Although i had a pleasant visit for my first time at spada, I had to hop on and edit my review. It pains me greatly to not be giving them 5 stars. Although my stylist was great! The actual highlights are around 3 stars:/.The salon was affordable,clean, professional and efficient.I was in and out in two hrs!I had Jo as a stylist and she was GREAT company.I was a little disappointed with some things even though I did my best to communicate them.Honestly iam feeling ok about the results. It’s not 100% perfect, but iam sure if I bring my concerns to them, they’ll likely fix it.Jo did do a good amount of highlights as i’m pretty dark all over, and I told her I want to work towards an all over blond.I plan on going back and keeping her as my stylist. One of my discrepancies are with pricing. Although I found their pricing to be very reasonable you cannot go off their online pricing.While I didn’t expect it to be exact,I was quoted one thing, then another for the same services in the chair. There wasn’t to much as a price discrepancy as there was a communication vs expectations,possibly some of it on my end.My repair treatment must have been urgently needed as it was not communicated with me and later added to the bill.I was booked for a haircut,style and full foil but it was expressed early on that she would not likely be styling.This left me a little confused. The price went from $220 for the foils and about $285 with the cut and style.She asked if this was ok and I agreed; although I was originally quoted $240 for a foil, tone, cut and style. A little disappointing but still decent, I think. I wanted the cut but wasn’t sure if it would still be $285 without the styling, as she expressed we may not have enough time and then later suggested my hair needed a rest. That mattered to me as a requested service was being removed but there was no mention of a price change..I also wanted to remain prepared so that I would have enough for an ample tip. She did skim the ends of my hair and I was thankfully not charged for that service. I was initially wanting and expecting a full cut with layering and all that.Anyways i’am indecisive and iam glad I didn’t end up with a full cut or style if iam being honest. Ironically it also rained shortly after my visit and iam a curly girl and again i’am glad my hair got spared the unnecessary heat.In the end I paid a fair amount for my service, so it was finically, right around were i wanted it to be. However again two services were subtracted(cut and style) and one added (repair treatment) that i didn’t ask for. I asked for a cool toned blond which i certainly got! There are some very harsh lines at the root with orange lines at the root as well and some pieces appear so white they look silver grey.I also feel like a few spots were missed or I could have used a few more foils. lastly it does not look good at all pulled back.There are also spots were it’s very dense and bright and others were it looks over processed. i take very good care of my hair and explained it was only colored once in 4 years..i’am surprisingly not mad about but like i said it’s not perfect. The salon has tiers of stylist that range from beginner to advanced and it fluctuates the price.I had 24 foils in my hair and was charged for a full foil but according to their website that would fall under a partial.( I just like to know what to expect,be treated fairly and pay for the services that I received) Had I got done all the services I initially booked for or if the treatment was mentioned i’be estatic but Ultimately i’am still happy.Jo is a hot ticket and good people. She also gives an amazing minny scalp massages!I really had a great, relaxing time at the salon and how light she got my hair is promising, I just wish it was more even. I’d be lying if i’d said i wasn’t worried about the integrity of my hair, as i go above and beyond to care for it.I do look forward to going back in the near future. I think next time i’ll just tell them I want my pantene moment:)This was my first time leaving a salon with my hair un-styled.
It was my FIRST time here and all I wanted was a wash and a blow dry and the lady she was very nice and knowledgeable told me I needed a hair trim which I did and I said that’s fine. I told her I wanted beach waves which my hair natural can do but I told her why don’t we do that. I paid 79$ for this and this is how I walked out the salon.. I have never in my life paid so much for a wash blow dry and trim to walk out looking like I got electrified. All she did was use a diffuser on me for a couple minutes. Will not go back I wish I could get my money back instead again the people are wonderful tho
At Spada Salon today for the first time:Brooke was my massage therapist and she was AMAZING! I have had several massages and NEVER one as good as I had today with her! She found my back issues within the first 3 minutes and really did a great job working them out! I would highly recommend Brooke!!Stephanie did my facial and was amazing as well! She took her time and was gentle and explained a lot to me. I would highly recommend Stephanie as well!
I received a hot stone massage by Morgan - she was incredible! She went out of her way to keep me comfortable. Bradyn & Morgan provided exceptional customer service. The facility was clean & inviting. The chocolate-covered strawberries were an absolute bonus (provided on Fridays and Saturdays). I am looking forward to going again!
I booked a 90-minute Aveda aromatherapy massage with Aaron. He is a new to the salon/spaand a great addition! He asked for my input on all aspects of the treatment. I didnt realize how tense I was until Aaron identified and worked on my trouble areas. This excellent massage left me both mentally and physically relaxed but also invigorated!
My husband had set up services online with another Spa for my Mothers day gift. It is highly rated and reviewed which is why he choose it we never received word back or confirmation I called and the customer service wasnt much better. I remembered how amazing it was the last time I was here and 100% it still is. Every person had great rapport and detail to your service, made sure you felt comfortable, everyone was very professional and I wouldnt go any where else. I highly recommend it!!!
I always enjoy my sapda experience! The renovations look great. The fruit water, tea, mimosas and chocolate covered strawberries are such a nice touch. And do NOT sleep on the showers! 8 shower heads and amazing water pressure! Such a nice end to your spa day! Everyone is so professional and kind. Shout out to Isabel for her knowledge of facial products! You cant go wrong w a service at spada! I usually get massages and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.My only suggestion is it may be time to upgrade the robes. Everything was clean and soft but the robes look a bit discolored and not as high end as the rest of the experience.
I booked two services a manicure and a massage. I was extremely pleased with the manicure however it ran over time into my massage time. The massage therapist was extremely rude and I asked her if I should reschedule for a different time. She did not respond and she had me go into the room for the massage. I paid for a 60 minute massage and due to the manicure (which was beautiful) going over time, the massage therapist gave me a 25 minute massage. She rushed, was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have never had an issue with Spada in the past, however I was very displeased with the scheduling especially being charged for the full massage when it didn’t last but 25 minutes.
Received a massage from Morgan P. Morgan has a meticulous and unique style. She based pressure according to request. I get regular massages and Morgan is the best.Spada has always done it right. The main gal behind the lobby counter is on the ball and super efficient. She really knows how to help on the phone or in person. That being said many of the people there are overly helpful and can check you in and out with ease.The cold beverages they offer is such a nice touch and I always look forward to taking my time drinking a mimosa in their quiet room.Jacqueline was awesome. She is a no nonsense masseuse who knows her stuff. She has a distinctive style that sets her apart from others Ive had. She hit all of the areas needed and had me walking out feeling great.I have been to 3 other places in FM but Spada has always excelled over all of the in regards to ambience, professionalism, amenities, and of course the great massages.
Spada is wonderful! I had a great prenatal massage with Morgan, and manicure and pedicure with Ayzia. My facial with Karolina was amazing, and the lunch add on to multiple services was a great option and was delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities are clean, overall a great spa day experience!My only complaint is that my facial was upgraded without my knowledge of the additional cost until I was checking out. (Updated- The manager was very helpful in resolving this issue for me!)
This was mine and my grammas first time going here, but not our first massages. I had kyle and she had Michelle (she believes). I will admit I was somewhat nervous to have a man masseuse but that went away quickly. He made me feel very comfortable, asked if I had any questions or problems areas, and overall made this experience very enjoyable. Extra points for strength with deep tissue too!
I booked a hot stone massage and pedicure for my birthday. Had a wonderful experience but my pedicure was definitely mediocre. I got white polish and thank God I had some polish at home as I had missing spots on almost every toe. The girl was very nice but I noticed her hands were shaking thru out my service.
Such a beautiful spa and salon since you open the door.Everyone was super nice.You have a locker room so you can leave your things, they provide robes and sandals.The offer mimosas, delicious infused waters and chocolate covered strawberries.I had a prenatal massage with Phoenix, I’ve never been so relax in my life. First time I was able to relax completely.The. I had manicure and pedicure with Haley she was profesional and patient. She did an amazing job.Can’t wait to go back there
Spada got my wife and I in for a couples massage next day. Olivia was my massage therapist and she did a fantastic job. As a tradesmen, daily activity can leave the work week feeling exhausted. I will return to Spada soon for my next massage. Thank you for leaving me refreshed and recharged!
I tried talking to someone from the management team for the last three weeks but no one would return my call. I booked a couples massage for my birthday March 11 and my wife and my Honeymoon. We arrived early for our appointment and were shown where we could change and put on robes. The robes should fit all but didnt fit me or my wife. We waited in their sitting area. We eventually were brought back to our massage. We explained my wifes mental issues to the staff massage person. She said she understood. She obviously did not. My wife told her, Do not touch my ears or my neck. The massage therapist started with her head and moved to her neck. My wife started hyperventilating and crying. She told her therapist to stop. Her therapist stated we just started. I stopped both therapists and left. We are very unsatisfied with the professionalism we were shown. Now my wife does not want a massage ever again. So Thank You so much to Spada Salon and Day Spa.

