Sadly disappointed in my foot reflexology appt. I was NOT told i would have an aesthetician doing my foot massage and my feet still hurt as if nothing was done. This is not their field of expertise so money down the drain. When asked what strength touch i wanted i asked for firm and barely got a medium. She also was not aware hand massage was included so luckily i had mentioned it. She was a sweet girl and im sure does fine in her trained job but feel very jilted. Will have to spend money elsewhere for what i came here to get done.

This is like the one and only place Ill go for massages. Ive never had a bad experience and Ive been going here for years. Prices are decent for this time of age and the staff is always so friendly.

Tried this spa for a facial and massage gift for my 17 year old granddaughter.I had reservations 2 weeks ahead of time and she was so excited.We got there for her appointment and they said it was cancelled because the person called in. They said they tried to contact me...not on my phone was there any notice or their contact number,so they LIED about trying to contact me.Needless to say my granddaughter was disappointed and we will NEVER attempt to go there again.

Very relaxing environment & accommodating service. My appointment got mis-scheduled and they were able to get me in anyway at the same time!!The massage was wonderful!Definitely coming back!

I absolutely loved my experience I got a back massage and eye brow wax. I went to de stress and relax and thats what I got and let me tell you I needed it. 100% recommend also I feel there prices are reasonable.

Went here twice for Brazilian wax. Second time my appt was canceled by mistake so I had to come back next day and was told I’d be getting a discount. The discount was only $10. The staff is nice. I will not return though as a large amount was missed both times which is upsetting after going thru the process and paying for it

Kari is the sweetest and best! She always takes amazing care of me, and each visit she focuses on what my body needs! I highly recommend her! I also appreciate Aliyah at the front desk who checks me in and out of my appointments. She is courteous and kind, and makes sure I am relaxed after my appointment! Nice place for massage in reasonable budget.

I’ve been going here for years and love all the different services they provide. I even recently had a facial done using the Aveda products and my skin looked so good afterwards, to where I purchased all the Aveda products that were used. And now, at 43, my skin has never looked better. Also, Ashleigh does an amazing job with the Relaxation massage! She has the right touch and technique and I leave feeling completely relaxed.

If I could give this place 15 stars, I would. Hands down the most therapeutic treatment Ive had. Ive been to lots of chiropractors and Ashley Chapman had my muscles popping in the best way. After 1 60 minute massage. I will definitely be back.

I hate doing these, I really do. I set up an appointment at the Dupont location for my wife for 11:00. My wife got there early to fill out her paper work. She didnt get brought back until 11:15, fortunately she got the full 90min massage. However, my wife came home in shambles because the massage was awful. I ordered the Extreme relief massage hoping that she would relax since she needs it. She was supposed to get hot stones, facial acupressure, essential oils, reflexology. She said the entire massage felt like a chore. The masseuse repeated the same three motions, forgot how to work the hot stone heater, which resulted in only a five minute stone. She did not receive the facial acupressure, and then reflexology resulted in some pokes and light rubbing of the feet. The only bright side is that the lady at the front desk was really nice to my wife. But my wife did not get to go into detail about the massage before she had to leave.

Business has closed abruptly, owing their staff pay and many customers holding worthless gift cards. No information has been given about how we are reimbursed for gift cards we hold.

My daughter and I visited this spa on 8/2 and had booked two 90 minute facials. We walked out with at best 65 minutes in total spent on the Facials. What they advertise on their website was not what was done, and when I asked during the facial about doing the other things that they advertise would be done, I was told by my aesthetician that it’s their discretion as to whether or not they will do those things. I was never asked if I wanted to skip part of the facial and was counting on them. Very disappointing because this cost $115 per person plus tip. I will definitely not be going back here again. Also, I preferred not to leave feedback on Google and call the spa directly before 12 noon to discuss it with the manager. I was told she would call me back asap. No call so I called again at 4:30 and she had left for the day. I assume she didn’t care to hear this feedback. That told me everything I needed to know so I felt others should be aware of how this place manages these situations.

Relaxing environment. Nice staff, facial was nice, but I wouldnt recommend the 90min facial. It was nice for the first halibut laying flat on your back stark still for the last half started to wear on mg back and hips. And after the second round of treatment my face more greasy than moisturized. I had to wipe alot off after I left. Now that being said I did have a lovely glow when it was all said and done. For place is a bit hard to find and out of the way so look for a very small sign.

