Haley did an amazing job! I was so relaxed and she really worked some trouble areas for me. I wish I had been able to spend more time enjoying the other amenities, but I hope to when I return!

Phenomenal experience! Our first time and did couples massage and was blown away with the cleanliness, friendly staff, incredible massage. The quiet rooms, showers and steam rooms were very relaxing as well and will be back!

I’ve come every few months for various services for years (mostly massage), and have had some great therapists. Joe listened to all of my requests and gave one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Staff was courteous, amenities were well kept, and had an experience worth the price. The best Woodhouse in the country.

I had a gift card from fathers Day to use. The space was very nice, the staff was accommodating and professional, and the Swedish massage was solid. I thought it strange that the female workers were giving men tours of the changing and shower area while men were using these facilities. Would it not be better to have a male worker doing that?

Adelin was great. Kind and courteous. Clean place, amazing environment.However, I burnt my foot in the shower on the steam feature. Made it known so that maybe they could warn others because I had no idea that’s what it was when I burnt myself-lots of knobs and buttons in the showers that aren’t clearly labeled or explained, I didn’t know I even had the steam turned on. The girl at the checkout counter said management would call the next day and it’s now 3 days later and I haven’t received a call. It’s a shame I won’t be back if this is how patrons are cared for.

Very relaxing massage . I was very comfortable with Tori. I took advantage of the amenities. They were all fabulous. The staff was beyond accommodating, kind, and helpful. I cant wait to come back

Amazing experience for my first massage. I have uncomfortable knots in my upper back and Erin was able to help release that pressure and stiffness. She was very personable and attentive in making sure the pressure she was applying wasnt too much. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Olivia does a superb job with her manicures and pedicures. She applies the gel polish beautifully and makes it look so easy. She gives care and attention to my cuticles and is gentle. I love the foot and lower leg massage. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone if you’re wanting a professional job.

Definitely recommend to anyone! But plan a larger time slot in your day. Literally could not believe the level of cleanliness and amenities available. Sauna, quiet room, tea hot or iced, free showers and blow dryers or dry shampoo to freshen up afterwards.So relaxing, really enjoyed the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. We went as two friends and were able to have the same room. Even added hot stones last minute which they were able to accommodate. Thank you!

I can barely write this review with how completely and utterly relaxed and pampered I feel. The massage was beyond the best Ive ever had, but there is also complimentary wine/tea/beer/water with lemon or orange. The couples waiting area had a romantic fireplace with relaxing music and lighting. The bathroom came equipped with a steam room and shower with waterfall. Im not sure how I was ever able to get along without knowing this place existed. I only wish I could give more stars.

Amazing from start to finish!!! The men’s locker room was also excellent!! A cold beverage in the mens relaxation room was much needed, then finished with the steam room and a nice walk-in shower was a good way to finish my spa day

I didnt know what to expect, but was blown away by the care and customer service! My mother and I had a pedicure. I also had a manicure. Both were great! Everything step up to the appointment time was relaxing and had someone to walk us through the process. There was no guessing. I will definitely be back with my husband for a couples massage and nail treatment!

Woodhouse is heaven on Earth. From the wonderful massage therapists, to the quiet room, to the sauna and steam room, to the amazing showers.. everything is divine. I always walk out feeling so relaxed. I also love that you can bring your own food and wine to enjoy after your service. It is the perfect place to have a girls day!

I was given a gift card to Woodhouse Spa - Fort Wayne (Fort Wayne) for Mother’s Day by Ian Haas and our boys. I had finally booked a massage appointment for myself a few weeks ago and was SO excited. The morning of my appointment, I had an allergic reaction to a medication and had to be rushed to the doctor, resulting in me having to cancel my appointment that morning.Woodhouse charged my entire $215 gift card, and would not offer me to reschedule. I understand even a cancellation fee. But now my entire gift card is gone, I don’t get a massage, and it’s now been a week since we complained to corporate with no response.I just wanted to share publicly so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. People don’t have a lot of extra money these days, we all are working hard and deserve to be treated well!Do not book with Woodhouse. What if you end up sick and needing to cancel last minute? I guess they expect you to still show up sick or just eat the money. 🫠

An amazing experience. I got the 80 minute deep tissue massage and used all the amenities afterwards. Wow, just wow.The staff are very pleasant, calm and patient. They serve a calm and relaxing experience and are very attending to your needs - and thats just about the general staff. My masseuse was an expert, she used the perfect pressure and made sure the toughest areas got the most attention.

Was my first time at this spa. I have had hundreds of massages and this one was the absolute best! I told my therapist that he was born to heal others with his hands/talent. Highly recommend!

Madalynn was excellent in every sense of the word. She was a calming, gentle presence throughout my visit, yet she had a mild mannered enthusiasm that made every aspect of my experience well rounded and ethereal. As a mom to a very active toddler I cant express how much I appreciated the time, space, and quiet to just be, me. It was a blessing to be able to just be during my visit. For a brief while I was able to just me present and still. For a happy string of moments I was not a mom, or a wife, or a boss, or wondering what to make for dinner or what deadlines lie ahead. Instead I was able to be unapologetically and unabashedly....me. The music, the shower, the water pressure, the weighted mildly robe. Great experience. My wife and I have came here once or twice a year for several years now. Always a good experience. Very professional, clean, and ambient. On our most recent visit they had renovated the locker rooms. The steam room and steam showers were great. I would definitely recommend using the amenities.

