Phenomenal!!! Had the most incredible afternoon of pampering with Logan, my best facial ever and body wrap were exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and gave me so many scent options, everything was perfection…the only negative was that it eventually had to end. I signed up for their membership and cannot wait to come back. Treat yourself folks! I’ve been fortunate enough to have lots of spa treatments over the years at various places but Hiatus does it right!!! Logan has the best bedside manner and was a delight, she is a gem! Thank you Hiatus!!!

TAKISHA - MANI + PEDI / SHE IS GIFTED!! Fort Worth & DallasI enjoyed experiencing Takishas gift every month for 2 years. I even took out a membership in the Fort Worth Hiatus location added 2 other services and added my son to my membership. That is 4 MONTHLY services in which I invested because of Takisha.Takisha was removed from the Fort Worth location to their Dallas location. I couldnt travel that distance to see her! I consented to have a new technician for my next visit. It was a disaster. Then I was told my usual massage therapist was also no longer available. When I called about the disastrous mani + pedi I was offered a complimentary visit which I accepted. After thinking long and hard I canceled my membership and all future appointments. I could not fathom finding another Takisha who is literally one in a million I can say after over 4 decades of going elsewhere before she came into my life. I knew she was at the Dallas location.After lobbying long and hard for Takisha to return to Fort Worth it finally happened!! I saw her yesterday and returned to HEAVEN. I am in my mid 70s and she treats me like Im family. I tell you Takisha is a person you will appreciate/love having in your life regularly!You can schedule with her in Fort Worth on Wednesdays otherwise in Dallas. Go to the site and make arrangements now is my heartfelt advice, especially for the holidays coming up. Her Fort Worth schedule is less full (newly opened) than her Dallas.Do that now, you will be happy, happy, happy and well taken care of!

I just had to share that I had the best massage of my life from Brianne here. She sincerely cared about my requests and I could tell was extremely talented. Very relaxing and I will be back!

I went here as a gift, and I have to say I had a very nice time! I had my spa day scheduled on a Monday, but one of the masseuses had to cancel and they rescheduled my appointment to Wednesday. I was offered two additional add-ons for free, which I gladly took.They supply you with a robe and have some nice tea and water complimentary for you to wait between services. I had Danielle for my massage and she did such a great job, and was such a friendly person. I had Sydnee for my facial and she did such a good job too. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic service!!!!! There was an unforeseen issue with my booking, but they let me read and relax in the lounge and served me wine and tea and fruity water with my friends anyway. They worked hard to fit me in and I ended up getting a beautiful lash tint with Sydnee. She did a wonderful job. Will absolutely be coming back for my next special occasion.

Arrived and was given a mini tour to get acquainted with the spa, given a locker that I was able to make my own code for, had the deep tissue massage, it was good but not what I am used to. My masseuse made sure to cover my hair as she knew I didn’t want lotion or oil to get in it, and was sure to ask about how the pressure was. The atmosphere is nice and I thought it was great there was a locker room. When checking out I asked to get my parking validated as the notification I got before my appointment said they validated parking and the nice girl who checked me in told me they validated, however the girl who I checked out with insisted that parking was free and I didn’t need validation even after i explained the situation to her. So I ended up paying for parking, frustrating. Update the spa contacted me to make sure the validation was taken care of.

The lounge area that we were able to use before and after the spa was wonderful. Having our masseuse waiting with hot tea in hand made us feel we could take our time leaving and that was a very nice touch.I am a male and it was my first time having a male masseuse. He was wonderful, courteous, and completely professional

Experience I had with [Logan] on June 22nd was wonderful!!!!After facial, I truly felt rejuvenated!! Today, July 31st, was my nail appt with [Dominique] and she too, did a splendid job!!! Bravo 👏🏼 TY, Hiatus!!

*UPDATED 3/24/22*I debated writing this review or not but I honestly dont like the how the quality and appearance turned out on my manicure. I booked an apt for The one & only mani+pedi and decided to upgrade to eco-gel polish (they charge an extra $29 each for pedi and mani) since I wanted my nail color to last. So I paid a total of $127 + tip and my fingers have polish on them and the gel on my fingerals is bumpy in some fingers. ☹️ Honestly dont think Ill go back for a manicure at all, pedicure was great but Im going home to clean up the polish from my skin and hope my manicure lasts and doesnt crack before then.I was lucky enough to spurgle a little this year and book myself an appointment for a Change your life hydrafacial. 100% recommend this treatment. I left feeling super relaxed. Definitely recommend. If you park in the garage across the street they will validate your parking.Will update when I go back.