Had an appointment scheduled for about 3 weeks to get eyelashes lifted and tinted. The appointment was at 12 and got there at 1145 and waited and at about 1205 they told me that Morgan the one scheduled to do my eyelashes was not going to be able to make the appointment time. I couldn’t believe it. I made arrangements for my kids and they waited until the appointment time to tell me that she wasn’t even there!! My time is just as valuable and I’m pretty sure if i cancelled without 24 hour notice they charge for the full appointment price! Terrible customer service and basically wasted my time. I live in auburn so not only my time but driving time as well. This is suppose to be a luxury spa experience. Hardly that!! Avoid Morgan as she doesn’t value your time!!!!UPDATE: went back to give salon another chance. Had service done by Sophia who was AMAZING!! Talked with “spa manager” multiple times from the salon and she said she was going to comp the service. I had a gift card that i used and i am still waiting on them to comp any service. I had tipped Sophia 50$ and the “spa manager” called to make sure that was the amount I meant to tip her. Sophia does a great job and will probably be the only reason I would go back to the salon. The salon did not make up for the original experience just disappointing, especially since they told me they would make up for it. Nothing was done to compensate my time or level of frustration. Probably the worst salon experience in Fort Wayne!!

From the time you walk in to the time you leave you feel relaxed! All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I woukd have is they used to be open Sundays and they have decided to end those hours which makes scheduling at other times difficult.

The massage itself was great, however I had a 1.5 hour massage scheduled for 12 pm. I got there at 11:45, and did not get taken back until 12:05. I was then left in the room for another 10 minutes. My massage did not start until after 12:15, and then she stopped promptly at 1:30, shorting my massage over 15 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend.

Love this place but havent been back in a while, If I had a consistent person doing my massage, that would be fantastic, but its mostly different people each time, even though I scheduled on the same day once a month. They seem to lose employees a lot. The one on hilegas was not great at all. The atmosphere is cheaper, looking with not much charm, they couldnt do the type of pressure we wanted only a relaxing rub basically. Gave the hilegas location a few chances but wont go back to that one. Dupont if they could keep staff and I could have the same person for massage that would make me happy.

Had a deluxe package purchased as a gift. This was my first time at Tranquil Touch. After 5 hrs of massage I left in more pain then what I went in with. Mainly because there was no pillows for neck support and when I was on my belly the head rest was so low it put me in a weird position. It was clear to see that I was uncomfortable. I had 3 ladies working on me and the last of the 3 was honestly the worse therapist I had ever EVER had. She would spend more time moving her chair around me so she could sit during the entire massage then actually massaging me. There was moments when I thought she was falling asleep. If you like massages that are lighter than butterfly kisses with long pauses because the therapist is dosing off, then this is the place for you. And i was very specific on wanting a deep tissue massage. I left rubbing my own back and neck from the pain and actually cried in my car for the waste of time.

Visited Tranquil Touch on Dupont location. Are appointment was right on time. We had a great relaxing massage. Left feeling amazing and relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely love going here. Been going here for 4-5 years now. Great place to get a facial, massage, pedicure, you name it. Their staff is phenomenal. Very pleasant people, who make you feel welcome and relaxed. Its always clean and smells great the moment you walk in.I always recommend my friends and family to go here. Ive had many people go here who have never had a massage in their life and they loved the experience. They feel comfortable and listened to about their concerns.

I had a 1 hour massage with Brooke as my therapist today and WOW. She is amazing, professional, and knows how to work out knots. I plan on going back and requesting her again! Fabulous. I feel great!

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to Tranquil Touch multiple times, and every time has been great; however, my most recent visit to the DuPont location was fantastic. I had two ladies working with me, both of which were very kind and professional. The services I received were lovely, and I look forward to receiving them again soon. I have gone to tranquil touch twice, and really can’t wait to go back! The first time I went, I had a gift card. Great experience the first time and I was anxious to get back then, too! Fast forward a few months when I finally had some me time, I injured my back badly. I immediately scheduled an appointment online (website was incredibly easy to navigate to schedule an appointment!) and was incredibly impressed with the response time in scheduling, especially online. Both therapists were wonderful and knew exactly what to focus on both times. I cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the ladies working there are simply fantastic. The massage therapists actually inspired me to go to school to become a massage therapist myself!

