Had a blast way before sundown on a Saturday there. Highly recommend for live music people.

Really enjoy coming here. This was our 3rd time, having moved to North County (San Diego) a couple years back. The manager (owner?) was so gracious and welcoming... genuinely thanking the crowd not once but TWICE for coming; supporting not just the venue but the bands who play there as well. Getting into the show (with the lines, wristbands and ID checking) was well organized and smooth. Seating DOES get tight for a show (we saw Hollywood Knights-- their debut show!); but its not too bad. you can still chair-dance :-) or find a spot where youre not blocking others. The outdoor, wrap around, upscale rural patio is very spacious, with cute lighting, seating and heaters too. Great atmosphere to get out (if youre seated inside) for fresh air and a bit of dancing. Bartenders friendly, and staff roamed around all night to pick up empty glasses from the tables. Nice touch.. keeps the place looking tidy and makes for less work at the end of the night! All in all a fun place to go.. well be back.

A great place to go and have a few drinks and meet up with friends and listen to some outstanding live blues music. The location is in Old Town Temecula. They have a great outside area to sit and people watch. The staff was very hospitable and polite. The band was outstanding. CHEERS

We were expecting more of a listening experience, but in our opinion, it was a nice bar with a rock band. It was still fun, but maybe it changes with whos performing. Well definitely try it again with a blues band.

If you like blues and a good time, this is a must visit place. We stopped by and got into sold out concert of Kim Wilson Blues All Star. Such a great time. Well priced beer and very nice service

Saw the Motels at OTBC, they were fantastic. We were sitting 5ft from Martha, I acted as her sommelier, handing/guarding her glass of wine between songs/sips.Band sounded great, played all the hits, and interaction with the fans was fun.Would love to see more bands of the Motels stature at the OTBC! That would help put the OTBC on the radar of more folks.

SNI (Stevie Nicks Illusion) was GREAT!! Our 1st time there. Great atmosphere and not crowded. Owner was very personable & made sure everyone had a great time. Will go back again for sure!

Superb venue!Went there to see the Live -Band Karaoke and wow, their band is fantastic. Venue looks amazing and people very extremely nice and friendly and fun. We will be back.

Nice looking place. Great staff. This venue does have a stage for performances and a dance floor. This place does not serve food but they will let you bring in food from any local food trucks. The bar only has beer and wine. They do not serve any signature cocktails. The band I saw was great they played all night and only took three breaks. The live music starts at 8:30 every night.

Great atmosphere. Gets a little crowded due to small location so get there early if youre planning on seeing a show.

Andy is awesome owner and place is fun. His bar is expanding in size in about 2 months. At that time, hell start adding additional entertainment. Tuesdays in few months will have variety comedy nights featuring Hawaiian shirt hypnotist comedy with age 21+ adult comedy show. Keep an eye out for exact dates on Old town Blues club.

Just walked in out of the Blue. LOL. This place is amazing with incredible bands. A definite stop if you love the blues.

We saw Major Dudes cover band for Steely Dan and they were awesome! OTBC is a great place to relax, listen and enjoy live cover bands.

I watched a band here and it was good, but the event entry process lacked organization and was not well marked... And...the drinks were either beer or wine only - I wasnt aware prior. Outside of that, the owner and stagf were great, checking in with customers beyond the bar and ensuring everyone was able to enjoy themselves.

Love this place! On the weekends there is usually a wait to get in—if you get there after 8:30—and a small cover charge (probably to help the keep the crowds down), but it’s definitely worth it! The music is fantastic, the bar has a lot of options, and the bartenders are really nice. When it’s busy, there aren’t a whole lot of places to sit inside, but that’s because they need some open space for dancing! There is usually a lot of space to sit out on the patio and there are TV screens streaming the band from inside. It’s perfect! If you like blues, dancing, and good drinks, this is the place for you!

We had an amazing time there. We liked the people and everybody was friendly. The only reason we gave it a four-star was it doesn’t have a full bar.

Went here after 1909, up the street. I really liked the band. The drinks were good also. Fun entertaining environment.

As a music venue, it was good. But not so good for dancing to that music. I did not feel welcome by the people working there.

Great live music club. It only cost $10 and I saw the Lizard Kings, a Doors tribute band last Sunday and they were great. The club was comfortably filled with people who were seated at tables and the outdoor seating too. They serve reasonably priced beer and wine and the atmosphere was great! That was one funky cool blues club. I will definitely go back.

Ive come here a handful of times and every time has been a great experience! Theyve expanded the place and it looks AMAZING! More room to dance - more room in general. Thank you for keeping live music, especially blues alive!!!!!I love this place and it should get 5 starts but... music is SO loud that I barely can stand the music volume while seating on the front patio!!