I’m sharing this in hopes to save someone from wasting a lot of money. I’m not gonna mention names of the stylist as this is right before Christmas and don’t want to ruin anyone’s weekend. I purchased a $400 gift card for my wife and finally got her to take the time to use it. She’s a hard-working woman who doesn’t put herself before others. She decided to go in for haircut and highlights, although she usually goes to studios RK,who takes care of her hair but with the gift card decided to try out this place. Overall, her experience as she expressed to me was very unprofessional and frustrating. She had called ahead for her appointment, and made very clear that she has a lot of curly hair. This, however, was not a good enough warning as her hairstylist was booked with another appointment very quickly after hers began. The hairstylist made it very obvious that she was frustrated and numerous times spoke condescendingly and frustratingly of my wife’s hair. This made her very self-conscious, and in short, made the whole experience worthless. She explained to me that more than once her hairstylist head dripped toner on her eyebrows. My wife wiped it away quickly as she did not wanna weird spots on her eyebrows. While getting her hair washed, she exclaimed that the woman continuously pressed her breast into my wife’s face. Despite what she had requested, blonde highlights with a layered haircut she appears to have a reverse bob style haircut and very choppy uneven sections of hair all over the back. My wife is had her hair done many times in the past for occasions and events and has never had a haircut like this. She also explained that some of the hairstylists were also the masseuse . I believe the biggest problem with this facility is the management. I understand being a business owner myself. Good help is hard to find. I also understand they’re ripping people off for a subpar product is acceptable. I hope to saves another man from buying his wife a gift card here, or perhaps a woman from taking the chance.

Great massage! I would rate it one of the best ever and extremely relaxing. Yemenis was 5 star rating.We were in Fort Myers on a short vacation and chose this spa ahead of time. The only thing I think could be improved upon would be communication at the beginning. We were sent back without a lot of information. It would have been fine if we had been there before. Luckily there was a great person there for a service they helped out.
Went here this morning to get my hair curled for a special occasion. It looks so bad that Im going home to wash it and style it myself. Complete waste of $50 and my time.Update: Judy, the business owner, says in her response that she called me but I have no voicemail or missed calls from her, or a phone number to reach her. I just want a refund.
I have been coming to Spada for over 10 years. I love it here. I love my stylist Ingrid ❤️ My hair has been on a journey with her from long to short, colored, to going gray.They are a full service salon with massages, facials, and nail services.The atmosphere is calming and you feel relaxed and refreshed. I always leave looking good. Highly recommended.
I chose the day spa bc of the steam room. When I got there I learned it was not working. I wanted a deep tissue massage but didn’t get that. It was mediocre. There is one bathroom in the change room where ladies are in and out of. It’s not clean there was hair all of over the bathroom floor. I don’t think I would be back. The chocolate covered strawberries were nice.
I got a lymphatic massage with Michelle. She absolutely incredible, seriously she has magic hands! I had a double ear infection + sinus infection that landed me a two week prescription of antibiotics; I needed some serious healing afterwards and she did just that. Her bedside manner is really genuine which made this Jerseyian feel right at home. She was also really informative when it came to the post-drainage process and advised me on what to do to help flush those bad toxins. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud just like she said I might! Also front staff is really sweet; they walked me through how to use the lockers since I was kinda dumbfounded by them lol.

I dont know if I have enough nice things to say about this spa. I had an amazing facial with Kendall, she recommended great products and a few weeks later, my skin is flawless. My massage was so relaxing and she did everything she could to relax my poor office job strained shoulders. The atmosphere is so relaxing and every single member of the staff was friendly and so nice. I will be back and bringing friends. Highly recommend finishing spa services with a blowout, you will leave feeling brand new!!

Great spa! it is worth paying a few extra bucks because they treat you so kindly. I had a massage by Morgan P. She was fabulous and afterwards was treated to chocolate covered strawberries! They give you a room to change into a cozy robe and have showers if needed. It was very relaxing and well worth it! Highly recommend Spada
I just did my hair with Jo and it was terrible. I ordered a different shade to change the entire tone of my hair to a dark golden brown. and she gave me orange highlights, totally different from what I asked for. I really told her that she was nothing like what I asked of her and she told me that she couldnt do anything else that she had to serve someone else. The truth is that I paid $212 for a service that she didnt do well for me. I expected a lot more for that salon because of how expensive it is but they really fall short with such bad service.I really feel bad about my hair I hope they return the money I wasted for bad service.
Michelle was so kind and accommodating. I have an allergy to an ingredient sometimes found in spa products and she didn’t hesitate when I asked to review the lotion she’d be using. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I booked my next appointment with her at the conclusion of my first. I would recommend her and Spada to anyone.
Had a signature facial with Stephanie....it was nothing short of amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable, and, overall, did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend you make a trip into see her--even once! Youll probably schedule to see her again!
Morgan’s relaxation massage was wonderful. She worked out all the kinks in my back. Steph’s facial was so relaxing and made my skin so smooth. Pros: Convenient, clean, professionalCons: Expensive, just ok pedicures, overpriced.Ive been twice for pedicures, and honestly I expected more. The ladies ar nice, the beverages offered are good, but I think this Spa is overpriced. $75 for a pedicure with an orange squeezed on your shin. (Tropical). $55 for a basic pedicure ( no orange squeezing).Not worth it for me, but maybe it is for you. Everyones different.
I purchased the relaxation package. The massage, facial and mani&pedi were phenomenal. Yenis, Kendall and Anne were so great, accommodating and very welcoming. Everyone else was very nice as well. Had a wonderful and relaxing time. Will definitely be back. 😊

My mother & I got the Queen for a Day package. Oh wow, it was such a treat. We haven’t been able to stop talking about what a wonderful day we had. Tammy was my massage therapist & I would recommend her to EVERYONE! Hands down the best massage I ever had. Kendall was my esthetician, I felt like I was able to learn so much in that hour! She even took a little extra time to get my problem areas nice & clean. I don’t remember the woman’s name who did my nails but she had pretty dark curly hair & a Batman tattoo. She was SO cool & even made sure my nails were fixed after I messed them up by accident. I left the spa feeling so good & like everyone was a friend. That’s a wonderful group of people working here. Can’t wait to do it again!

