I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. This vape pen didn’t even last a day after I purchased it, and they won’t return or exchange it, only offered me a discount for the same item. Customer service was nonexistent. Don’t shop here folks. Try Egyptian Glass Smoke Shop instead, they actually do work with you when stuff like this happens.

My family and I came down from Baltimore-Washington area for vacation. I broke my glass piece and desperately needed a new one. Checked out Marleys Smoke Shop because it was near my hotel. They had great stock, solid prices, and a friendly guy behind the counter. Got a new glass piece, cheap! Marleys saved the day. Thanks! And next time Im down in Ft. Myers, Ill definitely be making a stop here.

Greatest service ever at this shop I wouldn’t go to any other! Johnny and Pat know their customers and are always friendly and ready when you walk in. In my case they know me so well that they grab my usuals before I’m even at the counter. It’s like seeing old friends whenever in their presence! They care enough to ask for feedback and products you like and keep everything spoken about in mind

Awful customer service. Bought a nice torch lighter there and it would not fill with Butane. Tried taking it back within 24 hours of purchasing it and they would not take it back and the kid was so rude. I will take my business to another more favorable shop I been going here for the last 10 years By By Marley .

Wide variety of items. Lots of knick nacks not too expensive

Bought three FreeMax 5ml tanks here. The coils are defective. Marleys replaced them very kindly, but the replacements did not work either. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, they cant offer me a refund. So I have had to return to using a Smok. Lots of cash lost on the three FreeMaX 5mls.Prices are terrific, the staff exceptional! But, I cant go there for coils. I wish theyd go back to carrying Smok. Love the place!

Great customer service; the 2 guys in 20s are always so helpful. From my past experiences for myself and from hearing other customers in the store, Johnny (1 of the 2 just mentioned), it seems, remembers about every customers preferences, and on the rare occasion the store is temp out of stock on a specific product, Johnny easily (& usually quickly) identifies a replacement product based on his recall of that customers likes and previous purchased (which he somehow remembers). He also is knowledgeable, especially if you are looking to try new or different products or have questions about products.

I never went to the shop as long as Ive been in Fort Myers but then one day I went and I was very happy I did. They have an incredible selection accessories and devices. They are very friendly and have good prices. They have a great selection of vape juices and nicotine salts and bongs and spoons and tools and tobacco and lighters and incense and its a really awesome place. I am glad that I finally went and I will make sure to frequent it in the future.

The young man who was there today at around 11am was great. Very calm, cool and collective attitude towards the customer. Hands down best service from any shop in ft myers. Not to mention very organized store.

JOHNNY is ALWAYS AWESOME!! He’s so nice, respectful, and always has a smile on his face. So I prefer to buy from him or try to go when he’s working. And I spend any where from $100-$200 a week in this store. The girls are nice too, never actually met anyone who was unpleasant here but there is something about that kid, Johnny’s attitude that makes you smile even when you feel it’s been a bad day. And who knows.... I could probably get my stuff cheaper somewhere else, maybe online...but is it COUNTERFEIT?? You never know, but I don’t really care and never even checked others prices because it’s NOT the money that matters to me here at Marley’s, it’s the amazing people like Johnny that really put the effort into making you feel comfortable and appreciated. That type of customer service is VERY HARD to find anymore and I’d rather purchase my stuff from someone I can trust, knowing they are genuinely honest and DO NOT STOCK COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS IN THEIR STORE like many others I read about before I found Marley’s.

Always out of everything don’t waste your time

I had a great experience as soon as I walked in! I was greeted by Sean and he took great care of me (Shout Out To Sean) I came and got a hookah/ Vape he also threw in some CBD samples which I’ve heard about long before my visit so that made me excited! He offered to set my vape up/ did and told me the steps to get the hookah set up. All in all a wonderful experience and I hope he is there when I come back I look forward to his services!

Ive given this place about 5 chances and today was my last time coming back. The wraps are always dry and always stale. The employees only wear a mask if the costumer wears one. They literally pull their masks up and down between customers. It makes no sense. Just keep your mask off at that point. I will be keeping my business at treasure chest.

As soon as I stepped into the shop, I felt comfortable, more comfortable than other shops in the area. I had questions about certain products, which were answered, and was given tips about. I plan on coming back to buy more, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Awesome smoke shop! I went in with the label of a specific product I was looking for. Showed it to the guy behind the counter, and to my surprise, they carried the same exact product! I couldnt believe it. The guy working was extremely helpful and nice. This is where Ill be going from now on!

I went in tonight upon the recommendation of a pal. The store is huge & they had everything I needed. My only problem was the young woman that helped me... Walking in I was greeted very pleasantly by someone who was already working with some people so I approached the other woman working. Aside from an expression that said I wish you werent here...Im guessing she had this because she had to be torn from her texting.. I was rushed and got short and rude answers in reply to any question I asked. During checkout I asked what her name was, to which she replied Kayla, I think its on the receipt....As someone that came via referral the store is great just maybe I chose the wrong worker to help me out. Ill be coming back depending on who is here.