This spa is wonderful! It is clean, calming, and has lots of amenities like showers, robes, toiletries and a lounge space with water and tea to use in between your services. I had a tailor made facial and my skin feels great!

I normally never get massages but I figured I’d treat myself and get one. The entire experience was extremely stressful and only due to the front desk staff. The parking was a little stressful, but the front desk staff was extremely unaccommodating and not friendly. I called twice to make an appointment and second time called to confirm it was a woman and the front desk lady hung up on me. I had to move my car since the massage was running 15 minutes late and she said that it was take up my massage time if they came to call me during the time. The massage itself was great but I was stressed the entire time I was there due to parking and how late they were running and how rude the front desk lady was. This place is not cheap and I am disappointed in the experience, especially considering this was a one time thing for me to treat myself. I will not be going here again.

The front desk attendants arent super friendly, but the other services (pedicure, massage, facial) are great! The quiet room is nice, too, although some guests dont seem to understand the concept of quiet.

Between Sunday and Monday, there were at least 4 phone calls to confirm the appointment scheduled for Monday at 5:45pm.In the final phone call Monday at 1:20, the front desk after confirming the appointment 3 times, asked if I could come in an hour and 15 minutes early at 4:30pm.Because I work 30 minutes away and would need to leave work over an hour early to make it by 4:30pm, I said no. The person on the phone seemed to understand and the 5:45pm appointment time was still confirmed.At 4:25pm, I received a text message from Hiatus Spa saying, your service provider had to leave for the day due to an emergency. Is there anyway youre able to come in at 4:30? Which was in FIVE minutes and 75 minutes prior to the four-time confirmed scheduled appointment time.The appointment was scheduled with Anne.This was completely unprofessional.I have no intention of returning or rebooking your anything with this business.

My daughter and I both needed a spa day and went to Hiatus. She is a busy mom of 3 young boys and definitely needed the relaxed day. We had the most amazing mani/pedis followed by massages and body wraps. The staff is amazing and met all our needs and more. The facility is clean and inviting. We will definitely take the time for ourselves in the future. Thank you for such a relaxing day!

I really loved the facial and Ashley was just the sweetest. For my first time Ashley really made me feel so comfortable. The spa was beautiful and I felt relaxed for the most part. My only complaint was the woman at the front. She was not happy and I did not feel comfortable asking her questions or talking to her honestly. I just told myself she may have been having a bad day. As someone who caters to people in my own workplace every day, I decided to invest in this as a way to relax and help with some pretty serious anxiety. I will go back because she is only a small part of the experience and overall the membership is worth it. I truly wish her happiness. Everything else was exceptional.UPDATE: The owner called me and she was soooo sweet and accommodating. I raised my rate because I really feel like she cares about her customers and truly wants the experience to be the best for everyone who decides to invest in Hiatus. I really do recommend this spa and look forward to going back next month.

The OPTIMIST facial was amazing! I could feel the difference in my skin immediately, and Sydnee provided great recommendations on what treatment I should continue with. I also had a great mani/pedi! The atmosphere was so calming.

I had such a fantastic massage here! I chose “The Comeback Massage,” and Lina worked the perfect amount of pressure to release my tight muscles. It was sometimes intense, but also very relaxing. It was definitely in the top two massages I have had. The spa itself was very clean, professional, and had everything to make the overall experience exceptional.

My bestfriend surprised me with a massage here for my birthday back in 2022. I remembered how phenomenal it was and revisited again in 2023. I was so happy with the service the manager told me about the spa’s membership and I’m so glad I signed up. The team here is so sweet, uplifting, and kind. The women you meet here who are also enjoying a service are so kind too! A special thank you and shoutout to Jenny S. who performed an EPIC pedicure on my tired feet. She even gifted me a red jasper crystal which is just something I am so touched by and grateful for. Thank you Hiatus Fort Worth!

I had the 2 hour hot stone massage. Amber was super knowledgeable and amazing! I was incredibly relaxed when I left.