The first photo is me a week before I went in to get highlights. The second is after my visit. The manager told me they are not charging me come back tomorrow at 4 pm we will fix it I promise. I came back next day then the owner gets involved. He said its my hair. I said no been having high lights for 15 years. They did not do high lights instead they did a dark color all over. He said we cant please you and we are no longer going to do your hair. I said you told me to come back today at 4 pm and you would fix it. He said no there has been a mistake. I said you cant leave me like this its friday and I have a wedding to go to this weekend. He said no. I said please help me dont leave my hair like this. He said we lost out on pay yesterday so you have nothing to complain about you were not charged. I said its not about the money its about fixing my hair back to at least the blonde color. He said you have to prepay if you want us to fix it. I was desperate. I pre payed. I also showed him on my phone the pic of me in sunglasses last week and said my hair was blonde. He said how do I know that photo is not years old. I said you can look at date on my phone it was last week. He talked down to me degrading me. He only cares about money not about clients having a good experience or even correcting it like they said they would. Below are pics. 1st one before went it. 2nd how I left with dark hair and then final as you can see my hair color is really messed up not a bright blonde. Oh and the owner took pics of my hair on the second trip there before they did the correction. I did not original go in that color. The owner was not there the first trip in when they destoyed my hair. Now I have to wait 5 weeks was told before can try to get back to my original color of blonde.
Absolutely LOVE this place!! I get massages by Lori and she is incredible. Its relaxing as soon as you walk in the front door and everyone treats you like theyve known you forever. Highly recommend! I recently received a collegen facial from Isabel and shes amazing as well. Excited to go back and Ive made this a weekly event.
I absolutely love this spa and highly recommend to anyone. Tyler, my male massage therapist was excellent and will be rebooking with him this week or next. He had a very balanced touch and recommended next treatment according to my needs. Also my hair expert Ingrid is THE BEST as well. She makes me feel and look like a celebrity. :) The staff also really does accommodate to anything needed as well. I am very excited for the remodel too coming!

Not happy. I signed up for the hydro facial. I might have gotten that but no steam was given. There was a lot of downtime when Jaime wasn’t doing anything and she had left the room for 5 minutes. Those 5 minutes should have been spent on arms, feet, etc.The time of the facial was 50 minutes when it should have been 60 minutes. I also had to tell her I don’t like talking during the treatment. That should be intuitive. I would not recommend Jaime Rene.
I feel so refreshed after my spa day! The massage was amazing and she just seemed to know where my knots were. My facial was fantastic and my skin is glowing today. Will be back very soon!
I’ve been going to Spada for 3 years now mainly for massages and facials. They have a relaxing lounge area And I never feel rushed to leave which is I huge plus. Siren gives fantastic massages!
I booked a day spa package for yesterday starting with a facial, a massage, ending the day with a manicure/pedicure. The treatments were good, but this is NOT a place to go if you’d like to feel pampered. No one walked me around to show me the facility, checked on me in between sessions, or offered me anything throughout the day. I sat in a “quiet room” to wait in between each session. A couple was getting a pedicure in an adjacent room with the door open (It was anything but quiet). The quiet room was no more than a dimly lit room with chairs and couches in it. There wasn’t anywhere to put your feet up and relax in between sessions. Big disappointment for a mom who usually doesn’t take the day for herself.
Joy is an excellent massage therapist! She didnt rush, she had great pressure, and was very calm in her approach. I highly recommend her!
I had an 1.5 hour massage with Jacqueline today. The service was AMAZING. I have had many massages over the years, but this was my first hot stone and she did not disappoint! I will be looking forward to going back for a full spa day soon!
Considering the location and prices I thought I was going to have a great experience, my appointment was for a deep tissue massage and unfortunately my male masseuse could not deliver. His hands were shaky and unstable, he was breathing hard and sweating to the point his sweat dripped on me. I pushed through to not embarrass him, what kind of management would allow employees like that to service customers? Needless to say, I’ll never be back.
If you’re looking to get a great massage, BROOKE is the way go!!!! She asked thorough questions and gave me clear, easy instructions. She understood my exact needs and even worked out tension in my back I didn’t know I had. She has a great ability to change between deep and light pressure in places where needed. Brooke is just so sweet and professional and I can tell she actually cares to go above and beyond. She truly gave me the spa experience I was looking for.
Went for a couples massage with my wife on our Honeymoon.Both Masseuses were awesome (Sam & William)They took their time and made sure you were comfortable the whole time.Highly recommend Sam and William!
Judy, I have tried to reach you but the number you listed is incorrect. I have tried various ways but to no luck. I will be reaching out to the salon number again. 3/1My credit card was overcharged without my authorization!!!!I paid for my friend, Anita to get her hair cut on Oct 14 and colored at Spada. My friend had lost everything due to Hurricane Ian. I called and spoke to Laura receptionist and explained what I wanted to do.She told me it was $133 plus tip. I said run my card for $175 to give the stylist a generous Tip. When I got my cc statement it was run for $237. 75. I called Spada on 10/24 and explained to receptionist Alanna. She said she remembers that day BUT the ticket said run for full amount. I explained that the full amount was supposed to be $133 plus tip. She said the price given to me was wrong. I asked for a manager and she said she would have the owner call me.I have called again and still no one has called me. Very disappointing.

Have not been to Spada since the renovations. The Spa renovations turned out great. I had a wonderful massage with Jamaleiti and I felt great afterwards. Keep up the good work everyone at SPADA.
The woman who did my nails was amazing and thank all the gods or whoever you believe in that the woman who did my hair suggested what she actually did to my hair. I was hit on for the first time in a VERY long time after I got my hair done with her... Which was weird, but when I looked in the mirror I saw myself as I actually did in my mind for the first time since I had my younger two kids... Even with my frown lines... I am two months after my appointment with her and I still look at my hair and think its great. I had forgotten I had left a comment already and went to leave one tonight after brushing it..... I erased my last positive comment to leave a new positive comment about how great my hair still is. I really hope Im not broke AF soon so I can go back and have her touch up my highlights... Just... Argh... So good!
“Tropical Spa” pedicure was super relaxing and tranquil. I was so relaxed until a staff member had to get her color changed. She was loud and had no “spa voice” at all. My relaxation went from a 10 to a 0 in a second. I’m disappointed. Waste of 72.00 bucks.
Our couples massage was outstanding, they were so professional and caring. Our massage was tailored for ourselves with the type of service we needed, and even down to the drink after.He felt like a prince and me a princess, we will return and promised ourselves to come quarterly for our physical and mental health. Spada is the best in town!
I got a gift card for my girlfriend for Christmas to use here. She didn’t get into the shop until about last month. The stylist butchered my girlfriends hair, she was missing a chunk of hair at the back of her head. The color was good, but her hair was completely uneven all the way across. She had my girlfriend leave with hair dye all over her face as well as her clothes. Today my girlfriend went to her stylist to fix it, she had to take 3 inches off to even it out. Safe to say that my girlfriend won’t recommend this place to anybody. She did like the coloring and the overpriced mimosas she was served when she was there.
Another great experience at Spada! I received my first facial from Kendall and it was very informative and rejuvenating! My wife and I have have been here several times and it’s always amazing! Highly recommended A+!
Jaimie did another amazing job on my custom facial. She is always so pleasant and easy to talk to. I appreciate the time and attention she puts in her services. I always leave feeling renewed, refreshed and glowing. And I had some interaction with the owner, who is also very nice and only wants the best for all her clients.