Haley is the greatest person I have ever had a facial from. She painlessly took 10 years or more off my face. I give her 5 stars for her expert care of my face. This was my first real massage ever, and wow am I so ready to book my next one! I am so happy I had Geneva as my person. She was so calm and nice to me. She explained everything and walked me through it all! She truly did amazing!!!! I will for sure be back and booking with Geneva! I also made a day out of it. I was so impressed with how luxurious I felt while at Woodhouse! Starting with the tour and the heavenly robe!!!! The quiet room was relaxing one its own, then I ventured to the steam room, plunge shower, and sauna and was in awe!!! Don’t get me started on the showers. omg!!! God.I am not the type to spend money on myself so Ive gone more than 40 years never having a true spa experience....Until now.Im ruined. lolMy husband gave me a gift card for Christmas, insisting I take myself out. Its now February, and you can see how I was just like its just a massage... Ill get to it when I get to it.Boy was I wrong.From a quiet room designated for each gender (because, men, you should do this too... YOULL LOVE IT), as well as gender designated locker rooms where they have ANYTHING you could possibly want (hairspray, deodorant, mouthwash, cotton balls, Dyson hair dryers.... need I say more?) all adorned with this beautiful dark wood decor...You get there, start off with a few minutes of quiet time to relax and start your massage or whatever fully relaxed. My masseuse was Edwin... very nice guy, and the massage was great.So then afterward he was like you can stay all day if you wanted as there is no time limit.So I spent about half an hour in the dry sauna (they also have a steam sauna!) and then went to take a shower, which took me a hot minute to figure out how it worked. There was a heater, a wand shower head, and above you is a rain style shower with lighting.It was so beautiful... the most luxurious thing Ive ever experienced in my life.Im totally going back. Ill probably have to limit myself to once a month here. hahaha

For a true deep tissue massage, Joe is your man. He’s an expert at eliminating tension buildup; I felt like I was floating after my massage. Woodhouse is a lovely place to spend a few hours pampering yourself. Stress simply fades away when you’re escorted to the quiet room in a warm robe with a chilled glass of wine in hand. The details (soothing aromatherapy, faint music, dry sauna, steam room) are what make this place special.

Amazing atmosphere and Staff. Out of the many times I was there, and I was there a lot. I’ve only had two staff members that were OK but overall staff are amazing. Male and female.

While the cost initially surprised me, being new to the area, the quality of the service far surpassed my expectations, justifying the higher price. The value received for the money spent was remarkable. I look forward to returning for another visit. Book your next massage with him! Massages can be very awkward & terrible if staff isnt professional and accommodating. However, Ive received nothing but the best service since being at Woodhouse and I wont ever go anywhere else! You absolutely get what you pay for.

Alyssa did a really nice job on my massage. The facilities are beautiful, better than I expected in a strip mall. The strip mall really hides a world class spa ,so if youre put off by the location, just go. You wont be disappointed. Ill definitely be returning.

Always a wonderful luxury experience at Woodhouse. Been coming here for years. The deep tissue massages are amazing by nearly every therapist they have. The Woodhouse escape is my favorite service. Your skin feels like butter and the massage melts all the knots away. This place is also my preferred spot for manicures and pedicures. No pressure from the nail techs to add more services like the other places. Completely sanitary as well. Customer for life. I suggest middle of the week sessions if possible though. Weekends get busy.

First off, I love this spa, my daughter and I enjoy a mom/daughter day here. Our last visit we booked our next session, a week and a half before our appointment, they called us and told me that we would have to do our pedicures at separate times, the nail technician would not be available at the time we set the appointment, kinda defeats the purpose to have a mom/daughter day if we go at separate times. Unfortunately we had to cancel, they didnt offer me a new day or time, didnt offer me a discount because of their mess up. As much as we pay here, I figured better with this place. Extremally disappointed.

Easy and quick in and out. Nice quiet room but a little hot. This was Pams best performance--A+ ! Steam shower at end was great, though there was a small flooding issue with the right side shower.As a side note, I have bought massage packages for years and was just told they are stopping that--huge mistake! From a customer continuance and Company financial perspective, this will be majorly regretted. Not sure my personal future after that bonehead decision. Reducing to 4-star for that reason only.

I love this facility. The atmosphere is so tranquil and serene. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing and the staff is so attentive and nice. You feel like royalty throughout the appointment. My husband and I have received multiple massages and have been treated incredible every time. You cant beat the price for the experience.