My favorite is the hot stone massage. There was nothing hot about these stones at all. The only way I could tell she was using them was I could hear them clicking together. The stones were the same temperature as her hands. Not impressed by the atmosphere and decor at all. Ive been to some upscale spas and this one didnt even begin to compare. It was in and out and no extras whatsoever, not even an offering of a glass of water, although the pictures online show a tea room, which I didnt see. No pampering whatsoever, and thats what I love about getting a massage. Even the bed, sheet, and blanket were cold. Not a good start to trying to relax. I guess you get what you pay for and will splurge more for a better atmosphere and services. If you want super basic and a simple massage without any pampering, go here.

Had appointment booked for 4 months for me a my wife. Drove an hour to Fort Wayne and planned on having a nice Valentines weekend with my wife. Got there and they told us the message therapist didn’t show up today and they cannot perform our services. Couldn’t have anyone else do the message and we should get a call from the manager.Follow-Up they sent us $80 gift card probably will use it and schedule another message. I’m glad they called my wife and listened to us from our side of the story. I’m also happy they read these reviews and wanted to Do what they can to change our minds at what we think of them.

Very relaxing environment, the staff really try to make it the best experience for you. This was the best massage Ive had in years! I had never been to Tranquil Touch, but Im definitely going back! I had Kyle, and he listened to exactly what I wanted and focused on my shoulders. As he is a recent graduate, the techniques and style he used to loosen up my back was something I had never experienced before! He found all my knots and he could feel exactly what was going on with my muscles. I highly recommend him!

Autumn at Tranquil Touch on DuPont made my first ever waxing appointment a breeze! She is knowledgeable and makes you feel super comfortable right away! I highly recommend her to anyone who has needs for a top tier aesthetician!!

Ive been coming back since 2012 and even though its been awhile in some cases everyone has done an amazing job and I plan on coming back to both locations. I just went back today and had a couples massage and the young lady who gave me a massage (Alexandria Boggs, Alex for short) did an AMAZING JOB. My go to therapist (Brittany) is on vacation so Ill be choosing her in the future. Keep up the great work!!!

My daughter had her first facial here with me today. Was both of our first time at this establishment. Facials were very relaxing. Staff was professional. Only thing we felt was a bit disappointing was that we had identical facials when we specifically requested different areas of concern. Overall it was a nice facial.

They shorted us almost 20 minutes off an hour couples massage. Cashier claimed it was due to our first time paperwork... But they didnt even use the paperwork for anything. We got a couples massage and told them our hands needed attention. Neither of us had any work on our hands. $150, few words, cashier couldnt wait for us to leave and had no words for us aside from blaming our paperwork as first timers at their place. Ive gotten many massages in the past and never have I seen anything like this. We will not be going back and we will be sharing our poor experience with others. They would have had at least one couples massage from us a month. Instead they chose to screw us on our first visit. I suggest thinking long term and not alienating new customers, especially when you dont offer anything different from any other massage place. That was my wives first massage by the way, thanks for setting the bar extremely low. Baffling.Atmosphere was nice enough, beds were heated. Ive had much more comfortable beds but these still were okay. If you do go just make sure you check the time they start and finish and dont end up like us.

My last visit to Tranquil Touch was my first time getting a massage. I bought a couples massage for my girlfriend and I for her birthday. At first I had no idea what to expect, but once I was greeted by the friendly staff and was brought to my room, I was put at ease. The massage was amazing. The whole experience left me feeling like a new man. I told all of my family and a few co-workers and friends about my experience and I plan on coming back soon. Keep up the excellent work ladies! I loved Tranquil Touch Spa! I had a 30 minute massage and it seemed like it was longer than that. The woman who did my massage, Shannon, was so nice and did a wonderful job. At the beginning of the massage, she even offered to do an hour massage for only $15 more. I loved the lavender oil she used and just the general atmosphere of the spa. I cant wait to go back!

This was my first time at this spa, and I got a glycolic peel. Brittany was amazing! She was very informative, made great product recommendations, and was very knowledgeable on skin concerns/skin care. This was my first experience coming to the salon. I got a french bikini wax with Haley. The atmosphere at the salon was so nice and relaxing. I was checked in right away. Haley was wonderful and professional and I was very happy with the result! I will definitely be back! Love that there are Sunday hours as well!