We went for massages for a girls day and enjoyed the place. I typically go to one thats a full day spa including hot tubs, saunas, etc. but since none are open after the hurricane this was our next go-to place. The spa area was nice, very quiet and relaxing, and the massage from Nelly was amazing, just what we needed.
My family and I have been to this salon several times. I took my 12 year old daughter here last week for a hair cut and to add Curtain bangs to her long all one length hair. The cut did not turn out well at all and she was devastated. I contacted the salon and they have gone above and beyond to remedy the situation as best as they can. I have had both managers and the owner contact me for follow up and they had her come back in to fix it until everything grows back out. They have all been tremendous. The stylist made a mistake which happens. She owned up to it and the management and owners have been fantastic. Everyone has been doing everything they can to make my daughter feel better about the situation. I cant recommend this salon enough. Mistakes happen everywhere but its how you handle those mistakes that speak volumes. Thank you Spada for the top notch customer service.

Today was supposed to be a special day for me, because my mother in law and mom are visiting for the upcoming birth of their grandchild. I scheduled a massage for the three of us with manicures to follow. I specifically reserved a double room for my mother in law to have her massage with me because she does not speak any English, there were no Spanish speaking massage therapists available, and this was supposed to be her first massage.My massage therapist came to get me, and when my mother in law stood as well, the massage therapist became flustered and said that there were no double rooms available. My wonderful mother in law told me not to worry and she would wait for her therapist. I was annoyed going into my massage, hoping that there weren’t any issues for my mother in law, and especially annoyed that my massage therapist then mentioned I had pre-paid for 3 individual massages, not a couples massage (more expensive), and that she would be taken care of. (I paid up front, including gratuity, upon arrival.) Was the issue that they didn’t charge me for a couples massage, for which I would have happily paid the uncharge had I known this hadn’t been charged to begin with, or that there truly weren’t any rooms available?Imagine my ire when I came out and my mother in law, who had already looked uncomfortable sitting in her robe in the mixed gender “relaxation” area before I left her, had tears in her eyes and told me no one had come to get her for her massage. All she wanted to do was change out of her robe and leave. The front desk staff said that they would look into what happened, and 10 minutes later Laura from the front desk told me that she spoke with the massage therapist, and my mother in law, who doesn’t speak ANY English, told her she had already received her massage. I told her that was impossible, as she does not speak any English, and when I clarified with my mother in law the only person who approached her pointed at a beverage and said “drink?” No one else approached her or tried to have a conversation. Laura shrugged her shoulders and dismissively said “it sounds like there was just a miscommunication.”This was not a miscommunication. No one approached my mother in law to clarify why she was waiting for well over an hour. No one brought her to my room to translate if necessary—where she was supposed to be to begin with. She most certainly did not say she had already received a massage, that is a frank lie.In the end we cancelled the manicures, which the front desk staff seemed annoyed with, and paid only for the two massages. When my mom expressed her dismay/frustration to the front desk staff, especially the lack of apology, we were told “I did apologize” which is also untrue. At no point did anyone apologize, let alone in a well deserved, heartfelt manner. I left feeling my mother in law was disrespected, unheard, and uncared for. Zero integrity. Hopefully the owner takes note of this and makes corrections to ensure this kind of situation never occurs to anyone else.
I had such an amazing facial with added dermaplaning from Jordan, today. She’s also done the collagen facial series on me and she always does such an incredible job! She also does a hand, feet, head, neck and shoulder massage while the mask sits on your face, that’s truly relaxing.I also had a massage by Devin and he is just amazing. This was my second massage with him. His pressure was exactly what I needed and he was very gentle but firm. (I have a neck injury that I’m taking care of) I feel the best I’ve felt in months and I will definitely make sure to request each of them when I go back.The newly remodeled change rooms are beautiful and clean. I’ve been going to Spada for many years now and they never disappoint!
I have been going to Spada Salon for the last seven years. Every time I’ve gotten anything done, I have loved it! I have gotten my hair permed, cut, colored, highlighted, pedicures, manicures, and massages! They truly are a professional, courteous, friendly, amazing salon! Maria caught and highlighted and straightened my hair today for my new summer look. It looks amazing and feels amazing! This salon is worth every penny!

I recently took my husband here for a massage for his birthday. Ive been coming to Spada myself for the last 15 years and had always thought highly of my experiences. It has gone downhill overall in both quality, price, and overall experience. We were not greeted when we walked in. Someone was on the phone and didnt even look up at us, and the other salon representative who was in the lobby was too busy chatting with someone else to acknowledge us. The womens lounge is currently under construction, so theres a small, temporary room to get dressed/undressed in, with one shower. My husband said his lounge room didnt even have a bathroom in it.. my husband, who is a bigger guy, could not fit in the spa shoes they made him wear. It was quite comical actually. Its like they have a one size fits all robe and shoes for men/women. I had to ask for drinks for us - they were not offered like they normally are. Our massages were just OK at best - not memorable and will likely not be returning, which is sad considering we have been customers for so many years.
I recently moved to Florida and have friends that go to Spada and love it! I needed a massage and was not disappointed. Karen did a wonderful job! Best massage Ive had. I was a snow bird this past Winter in Ft Myers and needed to find a reputable salon and spa! I am so happy that I found Spada!!! Beautiful place with excellent surroundings! The spa waiting room is so serene and always very clean! Chocolate covered strawberries and water, tea, lemonade or wine is available 🥰My experience with Ingrid for my hair was outstanding and Destiny gave me the best manicure/pedicure and she was very personable and sweet! I also had the opportunity to meet Monica, one of the other nail techs who was equally as nice😘thank you Spada for a great Winter experience! I will be back next Winter for sure!!!

I love the ladies who cut my hair. I have enjoyed chatting with them as well as the facility. Its comfortable and relaxing. The salon and spa have tiered prices depending on the skill/mastery of the stylist. Call and ask for their pricing, but I believe its competitive compared to other spas/salons in town. This past hair cut, I also took my children and the receptionist was kind enough find a place for them to sit and wait while I got my hair cut. My children were also able to get nice cuts and I love that each of the ladies that helped them were so good about listening to what they wanted (with a little check in with me for final approval) (my kiddos are 5 and 7). This is a lovely, clean, helpful place to go!

I’ve been coming here for years never had an issue until past two visits have been a horrible experience. They both got scissor happy and chopped up my hair un evenly . I asked for a caramel balayage instead I got a copper color. And uneven layers . I was tired of wearing my hair in a bun and wanted to wear my hair down, I spent so much money just to keep my hair in a bun and now to hide the un even cut and just wait for my hair to grow out and find another salon. Don’t waste your time and money coming here as the hairstylist has gone from good to bad. It seems like they don’t care who they hire anymore.
I have been going to Spada for several years now and have used most of their services. I especially enjoy my massages, facials and hair stylist. I have never had bad service but I have had exemplary service several times. There are always those days when everything works perfectly!! Spada is where I go when I need to treat myself to a special day. I bring my Mother on occasion and that is always a treat for her. Your staff always treat her so well and it makes her day for you to fuss over her. I am so glad you are still performing the services even though it is difficult to do these days. Please hang in there - we will eventually get thru this.