To begin let me say that I love Woodhouse Day Spa. I have never had anything but a completely positive experience start to finish, until yesterday. Due to the weather and several businesses closing early, I called to confirm they were open for my Appointment and/or if it needed to be rescheduled, which I was so happy to hear they were! Vicky, my massage therapist was amazing, and the massage service itself met/exceeded all expectations. She did amazing. My only complaint was during the initial reception. I was greeted upon entry and asked for my name which I provided. The younger girl at the front desk took my paper which Im assuming is my customer profile or something similar, smiled, nodded her head and said someone would be with me soon. She then called a coworker over showed her my paper, both giggled and that was that. I thought it was odd but disregarded. At this time 2 other women came from the spa hallway to greet me and take me back to the locker room. The younger girl proceeds to show them the same paper, they all 3 look over in my direction (I am the only customer in this area) and continue to laugh/giggle. It was very awkward and quite honestly, very off putting. I felt immediately uncomfortable, and it had an impact on the rest of my experience. It could have been completely innocent, but again, very uncomfortable. Like previously stated, the massage service provided by Vicky was great, 5 stars for sure, but this initial interaction has me questioning my comfort level in returning.

Such a treat! It’s absolutely worth the splurge to spend a few hours here. It was the first timeI’ve been since their remodel, a true game changer! My time was delightful from beginning to end. Only request for the space would be to ask patrons to make the quiet room a technology-free room. It was very distracting to see blue light while trying to relax by the fire.

It was my first wax. I was beyond nervous. Stacey made me feel at ease and made the process easy. I love the atmosphere from the moment I walked in until I walked out. The spa is beautiful and I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this spa and I will be back. Went for 3rd visit- still love it as much as the first time!

Let me start by saying I have been frequenting Woodhouse day spa every 1-2 months for quite some time now for various services. This is the first time I’ve encounter such a horrible treatment and honestly disrespect. To begin I booked a chin wax appointment with my regular esthetician (who is absolutely fabulous), upon arrival I checked in and did let the front desk clerk know I wanted to be placed in a robe and take my jacket off. Ty Melissa the front desk clerk told me it would be a $75 charge to use the robe because that was considered an amenity ? I also informed her that has NEVER been a charge in the past again (I frequent the wood house often for various services). She said it’s been a rule for a few years now. That rule is no where in writing nor does the booking website state that. I asked to speak to someone higher she informed me the owner Sarah was not present. I requested a call from Sarah which I still haven’t received. Next I asked for hot tea as beverages are complementary she said that would be a $75 charge for hot tea!! Are you freaking kidding me? I told her never had I ever before heard of the amenity use fee and again it’s not posted anywhere in writing. Melissa then went on and on about how she’s been there six years , she is the manager , and etc? Why was this relevant was beyond me. To be Frank the amenities that are offered in the spa don’t serve the black and brown population anyways. The products used are not for black and brown customers skin. The Dyson doesn’t tailor to the black and brown community. Where is the shea butter? Where is the golden hot hair dryer? The steam room and cold room is nice to look at but hardly worth staying in. I honestly have never went into the cold room and only went into the steam room once. The entire check in experience was absolutely horrible! Melissa is a mess and really needs to be fired

Woodhouse Day Spa is a whole experience. You can go for one treatment, but stay the whole day enjoying the sauna, steam room, and peaceful atmosphere. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. High recommend!

So first time at Woodhouse they exceeded my expectations compared to the spa I been to in texas. Woodhouse maternity massage 80 minutes preferred by me mommies. They have a pillow just for us to “lay on our belly “ idk where they got it but I’d love to have that the remainder of my pregnancy!! Louis K did such a great job. I’m truly sorry if he got scared . I got a little fatigued and hot flashes. I should’ve ate a bigger lunch. I thought I would have to end my massage but he stepped out and I was able to cool down and then we continued. I dozed off a couple time I even caught myself snoring lol. Also arrive early as you can to enjoy all the amenities they have! I didn’t think it was too costly and it was a gift to myself for turning 34! It was extremely clean in there and after my massage a sat for a few in the quiet room which is so perfect ! And I showered which was a added compliment to the maternity massage! I definitely would like to come back post baby to keep my blood flowing and circulating since I’m “older”. Only thing the showers was missing was a shower cap for the women that don’t want to get their hair wet. Other than that 10/10 I definitely can’t wait til I can come back !

I had been to this spa half a dozen times before the encounter that led me to leave a 3-star review. I also reached out to the spa twice about my poor experience and did not get a response, either. The spa is easily one of the most luxe ones locally, and you definitely get what you pay for. However, my last treatment was to try lash tinting and not a massage, so I did not know there were different rules for cheaper treatments. I got an email confirmation explaining I should show up early to use the locker room and get comfortable. Since I was coming straight from work, I showed up 45 min early thinking I could get comfortable and relax before my treatment. At check-in, they questioned why I came so early and I explained I was planning to relax in the facilities, to which they explained that my treatment did not give me access to the facilities. I was confused since I had been there multiple times and had never been told there are specific treatments to use the facilities, but also I had an email telling me I can use them for this treatment. They also declared that the email was from corporate they dont honor it. I felt incredible uncomfortable by the interaction and made to feel like I was less than. I asked if the quiet room was off limits as well, and they did concede I could sit in there. So this whole time, they could have said my treatment did not allow me to use the locker room, but I could sit in the quiet room to relax. Even though, I still had an email saying I could use them. For being an upscale spa, this was a very off-putting interaction and I considered just leaving because I was pretty uncomfortable. This is a spa I have both recommended to multiple people and have bought gift cards for friends at. I was hoping they would have reached out to me by now, but I can see they stand by their interaction which is why I felt it was worth warning others via a review.