They cancelled my wifes 4pm appointment at 3:30pm day of the massage. This is the 3rd time theyve cancelled with extremely short notice. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. You will be disappointed with Tranquil Touch.

I was a little nervous about going in for a massage, not something that I usually do. But from the minute that I walked in the staff was great, very professional. The atmosphere was extremely calming. And my massage therapist Patrice was amazing. I will definitely be going back!!! 5 Star would definitely be recommending to family, friends and co workers

I have been going to Natalie at Tranquil Spa for my massages for over four years. She is fantastic--always professional and prompt. She listens to my individual needs and always remembers my past requests. I love her use of warm moist towels for your back and feet...a very nice tough. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This place was amazing! I had completely messed up and thought our appointment was at 11, not 10, and they were so kind about it and made it work even though we showed up an hour late. We had a couple’s massage and facials. Stacy was awesome!!

Tonight was my first experience getting a professional waxing service done. As a first time customer They were able to get me in the same day. I can’t say enough about how great Tina, the technician was. She was very upfront, professional and funny making everything not so scary to go through. I highly recommend Tranquil Touch Spa not only for their affordable prices but the staff there.

I had a Mommy massage from Rebecca and it was amazing! I have never had a massage therapist be so attentive to my needs, and ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. It was an excellent massage, and I was able to just close my eyes and be completely relaxed. The room was perfect and I was treated well by everyone at the spa. Thank you Tranquil Touch for giving this mommy a peaceful, relaxing and calm hour...it was just what I needed!

There were several problems with our last visit to Tranquil Touch. For the second time in two visits our hour long massage was only 40 minutes. Thats a full third of the time we paid for not delivered. They either need to tell people honestly how long the massages last or calculate the time each session takes individually. Second, the bed itself was uncomfortable. The padding for my head was insufficient and left me constantly, uncomfortably readjusting. The third, and most serious problem was their masseur has no business giving a deep tissue massage, and left me with a pinched nerve at the base of my neck. Over two weeks after leaving and my neck is still in pain from this massage.... No Thanks! We will find somewhere else to patronize.

Went here for my first bikini wax. I was super nervous, but everyone made me feel relaxed and welcome. Jody was incredible and made me feel very comfortable. If you’re a first time waxer, don’t be scared, just come here! They’ll take good care of you.

It was wonderful! Cant believe it took me sooo long to get back! The idea of one room to be pampered in is a great idea. You have been growing and reorganizing the rooms so well. When I first was there, the big room was a yoga studio and entirely open. And, Melinda, years ago, you were so kind as to let me burrow a can of paint so I could match up to something that I was painting. Thank youCheck in process was nice.

I scheduled a 1-Hour long deep tissue couples massage with the Tranquil Touch Spa. I went into the situation not knowing what to expect (being my first time in a spa). I have to say that this is by far one of the best gifts I have ever given myself. The staff was extremely friendly from beginning to finish, the treatment felt absolutely amazing & they made me feel super comfortable.I own & operate my own business where I am picking up 1000s of lbs worth of weight in a day, all the muscle fatigue just melted away. The massage therapist tweeked the session to work on my trouble areas & made me feel like I can go back to work fresh as can be.10/10 & I will 100% be back again with my girlfriend (Hoping at least once a month). I booked my appointment three weeks in advance back in November 16th for a girls day with my friend and her daughter. I live out of state and read fantastic reviews and decided to book. They called about once a week to confirm I was still coming which I did. I booked my friend and I (60 min massages and 30 min reflexology) and her daughter a (30 min facial and mani & pedi) everything went smoothly for my friend and I. I came out of the massage to find my friends daughter just sitting there. I asked her how did her mani & pedi go. She stated she never got one. The ladies apologized to me and said the nail lady wasnt there?(I booked weeks in advance so I was a little baffled that they didnt have anyone to accommodate her). They also almost forgot her facial and she didnt get seen until 45 minutes after we went in for our massages. They gave me a credit/gift card for her services and apologized. Fast forward to today (12/17) My friend went to book her and her daughters appointment and they called back to say that they actually double booked! and can she change her time. This is the MOST unorganized spa I have EVER been too! This is unacceptable to do to a customer just not once but twice.

The first time I went to Tranquil Touch Spa I loved it!!! It was so relaxing and my massage therapist did an amazing job. I did ask for hot stones when I booked my appointment, which they forgot about, but I wasnt very upset because everything was great!Yesterday was a different story. Long story short...I left very disappointed and most likely wont go back.