My daughter blessed me with a massage and facial for my birthday on the 14th of October. My massage and facial were fabulous! The atmosphere of the spa is so peaceful and relaxing. In my opinion, the staff is not only professional but also very attentive to the needs of the client. I highly recommend this spa and plan to visit them again when Im back in town!
The staff let my daughters’ mother-in-law sit for an hour in the lobby and no one came to get her. When my daughter and I came out and discovered the mother-in-law still sitting there patiently waiting for her massage, we were furious. When we complained, the receptionist said the mother-in-law had explained she had already gotten a massage. This was impossible, because the mother-in-law DOESN’T SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH. The receptionist had a nasty attitude, like it was our fault they had left a person sitting for an hour in a robe in the waiting room. All the signs about kindness and compassion are a sham—this is a very nasty place with disorganized, mean staff. Avoid this place at all costs.
Amazing massage! A diamond in the rough, I would have never expected such a nice day spa in a strip mall..service was professional and the spa was clean! I recommend coming early to relax first and stay late to shower after, they have Aveda products everywhere. They also offer a CBD Massage!
As a college student trying to relax but also manage my money, it has been difficult to find a place to go to that would be worth it. I have been looking for an all around good spa for a while now, and after a few months of research, I finally found one! This was by far one of the best messages I’ve ever had! Lori was absolutely amazing and listened to all of my needs! It’s the next day and I feel great! All the extra amenities from SpaDa left me saying “oh my gosh, wow” every 5 seconds haha! The front desk greeters were very welcoming and gave me very clear instructions on what to do and where to go! The robes were so soft, and the beautiful locker room was constantly being looked after and cleaned! There was even chocolate covered strawberries, and champagne (I didn’t have it, under 21, but I saw others enjoy it). Those things definitely made me eager to come back, but Lori sealed the deal! I’m already booked again and I can’t wait! I’m extremely looking forward to trying out a facial or a mani/pedi one day! The price of their services definitely ensure a high quality experience all around! If you want to treat yourself, definitely go to SpaDa!

I decided to treat myself to a massage and facial. This was my first facial and it was great. Trish took great care of me and my skin looks great! My massage with Oscar was relaxing and relieving. Im a local photographer and have been experiencing pain in my shoulders and lower back. He focused on the areas that were really giving me trouble and paid attention to my body language during the massage. He gave me really great advice on using breathing techniques to work through fatigue. Prices were affordable and although the spa is in a small strip mall type building, the interior is great. The salon area is well lit and the spa area has calm lighting and feels very relaxed. All the staff was very attentive and always asking if I needed something when I was waiting. I will definitely be going back!

Today my best friend treated me to the BEST birthday gift EVER. This year I’m definitely heading into 44 more relaxed and centered. We spent our late morning at SPADA being pampered. We are both very busy small business owners and “boy moms” who struggle to find any free moments & often forget to treat ourselves. Today was COMPLETE bliss! Started with a phenomenal massage, a wonderful champagne lunch & then hands down THE BEST facial experience I’ve ever had. I believe her name was Wisteria? She was perfect, I was so relaxed, I might have accidentally snored, lol. So relaxing. All services today were perfect. It was the most amazing way to spend a Monday. My best friend and I have agreed to try & make time in our crazy schedules to treat ourselves to your WONDERFUL services. My hair stylist Maria always does a great job and I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair. Maria always listens and does what is asked and on the off chance something came out a little off (I get both highlights and lowlights) then she is ready and willing to fix it! The service is amazing and I’m always asked if I’d like something to drink and who doesn’t want a mimosa when they’re getting pampered at the spa?!?! Yes please!!! Was treated to a spa day from my husband . What a great day I had at Spada! The staff were professional and very pleasant. The hot stone massage and facial were both so relaxing. Then I had a tasty salad for lunch while relaxing in the lounge. Of course I nibbled on the chocolate covered strawberries for dessert. I ended my with a peppermint manicure and pedicure. I’m new to the area and needed to find a salon that would take the time to contact my previous salon for my l color formula. The ladies at the front desk did that for me before my appointment. Next came meeting my new hair stylist and he did not disappoint! Michael spent time looking at colors with me and we discussed a cut; he listened to everything i said and understood exactly what I wanted. I left the salon feeling great, not like i needed to go home and wash my style out. He did a great job and I highly recommend him. Thanks Michael!

I had the BEST experience! From getting an amazing relaxation massage by Nelly to getting my hair colored and cut by Elizabeth. I had a horrible hair cut experience months back from another salon and was hesitant to get it cut, but Elizabeth worked wonders and made my hair amazing again, I left feeling so much better! I will only go to Elizabeth for now on!
I think Pam is a great hair stylist, with a great attitude, which is why I came to get my hair done with her 3 times, but the third time the color wasnt as expected, and I felt rushed, also I wasnt told the total bill would over $300. The location itself is not relaxing, everything is cramped, and there is no natural light, the décor is outdated and the girls at the front desk arent customer service oriented.
Honestly it wasnt what I expected for the cost my manicure and pedicure were sloppy and chipped after a few days. I took my friend the day before her wedding and her gel polish was already peeling on her special day and definitely wont make it through her honeymoon. I am 73 years old and have had some bad haircuts in my lifetime but the one I got from Elizabeth on Feb 28th was worst of all time. I brought in pictures to ensure I got what I wanted, not even close. It is so uneven it takes 20 to 30 minutes of styling so I feel comfortable leaving the house. Its so short in some areas I dont think it could be fixed until it grows for a couple of months.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. I called and made appointment for reflexology and spa pedicure. When I arrived it appeared that my appointment was never booked. Also, I was so looking forward to having reflexology however I was disappointed. The person performing the reflexology only gave a message in my lower legs. I thought reflexology was about pressure points in the foot. So disappointed for my first experience. I have been coming to this Spa for years. For me their customer service has gone down hill and they always have new people working there. It appears there is a high turnover of staff.
I went to Spada for a pedicure. It was a very relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. I received a mimosa and chocolate covered strawberries that were delicious. Natashia did my pedicure and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends!! Grateful for such a good experience.
Was amazing. I bought the relaxation package with lunch was like 5 hours. I bought this secretly for my wifes bday two weeks prior. She found out where she was going and freaked out. She had the best time of her life and we are already looking to book her next. Food was good. Staff awesome and sexy. The people who do the nails are extremely knowledgeable. You got a couple new clients for life!! Amazing service!!!
Whenever I visit Ft Myers I try to schedule my color and highlights with Nicole at Spada - shes amazing! Excellent color and the overall process is wonderful. Ive never had a more meticulous and neat colorist -- she even manages to get the color off my skin, which is usually very difficult. I will definitely be back next time Im in town.
Was a nice Salon & Spa definitely go to get my nails done in the future as well. However, when I received a full hair color and highlight it came out completely wrong and made my hair look black instead of any shades of red. I had to return to get it redone free of charge. I just wish I was understood the first time around more clearly due to living 30 to 45 minutes away. But great customer service and the staff is very friendly.
Elizabeth is an expert with color! She corrected the color from previous work I had done in Chicago! This is the third time Ive come to her when traveling to Ft Myers and each visit has been a wonderful experience.I would recommend her highly. Great hair cut and style also.