Always something going on. Tuesday Comedy nights are always different. Never know what a comedian is going to say. Food is outstanding.

We went on the Saturday night before the 4thand there was a live band playing. It was loud, crowded and lots of fun. My group pretty much hung out on the front patio and enjoyed the music. Great beer selection fun atmosphere. My friends and I had a good time. The front patio was a great place for us to chat, catch up and drink some good beer. It also made for some excellent people watching!

Old Town Blues Club is such a magical, musical place. Live music all the time, dancing until your exhausted, and just all around fun! Come and meet new friends and listen to some of the best live music on the planet.

Live music band was fun! Cool patrons. I got a sabe vodka grapefruit cocktail 😋! Very cool environment and 😎. Only wish they had Gin but hey, I got me a high 5 from an unknown female person! Woo-hoo, I shall be back!

Fun, friendly ambience, bartenders really nice and drinks were delictable. Band on Saturday night 3/23 was Awesome! ..and not just because they sang and got the whole place to sing Happy Birthday to me, that was extra treat! I recommend visiting for a great time!

This place had a great vibe. This is not a nightclub. The crowd is older. The band was killing it and everyone was having a great time. Only beer and wine here, so just keep that in mind. Outdoor patio is smoke friendly if you want to light a cigar. Everyone in my group enjoyed it, as usual. Well be back.

Its hard now days to find a bar setting with live band music. This is the place to visit in door and out door sitting. If like blues live band music this is the place to visit. We arrived at 6pm, sat outside on the balcony enjoying the music and didnt leave until 11pm. I would highly recommend this place, enjoy and have fun.

No contact, no attendance. I really have a problem with companies who think they can run a business with a voicemail and a website. I live 20 miles away and Id kind of like to know whos playing, what type of music, are you open, are there any special engagements, do I need a reservation, whats the cover charge??. With no human contact you dont get the business. Ill probably never come there until someone answers the phone.

Once they knock down the wall, Ill rate it 5 Star...its a FUN place, and popular, just too small! Im happy to hear they are expanding!Update: The expansion is excellent! Great place! Always high quality live music. The owner of the place, Andy, is terrific. Cant wait for the expansion area to open. Friendly crowd. The bar and security staff is top notch. They remember regulars names and drink preferences. Treat you like friends and family!

Weve enjoyed coming here for a number of years and have never had this experience until the last few months. It would be a 5 star, but weve been turned away 3 times and told to come back later due to a special event! We never have gone back and not happy about being turned away. Also, they want to charge us the same amount as the special event reservation if and when we do return. Suggestion...have different wrist bands for the people who didnt preorder tickets and let them in at the same time for outside seating.

Great Blues Band Saturday 4:30 - 7:30. Other live bands after with classic rock until 11:30 p.m. Very busy and fun location. They have a bar too.

An absolute awesome spot. The band we saw play there (Lifetime Rocker) on their 10th anniversary, 22Oct2022, was incredible! Next time Im in Temecula I will be back!

Still Needs liquor full bar.Has an enlarged indoor area that has doubled space. There is a bigger, longer porch and a new side patio venue that was host to ad hoc concerts during the last few weeks of the close down.It is still very popular.GREAT place

I have been to Old Town Blues Club on many occasions. The staff is friendly, the venue is clean and the live entertainment never fails to please. The only negative issue is the size. When a great band is playing, the place is packed and it can be hard to get around. Otherwise, I highly recommend this business.

We used to live in Ireland and we love Ireland. It is a nice little Irish escape in Temecula! We were lucky as there was a live band playing Irish songs when we visited. It just felt awesome and the atmosphere was super friendly. The only thing that i didnt like was the smell of cigars as people were smoking right outside. But whatever, it seems like a great place!

Went here on my birthday with my girlfriend on a saturday night, they had a good band that night and we had good time. Was no cover. We didnt drink much, we were already wrecked. We felt more at home here being in our 50s......had older crowd then most of the trendier places to go on front st

Went there tonight - february 29. Bad Chemistry - was just that: bad! The vocalist has a good voice, performance was good, but guys, if nobody dances by the 5th dance, get the hint and switch up your repertoire. This was just banging on the instruments. Definitely not dance music. I had a friend visit from out of town. We finally left after half an hour. It was pretty bad. If you can’t pay attention to your audience, maybe it’s time to stop playing. The blues club needs to get B.I.G. on that stage. Best band ever, and guaranteed everybody will be dancing!Just got a response back from the owner! Thank you! Kudos to you for reading the review and responding.Let me clarify: I love the place!! The three stars were for the music the band was playing. I think the singer was awesome and so was the band, but the selection of their songs weren’t! For as long as we were there, only one song was danced to. I actually asked for Andy (?). I was told he is the one who schedules the bands, but Andy was gone.No offense to either the club or the band. Simply the music was, in my opinion and my friend’s not suited to dance to. Maybe after we left they realized they needed to change their ‘tune.’Five stars for blues club, still three for band. sorry! 😏

What a great venue! I love how the outside patio area wraps around along the building and overlooks the main street and sidewalk. I will definitely be back to listen to more of that great music!

