Do not sign up for a membership here. This is the worse customer service I have received in any service industry. I went to another location for a facial. Asked to add on a dermaplane. They said it would be $30 additional charge. I had a 40 min session they charged me a credit and half ($105 and $30 for the add on) and I left with no facial(No steam, no extraction, no mask, no cleaning and raw skin on my face that burned after.) I left and said I wanted to cancel my membership - they told me I had to call this location. I called first thing in the am and they said I had to cancel in writing and they would send me the forms and get back with me. No one called back and I had to call again the next day to follow up - where they informed me I had to wait 10 days for them not to charge me again. I sent my cancellation forms to the email address they asked and asked them to please confirm receipt - I received NOTHING. NO ReSPONSE. How busy is Massage Envy that they cannot simply be courteous and why does it take 6 calls/attempts to try and cancel something. They charged me AGAIN for another $70. and told me I could not be cancelled until November until that credit expires. This whole membership is a game where they want your money - they have subpar services - save your money and go somewhere else. These people dont care and are just rude.

I always have a great, professional experience at ME but Mijail is exceptional. Professional, listens to my needs and pays attention to trouble areas, and adjusts pressure as needed and is super friendly. Highly recommend!

Great place-great staff. Mark is an outstanding therapist, the best I have ever had!! Very professional and listens to your needs. I have bad sciatica and he know exactly how to treat it and I come out of my session feeling wonderful!! Here’s to you Mark for going above and beyond!!!!

Jovan was great, very experienced and extremely professional. Needed some body therapy and left feeling like a new person after a deep tissue massage, perfect for the gym/muscle recovery

Gina was kind, professional, and answered my questions. She did a wonderful job with the facial service (it was so relaxing). I loved how my skin glowed after she was done. I’m looking forward to my next session with her!

Jamie was gentle, respectful and she made me feel very comfortable. She exfoliated my skin, massaged my face, humidified it, I received a light mask too. Also, she massaged my scalp, my neck/shoulders, my arms and hands. I felt like I died and went to heaven, I was so relaxed and tense-free. I felt really good! The front desk was great. Kisha was so helpful and inviting. Overall this was a great experience!!!

After trying out some different masseuse’s, Reynier is my favorite. He is professional, great at his job, and makes you feel very comfortable. Danny is also one of my favorite providers. They both do a great job and you’ll leave feeling amazing!

This Massage Envy in South Fort Myers may just be my favorite. Though my membership has remained at Coconut Point, like many establishments it’s slipped. So to walk into such a friendly environment with 3 maybe 4 front desk staff who smiled and greeted you (rather than being enthralled in personal conversations and ignoring you) set the stage for what resulted in booking again with the same message therapist Monika.Before we met I noticed how clean the restrooms and open massage rooms were. Also noted that the 3 clients waiting in the relaxation area were friendly and happy I believe because that’s it’s due to the management and atmosphere of this location.Monika was surprisingly good and I say that only because her style of massage is not my normal. Yet more and more as the hour long session went on the more I realized that I would book again.

The only therapist I enjoy seeing is Chinelo. I’m sure there are other good ones but I like that he listens to me when I say a certain area is hurting.He also seems to give off a very peaceful kind of energy and sometimes I go because I truly just need to relax at the highest degree and he is so knowledgeable in his techniques and allows me to fully relax. He is the only therapist I’ve been to that makes me feel like I’m healing, physically and mentally. He really is a great massage therapist,If i could give 10 stars I would.

My first time at a Massage Envy and am impressed. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Thalia was professional, personable, with strong hands. I came in hurting and left on cloud 9! I will be back!

Chris was great, I knew I was very tight in my shoulders from my workouts. He worked the kinks out like Ive never experienced. He also gave suggestions on what I should do between getting massages.

