Came here a couple days ago without any knowledge of vaporizers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in teaching me about the process of vaping. For $1 I was able to sample any of their juices to see which ones I liked and didnt. The staff were highly knowledgable of their wide selection of products. Will definitely return here.

Great people great service very knowledgable will not sell you anything unless its going to benefit you. Honest... Have not smoked since purchased from them it has been a year. All the other Vape shops have young kids working that dont know anything about the products or liquids. They have answers to your questions and concerns. Everything is made in a lab so theyre juices are 100% safe and PG/VG levels are accurate. Very happy also very good prices I recommend anyone trying to quit smoking or looking for a good Vape shop go to these guys they will not steer you wrong.

A very nice shop in a great, convenient Queens location. Definitely smaller than some of the other shops in the area, but overall they carry a good selection of merchandise for both the newbie & experienced vaper alike. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable, and everyone, including the owner Phil, are happy to answer any questions one may have. They have a limited selection of e-liquid, as they only sell their own in house brand, but from what Ive tried, its nothing short of quality at all. One is able to sample the e-liquids before you buy. Ive been back there several times to purchase more flavors of e-liquid, & I have yet to find one I dont like. One thing they dont do is RDA/RBA builds. I dont know the reason hey dont do this, but they dont, but still, this is a great place to visit for all of your vaping needs. Ill be back there plenty more times for more juice & other items as well.

Best value shop in a huge area. Their e-liquids are USA made. Many flavors. The workers are well versed and not douchey like other vape workers. I come here on a regular. Huge selection as well.

Everyone here has always been very helpful and accommodating. My only issue is the juice selection. I have been vaping for awhile, and I dont even purchase liquid in stores now. I order it online for a quarter of the price and the juice is out of this world. I one time tried the fruity pebble flavor in the store and picked up a bottle and the juice was no good. Tasted nothing like the juice in the store and was very perfume tasting. I was going to return it but receipt said no returns and I didnt want to make a fuss out of it. I love the lost arts brand of liquid, it is definitely my favorite in store brand. You guys dont even carry that. I just suggest expanding your juice lines. Serious vapors usually like a large selection to accommodate there various preferences. The one flavor I actually liked and purchased tasted nothing like the juice in the store. I use a reuleaux and a cleito, always with a fresh coil so it wasnt a bad coil or anything.So all in all, I like the people there. I go there all the time to pick up coils, but I would never purchase juice from there.

Havent had a cigarette since I went into their shop. When they open in Manhattan people are gonna bug out and there will be lines out the door all day for months! Seriously, many many thanks to Vape NY. The folks who run this place and the people they employ are nice, patient, and knowledgable. If you live in NYC and are thinking about quitting cigs via the vape, I most highly recommend this store.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection of juices all within FDA regulation and lab tested. Wide range of devices from beginner to expert level depending on your needs.

Wasted $5.50 subway fare and an hour of my time. Some heavy youngster behind the counter sold me the wrong coil and refused to let me sample any juice. He realized after he dumped all my juice out and began changing my coil that he had sold me the wrong Smok coil and didnt even have a replacement coil for my tank in stock, leaving me with a burnt coil and no juice, and no vaping for the next 9 hours.Order whatever you need online and save yourself the headache coming here to be disappointed. Also, this shops website is very amateur and doesnt even list their inventory, probably because the shop is tiny, doesnt have much inventory to speak of (as I found out the hard way), and thus orders everything online itself on an as needed basis and then overcharges its customers.

Visited the Five Ten Vape Shop early morning as soon as they opened, saw that they had some great reviews and were close to home. Im a newbie at Vaping so I had lots of questions and concerns about eliquid, wattage, batteries and coils. The guy at the register whose name I do not remember was extremely knowledgeable and friendly answered all questions I had came with. I came in to pick up some ssocc coils for my kanger subtank mini and eliquid. He let me try lots of the different flavors they had while explaining to me the differences in Vg/Pg ratios. It was a great experience I ended up walking out with the Lost Angels flavor from Gallery (Its Amazing BTW), new coils and a great deal of knowledge on Vaping. I highly recommend checking this place out, will come again.

They sold me expired Vape Juice & then they refused to take my return. I think that it’s quite a dishonest business model. I really had high hopes for them. I like to support local businesses but these guys made me feal cheated. The only reason i’m not giving one star is because they earned two stars for the convent location.

Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable! If youre new to the vape scene or an experienced vaper, this is the place to go. And if you dont find what you are looking for online they are incredibly helpful over the phone.

I hang out here WAY more than I vape because of the warm & friendly atmosphere. The guys are all excellent conversationalists about much more than vaping. So, you might want to start hanging out here, too ... But if you just want advice on vaping, and great safe products, and rewards for purchases ... Its a One Stop Shoppe.

Staff here is bad, they seems like youre bothering them from whatever they were doing on their iPhone. Honestly think thay sold me a used battery as new, never sell me the coils I ask for. Only will go here for emergency to get my favorite ejuice

These guys are the real deal. Very knowledgeable and cool people. Ive been coming here for a while and they always have what I need. Prices and decent and they dont fog up the store like other stores are the minute you walk in. Always a plesure to come here.

If youre going to vape, find a local store like this one to support you. Its important that you change coils and maintain your batteries periodically. A local business is your best bet for getting this crucial support.

Besides being a great shop I want to mention that this is the only one I found that carries a hookah double apple flavor... I think its a home brew. My fiancé says that I turn our apt into Steinway Street every time I smoke. Basically every where I go turns into a hooka lounge.

Amazingly helpful staff, not snobby like someother places. Great selection of quality liquids plus a decent amount of equipment, especially for a small, highly personable boutique.

The staff is very friendly and informed. Their selection is somewhat small but they usually have everything I need In stock and they have a selection of the big brand name vapes

Your neighborhood vape shop. Proffesional and very accommodating. Some items can be pricey. But very informative about all matters that pertain to vaping. When you can’t make it to the city, this place is a Godsend...

Worst vape shop ever..every last one of their vapes is disgusting. Store use to be called vape NY. They dont sell other vape brands ..stay far away from this place. Go to a real vape shop such as Empire mods, MO vapes, beyond vape, and Gotham vapes trust me you will thank me