Wow! Such a wonderful experience! I was gifted a massage and facial, and it was delightful. The spa manager, (I think her name was Taylor) was so kind and greeted me immediately. She explained the entire process and gave me a tour of the spa. They included a locker for my belongings, sandals, and a robe. I waited in the lounge area prior to my service for a few minutes where I enjoyed a delicious cup of tea, and refreshing citrus/lemon water. Jennifer called me back for my massage and was so sweet. She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I didn’t want it to end. I had some time in between my facial appointment and was offered the option to relax in the lounge area, or come back. The ladies at the reception area recommend brunch at a restaurant across the street, so I ate there and returned right after, and they remembered me by name. I love when people do this, makes me feel so special. I had a little more time, and waited in the lounge area before my facial. Logan called me back and was very friendly. She did a great job, and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep while she was giving me my facial. I was so relaxed. She gave me some recommendations on skincare routines and even threw in some samples after my visit. I had a little trouble with payment at the end because of two separate gift cards I had. The spa manager, and the other lady checking me out never made me feel uncomfortable. Actually they were willing to try everything to make sure my gift cards were processed and that I was taken care of. All in all this was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to return. Thank you to this team, who made my visit so special.

Ive been seeing Ashley G. for a year. She is amazing and Im fortunate that I get to see her every month. She always ensures I am comfortable and her facials are incredible. The Spa is well maintained and clean.

I had an amazing massage from Angelica!! I came to my appt with stress and a million thoughts on my mind and I left from my massage refreshed and a clear head. I’ve had a hiatus membership for a few years and she is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced! She has quiet slow movements so she doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibe and she asked me what pressure I preferred which was great. The massage itself was like I was melting lol. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience today! I started with a tailor-made facial with Sydnee and she was kind, easy to talk to and did a great job. I then had a signature massage with Jennifer and she was a joy to spend the time with. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I enjoyed every minute! I finished up with the one and only mani pedi and Helena was amazing- I’ve never had a better shape on my natural nail! Thank you to all the ladies!

Really enjoyed our visit here! It was my first time getting a massage and my therapist Amanda was kind and did a very good job! The robes were a bit small for my body type, but everything else was just excellent!

Amanda is the best! I signed up for their spa membership bc of her. In addition to the amazing massage, I enjoy getting to relax in the lounge and sip on some tea before and after my massage. Arrive early if you can to enjoy this extra perk! Great space highly recommend.

I got the 60 min knockout, which was exactly what happened. Ive been coming here for a few months, and thats for good reason. Lacresia is my girl! Ive worked with a couple of the other therapists there, who are all just great as well. But I would recommend trying her out first!The place itself is also phenomenal. Hiatus does cost a bit more than some other local, smaller business, but once you walk inside, its easy to see where your money goes. Theyve really nailed the atmosphere. Every second from entry to exit is perfectly chill and relaxing.Really happy with my experiences there so far!

I booked an appointment for my 50th birthday, for my best friend and I, to have a relaxing spa day back in November 2022... I must say, I was VERY tempted to cancel the rather expensive day planned because of the person I spoke with on the phone, who scheduled the appointments, due to the fact that she was quite rude. I considered that she may be just having a bad day, and I happened to call when she was struggling... So, I kept our appointments, and ended up having a WONDERFUL TIME!! The massage therapist (Jennifer) and the facial technician (Ashley) were AMAZING!!Im so glad I didnt cancel!I must say, however, that I ended up encountering the rude person when we were checking out, before my friend and I left the building, and unfortunately, she was just as rude in this encounter.All I can say is this: If you happen to have to deal with the same person (not putting her name down in the hopes that she has truly changed her attitude), that you will not rob yourself of an awesome experience with the wonderful staff and beautiful facility!My 5 star review is based on Jennifer, Ashley, the lady who checked us in ( I cant remember her name) and the spa itself!

Overall: I appreciate how the spa is set up, you check in at the front then are walked to the changing room to put on a robe/slippers and put your items in a locker before heading to the relaxing, dimly-lit waiting area with water and tea available.Chelsea is PHENOMENAL for massages but unfortunately she is no longer at Hiatus. Stephanie is good too. I see Logan for facials and shes AMAZING. She never pressures me to buy products and TRANSFORMS my skin.Only con: new front office staff is really lacking in professionalism and customer service. Not sure what happened there but I think the membership is the best deal in the area so Ill keep going.

Sent wife and her sisters here for Mothers Day for a 4 hr pampering. They loved the experience. Friendly staff. I will send wife again as she came back happy and talking about how she loved everything they did.

Really love this spa! I have been twice now and it’s incredible. Came here today for a facial/massage for myself and a bride to be friend of mine— it was perfect!! Logan was so sweet and my skin is legit glowing. Will be back for sure.