The therapist was good. The customer service when checking out was HORRIBLE. I wanted the tip and balance to go on a particular card. The person helping me had no clue how to help. She turned to her supervisor who did not pay attention to what I wanted, clicked the wrong card. No apology..nothing..rude 👎

I have been visiting this South Fort Myers location every other week for two years, with the only real length of time away being due to Hurricane Ian. Honestly, I’ve been hesitating to write this review because I want to gatekeep, but no longer. The Massage Envy location itself is modern, clean, and comfortable; the wonderful front desk staff are always knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. For me, the real star here has been Reynier/Rey, who has been my therapist for the whole time I’ve been going. He is EXCELLENT at what he does: experienced technique, perfect pressure, and great communication. Rey has given me an invariably PERFECT massage dozens and dozens of times, but each individual session is tailored specifically to the condition of my body at that time. I’ve had massages all over this great country, and Rey is the very best, hands-down. Sometimes I go in feeling like I’m made of beef jerky and leave feeling like I’m made of veal, forreal. I’ve had only the utmost professionalism when visiting South Fort Myers Massage Envy, from arrival to massage to check-out.

Gina did a fabulous facial and back facial. She wasn’t pushy at all; she was gentle and efficient. I already recommended her to my other ME friends in the area to go see her :)

Beatriz applied the perfect amount of pressure and checked in periodically to make sure I was still comfortable. She really worked the many knots in my shoulders while also making me feel so relaxed. She didnt make small talk which was great. Just got to work on my tight muscles. It was a great first experience with massage envy.

I was initially worried about getting a maternity massage but Mijail is awesome in helping me feel comfortable and relax my sore, tight muscles. I’ve been with him twice so far and will continue with him for the rest of my pregnancy.

I had jovana and she was awesome. Already scheduled another massage with her. They all were very kind in the front. A place to come back too for sure!!!

Reynier gives a great firm massage, I have been receiving massages for over 30 years, and Reynier is one of the best therapist’s I have been to. I really shouldn’t give you his name because everyone will book him and then I will have a hard time getting an appointment!

I see Gina for my facials once a month and she is amazing! My skin looks rejuvenated and glowing every time I leave. She has made my skin look youthful again.

Every masseuse has different techniques so it may take a couple tries but I highly recommend Adam. I have been going to him for quite a few years now and suggest booking in advanced!

Just what I needed. What a great experience. Mairyn asked all the right questions and checked in with me frequently, to be the pressure of the massage was comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely come again.

Ivette Is very professional and very good at what she did for my massage she would do any kind of pressure you want and if you need it different in certain areas she does that also so the massage was wonderful and relaxing

Fraudulent company, I stopped my membership last spring and they asked me if they could call me in the fall to see if I wanted to start it back up. I agreed, but instead of calling and talking to me they just started billing me again without my knowledge. They billed me from October until I finally caught them in June. When we confronted them about it they admitted doing it but refused to reimburse me stating that it was my fault for not catching them sooner. This is the type of business practices I expect from a Nigerian prince, not a local company. Shameful. If you choose this service you need to be very careful.

Mairyn is amazing!! She has strong hands that can deliver a really beautiful, firm massage. I highly recommend her!

Deibys (Crespo) has been my masseur since about 2021. I like a lot of pressure in my massages, and he is fantastic! I’ve been a member at Massage Envy for several years and been to about 4 different locations in 2 states, he’s definitely one of my top favorites!

Victor always provides the best massage. He listens to your needs and tailors his technique accordingly.

An amazing massage with Yarely! She addressed some stress areas with immediate release. I would appreciate some feedback regarding a tip I gave her off my gift card. As I had $20 left on it, I asked that Yarely be given it. The desk staff said it would be on her paycheck. Is this protocol? I would think the tipping would be personalized? (Next time Ill be sure to hand her cash!)

ProfessionalThis was my first time visiting Massage EnvyI was apprehensive and the staff went out of their way in being friendly and informative.My massage experience was very good and I highly recommend this location. They offer several “ad ons” and carry professional cosmetic lines for facials. I am glad I made the call.I recommend massage therapist, Victor.He specializes in the bodies meridian points.