I was walking around on a Sunday afternoon, heard some good blues music from across the street, had to check it out. Stopped for a beer and didnt want to leave. This place is very welcoming and friendly. The music was fantastic. Cant wait to go back.

Very divey, this is not necessarily a bad thing. The band playing tonight was off the chain good! Grabbed a decent bottle of Chardonnay from the bar, so again, not the diviest of dive bars. Big thumbs up for No cover charge on a Saturday night

Spent a couple of evenings here. First was a Rod Stewart tribute band “All About Maggie”. These guys put their all into the show and it was great fun.Second was a trio playing 50’s rock and roll. Also a great night.

Great bar. Live music. Great crowd.Chatted with the regulars. Bartenders were really friendly. Security staff in front was professional. There was a little wait to get in but worth it.

Love the Blues Club. A place for us older crowd hanging out without having to put up with youngsters bar music.While most bands are good, the Sundays afternoon bands are most excellent; I deduct 1 star for some bad groups, especially Sat nights. Oh boy, did they even play off key and irritating.

Pretty cool venue and some top notch acts.... The bartenders are a little slow and need to be a bit more attentive . No need to have two bartenders on the same end of the bar. Kinda frustrating trying to get their attention especially when there is four or more Bar Backs and other staff behind the bar and right in front of a growing line of other thirsty patrons yet they are unable to fetch you a drink, or the other Bartender for that fact!?! Ok, I am knit pickin, as this can happen anywhere.Otherwise, this is a really great entertaining and fun place with great atmosphere and some excellent bands.Generally it appears that the nightlife is everywhere in Old Town Temecula. Who woulda ever thought? Old Town Blues Club is caught up in the middle of all of it! A real fine party town!Just mind yourself because Riverside Sheriff makes a big presence up and down the main street of Old Town all night long. DONT BE A BLOW IT AND YOU WILL BE OK! HAVE FUN!

GREAT PLACE! Has a ‘Cheers’ feel to it where everybody knows your name. 1st time there, owner came and introduced himself saying it’s always great to make new friends. Live bands on most weekend nights.

The favorite spot for music in Old Town Temecula. A relaxed environment with a variety of bands. On weekends enjoy 2 bands, one starting at 9pm and another band starting earlier. No food is served here its bar only so eat before you get there. OTBC does serve a variety of beer and has a nice wine selection. The OTBC was recently renovated with expanded outdoor seating. This is our favorite place for music in Old Town and the music never disappoints.

Live music and dancing are ingredients for a longer life. Enjoyable experience.

Energetic Venue with an Appreciative Owner!While attending a conference we slipped away to see Viva Halen. The band was fun but what caught my attention was the owner. He came by and personally thanked us for coming (even took a selfie with us LOL). He also ran around the bar making sure all glasses and bottles were picked up and tables wiped down, always with a proud smile on his face. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful!Next time we are in town we will come back!

Its ok... They definitely have good beer on draft & variety. Older crowd and Im in my late 30s.. So that makes some people there in mid 40s or 50s. Lol

This is the former Front Street Union in old town Temecula - under new ownership and new name. One of the best locations in Old Town, this is a small really fun bar with two great attributes - a cool deck overlooking Front Street, and always great live entertainment - fun bands on the weekends. So far the new ownership has kept everything except the name pretty much the same. So go check it out!

This is the best place to see live music in Temecula. Im so glad we have a local place where we can see great blues guitarists! Venue has TVs out on the patio so you can even see the band if you are chilling outside. Also, no other place in Temecula that I know of provides a professional PA system for bands to use. Ive been to about 4 shows there in the past 6 months and the sound quality is always top notch.

Great music. Awesome location on street for viewing. And can smoke a good cigar on side patio and still watch band on TV.

One would be hard pressed to find a better live music venue in southern California. A very intimate, friendly and fun experience that brings me back time after time.

If you want good quality live music in an intimate setting, this is a great place to visit. One of the places you must come to see if you are in Old Town Temecula.

Parking is headquartered out of New Orleans, and they will fine you, even if you follow procedure. Park on the streets of possible.

Live music all the time and just for only 5 bucks. Friday nights is ladies night no cover charge.

Errm, I think I died and went to heaven (at least I think I did - they seem to wipe your memory with alcohol before you leave)! Ive decided to adopt this place as my local despite living over 5,000 miles away. Nuf said...

Take into account of course it is a dive bar and not upscale looking. But the band was excellent and the bartenders were friendly. Recommended