The customer service was top notch from my first phone call all the way through. The ladies during our visit were so sweet and helpful. This was the first massage for my daughter and her best friend and Hiatus left a lasting impression.

Wow couples massage booked for Valentine’s Day, 30 minutes before our appointment, they called and canceled on us. Absolutely horrible! Didn’t leave us enough time to make other plans. They said they could give us a complimentary add on at the next available date, 3 days later. Don’t waste your time, there’s no way this place will last.

This place is garbage, wife purchased gift card for couple massage $300. When trying to book they are 2 months out for appointments.We finally able to accept anything they offered because they are not accommodating after purchasing GC.We showed for couples appointments, changed into robes then 5 minutes later told the only have one massage therapist for couples message but will do a discounted wrap after my wifes massage but only one could get a massage. Another guest came in after us and was able to get massage therapist. I would not recommend to anyone as this place needs to get the business side together.

After booking a massage for my husband for Father’s Day day. And being told it was gonna be special beer pretzels PGA on TV. On Saturday I got a call that due to unfortunate circumstances his massage was canceled. Well to make it even worse I called back on Monday to see if they could go ahead and do it the following Sunday his only day off. And nobody even seems to care that they ruined a gift. If I could do no stars I would!The manager quickly responded after my review and took great care of my husband. He got his much needed massage and a 20% discount!! Very much appreciate the Management for taking care of this situation.

To say I want to give them zero stars would be an understatement! I booked a Kindred Spirit massage back on May 3rd as a mothers day gift for my friend and I, of course given the fact that its so close to May and everyone wants to spoil their Mothers, Friends, Sisters etc. I was very understanding of them being booked out until June. I book our massages no problem for June 12th we were so excited as we had never done a couples/friend massage before... I get a call June 11th (already almost 6pm, our appointment was at 2:30pm the next day) that one of the massage therapists had an emergency and we couldnt get our massage that day. Of course emergencies happen and we were understanding of the situation and had no problem having them accommodate us for another date. Again, because of the kind of massage we are getting they are pretty booked out and we have to wait ANOTHER MONTH to go in for our massages. We rebook for July 24th just to get a call and voicemail on Friday the 22nd stating one of the massage therapists they booked for us was out due to surgery.... they said will be changing my massage date in case we want to keep these dates and will hold for us and to give them a call backto confirm. Our new massage date was June 23rd... that is less a 24hr notice because the massage would be at 11:15am. Of course we cant make this as we work and booked babysitters for Sunday and cant change or take off work in such a short notice (already past 5:30pm on a Friday). Only option was to call back and completely cancel because waiting another month just to go through this again is not worth it!!!! Not even a discount or a small free service or voucher offered for such unprofessionalism. If they knew their therapist was out for surgery why wait until the last minute? Such excitement turned into this ugly review along with disappointment as I had recommendations of people who had been there before (friends and family) and had excellent experiences. Just sad that wasnt the case for my friend and I....

I was gifted a massage, ultimate mani pedi for my birthday. Beautiful place, quiet room is actually quiet, and staff friendly and professional. I enjoyed the massage and recommend as a nice gift. The ultimate mani pedi was not worth the money. Definitely over priced. Cuticles on my hands and feet were not cut, nails only buffed and shaped. Maybe the nail tech was new. I would visit a different location to give them another opportunity.

They give very great massages! I’d recommend booking a session with Morgan!However, I am not a fan of their manicurist. Every time I’ve gone the polish comes off the same day. It never covers my entire nail. For the price I paid for the mani and pedi it was not worth it at all.I will never book a mani and pedi ever again but I will return for a massage.

My boys got me a gift certificate for mothers day so I chose the Signiture massage with Amanda and a Gua Sha facial with Sydnee. Wow! my spa day at Hiatus was amazing, very clean, very relaxing and they did an amazing job.I recommend it and will surely go back soon.

I’ve had many massages, but I got the best massage of my life here today!! I was in so much pain from moving and my day job. I feel a million times better. I am so thankful and will be coming back. I can finally walk without pain again.

I LOVE hiatus! The amazing front desk staff make you feel welcome and at home right away! The relaxation room is heavenly and inviting and the signature Aveda Comfort Tea is phenomenal.Nicole changed my skin care regimen - taking my dry skin to beautiful, soft and hydrated!She knows exactly what she’s doing and genuinely cares for her guests! And Chelsea works out my sore tired muscles better than anyone in Fort Worth!Hiatus is truly an experience you don’t want to miss!