My boyfriend and I had the best massage experience ever at the Dupont location with Kristi and Shannon. Already planning to go back for our anniversary. Seriously the best. 100% percent would recommend.

The staff at Tranquil Touch are AMAZING!! I am a bigger lady and Ive had massages, seaweed wraps, reflexology treatments, facials and more and I have never ever felt self conscious about my size. Every time Ive been there, I have been treated like a queen! I have recommended everyone know to go to Tranquil Touch! Everyone is so nice, so professional and just pleasant to be around. If anyone is looking for spa services, they need to come to Tranquil Touch. They wont be disappointed.

A few hours at Tranquil Spa was a treat! Lying in a zero gravity chair, sipping tea and reading a book was how I enjoyed my foot treatment. I then moved on to a hot stone full body massage. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, and the masseuse was very professional. I ended the day with a wonderful facial that left me feeling relaxed and pampered. I would definitely choose Tranquil Touch Spa again and would recommend it to others in need of some TLC.

This is the worst Spa in Fort Wayne! They are so unprofessional and they should not be in business! The owner is charging outrageous prices and giving horrible services!! Please spend your money at other spas that actually care about their customers and don’t give poor quality services that you will definitely be disappointed with!! How they have stayed in business is a mystery!!

I have been going to Tranquil Touch for 7 months now, and I have had facials, waxes, and massages. I have brought my sister, mom, and boyfriend with me at times as a gift and they all loved it as well. I love supporting a small business and they have a quaint little spa that is relaxing and nice. They have always been kind over the phone, in person, and for the most part professional. It just depends on who you get. I have only found one employee who has given below par service, but you can request the esthetician you prefer. Their 30 minute facial is amazing for my skin and not too expensive! My only qualm is that twice I have had waxing done without gloves on and that is a no no. Other than that, the waxing was quick and painless. Definitely recommend Tranquil Touch!

That it was first of all way too long ago! I am on a very tight budget, but I sure am due for a massage! Secondly, I enjoy the atmosphere, very quiet and serene. My most recent experience was enjoyable, however the masseuse talked too much during the massage, at one point even turning on the light in the middle of the massage which was distracting. The technique and results of the massage were very good though! It just takes me a while to have my mind slow down and I snap out of a relaxed state very quickly.

If youre looking for a romantic couples massasge this isnt the place. The room is just a big room with not 2, but 3 beds and not decorated for comfort and definitely not the spa experience we got at other locations. Nates masseuse walked out of the room twice during it, which with me face down on the table it seemed like there was just someone opening and closing the door. The actual massage felt good. The room was not what I was expecting and needs some TLC

I felt like I was on clouds. The staff was very nice and I asked for a deep deep massage and thats just what I got. Amazing staff and amazing hands. We plan on coming once a month to get back on the clouds. Had a stiff neck going in and after I felt amazing, could move my neck any which way. Love love this place, very relaxing. Thank you ladies.

I was there with 3 friends for one of my friends birthday and we all thought it was wonderful! Ive never been so relaxed. They gave us our own little room to leave our snacks and wine, and while we were having our procedures they put our snacks in their refrigerator. I had Tina for my Mani/Pedi, and Holly for my massage and facial and it was all so relaxing. My only suggestion would be to have robes to make switching between procedures smoother and even more relaxing.

This was my first experience. I had never heard of nor had the Ionic Cleanse before this. I was greeted immediately after entering by a very polite young man. Jessica took care of me and was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I liked her a lot. I found the procedure to be very interesting and curious. If it does what it claims, I will try a few more times to see how I feel. My overall experience was very good.

Overall, I found it to be a good experience and plan to schedule another appointment soon.

Soothing music and scents as soon as I walked in. Appointment was right on time. Down to earth, knowledgeable staff. I had the ear candle therapy which I highly recommend!

The lady that greeted me when I first arrived was very friendly. It was my first time ever going to a spa, so I feel like I was awkward, but not because of anything she did. I filled out the paperwork, took it back to the desk, and a different lady was there, took the paperwork and politely told me to have a seat and the tech would be to get me in a minute. In about a minute, Barbie Jo came and called me and showed me to a room. I had never had a massage before, she explained what I was supposed to do asked if there were places I didnt want her to work, there were not. Again, I have nothing to compare to, but Barbie Jo, did a great job. She asked more than once if it was too much pressure, but it never was. I am very pleased that the stress through my neck and shoulders is greatly decreased. Loved it, I will definitely have another massage.