A truly high class experience. I have never had a massage therapist there who made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone is professional. I recommend getting there at least a half hour early to enjoy complimentary Champaign or mimosas before your massage. They also have showers that spray you from almost every direction. I could not tell you about their other services, but I am certain all of their staff is held to the same high standards of professionalism.
If zero stars was an option, it would be given. Given you guys are a supposed to be a good rated salon, I entrusted Pam with my hair. She however didn’t do the color I wanted for my hair and when I expressed concern and distress, she told me “well at least it’s not gray.” For a customer to pay as much as it is, and to be left with a result you didn’t want, is disheartening. Pam’s reaction to my concern was also NOT okay. No customer should be misled and told you will have your desired color (darker blonde), and be provided with a completely different color (red brown). This salon is supposed to be professional but this experience has made it very clear that it provides the exact opposite. This was not professional and neither was Pam’s comments. Super disappointing.
My Bf and I needed a special day to unwind and relax. He’s been working so hard and needed something to unwind hiim ...and me. 😂 The couples massage seemed like just the thing. Being both our first time getting massages we weren’t exactly sure what to expect. It was AMAZING!!!Yami and Michelle were both so professional kind and made us feel special. This was just what we needed. The massages were incredible and we both left feeling renewed. I did add the hot stones to the massage and it was well worth it. We also booked a steam shower. What a great way to end a perfect massage.We left feeling relaxed and renewed! Thanks again to Yami and Michelle. They made our date perfect!
My grandmother and I made appointments to have our hair done while in town. Elizabeth did my hair and Michael did my grandmothers. To say that our experience was good would be a vast understatement. Both stylists took the time to listen to our requests about our cuts and allowed us to feel like we were a part of the experience instead of just sitting us down and trying to get us out as quick as possible. I got a new cut that I was unfamiliar with how to style and Elizabeth took the time to show me as she was drying my hair on how to style it with the role brush and also what products I needed to maintain the style. I wish that we lived in Ft. Myers because this was the best experience I have ever had in a salon. Thank you Elizabeth and Micheal for making my grandmother and I feel so special!

Tyler was amazing on my hair coloring and cut but had a 90 minute massage scheduled and the person that was to do the massage picked the wrong customer and name and no one to do my massage.Massage is what was actually needed and the only thing said to me was do you want to come back another time. That will not happen.
Carolina has been my pedicurist at SPADA. Every time I see her she is a professional in her work ethics while also having a warm and friendly demeanor; easy to conversate with and truly a special gal. I am moving out of state and she is one person I will miss seeing and also benefiting from her strong hands and fingers! She has given me the best pedicure I have had and a hard act to follow. I recently went to Spada for a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere at Spada is very relaxing with a professional staff that are very accommodating. Soft music, low lights and a lovely waiting area set the mood for an enjoyable experience. The manicure and pedicure was done by Meaghan and my French manicure was perfect. I didnt give 5 stars only because it was not brought to my attention before the manicure that they charge more for a French manicure vs. a regular one. I probably would have chosenit anyway, but felt that should have been mentioned before the service.
I love this place. A great lounge with robed, slippers and lockers for your personal items with a lock. Plus it has fresh water with lemons for before and after treatment.A really nice relaxing lounge to unwind before you are start.I highly recommend Spada salon and day spa
Went in for two pedicures (My significant other and I) and the pedicures were fine but mediocre and definitely not worth paying $170 dollars for. You might as well go to a normal nail salon and get a pedicure because that’s what you’ll get here for triple the price. They advertise the pedicures are 75 minutes long. They finished my significant others in 45-50 minutes and he sat there and waited until they finished painting my toes which was only another 10 minutes. Either way our pedicures were no where near 75 minutes. Overall such a disappointment.
I went to this establishment 4 times and my experience was not satisfying to say the least. I went 4 weeks in a row. I got a facial and three body services. There is no way to get in touch with upper management. Today I received a mud body wrap and the machine broke. Water was everywhere. It was a mess. I leave my phone in the locker so I was unable to film this but I wish I could have somehow. They still asked me to pay only offering a 15% discount. I was not shown the ladies room nor asked if I would like something to drink during any of my visits. However I watched them do this with other ladies. My services were cut short on two occasions and I was asked to clean the product off during my second visit. Now I went back because I am African American and I wanted to see how others were treated. Its sad to say that they were treated differently. What are you to do in these types of situations. I just cried today while there on Mother’s day. This place isnt cheap and I just wished that people would do better.
I absolutely love Spada. I’ve been going here for years. I had one the best massages yesterday by Maily. She asked about previous injuries, which I have a few. I came in because my neck and shoulders were sore from a workout I did. She worked out all the knots and I feel so much better today. I’m so happy I made the appointment and will continue to go back.
Excellent service, beautiful and restful surroundings. I had an hour-long relaxation massage followed by a back scrub. Claudia has a wonderful touch--gentle and relaxing, but definite and firm. She spent extra time on a bad knot in my shoulder and it was gone by the next day. Everything was just right.
I try to get an hour long massage and a facial the same day. I love the experience because I see two wonderful people--Sylvia for massage and Jamie for facial. I love the pampering they give but I love the atmosphere of pampering provided by Spada. I am a mature woman but I leave feeling like a very spoiled debutante! Thanks to Spada!
When we moved here 2 years ago, my husband discovered Spada driving down McGregor, surprised me with a couples massage and the works day (as we were exhausted from the move). It was a wonderful introduction to the facility and we have not looked elsewhere since. We both continue to use all of the services: getting haircuts, manicures & pedicures on a regular basis and celebrate special occasions with various spa treatments from facials to full body massage. The facility is always clean, inviting and relaxing; and the staff is professional and welcoming. WERE HOOKED ON SPADA.

I found the Spada Salon a little bit of paradise. You are wrapped in a soft fuzzy robe and fed champagne while you wait for your masseuse. You get the most relaxing massage with a true professional and afterward, you are taken to a room with snacks and other beverages to either relax or socialize a bit. Can’t wait until I can go back. Such a pampering treat!!
I went to Spada as a new client on 3/28/15. Brittney did a great job on the phone helping me schedule a hair appointment. She recommended Christie and Christie was fabulous! Being in a cash industry myself I know the importance of highest quality of service and Christie exceeds the expectations. I recomend Spada staff to acknowledge every customer in the waiting area while they walk passed it, etc. Last, I encourage Brittney to look up and smile as customers walk into the building.
I had an incredible experience with Rebecca Mann for a relaxation massage. She walked me through every step and provided a wonderful, tailored massage. I left feeling refreshed, and really appreciated the calming atmosphere of the spa itself. P.S. Their champagne and cloud-like robes are the cherry on top of the day! Thanks again Rebecca!