Ive been coming to the Woodhouse for a couple years now. Im always greeted by friendly staff. They make sure I have everything I need. I have special medical needs, so they always make sure they accommodate me according to my comfort. I feel relaxed and renewed every time I come and enjoy a massage or a facial. I would ask that they look into the lighting in the shower rooms. Seems to have a few glitches and the dimmers dont work anymore. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend them for a relaxing experience.

Today was my first time there and it was amazing. My boyfriend got me a gift card to the Woodhouse Day Spa for Valentines day and today I finally used it. I got the deep tissue massage and it was so needed. From the minute you walk in they start taking care of you. They really go above and behind for their clients. I was offered a drink water,wine, etc. The changing room has every amenities a girl could want. The waiting room is serene and very soothing and calming before you get your massage. Amanda took great care of me. Made me feel very comfortable asked me if the pressure was right. Then after all was said and done told me how take care of the knots I had even after I leave. I got to take my time before I left and use the sauna room. Overall an Amazing experience!! I will be going back for sure.

I kept waking myself up with a slight snore as I received a deep tissue massage from Kelstin at Woodhouse Spa. Ive never been disappointed with this organization. This was my first Fort Wayne and, find that they are top notch at every location Ive been.

It was easy to book an appointment online, the pricing was transparent and very reasonable, and there were text reminders for my appointment.One thing that made this experience especially exceptional is the massager lady. Went for a girls day and had an amazing time. Only downsides are that the steam room was closed for maintenance and if you book for a couples massage you cannot do anything together besides (potentially) the massage and sit in a gathering room. Everything else for men and women are separate. However, going for a girls day is a great idea!

Visited for a couples’ massage and enjoyed the whole experience. We were well taken care of from start to finish. The couple’s quiet room was cozy & intimate and the women’s locker room was full of amenities. However, I would have thought with the expansion, the men’s locker room would have gotten at least one more shower. There were ample showers for women. Definitely will return.

Fort Waynes premier spa! Woodhouse is not like your average spa appointment. You are treated to luxury and kind service, and not rushed. I absolutely recommend this location for relaxation and pampering. You wont regret it.

This place is amazing. Ive gotten the massage for pregnant moms and the mud spice wrap body treatment with the Vichy shower. Both were absolutely amazing and the staff is awesome. They have a lounge where you relax before your treatment and any guest can also use their showers and steam rooms. Im definitely going back!

First and last time. While I understand “emergencies “ come up, I had a scheduled appointment. I should charge you ! While you offered an “ on call therapist” ie sit and wait or reschedule for a later date, I shouldn’t of had to solicit why I was left sitting in the quiet room for 20 minutes in a robe with staff coming & going. No thanks. So much for the hundreds of $ in gift cards I won’t be using

Woodhouse Day Spa is a diamond in the rough. I have been to several day spas and I would say that Woodhouse tops my list. My husband scheduled a surprise spa day for me to include: Swedish massage, facial and pedicure. I was a little skeptical about whether or not I would be satisfied based upon the look/location as we drove up. Any reservations that I had were completely laid to rest as I walked through the front door (I guess I should have listened to my mother when she advised me not to judge a book by its cover). The ambiance was extremely calming. The staff was professional, accommodating and friendly. The facility, while small, felt quite large due to the layout and was clean. All of my services were top notch. The ONLY disappointment I felt about my experience was that I had not had the time to experience more of the offered services. I will absolutely return in the future.

My friend and I have been coming to Woodhouse Spa for only a few months however we keep coming back! We purchased packages and I absolutely love that once a month we truly have relaxation. The atmosphere is warm and gives us an opportunity to enjoy the now. The service here is phenomenal! I highly recommend a facial with Hayley or a massage from Cori. I will continue to keep coming back to enjoy me time.

AS A woman who counts self care & maintenance as an essential necessity, this Woodhouse is top tier in delivering that much required maintenance. Who would of thought lil ole Fort Wayne could have held such a hidden gem. The facility is absolutely amazing. I know a good spa from the Ritz to the Bellagio and back a few times and this Woodhouse holds its own with the best of them. The relaxation room is incredible. Its like my entire mind goes on do not disturb when entering that space. So calminng. The service staff is top tier. You can tell they vet their staff thoroughly when hiring. Pamela with the Vichy shower and that body brushing. I flatline every single time Im in that Vichy shower-- amazing, just amazing.. Then there is Ty with those hands - her facial, massage and Brazilian is a 10. Talk about top tier Therapists that deliver. And the most important of all, the Staff is very professional and courteous. THIS Woodhouse is definitely worth the time & 💰 💰 💰 . 🗣🗣🗣❤️❤️A++++

