I have never gotten a bad massage here. Everyone is friendly and professional. They also have water and candies for customers :)I also like that they are open late so that you can come after work!

My first time here, felt the prices were great. My sister and I shared a room together which I loved. BUT the women and man who gave us the massage were talking and laughing during the massage. Now im not insecure about my body at all but having the persons who are massaging your body having a full on conversation and giggling is EXTREMELY distracting. I will not be coming back to the establishment.

Great massage especially given the prices. Liya was my masseuse and she was great. Unlike many spas that provide halfhearted work, this location makes the most out of your time and really applies pressure to release those tense muscle areas. The place is also very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be coming here again.

I liked the experience where I got a deep tissue massage, from Allen, yet it wasnt painful. The place has private rooms. Right near the F train 71st Forest Hills subway station. It was affordable as well.

Disappointed with customer service, I went there for foot massage and I left my AirPods pro on the chair and I forgot to take it so I came back to get it and the counter person said other customers might have taken it when everyone knows after foot massage they are suppose to clean it for next customers and amazing thing was they were ready to blame customers just imagine if there was someone getting massage after me she/he gets the blame. My masseuse was not even willing to listen anything she just showed me a hang sign saying nothing was there. It was not at all worth it they said they will call me they didn’t even call to confirm they didn’t find it or so, a customer chooses the place and if they like it they keep visiting it but if they are treating customers like this how can anyone trust them. I think people who are going there should be really careful since rooms don’t have camera they are all forced to blame customers. Very much disappointed the way they handled the situation👎🏼 I wouldn’t recommend anyone here.

OMG, I’ve been here a couple of times but I need to talk about my experience. Got there for my appointment, apparently it wasn’t written done, ( I made the appointment 1 week ago) which I have done before. Got there my number was not in the book. ( they go by phone number and time in one corner of a book.) 2 person I spoke too told me to sit. (Am sitting for 15 mins) Then the rude young lady came running up the stairs, got behind the counter and proceeded to speak to 4 other people who came after me. Now is my turn, she looked at me and said I don’t have an appointment for today at the time I stated. Then answer the phone and left me standing there. I waited then asked her why are u so rude I know I made an appointment and you’re telling me I don’t have any. So why Did the other 2 persons I spoke to told me to sit. Her answer is THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. Honestly, she never made any attempts to look and see if someone wrote it on another day nothing to solve the situation. Well this is the last they’ll be seeing me and my money. They are too rude, no customer service. Non at all.

Ive been to this spa 3 times now for a massage. My favorite masseuse is the older gentleman (whose name I dont know) but his hands are so healing! You know how you go into a massage knowing its going to be super painful and uncomfortable at some point? This guy relieved all the tension without that pain. & for the price? THE BEST! Im so impressed by this hidden gem salon!

The best Chinese massage Ive found in NYC.Receptionists speak English well.Long opening hours.. 10 am to midnight (though I wish they open from 9 in the morning)I can book appointment if I want specific therapist, or just walk in if I dont.Nice facility, no weird smells on the bed, face pillow, etc.Id go with therapist Lia, for strong pressure, if Im too tired. But she does it fast, not so relaxing.With therapist Cece if I want something more relaxing.With therapist Suzan if I want both, for longer massage (like 1.5 hours), because she has many techniques.I have recommended this to many friends now. Mediocre massage at best. I dont care for when you get walked on, nor do i care to be covered in oil, as i mentioned to the therapist.... Ive been here twice and neither times could my therapist speak English... And there is amandatory tip of $10, which id gladly give if i thought it was worth it. I will not be coming back again, nor would i recommend this place. You can get a better massage for the same price in a lot of places.

There is a lady here who massages with her elbow which I dont like very much I come here to get pain relief and healing but she massages only with her elbows it hurts the joint of the body. Waste of time and money.

Massage was good for $35, however when it was time to pay I gave out $7 tips because i didnt have no more cash on me and walked out but the lady stopped me and said that minimum for tips was $10 after counting the $7 I gave her, so I had to borrow money from my sister to complete the tip. So basically tip is mandatory in this place and minimum is $10. Tip is supposed to be if you want to not mandatory, so they get pay $10 per hour for doing their job and we as customer are paying for that which is not nice.

I usually get a good masseuse at this place; however, the last one that they assigned to me did not have a system and could not speak English. For me to communicate my concerns, I had to do some sign language. I guess I did not do a good job as I got out of the room still with a sore shoulder. Of course, I still had to give the mandatory tip of $10.

I was experiencing some back pain did same day appointment and got in really quick. For the price i gotta more than expected. Room was a little hot but overall great massage.

I like this place. Truly. LiLi is Amazing. However, if you get the $35 body massage, you are basically made to tip at 28.57% which is $10. Tipping is not obligatory at all and it kind of makes the whole experience unpleasant. Just because you have a sign that says $10 tip does NOT mean we are OBLIGATED to comply. IF you state service fee... that is a horse of a different color. I remain a client only because of LiLi and the moment she goes, so do I.

During this time of Covid I felt safe. There is UV light and Sam is always the best doing massages. He took out a year of knots in my back. I feel aligned!

Fannie is definitely lazy, no energy and life in her body. It’s a waste of my time and money. Will not recommend this place because of numerous bad reviews and she’s still there waiting for new comers.

They have a mandatory $10 tip when I called her out on it saying tips are not required she said there is a sign. I dont care if there is a sign, tipping is not required you cannot make your consumer give a certain amount in tips. I gave each masseuse $7 tip (thats all the cash I have and they charge a fee if you pay with card) and that was a problem so I just walked out. Maybe think about paying your employees instead of having your customers do so!!

The parson who answered phone was so rude.She cant understand what I said due to her poor English skill. She just keep talking like Ha? I cant hear you!!How comes she cant hear? Im in quiet place. Used to be amazing when I used to go. I came in here and my full body massage wasn’t so great. He didn’t even massage my feet for the full body massage and the hot stone wasn’t used on my back long enough.

One of the best places for a massage for a very reasonable price! Tip: ask for very /hard/firm press to have the masseues to walk in you. If you ask for a dry rub, they would walk on you the full hour.

First time was great not so much the second time around I left feeling more sore than when I first went in, wont be goin back anymore. Disappointed

This place is great - simple, clean, great price and professional. Location isn’t convenient but for me, worth the trek.

Tried to make an appointment and the guy on the phone was extremely rude telling me to learn to call on time and that he was to busy to speak….

Inexpensive, that is the best thing about this place...... so far swan spa on Horace Harding is by far the best in this area and this price point

Normally my massages be very relaxing this time they only had a male and female masseuse my cousin took the female so I had the male he didn’t even massage my head everything he did was so painful I woke up this morning so sore I can’t even lay on my back or move