Wonderful 👏 experiences....I had a facial that was the Best I have ever had!!Then when I thought things could get no better...I had the most relaxing pedicure ever IN MY LIFE!!! The zero gravity chair is the most wonderful thing ever....I feel asleep over and over!! I will go nowhere else!Bring back the tea and showers so we can enjoy the true spa experiences!!!

I have now been an H-Circle member at Hiatus for five months and I can’t believe it took me this long to find such a great spa in our area. The facility is gorgeous and well-appointed and the front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From relaxing manicures and pedicures by Sarai S. to invigorating and ache-relieving Swedish and reflexology massages by Chelsea G., it truly is one of my favorite days of the month when I pay a visit to the Hiatus spa and retreat in Fort Worth.

Best Pedicure Experience Ever!! Takisha is now my go to pedicure tech. Beautiful place, super comfortable & impeccably clean. Relaxation to the fullest!! Pair it with Blue Sushi Grill & you have a perfect day!!Worth the drive to Fort Worth!

I have tried a facial, massage, and pedicure. All mediocre services and incredibly overpriced. The best thing about the pedicure was the chair, but the service was awful. The facial completely broke me out and I am still working to get my skin back to normal with my dermatologist, 4 months later. Would not waste my money going here again.

I go monthly for the signature facial with Sydnee, she is so great! She has helped me with my skin and also has recommended I try Glycolic acid peels. There is no downtime or skin peeling at all. Would definitely recommend

Didnt get the right pedicure my husband bought the Groupon for, although slightly his fault because he may not have specified when making the appointment but they also didnt double check beforehand. Filled out preference sheets for massage and pedicure, including if we want any extras, but preferences werent followed and extras werent done (and not charged). It was difficult to enjoy the pedicure when I had a feeling something was missing and then the internal debate on if I bring it up or not. It was interesting to have a pedicure fully reclined with an eye mask, warm blanket, and noise canceling headphones. It felt like my feet were buffed but not a deep pedicure. Husband paid for an Groupon $82 hot stone and found out I got the $70 basic pedicure. When they looked in the system, said my husband paid $62 (I didnt know what he paid at that time) so I settled since I thought it was still a deal.

My esthetician Sydnee did a fantastic job on my facial! She was very attentive to my skin’s needs and did a facial based on it. She also made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing!

I just became a member and had a massage. Stephanie is the best. So caring and wants to make sure you get a massage that will make your day the best! I have also done a facial and it was awesome as well.

The service was fine. The problem was I was given a Groupon for the service and wasnt able to use it. I scheduled my service in the lobby of the spa and showed the lady my Groupon. She scheduled me for the next day. I came to my appointment and had my service. When it was time to checkout I pulled up my Groupon voucher and it wouldnt work because the lady had scheduled me for the wrong kind of mani/pedi. I ended up having to pay for a service that was suppose to have been an anniversary gift from my husband. I was given 15% off because of the mistake but considering it was not my mistake I dont feel like that was good enough. I had no intention of spending that much on myself today and a relaxing nice service turned into a stressful unexpected expense because of the employees mistake. So, if you plan on going here and are using a Groupon make sure you verify its the correct service. If not youll be stuck paying and told but now you can come back again another day and use your Groupon. No thank you.

I’ve been a member of Hiatus for 3 years and was super excited to learn they were opening a Fort Worth location! I’ve been at least 4 times for massages, facials and mani/pedis. Each time I walk away feeling relaxed and pampered. Dani, Nicole and Takisha are all amazing and I would highly recommend them for their services. Thanks Hiatus!

I HIGHLY recommend Takisha in nails and Danny for massage. They are AHHMAZING.. Dannys touch will knock you smooth out, i had extremely tight shoulders, by the time I got up i instantly felt relief that i havent felt in a long time. Takishas mani & pedi service had me very relaxed and zoned out..I almost forgot I was there... Kudos to these ladies ❣

Sydnee Varra is new in the industry and gave me an awful facial. She needs extra training on technical skills and needs work on customer service. I am disappointed and felt like my time and money was wasted.

If youre are looking for a place to relax, the Hiatus can accomplish that. They have safety measures put in place during Covid times. Whenever I go I have yet to encounter another guest. They take social distancing very serious that I feel safer to go there.

Check in is ridiculous very redundant. Made me late for my massage . Which was 30 minutes short and painful. Same area for 30 minutes is too much. Then I was over charged for sevices that I didnt get. Left totally stressed.