Ive been coming here for years, but more recently have been coming in more regularly for various services. The only thing luxe about this experience is the setting - it is indeed elegant, tranquil and meditative, but I think that is to hide what is actually going on here - a very pricey bait and switch. Per usual, I booked a massage online. In this instance, the person who was to be my masseuse, by her own admission, was not in fact a masseuse, but rather an aesthetician with minimal training for massage. She also admitted, though after she had awkwardly and sheepishly begun that she was unable to actually provide me a massage. So, unbeknownst to me, I was able to select a service but no guarantee that the service provider was actually the person who could perform said services. These services are currently billed at $115 for a 50-minute session.When I immediately notified the manager present at the time, she acknowledged that this is something that happens and also acknowledged that this procedure of fulfilling booked services with literally anyone who is available, regardless of their skill set and abilities occurs regularly. Again, they are charging $115 for 50-minute sessions. So for a location that is billing itself as the most luxe and expensive spa in Fort Wayne, this is not only disappointing, its actually disgustingly greedy and completely unfair to unsuspecting customers. Im certain there is no person who agrees to the cost of these services and then willingly accepts random charlatans in the place of high-brow hospitality.I did reach out to the owner right away; however, I never got a response. So, I am glad to now know that regardless of how much money I have spent, I do not apparently deserve the dignity of a response, nor an apology, let alone, honesty in dealing with respect to services rendered, or not, as it were. Next time I have a need for a luxury spa outing, I will be sure to get in the car, drive south on I-69 towards Indianapolis, and book myself at The Conrad - where you get 100% of what you pay for.

Brittany was amazing!! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my facial. Ive had facials at other places and they were not even as close to being as great as at the Woodhouse. I always feel so relaxed and pampered at this Spa! From the comfy robes to the glass of moscato by the fireplace the staff and environment always make me feel so refreshed!

The Woodhouse Day spa no longer served beer and wine. While , that’s not the main reason for going, it’s definitely icing on the cake. Who buys a luxury cake without icing? Also, as you walk in the door, they tell you that you could bring your own; a call would have been nice!

Wife & I got a Christmas Eve couples package for massage, facial, mani/pedi. Massage decent, facial ehhh & pedi happened but not the mani? No one told us it wouldn’t be happening or asked us anything. My opinion, they were close to closing on Christmas Eve & deliberately took the mani off so they could close on time, then lied & said we never booked it. Every coordinator that walked us through services kept telling us mani/pedi, so we know both were on our list. This was obviously an attempt to close on “their time” not the customers & the mani would have kept them a little later than closing. DO YOUR JOB!! Next time don’t book the services if you won’t have time on a holiday day weekend to do what was expected. We wouldn’t care if someone told us we only had time for one or the other before hand, we would have taken the mani, not the damn pedi for Christ sake!! Instead they all played it off like “ohhh we only have you down for a pedi, sorry” & treated us like we we’re idiots who dont know what we booked!!! Seems to us theyre lazy, poorly trained or both! Don’t go to any business willing to go to those lengths to leave work on-time. A $675 lesson & I’ll NEVER BE BACK. I urge you all to reconsider this place!PS…. Read the reviews. My massage therapist was very inexperienced (I hope) the massage consisted mainly of rubbing my shoulders and arms and rustling my hair. No pressure or massaging. Barely touched my feet though that was in the package I bought. Maybe a minute total on the feet. Definitely will not go back. Not worth the 275

Not real happy with trying to set up an appointment for a facial and a massage. On hold forever (seemed like it) then back and forth. I have a gift card, in their possession, that someone purchased as a gift for me and they still want my credit card information. Not happening. Never did get the appointment set, Gina went to ask more information from another employee and the phone disconnected and they never called me back and she verified my phone number. Poor customer service. I have been there in the past and everything was lovely. Ive even recommended others to go there. Very unfortunate.

Yesterday was my first experience at Woodhouse and getting a massage. Not only was the front staff prompt to assist me with getting checked in they were thorough and professional walking me through how to prepare and detailed on how to relax while there.Tara, my therapist was absolutely incredible. She worked out tension in my shoulders/neck area that has been causing me pain. The service she provided and her conversation left my soul feeling so refreshed and lifted. She has a sweet southern accent that you can’t help but love and it felt like I was talking with a friend. Thank you Tara for a phenomenal first experience. I will definitely make Woodhouse massages a routine.

Oh my word....this place exceeded our expectations! I took my daughter here over Christmas break for a girls day, and it did not disappoint. Ive been to spas before, but this place put them all to shame. The ladies who worked on us were so kind and welcoming! I cant say the same for the girl that checked us out. Even my daughter noticed her standoffish attitude, but that still didnt keep me from giving you 5 stars. Im guessing there is a reason shes not on the welcoming end of things! Lol

I had a facial and a pedicure done at the spa and it was more than I could have ever hoped for. Everyone was very professional, kind, and accommodating to my pregnancy. I will definitely be back for the mellow mama massage because of how great the service was. Everything was super clean, and well maintained throughout the day. Definitely a five star experience.

Mens amenities are poor compared to womens. They are expanding and upgrading currently but cater to your majority clientele, so understandable. Did the deep tissue 110 w/ Joe. He needs a raise. Ive had a few deep tissues around the world he was really professional and worked out areas that he noticed needed more attention w/o me having to say so. Expensive; but you get what you pay for 5-star

I had an illuminating facial with Brittany the service was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable with skin care and explained the product, what to expect and how to maintain my skin! I enjoyed the spas atmosphere very relaxing, the showers and steam room were top notch and the staff was very friendly! I enjoyed the whole experience!

