MR.Y. behind the counter was extremely nice very friendly and helpful ..I like the fact that their stuff is displayed. He knew exactly what I was looking for.. the prices are the best in Forest Hills. I need a just in case place my guy is not around and this is going to be my new place unfortunately I had gone in there days afterwards and I missed the guy in the morning. The guy behind the counter was not friendly not nice rather rude and not helpful if I go in there and I see him I will turn around and walk out

I just move to queens I spend my money here all the time even though Everything is over priced what you pay at another store for 3 dollars they sell for 5 and what you spend 60 dollars they sell for 80 dollars I feel that they are robbing people and the Spanish working is very rude cursing at me why have a worker working at a smoke shop that don’t smoke DONT GO HERE bad business

Generally love this place. Folks behind the counter are helpful and nice. Just went in tonight though, Sunday, and had had trouble figuring out how to operate a new disposable vape I’d never used before. Went back in, stated I was having trouble and had used a couple of different things I thought to troubleshoot, and rather than being helpful, the man behind the counter was rude and belittling in telling me, well, there’s a button, obviously you needed to do (insert non-intuitive push button sequence). Upon which I said, well, there were no instructions on the packaging and not every vape I’ve used worked in the manner he described. To which, I was again met with, well, since I was smoking it’s been like this, so not sure why didn’t know that. Well, maybe I should, but I didn’t, and as the individual with knowledge of the products perhaps a little kindness and customer service would have been nice.

Best place to get a large and diverse menu and great recommendations in flowers from assistants behind the counter! Mr. Y is one of the best always willing to show you their new best stuff 💫💫💫

The dude in the AM shift is mad cool and respectful! Got some quality 🍃in here also def check them out .. I left my card one morning and he had it when I came back. Big up this shop !

The guy who’s usually in, in the morning with braces lol is really sweet! But for the love of God PLEASE either update your hours or come in at 9am bro… it’s too way too hot to be making rounds to see if you’re open and it’s 12pm… losing me… either way I do really like the smoke shop and the point system but PLEASEEEE the hours. People are trynna come before/inbetween work & there’s no smoke shops around man 😭 People have anxiety!!!!

You say you open at 9am but coming on 9:30am with no sign of opening. Kinda disappointing when you have a business and cant keep to the hours you set which makes customers like me find elsewhere to NEVER come back.