I recently booked a couples massage at Spa Da. The massage in itself was good however the experience I had with my husbands massage therapist was to say at least..... a reason I will not be using their services again.During our massage I was talking directly to my spouse telling him he should get his arm that was recently operated on massaged to help improve healing. Our conversation was rudely and unexpectedly interrupted by his massage therapist. “Michelle” I believe her name was. She became I gauge “annoyed” by my opinion of what he should have done with his arm. Decided to at that point say “listen it’s a massage ok?, it’s just a massage”.Being that I’m paying near $200.00 for a couples massage... 1. It should never be in ANYONES ability to intervene between a husband and wife. 2. No one asked this therapist for her opinion as she was not being spoken to. 3. The behavior was so bizarre that when my massage therapist leaned down she softly spoke to me to attempt to reconcile what Michelle had said by being reassuring stating “I get it I was married once” and attempted to de-escalate the situation knowing what her counterpart had just said.I am extremely disgusted by my experience with this salon and will not be returning due to this unprofessional occurrence.On a side note Joy was wonderful, and I wished I could have given more of my time to tell her how well I thought she did, if I wasn’t so distraught and thrown left by what Michelle had said.If you want professionalism for your money’s worth, seek else where to receive a day of “relaxation” because this situation has completely disheveled our day.SincerelyA very unhappy customer
Absolutely the most relaxing day of my life. My ever so thoughtful boyfriend bought me the relaxation day package and it could not have been more perfect. It started with Maily, she gave me the best massage I have ever received. Very relaxing and used the perfect amount of pressure. She was also very sweet. I felt extremely comfortable and can’t wait to book my next massage with her. Next I saw Jamie for a facial. This was my first facial ever and she was very informative explaining the steps so I knew what was going on. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as well and was also very friendly and sweet. Finally I went to Oxana for a mani/pedi. My hands and feet are still super soft and I love the way they turned out. She was also very nice and did an amazing job. I plan to use all 3 ladies again in the future. All of the staff was very friendly. And it was a very clean and comfortable environment. Thank you Spada!
I got my hair done there and was very happy with the service.I did not like their policy of booking an appointment with a credit card but I knew I was not going to miss this appointment so I went ahead and gave them my credit card number.I had an appointment for 9am and I was there at 8:45 am. The hair stylist was not! She was stuck in traffic! I waited for 45 minutes and she didnt show up. They had to cancel that appointment because no one else was available to do my hair at that time.They offed me a 15% discount for my next visit.Is that fair?????????? I should have gotten the next visit for FREE!!!! If the policy is that you dont show up we charge my card the full amount of the service then why dont we get the full amount credit if they dont show up? Is their time worth more then mine?And because of that I will be going else where.They told me that all salons take I credit card. THATS NOT TRUE!

I was hoping that I would be able to make a positive review but unfortunately that is not the case. I called and asked for the most experienced stylist who specializes in short cuts and I definitely did not get what I asked for. I got placed with a stylist Elizabeth who has only been doing hair for about 4 years (I myself a stylist of 16 years) and I didn’t get what I asked for. Granted my hair was a hot mess when I went in ( because I was growing it out from my previous bad cut in September... not from this salon) but I walked out with two holes cut into the back of my hair, uneven length, a blunt cut (which I said it needs to be texturized and didn’t receive) and a style that was just blah to put it nicely. I will NOT be returning and recommend if you want a short customized cut to go elsewhere, if that’s the best this salon has to offer... VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

This place is AMAZING! I have worked for a lot of resorts and the spa and services at SPADA meet and even exceed some of the resorts I have worked at! Brenda and Michelle did my mom and Is 90 minute massages and they were OUTSTANDING! Very professional and gave us each exact ally what we asked for! The atmosphere is also very inviting without feeling stuffy! The chocolate covered strawberries in the lounge area also blew me away! What an elegant touch! Prices are very reasonable for the overall experience you receive! We will definitely be back and will ask for Brenda and Michelle again! I would strongly recommend, at the very least, that if you are looking for a great spa massage experience, book at SPADA!
Spada has done a great job providing a safe and relaxing environment during these strange times. My massage from Ashley and facial from Stephanie were both relaxing and very much needed. Ill definitely be back.
So when I checked in lady told me to get dressed in robe and sandals and she would show me around. She points and says see those three candles is the lounge. I see other people show them around. Nope mine just pointed. I go for massage which was great. Then mani and pedi they throw a new girl in who told me she was only on her second day of training my toes looks terrible and my nail polish on hands already came off. With my gift certificate I was suppose to get lunch. Never got that. I will never go here again! I’ve been to day spas all over Vegas... Aruba etc. This is terrible
I’m super thankful I found Sierra at SPADA nail salon for my acrylics. I type all day and have 5 kids so I’m hard on my nails, but they hold up *perfectly* for 4 weeks if I don’t get in sooner- no chipping. Sierra is a true artist, and a perfectionist, and she can do any art I ask her to, and beautifully! The most naturally-shaped acrylics I’ve ever had - I will no longer go anywhere else!!! Thank you, Sierra!!
I love the quality service they provide and how courteous they are to us clients! My favorite stylist is Michael who shows great attention to detail, listens to what Im looking for in my hair, and always shows a positive friendly attitude! All the products he recommends have made miracles to my hair, thank you Michael! And to the Spada team!
Staff was great in the front. Everything was fine until my hair got fried and came out not how i wanted it to. If you couldnt do the picture that I showed you then you should of just said it from the start I dont think this will work and then still charged me 90$ for ruining my hair doesnt make since. & by sitting there from 10 am in the morning till 3:00 trying to fix it and having to turn away customers I still tipped her good I just dont feel like I should be charged for my hair being messed up and then re dying it one color and still didnt cover up all of the highlights in my hair I would prefer for them to make it right before making me pay money for screwed up hair. I get it grows back but when you goto a salon people refer you to & then just being let down sucks. But other than that my massage was great by Jamie definitely I will come back to her! First time experience here sucked for the hair part hopefully next time if there is a next time maybe it will be better.
Great ! Ashley Marie did a FAB deep tissue massage. My husband and I got a massage together, be aware to ask for a scent you like... my husband smelled literally like a rose, he would have preferred a different scent. Serene decor, varied drinking waters... orange, cucumber, or lemon. Definitely going back.
Love Spada! Ive gone multiple times along with gift certificates for family and friends. Never a bad experience! Everyone is very accommodating and the atmosphere is amazing. Complimentary drinks, beverages, and snacks if you choose. Definitely going back for as long as Im in Fort Myers!

My stylist Kathleen was friendly and payed very close to detail with my hair and what was needed for it ,. I have VERY thick hair and she made it feel weightless with volume and beautiful! My wife scheduled an appointment for hair salon services for her birthday weekend. After an hour of beach traffic we arrived at spada a few minutes early for our Saturday 2PM appointment. As my wife walked through the door they called to cancel the appointment. (a bit late dont you think?). We were assured of a call from management which has not yet happened. It was a waste of our time in the middle of our Saturday. For this I am not pleased.
We are from Minnesota and were staying for a month in April 2019 inFort Myers FL. I desperately needed my hair done- roots and highlights. I read the hair reviews on line and was happy with the high score reviews at Spada! I booked an appointment with Kathleen- she did an amazing job. I had a 2 color highlight and a single process on my roots. The color and highlights look awesome- I love the contrast and the dimension it gives my hair. Kathleen also recommended Aveda shampoo,conditioner, color protector and root lift -all products which I bought and are loving to use. I highly recommend Kathleen - I LOVE my hair! Got a couples massage with the GF today. The massages by Jay and Luis were great. Incredibly friendly staff and surprisingly cheap prices (compared to Denver, I guess). 10/10 would recommend
My first time here and it was amazing from the moment I entered til the moment I left! The staff was kind and very accommodating. The hair stylist who worked with me did a phenomenal job and made me feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone, I also look forward to using their other services.
My wife flys down to visit the spa regularly. It’s the highlight of her Florida mini trips and worth the 1600 mile flight.This time she left her diamond necklace in the locker. It was valuable and we thought it will never be seen again. Not so, they check the lockers, found it and had it securely in a little envelope with her name on it. VERY HONEST PEOPLE HERE.Highly recommend