Every time I walk into The Woodhouse Day Spa I receive an experience that is serene and nothing short of spectacular. The spa is always spotless and everything is decorated beautifully. Every guest is walked back and given some comfy sandals and a robe to relax in, and are always offered something to drink. The hospitality team here is amazing! My mom and I both had massages done this morning, as first time customers. We were blown away! From the time we walked in, we knew that this spa would be different from others! Every employee was beyond professional and helpful. And the massage - top notch. The locker rooms were even equipped with hair, nail and skin care products and even had straighteners, curlers, blow dryers, etc. We will be back to Woodhouse Day Spa most definitely - and soon. :)

This spa is an incredible experience and the remodel/expansion makes the woodhouse day spa even better. I am currently looking at my monthly budget to see how I can come here more often because I dont think I can go without it. It was an amazing relaxing experience where I left glowing. The couples massage was wonderful and the amenities in the womens quarters are even better. A sauna, steam room, cold shower, individual steam showers, and dyson hair dryers at multiple mirror stations. I would pay to use the womens quarters alone. When I have family visit from out of town I try to always take them here because its such a classy, elevated experience and FW is lucky to have them!

From entrance to exit one of the most impressive spa experiences Ive experienced. It wont ever be the cheapest place in town, but its worth every penny if you really want to papmer yourself. Ive had a few different treatments. Each one was both unique and relaxing. They treat you as if you are royalty. Kudos all around.

Everyone was amazing from the front desk to the check in, and Alyssa was fantastic. I was a melted pool of Jello halfway through I was so relaxed. That woman has the hands of a godess or was working some voodoo on me, either way it was so relaxing and Ill be back for sure!

Great place. Was just googling spas and decided calling to see if they had an opening that day. They did and got me in a few hours later. I got the 50 min prenatal massage and my therapist was AMAZING. And was very hospitable. The locker rooms are so clean and have all kinds of luxurious amenities. I would highly recommend them! And if you go back, they give discounts!

Love!! It is a bit expensive but if you have the opportunity to treat yourself or a loved one the experience is so very rewarding! From the area to get ready, the heated shower floor, sauna, and place to get ready and cleaned up after a massage, just perfect!

I had a 50 minute mellow mama (prenatal) massage and it was excellent. $100 but I can understand why. The atmosphere and relaxation room with the sandals, robe and drinks is 🙌. The massage itself was awesome and Id recommend Brittany. Looking forward to going back.

This place is top notch. I took my adult daughter for mom/daughter spa day. We booked duet swedish massages. I have never been to Woodhouse, but the experience was so amazing, I will definitely be returning. We felt like royalty throughout our whole experience. I highly recommend them.

I have looked all over Fort Wayne and i have not found a better place to get a massage or any other treatment you might need. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is so calming. I work a pretty stressful job and after the first time of being there i was hooked. I will definitely be going back! Try it for yourself!

I have been to the Woodhouse well over a dozen times. The first 6 times were 5 stars! However each time after has slipped 1/2 a star or so. The amenities are amazing...but things seem dirty and I almost get the feeling mold is growing around the steam room and showers. The staff are good...same as w services...its slipped in rating. I would love to see the Woodhouse back to how it was 10 years ago...AMAZING. Now its just ok...w nice smelly showers and steam rooms.

Alyssa b was absolutely amazing for my 80 min Swedish massage. Shes a fantastic esthetician! Perfect pressure for the massage and she really worked out all the knots in my neck and shoulders. Shes very knowledgeable for my facials and has such a sweet demeanour! I would 100% recommend her for everything any day!

A few weeks ago I found myself stuck in Fort Wayne for 3 hours with nothing to do. So, I decided to book a massage. I am not somewhat whk really ever gets a massage, but I figured Id attempt relaxation. Best decision I have made in and long time! First off the treatment by the concierge, when on the phone and when arriving was like something out of a movie. Secondly, the facility was amazing. They lead me to a room to relax pre-massage with a fireplace and drink options. Post-massage they have a private locker room with a private steam shower. Lastly, and definitely the best part, was my massage therapist named Tara Taylor. She was amazing for a few reasons. First and foremost, she was great at her job! I went in with hope that the lower back pain, as well as ankle and sporadic neck pain may be relieved. Well, they certainly were and, now 2-weeks later, still feel great! Secondly, and just as important, was that Tara made me feel comfortable with some great conversations during the massage. She seemed genuine and honest in her attempt to lessen my pain, as well as make sure to make me feel comfortable as I am not an regular massage person. I will recommend Tara and The Woodhouse Day Spa to my friends and family!