Pablo is amazing! He does a great deep pressure massage! I am a runner and always need work on my IT band and other key muscle groups. Pablo has a lot of knowledge and I always feel better after a visit. He keeps me running! I give him 5 stars!I give ME overall 3 stars. I don’t like Tippy when you check out. The front desk bases your tip amount on non member rates. For a 90 minute massage they enter $180 for the tip amount instead of a member rate. It feels a little scammy. I always tip and will tip based on my experience and bc I want to. I don’t like feeling like Ive been tricked into it. For tipping on $180 they should include hot towels, aromatherapy, etc. y those are all add ons. If you want me to tip on $180 then give the full experience. Again, not a reflection of the massage therapists but ME as a business.

I cannot recommend the South Fort Myers location enough! I always get a fabulous massage and in particular, Pablo Troya, Yarelys and Mark are my favorite therapists! Keep up the good work!

Just walked out of a massage with Dianelys. Absolutely amazing. I recently moved from California and had a good masseuse at the Massage Envy over there but Dianelys exceeded expectations. From complying with the time the massage should last to excellent customer service and massage itself, she is hands down the best masseuse I’ve had. Tried another Massage Envy location in Ft Myers in the beginning of December once I got to FL and had a terrible experience. Then I decided to try the Summerlin location in December and had a male masseuse (Raydel) - he was ok. Then scheduled again with Dianelys and OMG - no regrets. Now I just need to figure out with this location regarding the difference in payment for my membership, bc here is cheaper than it is in CA. I hope they can help me with a refund for the difference during these 2 times I used this location and for fute visits. Highly recommended this location!! The ladies at the front desk are super nice too!

Believe massage is essential for physical health. Have been getting them for over 35 years. And it’s hard to find a great masseuse. I became a member at Massage Envy to accommodate my travel schedule and needed a practitioner in Ft Myers for my stays here. I lucked out in that Jessyca was my first trial. She is attentive to all qualities involved in executing an excellent massage i.e. amount of pressure, temperature, movement & time management. My body feels energized & renewed. I am able to rotate my neck and hips to their full range.

Love this ME location — front staff is cheery and helpful. Consistently excellent massages from Victor keep me feeling great. Highly recommend!

Beatriz was excellent. Her technique is great and she is very professional. She is what I call “polished” and pays attention to the small details. She doesn’t bump into the table during your session or make noises with the stool or chair. You don’t hear her getting more lotion and her placement of the sheets when transitioning to different areas is gentle and slow. These are the small details that make a difference. I have had several massages prior with other therapists and not one of them paid any attention to these details. I will definitely being seeing Beatriz again.

I forget who my person was, it was a man with a Spanish accent but he was amazing, he deserves a raise and a huge bonus, he would go until it was just a little uncomfortable and then release, exactly what I wanted

Front staff was very friendly and welcoming. Crespo did a great with my massage. Asked if pressure was okay periodically through out the massage and asked me multiple times if I was feeling okay. Would recommend Crespo as a massage therapist.

I had my first appt at Massage Envy. Great experience with the staff in the front & also Pablo. He was great at deep tissue & it was pretty relaxing as he was getting the knots out of my back and neck.

This is a good place. Reception is efficient and welcoming. Therapists are not only sensitive to your needs but also well trained and experienced.

Monika was very thorough and did an amazing job. She found places I didnt realize were sore. I feel great! My husband and I chose the couples room as it was his first massage. It was a very pleasant experience. This team is very professional. We will definitely do this again.

I have been a customer of Massage Envy for many years when I lived up north until we moved here in Fla about 4.5 yrs ago. I have gone to Giselle a couple of times only because scheduling with did not work well with my schedule. Those two times I had with her were a combined stretch and massage sessions. She was very professional and listened to my issues. She’s very knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and explained how they work. I am extremely happy with her job. She makes me feel better and I highly recommend her.

Mark is the best! He seemed to instinctively know the best pressure. Awesome massage! And also very friendly, helpful employees at the front counter. There isnt anything about this massage envy thats not great. Even though it takes me as long as an hour in the winter (snowbird season) to drive to this facility, I still prefer to go here because the people are so great and Mark is so good at giving a massage.

I absolutely love my ME time here. I always leave feeling like a million dollars and that’s all thanks to Mark. He is absolutely the BEST and I cannot recommend him enough. So happy with everything here and will continue to keep coming.

