• SADLY UNFORTUNATE & TRULY ABYSMAL •I recently moved here to Florida. I called hoping they had Dunhill cigarettes, and they do. I was planning to buy a few cartons as I told the guy on the phone regardless of the price (they are upwards of $30 a pack where I am from nowadays). Well, my excitement was immediately cut short. In a nutshell, he refused to tell me any prices, not even a ballpark figure. He didnt care that I was a new potential customer and that I was buying regardless. He didnt care that he would lose my business and potentially hundreds of dollars. Well technically hundreds of dollars today, and easily thousands throughout the months. Instead he indirectly accused me of possibly having ulterior motives for my simple one-sentenced question about the price per carton.To the point, because of the way I was treated, I will NOT step foot into this store. I rather not smoke my preferred choice of cigarette. Thats how uncomfortable and off-putting the guy on the phone made me feel. I do not like when customers are trying to be a customer, and the merchant goes out of their way to do anything they can to NOT serve you, they act like they are doing you such a favor just by speaking with you, like you dont matter. Where has customer service and decency gone?!Lastly, I rarely leave reviews. And the few reviews I have left are only praises for places that really deserved recognition. However, this is the first time in my life [not to sound dramatic, it is just the truth], I strongly felt the need to leave this 1/5* rating. That is how bad I was treated, that is how bad the conversation with the merchant made me feel, so this is the outcome...for I AM A CUSTOMER, AND I MATTER. Obviously, the merchant and I just have very different values.All in all, I hope this review prevents another individual having to deal with any unpleasant, unprofessional experience like I just encountered.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This place will not except any returns whatsoever. They have a 50% markup on all vapes on top of that. I purchased a vape called within 30 minutes of purchasing to tell them it will not turn on and I was told I need to go buy batteries. What does this even mean. I’ve owned many vapes and never have I been told to go out and make an extra purchase for a brand new vape! I have been coming here since I moved to Fort Myers but I will not be back nor to any sister companies affiliated with them. Do not make the same mistake I made. They refuse to help on the bad product they just sold me. I’ve attached a picture the time is for today at 12:18 and I’m posting at 12:53 same day. This is sad how they do people I’m a veteran also which doesn’t matter but this is just bad bad business.

Clean, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked questions and the employee I was working with easily explained everything without making me feel stupid. I didnt feel obligated to buy anything I didnt want too. As a female, I would feel comfortable going here by myself. I will go back.

I stopped by for the first time yesterday and was impressed by the size and amount of selection in the store. They also have great prices and are lot more reasonably priced than some other places Ive been to. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. I bought a hand pipe and needed help with it and they switched it out for me right away. They are very friendly and respectful. This is my go to smoke shop from now on!

The regular cigar shop I go to was closed. I searched on Google for another spot, & it suggested this one. Glad I went. Small humidor but a great selection of cigars. Although they were out of some particular brands due to shipping, their variety of other brands was exceptional. Great prices & customer service.I am definitely going to be purchasing more quality cigars at this establishment.

Great shop. Had issues with a pen battery so purchased a replacement. The new one didnt work so returned for a no hassles refund. Owner worked with us to get the correct item for our cartridge. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of products.

First time customer here. I will definitely be back.I called ahead to ask about the availability of a certain hard-to-find cigarette, and the guy answered yes so fast that I suspected he was just making it up to get me in the door... or off the phone. But actually... He just knew he had them, and he remembered me when I asked about them in the store.The store is really clean and well-stocked, and the staff is pleasant and knows what theyre doing. And when I went to check out, the owner (I presume) told me about an offer that saved me $10! Thats service.

I went for the first time today to get some pipe tobacco. They had a great selection! The man that helped me (Im not sure if he was the owner or an employee) was very nice and very helpful. I bought a few different brands to try, but when I got to my car, I saw that one of them was rolling tobacco. I went back in and the man couldnt have been nicer! Ill definitely be back! Thank you again for you help!

The owner was so nice and helpful. Took his time to explain and show us how to use our pens. He didnt try and get the most money out of us he could like some places do. This is definitely my favorite store. Thank you so much

This place is the best! Staff is super friendly. Everythings extremely reasonably priced. If you by Craig Im and dont buy it here you are literally ripping yourself off. Ive gotten kratom at many places not far from smokers fantasy and the same brand he is 10 to $20 cheaper for the same amount. I will always be going back to smoker fantasy

This is a beautiful store inside. It is clean and well taken care of. They have the widest selection of any shop that Ive seen in town. They are super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and I will return.

Found out that they sell EXPIRED active carts…

The guys always remember me and our past conversations when I come in, and when I havent been in a while they always update me on all the new merchandise and glass they have in stock. This place is the best, they have discounted every piece of glass Ive purchased and have given me free stickers here and there. They have great tobacco and incense prices and have unique ashtrays for cheap, good quality. They have tons of vapes, juice flavors and herbal vaporizers you can choose from as well as a general convenience type wall behind the counter with cigars and cigarettes. All around a great smoke shop and its my go-to place for all things glass and tobacco :)

Cool little shop. Good selection of ejuice and d8. Clean store with ample parking. A bit unorganized, but it gives you time to look around. Employee was friendly. Enjoy!

Full section of smoking accessories available in a HUGE store.There is a cigar humidor on-site that has a solid selection of products.I was able to pick up an energy drink easy peasy while I was there for a vape.Great little business.

I always enjoy coming to Smokers Fantasy. The staff are knowledgeable, and are very helpful. Everything Ive bought is good quality -- from tobacco and rolling machines to the new e-cig I bought yesterday. Have had several - but nothing this good - and the e-juice is the best Ive had yet.

It is a nice little shop but holy moly do they upsell everything there including the candy 😂 went for a pack of Blazy Susan and they’re selling the pack of 50 for 84 dollars??!!! EXCUSE ME??! Funny how they sell the same pack for 15 on Amazon

I went into this store while waiting for my food at skyline chili. I was happy to see they carried the naked e-liquid line. So, I bought a 60ml bottle of a tobacco flavor for $16. My problem is that when I got home and looked at the bottle it had expired in 2017. To make matters even worse the date had been attempted to be covered up with a black sharpie. I called the shop and he told me that these must have been discounted. Bad business practices, I would never return and would advise anyone to skip this dump. You cant sell expired juice and all they cared about was obviously money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a disposable Vape pen I usually buy stigs but went with a different kind cus the owner said it was more liquid in it and that it’s a good brand. when I went to inhale it all the oil was seeping through. I wasn’t able to smoke out of it at all(rush pens are gross btw) I went back no less then 24 hrs to exchange it for a different type of disposable. The owner Didnt want to exchange it at first but after seeing that I was getting agitated he Hesitated on exchanging it for the one that I wanted in the first place. dont get me wrong I was thankful for doing so. I was prepared to pay the difference which would only be about a dollar and some change, What got me Upset was he charged me an extra $5.30 because I lose 20% interest on returns. Even though he just finished telling me that he doesn’t do exchanges or returns now all of a sudden I have to pay extra. I guess when you own your own business you can come up with whatever rules you want and rip people off however you want. Needless to say I won’t be going back . It wasn’t my fault that your product didn’t work and I had to pay extra for it. If you Like getting ripped off then I suggest this place for you.

Great shop! This is my go to store for CBD products, they have a great selection. Vapes, hookahs, cigarettes, kratom... they carry pretty much everything a smoker needs and more. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Ill definitely be back! Thank you!