This was one of the most elegant and classy spas Ive ever spent time at. From the moment I walked in the door until my deep tissue massage was over and had to leave, 😔 I was treated like a princess!! Update: after making new appointments to celebrate my moms birthday who was visiting from Alabama I am enthusiastically updating my previous review to say that the spa was found to be in excellent condition and the staff was great. The steam room was so clean and even though I gave it an extremely thorough inspection I am happy to say that there was zero slime and/or mildew to be found.My pedicure looks great and I really enjoyed the conversation and laughs with the awesome lady who did mine. My mother had one next to me and it was just as beautiful and we also enjoyed the lady who did hers as well.Overall, my experience with the spa and staff was wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to relax and be pampered. The owners were really easy to work through during the time between the bad visit and this one and seemed to be genuinely concerned and making an effort to correct the errors. Will absolutely be going back and lookinging forward to this new expansion!Update: spa owners have reached out and explained what went wrong with the steam room. They have since fixed the problem. Will update further after my next experience. 🤞 really hoping it goes as I originally expected.Just had a hot stone massage and pedicure yesterday. The ladies doing both of my services were great. I usually go to spas back home in Alabama and Biloxi Mississippi at the casinos. Those spas are far above this one. I love getting to a spa to relax and enjoy my day there. I always go early to utilize the wet services offered at. However, no manager came in to look at it while my friends and I were changing back into our clothes. Then as we were laying the manager was right there at the next computer and never even acknowledged that we were standing there and also never acknowledged what I had reported. She had to have already been aware of the problem since after a staff member reported it to her she didn’t even come in to look for herself. This is absolutely unacceptable. I pay good money to use all the services offered at the spa. This left me feeling disgusting. Not relaxed. Mildew in a steam room is not healthy for you to breathe in. What a terrible first impression to make on someone who loves to frequent spas.

Very nice spa, price are on the high end, but the service and amenities are well worth it. Well trained staff. I would recommend Joe, Anthony or Louis for anyone wanting a deep tissue massage. They were all professional and do an excellent job. I was given a gift card for a pedicure, manicure and facial, but havent had a chance to try these yet. This is the first spa that I visited (quite a few years ago when I was in my late teens). Ive since been to day-spas and resorts in Dallas, Austin, Vegas, French Lick, Florida, California, Montana, and several others around the Indiana area, but this is still my all-time favorite spa (and one of the least expensive)!Regardless of the treatment you are receiving, you are treated like royalty and every tiny detail is thought of. Extremely professional, clean, and refreshing with talented staff and a convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable escape.I cant speak to the negative reviews on the mens areas, but the womens areas have always been incredibly tidy and clean (which was again true today, 10/10) with the attendants constantly in motion (they have quite a task between fetching drink orders, cleaning the showers, emptying trash bins, checking on restroom cleanliness, ferrying around guests, and being extremely attentive to any need a guest has).

I love Woodhouse Day Spa. I love that I can stay as long as I want ... a friend and I usually go for girls day and turn a 45 minute pedicure into 3-4 hours of relaxing us time - between the quiet room and the steam room and the rainfall shower, its a perfect way to unwind. And, they have wine and fabulous teas. The service is great, and yes they offer deals which end up saving me money in the long run.

I’m in town visiting my parents from NYC and was desperately in need of a massage with a newborn at home. Tory was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I was so relaxed leaving the spa and now anxious to come back over Christmas to visit Woodhouse again!

My husband and I loved our experience at woodhouse day spa. For our anniversary, we got the 90 minute swedish massage. The entire atmosphere was so relaxing. We were able to unwind together before the massage. My husband enjoyed a complimentary beer. After our amazing massages, I was able to use the complimentary steam room and then the shower. Woodhouse day spa had all of the amenities for us to get ready for a night out with dinner after our massages. We truly loved our woodhouse experience!

Sadly there isnt a absolutely horrible button. We discovered Woodhouse Spa a year ago and as I had been in the habit of going to spas occasionally when I really needed a pick me up, my sister finally got me in for a tour. While there we met their current chiropractor on staff, Dr. Joel Harmon. There was a moment of confusion, as the previous chiropractor my sister had met (just a few months before) was female. I wound up deciding that even though Im uninsured, the cost was worth it to begin working on fixing my back. I also at that time purchased a gift card for my mother as a Christmas gift.I have been seeing Dr. Joel weekly since January this year, (it is currently June). The only times I have missed are when I injured myself and couldnt get there, or the week and a half I was on vacation. Dr. Joel had done miracles for my back (google him and you should find my google review, which is glowing), and I was contemplating beginning to do a massage every other month as well to continue furthering treatment.At the end of May my mother finally got around to -trying- to use her gift card. A gift card that they promptly informed her she would need a credit card to use. She was willing to take them the card to schedule, they wouldnt have it. Their policy, as stated to me: We have to have a card on file. If the client does not cancel 24 hours ahead of time we will bill their card. But dont worry, you wont lose any money, it will be returned to you in the form of a gift card. A gift card for which I have to surrender my credit card again right? Yeah no. Because I liked Dr. Joel and didnt want to cause problems, I chose not to push the point, no matter how irritated I was.I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Joel yesterday afternoon. I called about 4:00 and got appointments for myself and my sister for 3:00 this afternoon. I received a call around 7:00 last night, in the middle of dinner, to inform me that Dr. Joel has chosen to pursue other career options. But that I was of course welcome to come in and see their new doctor. As I have told her, nothing against her, I dont even know her. But fat chance. I know Dr. Joel well enough to know he would never abandon patients like that. After a bit of digging I discovered the high turn over rate of their employees as well as the fact that they had fired Dr. Joel, with no warning to him or his patients.So no. I will not be seeing their new chiropractor, and I wish her all the luck in the world. But sound advice? Have other job options on a back burner, your days are already numbered unless you dance to the owners tune. As for how the staff in the spa side treated me? I will be calling to remove my credit card number from your system. Youre rude, snobbish, and just plain disagreeable. I will be purchasing my mother a different gift and being glad that this lesson didnt cost more than one gift card to learn.What this boils down to, if youre contemplating going to Woodhouse, please, go find somewhere else. You deserve to be treated with respect and care, not as a cashbox on legs.