I have been going to Reynier at the Summerlin Rd. branch since March of 2023. He is a great massage therapist. Very good technique and feel so much better when I leave. My chiropractor says she can tell when I see Rey .. the muscles are not tight and I adjust easily.I almost hate to let the secret out about him for fear that it will be harder to get into see him.. however, he deserves props. I highly recommend Reynier.

I have been a Member of Massage Envy for about 4 years now and I have always found the Therapists to be well qualified and extremely helpful in relieving various back, shoulder, and leg issues. I utilize their facilities in both Massachusetts and Florida. My Therapist in Fort Myers, Giselle is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Massage Therapy and she always takes the time to discuss what I am looking to achieve from my Massage. Overall, I find ME services to be very good and extremely well priced. Highly recommended.

I shared with Giselle that I had lower back issues. She told me what she was going to do to rectify the problem. When my session was over, my back was free of pain. The next time I have lower back pain, she will be the one I will call upon. PeaceDianelys is my regular masseuse. As always, she does a great job. I relay my issues to her, and she goes to work. I don’t have to direct her where and what to do. She feels the areas that needs attention. And the front desk staff is always welcoming and attentive. High marks across the board. Peace

Jessica is excellent! I always enjoy her massages.My only complaint would be that the facility/rooms were freezing and it makes it difficult to relax when you’re shivering. The bed did finally warm up and helped a lot.

I took the time to call & book a specific massage therapist, (Ernesto) and the package that I wanted. I 15 mins early, as requested. Stayed my name & I had an appt. I was placed with somebody. I did not book with (unbeknownst to me, because it was my first time). The ONLY saving grace, was that Sean, the massage therapist they put me with, was absolutely SUPERB, so there was no need for a fuss, I did have to state my package and pick my options all over again because it seemed the lady at the front desk. Didn’t even try to match me up with my booking.

Ernesto was amazing and got every spot needed and used the right pressure at all times and asked if it was ever too much or anything. The front desk last was also very nice I think her name was Annie.

For more than 10yrs Ashley has been my massage therapist. She does an excellent job. Ive tried other therapist in her absence and its just not the same. I highly recommend her.

My massage session with Chinelo was amazing! He ensured I was comfortable and the pressure of my massage was what I wanted. Chinelo was very kind and considerate. He concentrated on my shoulders and legs as I requested. I will definitely schedule another session with him. Highly recommended.

I love massage Envy! It’s always kept very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.. Jessyca knows where the knots are and how to get them out!!! I look forward to my monthly visit and sometimes one in the middle!! Well worth the money I’m worth it besides it’s very reasonable!!

Unfortunately, I was not highly satisfied nor was my daughter. We both felt as though the technician transition was not smooth. Often too much pressure. And in some instances rushed. Even when being specific about the areas that required attention it was not. My whole feet were not massaged. I felt as though I was in a traing class instead of a professional massage.

Yarelys is friendly & always does a great job. I look forward to my sessions with her. Keisha & the girls at the desk are so friendly & helpful, making everyone feel welcome.

Best massage ever, maybe because Chris is also a physical therapist.

***Update: My faith in this particular ME location has been restored. The owner reached out to me to convey her disappointment in the situation and assured me it wont happen again. Im happy to see that this location is committed to a good experience for the customer. ***Very unhappy I was “ checked out” before I actually checked out, making it impossible for me to use my gift card. Unable to reverse. No explanation given. I’ve gone to numerous Massage envy locations over the years and never had an issue like this. Unprofessional. Do better.

Front office staff were great...massage was not great. Left my neck swollen and in pain for days. The massage therapist was not very personable and I did not like how he carried the oil in a squirt bottle on his side...not very peaceful hearing squirt squirt constantly. I assume because I have a pacemaker, he spent what seemed a long time on the back of my neck...but that left me nearly going to the emergency room in pain with a severely swollen neck...would not return.

Great experience! Both Beatriz and Lindsay were wonderful representatives for the company. We will be back!

We went to the Winkler/Summerlin location on a Friday evening whim. We had an excellent experience. My husband and I both really liked our therapists so much that we signed up as members.