My number one favorite smoke shop in all lee county. Every time I visit every employee is very helpful and knowledgeable on the products in the store. Its the only shop I recommend. Thanks guys! Yall are awesome! Cant wait to come in again!

It was very clean, the guys were polite and knowledgeable, smelt great in there from all the insence I always love that... If I could give this place half a star, I would. First of all, they sold me a counterfeit herbal vaporizer that didnt even work.When I tried to return it, they told me that theres no return policy.. the chick told me to contact the company it was made and get my money back. Too bad the company doesnt give money back on FAKE PRODUCT. Even after I called the manager out, he told me no return policy. I will never shop here again. Thanks for stealing my money

Vape shop seem to concentrate on disposables and same ejuices. Vast variety of other items. There is a lot better ejuices out there then all these shops in area stock

Best smoke shop in Ft Myers. As a native this is my go-to store and always has been. Good glass, GREAT selection, nice staff and they stay open late so it’s awesome for late night runs.

Would Never Return!!! This is second time there and would never be back!!! Staff pretentious to assisting me with new Vape but felt she was bothered because I couldnt make up my mind in her time frame. I had finally made a purchase upon her reference that it was the best vape for the price which was $52.00. For me, this was a lot of money for a subvod but the battery did not have to be recharged for 6 hours. After using it,for 2 hours, I needed to recharge ( was told prior that subvod was only charged 1/2 halfway). I recharged battery for 4 1/2 hours for full charge but battery stayed charged for only 2 hours!! When I returned the following day, I was told it was impossible that this had occurred and kept vapor for the next 24 hours. Needless, to say this situation was Never remedied by staff and her attitude was quite complacent. What this place stands for IS NOT customer service. Please go somewhere else where people care about your needs!

Bought a small vape Pen, Ooze, for $26 yestreday, broke this morning. The dont do refunds, which is normal for smoke shops, but you would think they would make an acception for less than 24 hours. They will do exchanges, but I dont feel like coming in once a week to exchange my LEGO quality cancer stick for another.

They are awesome! I havent some for 5 years but ended up with anxiety and nothing would stop it.. Doctors would prescribe me pills but that didnt even work. Then I realized that after quitting I got like this but I didnt want to start smoking sharing so I needed to find another alternative. So I came in to Marleys Shop and come to find out they hooked me up with a Vape Pen with 0% nicotine! Something that can make me relax when am anxious but without the nicotine so no addiction at all!! They know everything about everything about vaping!! They answered every question of mine and had me worried free and a happy customer! Will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend everyone to come by and check it out!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊

First off I WAS a loyal customer once i discovered This place every visit was 30-60 bucks about twice a month, now i had Some issues with my vape not holding a charge after having it for almost a year it was time to change the batteries i bought batteries from Marley’s i charged them fully before using themI Used the vape for a 2days went to go charge it, same issue would not charge at all, exactly a week later i go back and explain to the girl what the issue was she asked for a receipt i didnt Have it but i told her who sold them to me and what date and time i got them she looked it up and said I’m going off of your word that this is you she exchanged my batteries a week later i have The same exact issue bring them back the same girl that sold them to me was there i explained To her i was Having the same issue she had this guy check them and he said they were no good she took a new mod and tried them in it same result, she said she was not exchanging them again but i could Buy new ones which if this is the 2nd time having the same issue with in 2 weeks why would i buy new ones again when these were bad , i was Asked how much a new mod was she told me 100 bucks not even offering a break on it after having issues with their product that they sold me, she told me she gets my mod for $50 bucksi will take my business else where as i know it’s not a lot of money but definitely a bad business decision on her part with loosing business

The first time I was at Marleys Smoke shop I was out of smoke. So where does one go to git some more smoke? Well a smoke shop of course. What they dont sell smoke at this particular smoke shop no smoke? Which lately hasnt been much of an issue for about a year now. Only when I am totally out of smokes is when I panic. Real quick I was out of cigs about a month or 2 ago I was on the phone begging my wife to grab some on her way home. She arrived tossed me a pack which I fumbled under the patio chair and that is where they were for the next 8 hours. Had some no worries. Back to Marleys what they do sell is pipes, Bongs which must be a best seller cause they have a wide variety of every kind of smoking device ever made. Different colors different materials sizes shapes all finely carved scalped molded & every which way a pipe bong one-hitters cnThe themes of some of these colorful gems goes from dark and scary to Dragons some evil some not. Also on hand were about 10-15 various types of lighters. Regular lighters bic or bic like. Then come the big lighters, lighters with various extensions compact ones to the cool far out. One thing I did notice was the smoke shop now sells cigars. So now the once smokeless smoke shop has smokeThey also have a friendly helpful staff. Not sure of hours but they like most smoke shops I have seen they are most likely closed by 7PM maybe 8pm. I also noticed cold drinks for sale. I have to go back a couple more times to see the rest of the inventory which will be my pleasure. PS keep your receipts.

When in looking for rolling tobacco and was told they only had 2 different kinds of pipe tobacco for rolling cigarettes....pipe tobacco is not for rolling, it is for a pipe. Staff should be knowledgeable about different kinds of tobacco and their uses.