So relaxing! I loved the entire experience You would never think when you walk up to the doors that you are about to enter such a relaxing environment! The only thing was I got a relaxing back neck and shoulder and that lady gave me a painful deep tissue and I was sore for 3 days lol but no biggie still loved it

My wife and I have both had massages here before and enjoyed the experience. However, this past weekend we were mortified by the level of service delivered. First, I sent an appointment request through their website with my current phone number and email and got no response. Second, after not hearing from them I called on Wednesday and made an appointment by phone. Third, when we actually got there on Saturday they found no record of our reservation. Luckily, they did have room for the two of us and were able to get us in after a short delay. What happened next stunned my wife and I, during the couples massage both masseuse started laughing and giggling, for no reason my wife and I could see? It was extremely uncomfortable to be laying down with your face on the table and to have to professionals laughing during what is supposed to be a calming re-newing experience. Needless to say we will not be going back. Very disappointed.

Relaxing at its best! I work long hours in high stress engineering position, and when it comes to the point I cant take it anymore I schedule at least a 50min Swedish massage to retain my sanity. Joe is awesome and Woodhouse always delivers on a relaxing atmosphere and great service.

Extremely impressive. Beautiful. Surprisingly relaxing just by walking in the door. Walking through the spa is like walking through a movie set because its so perfect. Smells like eucalyptus or something really relaxing. They offer you a drink and a spa after treatment.

One of my favorite places in Fort Wayne. Just had the greatest deep tissue massage ever. Wish I could afford to come here every week. Glad to hear you are expanding your building.

Every experience I have at the spa is exceptional. Whether I am getting a facial, pedicure or just stopping in to buy some of their house blend oil for my diffuser. Always a fantastic experience from the minute I walk in the door.

Best spa in fort Wayne!! I got a gift card last year for Christmas and finally got a chance to use it this weekend. The staff is so accommodating and genuine. My massage, facial and pedicure were all impeccable!I travel frequently for business and mostly only use resort spas when out of town because of past experiences I have had with other spas in the local market. The Woodhouse is completely different. From the outside it is very deceiving; it appears to be a small spa in an older mall, but when you walk in you realize you have entered another world. The inside is very well done and the service was great. This spa can keep up with any resort spa that I have been to - Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Wynn, Bellagio, and Canyon Ranch. The only change I would recommend is adding a 4th steam shower in the Womens locker room. I had to wait 5 minutes before a shower was open and cleaned for me. I will be back and will be recommending this place to friends! - DK

I love the service I get when I go there . The staff is very nice the steaming room my favorite :) ... I love the new strawberry water!!! I have never been disappointed going there ☺️. As a mom of 3 that is my place to get away and relax .

Had a surprise treat day for my fiance since it was our last day off together before our wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massage was to die for.

I do not know what has changed at Woodhouse Fort Wayne. My experience on 10/2 was very disappointing. My therapist was extremely late, then left me on the table while she went to check her paperwork. The deep tissue service I requested could be better described as a gentle pat down. The mens changing area was dirty with empty drink glasses in the steam shower and an over flowing robe/towel hamper. I am a longtime visitor of the Woodhouse and dont know if I will return. Something is different. Maybe the ownership?

I have gone to a lot of spas in major cities and the woodhouse Fort Wayne is on par with the very best. The spa is beautiful and inviting. When you walk in it feels like an oasis. Wonderful staff and products. If your looking for a high end spa it is in a class by itself in Fort Wayne.

Haley was so professional and absolutely fantastic at what she does. She has convinced my wife and I that woodhouse spas are by far the best. We will always be coming back because of her.

My therapist for the 80 minute relaxation massage was amazing despite the fact that two rooms down someone was using a power drill. I was completely disappointed with the experience as I was unable to actually relax. Can you imagine paying good money for a spa experience and having someone think open hours are the time to use power tools?! Obnoxious.

No other spa even begins to compare to The Woodhouse in Fort Wayne! From the moment I walk in I can literally feel my stress melt away. I always make sure to come at least 45 minutes early to relax by the fire with a glass of wine until my service, and usually shower and steam after in the changing lounge. There are waterfall showers and they always stock the lounge with face masks, hair products, facial cleansers etc. My go to massage therapists are Joe and Meghan, and I really enjoy the 80 minute HydraFacial with Tyj!! Woodhouse has very unique services - The Lazy Days, Organic Seaweed Leaf Wrap, and the Escape are also a few of my favorites! But honestly you cannot go wrong with any service or therapist!

My husband and I absolutely love Woodhouse Day Spa. We just spent a great day there getting Deep Tissue Couple Massage’s and pedicure for me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We were never notified until we arrived to our appointment that there were no more couple rooms available after scheduling 4 weeks ago for our 7 year anniversary massage. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from this place.

Went once so far and loved the experience. Loved drinking a beer before and after the massage. Staff was very friendly. Looking forward to going back soon.