I received stress-fix massage as a gift from my mother, and I was so impressed with every aspect before, during, and after! I work 2 jobs so I feel like I can never relax, but I was relaxed from the minute I walked in the door. The waiting room smelled so good and was so calming. My massage was so wonderful! I felt like I totally let go of all the stress from work and life and was just able to lay there and really relax. My body and mind was set for the rest of the week with no pain and a clear head! I was so pleased with my experience

LAWD have mercy... hands down the best place to get a massage. I went in today for a couple’s massage, and Alexandra and Shannon (remember these names) must’ve done some type of dark magic or something, but the massage they gave... Sarah and I’s souls about left our bodies. Those two need a raise, NOW. I have never been at more peace than what I was visiting Tranquil Touch. You’re wasting money if you go anywhere, and if you’re NOT booking with Alexandra or Shannon, re-evaluate your priorities.

I had a very nice 60 minute massage with my friend, Shanna. I was welcomed warmly and asked if he could take my jacket for me. The check-out process went very well and I made another appointment for next month. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

Had a couples massage to start off our 2nd anniversary weekend get-a-way. First time for both of us and they made us very comfortable and we both really enjoyed it,Great staff Hope to do that again! Glad I choose this place from a Google maps search of Fort Wayne!

My husband and I have jobs that affect our back tremendously, plus the stress of the job. Every time we go for a couples massage, we come out feeling so relaxed and our backs feeling so much better. Alex and Jess are fantastic at their job, they are definitely an asset to your business.

Would not recommend. NOT in any way a Spa experience. We were liberally sitting in lawn chairs getting foot therapy done. I was surprised to hear they had been there for 7 years,It looked and felt as tho they were still new to the business. I did get a massage done by Barbie Jo and it was great. But would not recommend Tranquil Touch to my friends or family.

The most relaxing and amazing service in town. Loved my chakra balancing massage. Natalie Taylor did an amazing job and I felt so great when I left. I always go here and no place else in Fort Wayne.

Horrible! I felt like they were just slipping different lotions on our face for a total of about 5 different products! Each one heavier than the next! The girls would just rub it in! One after the next! The whole experience was awful! There was no steam, no exfoliation, nothing! No water or music and lighting, very dark with so much product everywhere, it felt like they were moving! My friend did not get to wash hers off immediately and her face broke out terribly! I went home and scrubbed my face! Well, that was a waste of $200! I thought we were on a hidden camera show where we were being punked! We both kept waiting on the facial to start, then they were just done!

This is hands down, the best spa in town. They have two convenient locations. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place!

So confused why this place keeps getting good reviews...are we sure this is the same place?! They shorted me on my facial by 10 minutes and rushed through it. Had schedule manis and pedis with my 2 daughters and they squeezed us in a small room with the most uncomfortable chairs ever. The foot bath was a tiny and uncomfortable bucket that vibrated...lady who did my nails made me sit in the most awkward position when she painted my toe nails. I paid $20 extra for gel because she told me they would last 2-3 weeks-they chipped and peeled a few days later and then came completely off 4 days later. The room was so cramped and not at all relaxing-spent over $200 and wish I wouldve just done it myself. They didnt even offer is a water or anything. Apparently they were too busy with the bridal party to pay any attention to the other customers! Very disappointed and would never recommend this spa to anyone!!!

MONEY SCAM!!! Tried to reschedule my appointment multiple times, they wouldn’t contact me back and then when they did get back to me they said there was no purchase record of the gift certificate when they were given 100$ cash for said appointment. They’re a scam and just want your money, they don’t care about their clients!!!!

I am a sensory person! From the moment you walk in, you hear soft voices and then during treatment, soothing music or nature sounds. The smell is clean and pleasing. The beds are oh, so warm and relaxing except for the stuffy nose but then, alas, the smell of peppermint oil to open up your temporarily clogged sinuses. The staff is professional, skilled and accommodating. They ask and most importantly, listen to your massage tactile needs. Soft, deep or penetrating. And, for the amount of your massage - complete relaxation! Charged and ready to take on the rest of your day :)

Ive only been to the Spa 2 times but have enjoyed my visits enough to make further appointments. Alexandria is a wonderful representative for the company. Everyone else I have come in contact with also shows interest to help you feel comfortable.

