Sol of Life Salt Cave & Tibetan Tea Parlour

Decided to meet my mom for an afternoon together for something new. This is an awesome place to relax, shop, eat and drink. We did the salt cave, which is such a relaxing experience to meditate and relax in the zero gravity chairs. Great way to get out of your head for a bit and breathe. Such an eclectic place. Will definitely go back. If youre in downtown Fort Myers, stop off here to look around and relax, enjoy some teas and take it all in. Will definitely go back.

A wonderful addition to the downtown area. Had some tea with some local honey in it today, it was a very calming blend of herbs. I am so glad a place like this is so close by to me! I recommend anyone stopping in and taking a look, the salt lamps are so beautiful and such a healthy addition to have in any environment. Id like to get myself one of the huge ones she has some day💗💗

Got tea here with my friend! The pumpkin spice matcha was beautiful. Wonderful flavor and presentation. They gave us scones as well!! Delicious and well made. We were told to go use the salt rocks on the floor and it made my feet feel great! Overall a wonderful experience.

Very unique place in downtown Fort Myers. They have a salt cave to relax in (appt needed). They have a salad bar, tea bar and nice place to relax and drink tea. The place has lots of cool spices and knick knacks. We even did the oxygen bar. You could spend the day here. Its worth a look. #reviewsbyelijah

Visited here today for the first time. What a wonderful experience. We had some Pumpkin Matcha tea and relaxed with our feet on some Himalayan salt domes. Perfectly relaxing and delicious. Took some loose leaf tea home. Great vibes. Will be back to experience the salt cave. Truly a gem of a find.

My husband and I visited with friends for the first time this Saturday. What an amazing place and Bindy was the best. She remembered us from coming into our tattoo shop (Str8line Tat2), and treated all of us fantastic. Even though they were busy, her energy and attentiveness to everyone there was exceptional. The salt cave, and every part of her establishment was better then we expected. Would highly recommend and can not wait to go back!

This place is truly so magical and we’re so lucky to have it right here. This is a place that once you walk in, the hospitality is incredible the attention to detail is truly divine. Once you sit for a bit no matter what you decide to do the ambiance alone feels so healing. The herbs are top of the line, the juices are delicious the wine is great and the beautiful people working here are all a gift for they are all so enjoyable, helpful and open minded. This is a place where it’s truly a judgement free zone you can really let go lay back and enjoy breathe easy. Bindi is beautiful inside & out & really goes the extra mile to meet your needs or wants she truly has an eye for all the things that are truly of great significance in this universe. Sol of Life is a must see! They have one of only 2 salt caves in southwest Florida! They have a retail shop and a fully stocked tea bar. The salt cave is amazing for your mental and physical health. The selection is amazing and the service is just as good. Tonya and Bindi are amazingly nice people and are extremely helpful.

Went there with family and it was informative; we learned so much from the owner. The salt cave was amazing, and we all felt a difference when went in side. We bought some good products(face soaps, salt rock lamps, etc.); they are reasonably priced and effective. Definitely coming back!

This was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in my 20+ years in Ft. Myers. The owner and Solistas are extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of Himalayan salt and the effects it has on the body and mind. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. If you’ve never been to a salt cave, let this be your first encounter. You won’t be disappointed!

Very amazing unique experience. So glad florida has something cool like this and a spot to take family when they visit. Owner is super sweet and made a breath taking place to relax, unwind, and take in the beauty of healing salt propertys. I also love LOVE the couches where you sit and sip your teas and warm your feet on a salt lamp i never seen before. They have an amazing selection of teas to choose from, to hard to choose just one. The menu is super informative about what herbs are in it and the healing propertys it helps with. Will be back again and again with every family member that visits. My sister from colorado said she is determined to always stop here every visit to florida.

I stumbled upon Sol of Life and upon entering I felt so peaceful and tranquil. Phoenix was very helpful and I experienced for the first time the salt caveI will definitely be going back. Anyone who has never experienced a salt cave session must go! WOW

Simply an amazing experience. Spent a half hour in the salt cave. Between the twinkling stars on the ceiling, zero gravity chairs, comfy blankets, and the music I was ready to move in. Completely relaxing.

So many delayed openings, false promises made and such bad management, owner Susan Shoulders is clueless.Went to the grand opening, my husband ordered some kind of tea not sure if the name started with CHA, omg, disgusting some green lumpy goopy stuff came in a stone cup, too hit to handle, cost $5, never again, server was busy talking to his friends dropping the F-bomb, and thats the grand opening, wow.

We visited Sol of Life this past weekend, was so wonderful, amazing energy, the pumpkin matcha was so so good! Great service, the owner is awesome, totally great vibes cannot wait to go back!!! :)

Such a relaxing evening! I’m so glad I tried it!! When you’re done in the cave, make sure you try some tea. There’s so many to choose from. And Susan and the crew know their stuff and are able to answer all of your questions on the spot!

Stopped on Saturday and chatted with Susan. Thoroughly enchanted.Stopped again today as assistant was there. Less enchanted, and only time Ive ever paid for a cup of tea without choosing what I wanted. She insisted on choosing and never knew what Id had.

I thought thisbwas a very neat place for ny first experience with this kind of thing. Great service, cool things to by or look at. Loved the tea! Never knew tea could taste so good!

Great juices, interesting store with a lot to experience, incredibly friendly staff and owner. Will absolutely be back to enjoy the space and a healthy snack.

We were able to rent the facility for a private family party. What a great experience and far better than most others, So loved the cave and the tea and coffee bar as well.

I’ve called there four times to make an appointment and three times got disconnected. The first time they told me the masseuse would be calling me that was two days ago. Poor customer service, I’ve never been there but if this is the way they do business I don’t think I want to

The tea may be good here, but the “smoothie” with sour fruit and chunks of ice was so bad I threw it out and went down the street to the Açaí place!

The salt cave, the store and the tea are all fabulous. So happy to have found this little gem! LOVE IT!