I went there last weekend for partial highlights, a cut, and a style with Emily and she was amazing!! Had great recommendations, because I was basically going from Brown to Blonde, and I could not be happier!! It turned out amazing, and she gave me great tips for styling, because I am definitely lacking in that department! Hahaha Yummmy chocolate covered strawberries, Mimosas, and great conversation! This was my first time visiting. Very clean, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Technician was pleasant and engaging. A little more pricier than other places but I think it was worth it. I only had a pedicure today but will definitely be back to try some of their other services.
I just had the first massage in awhile by Yamilet. 90 minutes of heaven. First thing I want to mention is the staff is really doing a great job when it comes to the covid virus precautions. I personally have health issues and my husband is actively fighting cancer, so we go almost nowhere. I would urge anyone to not stay away because of fear of people not taking every precaution. They are. And I will also urge everyone to get a massage, Yamilet and Beatrice are my personal favorites. I’ve had countless hours getting massages by people all over, and I will promise you, that you will not be disappointed with your experience here. Extremely gifted women who will bring you back to being relaxed and have your muscles feeling great. Do yourself a favor and go! You will be going back and back! God Bless the healers!
This place is amazing…. Everyone here is awesome. I Plan on doing this once a month. Marianne was amazing and made us feel welcome.
Booked with a “master stylist”. First she corrected my color & doing the roots. I see no difference in my hair color at all. Next was the cut. I ask for one thing & she gave me another. She began to give me a mowhawk! I never wanted that, just an upside down “V” in back to elongate my neck. When I realized & she confirmed she was giving me a mowhawk it was too late & she blamed me for not understanding what I wanted. It was $176.00 mistake, my hair has no shine at all anymore & im afraid to have it ant shorter. The sides were to remain in front of my hair…but there’s hardly any hair left. Oh, and there’s a normal 20% tip that goes on that tab. She also took a walk in former customer while I sat there & never even thanked me. Fail on this one. Husband didn’t like it either.
I always have a great experience at Spada. Both Sylvia and Beatrice are excellent with deep tissue and sports massage therapy. The spa is clean, the robes are comfortable and I appreciate the relaxing atmosphere. I will be back soon!
Update: they did offer a free mani to makeup for what happened. Still doesn’t change that my nails weren’t good for my wedding day/honeymoon, but I appreciate the effort.Probably the worst manicure/pedicure of my life which is disappointing since it was for my wedding day. I brought my whole bridal party here the Thursday before my wedding, I believe the lady who did my nails was Oksana.First, you could see through the gel to my nail, I’m guessing she didn’t put enough coats on. Then, by the following Tuesday (less than a week after getting them done), the gel was almost completely peeled off. A $50 gel manicure should last at LEAST a week, normally two.Very disappointing considering how pricey this place is. Won’t be coming here again.

I recently had my first mani/pedi at Spada after receiving a gift certificate. Monica was amazing! She was friendly and we had great, light conversation all while getting a relaxing experience. It was busy and I was able to see everything getting cleaned before or after use. The products used and the quality of my mani/pedi are worth every penny spent. I highly recommend Spada and Monica!

Nicole is exactly what I was looking for in a professional stylist. She listens carefully to what I want and executes it perfectly. I change hair color/style often and I have very fine hair which looks awful if it isn’t cut well. Today I wanted high/low lights more beige-ash not gold/yellow. With these directions Nicole managed to color my hair exactly as I hoped. She’s amazing

I can’t recommend this place enough. The massages are to die for, and when it comes to the hair salon, I can’t thank Brooke and Brandi enough for not only the way they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, but they took my hair from something that gave me insecurity/anxiety to LOVING it!! Ive had massages, manicures and pedicures here and every experience has been absolutely wonderful! Every area in the spa/salon is very clean and the staff is always very courteous.Im very picky when it comes to pedicures and Maria gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had.
My man bought me a gift certificate for valentines day to this spa. When I first walked in I was greeted and immediately shown were I needed to go to start off my Touch of Relaxation experience. The certificate consisted of massage, facial, and mani/pedi. My massage was the greatest thing I had ever experienced in my life! Syliva was awesome. My facial was even better. I felt like I was a regular customer. I felt comfortable. Until I got to the Mani/pedi. The girl I got acted as if she had an attitude and didnt want to work that day. She messed up my toes so bad that one of the other girls had to step in and take over. Once she took over I felt at ease. She apologized and begged me not to let that one person ruin my experience at the spa. I didnt. They were all awesome and I am definitely going back.
Great service! Great massage! We did the couples massage. They have a locker room for changing/showering and offer complementary champagne. Overall we had a great experience there.

I planned a girls day with a friend here to get our swedish massages and mani and pedi done . We were running behind but they still accommodated us which was great customer service. However our massage room was freezing! the massages were great though the chocolate covered fruit and wine was nice as well as the robes and slippers.
When I went in, it was a surprise from my husband so it was my first time there. Everything was so clean and it was a great first time experience. The only thing I did not like is when I was asked if it was my first time, and I said yes, I was expecting someone to explain the process to me. I was so confused because I was only told to go into the locker room and put on a robe and wait. No information on what I was in for, no information on other services or anything of that sort. I was kind of just at the liberty of the workers.
As a first timer here, I was very disappointed of my welcoming. Not only was it my first time visiting the spa, but it was also my first time for the services I was requesting (facial). With no knowledge of what I was getting myself into, I was directed to the back and was taken into the the dressing room and was asked to remove my clothing and put on a robe. Anyhow, I did so and upon doing so, I realized that they only had one size to offer in robes. Ashamed and embarrassed to walk out as it didnt cover up much of my front or chest, I asked the esthetician if there was a bigger size robe and she said no that there were all one size. Anyhow, I proceeded to walk through the halls to the back into the esthetician room (glad no one was in the halls or in the waiting area) and still was clueless as to what I was getting myself into. The only thing I was asked in the back room was if I had any concerns with my facial skin and if I had oily or dried skin. I answered the questions then filled out a form that asked a little more information of daily products etc. that I use on a daily base. Once again, still with no knowledge on how a facial goes and or what my face needed, I then was asked to take off the robe and get under the cover that was on the bed. The esthetician then came back in and asked me to close my eyes and from there who knows what I was getting done to my face or what creams were being used. I honestly had high hope that I was going to enjoy my facial and continued services, but that definitely wont be happening here. Not to mention, upon booking my appointment I assured them that I never had a facial and wanted a consultation to assure that I was going to get the services that my face needed. What a way to receive my first facial.
A MI friend visiting me wanted me to do a spa day with her and, of course, the best place is Spada! No matter the day one never leaves Spada disappointed. Even when it is a last minute appointment the staff will work you in some way some how, which was the case. When we walked out of Spada three hours later, we were both so happy with the total experience. We could find no fault with our visit!
Five Stars- My hair stylist, Kathleen, is hands down the BEST! She’s motivated to try new things and continues to learn new techniques to ensure clients get the best experience. She has been highlighting my hair for some time now, and continues to make each shade of blonde better than the time before! She’s honest, calm, and pleasent to work with! Thank you, Kathleen, for making my hair fabulous!!Zero Stars- I came in during the last week of November for microdermabrasion. I will not mention the name of the woman who my appointment was with, as we all have bad days and I’m sure this was her “bad day”. This was the second time the “machine was not working”. Rather than letting me know beforehand, the woman informed me after cleaning my face. This has happened on two separate occasions. Twice I have had to find child care, just to have my appointment and service changed. What made this experience even worse was the the woman working with me couldn’t even professionally speak to me about my options or even clarify what a chemical peel was as a “Plan B” since I was already there. She was unprofessional, and seemed unable to communicate anything. She worked on my face for ten minutes, then said I was done. Not sure what she even accomplished, as it was impossible for her to converse. Being that I’ve been coming to Spada for nine years, I would have expected some sort of apology or plan as to which we could have fixed the situation. From now one, I will not just have them put me with anyone who is available; I will instead wait for Steph-joe (sorry for the spelling), as she is FABULOUS and very experienced.-Lauren Joshua
