Convenient, quick, very knowledgeable. Ive had great shopping experiences with all the workers but Ash is the best. She has helped me fix my vape, find the right coils, answer any question I have and always recommends the best flavors. Ive never had a bad experience here.

This is my go to store. Ive never had a bad experience with the staff there. Always friendly and happy to help. The female that works there is very knowledgeable in the products. Keeps me up to date on new products. The shop is awesome. Anyone that says they have or had a bad experience here..... I would NEVER believe.

Premium juice is very limited. Owner needs to install microphones in the shop to see how horribly rude the woman he posts behind the counter truly is. In addition, “My guy” and “sweetie” and “sugar” are not things you call customers, either. My first time experience was great…but she wasn’t working. It’s been her the last 2 times and I’ve left mad.

After visiting most of the vapor shops in and around Fort Wayne, I can say with certainty that this one takes the cake. I have made this my go to shop. The shop always has what I need and the staff (especially Ashley) always makes sure I leave a satisfied customer. Ashley has been incredibly helpful and friendly (as always) during the pandemic with the curb side pick up. Once again, hats off to this vapor shop.

Everyone was extremely professional. Knew exactly what flavors to recommend for certain types of juice categories. Very knowledgeable of juices and delta products. Most welcoming vape shop I’ve seen yet. Won’t ever go to a different vape shop again. And they mix their own juices right in front of you. And also will let you taste test a vape juice if you haven’t had yet. Most places don’t do that anymore. I have been getting my juice, coils, and equipment from this location since it opened. I have vaped since the first vape store opened in Fort Wayne. I stopped going to any other stores not only because of the great juice, but because of the amazing customer service!! I stop in every week and I am always greeted with a big smile, and a friendly welcome. Try the Vanilla cream as it’s to die for! I never have to ask for it as they have memorised my order. I drove an hour and a half to visit epic vapes to start vaping, where a friend Ashley Prince works. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her!! She spent over an hour with me explaining everything in detail so I understood the whole vaping process. I am proud to say that only after a week I went from 30 cigs a day down to 4 with vaping. She saved my life!!!!

Vapor items are cheap quality and do not work out of package, therefore your paying 50$ on something you cant exchange or return. My personal opinion (if you sell or stand by a product) atleast do your part in exchanging the item out. Also a lot of synethetic items sold here, do your research before using.The Atmosphere is unprofessional Unless your the only one in the store otherwise your bombarded with questions when you simply want to look at the options. Save your money unless you have it to blow on bad units.

Dropped my Mod, broke mouth piece! Several hundred miles from home. Got hooked up! Lady was very nice. And if you need sanitizer they got it on deck! Suggest call ahead. Curb service only

Awful customer care! The one on Jefferson is so much better and has such sweet staff working and they’re always ready to help! Plus there’s always about zero selection here and nothing you want is ever in stock. Would never recommend!

Worst experience with a vape shop. I was the only customer and barely recieved any help. The lady was rude and seemed to be more interested in being on her phone then helping me. I felt I was being talked down to for asking questions. Wont be returning.Edit: it was July 19th around 5pm

We were just in this location and was yelled at by the girl who was working just because we asked a question about their products. Awful, AWFUL customer service and she was not knowledgeable about anything in that store. We will never go back to this place again. I would not reccomend that anyone else does either.