I was in recently for a Bachelorette party. We were each able to pick the services that best suited our needs, but still be together for chatting. Its a great facility with wonderful staff.The massage was amazing! I have a feeling we will be booking another spa party this winter so we can do it again.

Ok so this is literally THEE best place ever to get a facial waxing, I find that other spas dont care if the wax hurts but these women at this place DO and put your comfort above everything else!!! ive never had a bad experience here EVER!!! best spa in fort wayne!!!

Brazilian Review: I liked the wax that they used and the pain was minimal. Tessa was great and made me feel comfortable. However, I feel like the wax took way too long and I feel like the wax was over priced after seeing the result.

In need of a stress buster? I did! Tranquil Touch Spa is very relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. My Honey gave me a gift certificate for Reflexology and it was such a treat! One hour later my stress had evaporated! Thank you TTS!

I had a 60 minute message with Jess she asked me right off the bat if I had any trouble areas which I did. She worked out all my kinks and without hurting me!! She did such a great job I made sure to book my next message with her and will continue to do so!!

Ive primarily done mani/pedis with Arresha, along with a few add-ons, but i would say something like: You may come in to get your nails done, but Tranquil Touch Spa starts its calming effects the minute you walk through the door; wonderful plant essences in the air, a friendly greeting, a comfortable serene waiting area away from the front door, something cool or hot to drink....this all happens in minutes, but already you can feel the beginning of your day, along with your cares, taking a backseat and letting you enjoy the moment to breathe. The staff is professional, very kind, and very skilled. I have always been very happy with the results of Arreshas work, not to mention the fact that she is a lovely, bright, young woman. When i leave the spa i feel peaceful, and although reluctant to leave the pampering, im ready to face the rest of my day. I also appreciate the reasonable pricing and options to fit many different needs; the frequent visitor as well as the occasional visitor. Thank you for all you do!

Will.not be going back, the massage was more like a rub no pressure at all. The massage was supposed to include Facial acupressure she never touched my face or head.It was supposed to be a 90 minute massage and was only about 70.

This was my second time going to Tranquil spa the first time was good second time we went was for a bachelorette party and it sucked!they told us we could pick from 2 out of 3 things and so I picked pedicure and 30 min massage well come to find out it was a pedi refresh ---they didnt do my calluses or massage my feet and no soaking feet all they did were my toes --painted and filed ---$89.00 for those two things-- I could of went and got a full on soaking pedicure and hour massage for $90Never going back for bachlorette party or possibly at all! Very dissapointed

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the waiting room is clean and well decorated. I received the best massage I have even had from Tranquil Touch Spa. The staff is experienced and attentative to what you want.

I am an Aveda addict and have tried every Aveda salon in Fort Wayne. I keep going back to Tranquil Touch due to the appointment availability, online appointment scheduling, fantastic massage therapists, and reasonable prices. I love the massage add-ons that they provide as well. Some of the best massages I have ever had (and I have had many).

I walk in the door and they are quick to greet me with a smile and ask what they can do for me. The smells of healthy and mind relaxing scents just instantly relax you! If only I could stay and get a total body and mind fix from their staff. Id be a new woman!!

My son and I got a massage there and he loved it. I get massages there on a regular basis especially when I have the time really great customer service!

Alex always works on all the issues/problem areas I have. I get terrible knots in shoulder area and she pays special attention to these. I feel less stressed and usually ready to sleep ( lol) post massage. It IS s luxury, but for me a necessity - it enables me to cope at least a little better .

I paid for a 60 minute dermal plain facial and it only lasted 20 minutes and she scraped my scraped my chin and didnt acknowledge it. I mentioned something to the receptionist about it being so short and she checked with the girl and came back and said some excuse excuse and still charged me the full price.

Kyle was amazing!! I felt like the massage was customized to meet my needs.... and I didnt even tell him about any pain I was having.

I went in for a Massage, my therapist was Kyle who was very professional and asked about my visit today and what i wanted more focus on the massage was just great 10 out of 10 will definitely go back and recommend.

Have had a couple 90 minute massages and could not recommend this place high enough. I always leave incredibly relaxed and they really listen and work where I ask them to focus on.
