Walk-in available. The service was top tier and the ladies were super nice. The chairs were comfortable and relaxing. Got the Happy Feet pedicure which was on a happy hour at 10am! Cute toes and able to have great conversation with my sisters! Highly recommend coming here.
I come to this place all the time. Today I went in and I was given the worse experience. I went in with a very simple request for my nails. I wanted dip powder white nails with the exception of one nail being rose gold glitter. The nail tech lee refused to do dip she decided to do acrylic. Instead of doing my very plain Jane request she through stones into the mix. To make matters worse she used GOLD stones instead of ROSE GOLD ! She did a sloppy job. The stones aren’t placed evenly and the overall experience was just not enjoyable.
I had an OK experience at Hollywood Nails & Spa. I made an appointment a few days ahead and really didn’t need to. The salon was empty. There were several employees there but they were mostly off doing their own thing. My pedicure was the better of the Mani/Pedi I scheduled. I travel a lot and this was not my best experience at a new place. Some of the people were friendly, others just ignored you. My fingernails are already turning yellow from the dip powder when they started off white. I even paid for a clear gel coat and it’s not lasting 2 weeks.
Amazing atmosphere, amazing customer service. she did cut me w the electric file but it wasnt a huge deal. really pretty shaping on my nails.****edit****unfortunately, I did have to go down a star. after 3 days I had 2 broken nails. by a week I had 5 broken. I didnt bother going in to fix it, although Im sure they would have fixed it right away if I did. I just expect my nails to last longer than 2 weeks.

UPDATE: it’s hard for me to find a good no-chip, gel manicure. Although their service and treatment was nice my gel manicure was completely ruined after a couple of days. My thumb chipped after just two days even though my manicurist guaranteed it would for two weeks and then after 6 days the bright mango colored yellow turned dark and dirty I have no idea how or why. I wish it didn’t ruin, it costed an extra $20 for gel manicure, I don’t think I will come backI was a bit skeptical to walk in because of the prices but it was very well worth it, I walked in just for a pedicure but it was so amazing that I decided to get a manicure as well, I got the no-chip so we’ll see how long it lasts. Either way, service was nice the receptionist was sweet, scrub was great massage felt good, they offered drinks, my manicurist went out of her way and paid attention to detail. The place was also pretty and calming. I don’t live here just visit often and will make sure to come back to this salon.
The second fromlast visit my mom was left with out service in a chair for 2 hours because her mail tech didn’t know how to do the normal French tip!!! Then this time she receives the same guy he try’s to do the French tip an does so bad they have to paint over it. While I was getting my nails done my tech guilt tripped me the whole time about sending all her money to her family in a different country. I felt bad so I ignored how badly she was doing an I even tipped her over 20$ but it is now two days later two nails have randomly popped off an the East are on the verge of coming off. The nails she put on were to small an she drilled them til they were two cm from the cuticle like it’s time for a full they look outgrown the pink is see through an so much more please never go there we will never go back. And FYI don’t go here if ur not dropping diamonds they will treat u like second class citizens.

I had such a terrible experience. I asked the technician to stop on the middle of the pedicure because it didn’t feel relaxing at all and she had cut my 2nd toe somehow and the products were all irritating it.As I was checking out, the owner said, “sorry they were talking about you.” I didn’t know they were talking about me, but ok. The owner also refused to honor Happy Hour prices despite signs being up everywhere saying “Happy Hour.”I was still happy to pay in full plus tip to just end the whole uncomfortable experience .Imagine leaving a pedicure feeling worse than before….. that’s this place.

Elizabeth gives the best pedicures andwe always have a good conversation. Shes super kind and attentive. When I call for an appointment I am able to get in quickly. Never had a bad experience here but call ahead for Elizabeth if you want a fabulous pedicure from the best! 💕

I decided to try a different salon in the area this time. Terrible idea. The lady at the front desk was nice, but the man directly to the right in a makeshift office under the stairs was inevitably rude. If walk-ins are welcome, then maybe use a different tone and less attitude when telling them they needed to make an appointment. I understand its a Saturday and walk-ins are welcome, but apparently walk ins are not welcome if thats how you treat them. Ill stick to Left Bank Nail Salon. Theyre much welcoming to their customers. Walk-ins or not. I called Left Bank Nail Salon immediately, who took me and my husband in as soon as we arrived, along with plenty of other walk-ins trailing in with us. Wont come to Hollywood Nails & Spa ever again.
I’m came here because it had good reviewers. However I was very disappointed. The manicurist who did my nails did a horrible job. She didn’t cover the side of my nails, she nicked my finger and drew blood, and she didn’t put enough gel on my nails. Also my pedicure only had about 2 coats of polish it needed at least 3 because it was a light pastel color. I also waited 20-30 minutes before I was seen and I have never had to wait that long at any nail salon. Also it didn’t seem very clean
Came here several years ago and was great, then there was a change and I switched. Decided to give them another try today. So glad I did! Extremely happy with my pedicure. Will be back again.

My tech was not the best with painting so I stopped at another place to get a polish change. Not the cleanest place and the foot bowls didn’t have the jets. Nice but won’t return. Prices were good
This is the second time this has happened and thankfully we have learned our lesson and will not be returning. I went with my 8 year old daughter. I was told they could get started on my nails first and the chair next to me would be available in about 5 minutes. 30 minutes into my pedicure and the chair next to me was no where near being finished. A nail tech then came and asked my daughter if she wanted to get her nails done a few chairs over. Of course my daughter said yes because she was kid tired of waiting. We came to enjoy this experience together, not two chairs away from each other. If they couldnt sit us together they needed to tell us there would be a wait instead of lying and saying the client next to me was only 5 minutes from being done. 40 minutes into my pedicure and they were STILL working on the other client... this was NOT the enjoyable experience I wanted to have with my daughter. When I complained the manager/owner was not willing to listen or offer any resolution. He blamed the issue on the language barrier between him and his staff, but isnt it his job to LOOK and see how much more needs to be done in each chair? Failure to do his job and unwillingness to acknowledge it and make it right. What makes the issue worse is that its the SECOND TIME this has happened! Lesson learned!

I initially came to the nail salon because of a gift card that I received. Ive been here many times since moving into the area. For the most part I have received very professional and courteous service. Emily has been good to me, when I have a design in mind she can do it! I normally get a soak for 5-7 min before my pedicure starts(to really relax). This is my only down time as a mom. So, I do have wine throughout my service. However, Ive never had a problem with a drink limit while I get my pedicure. Throughout the time that it takes for the $69 Happy Hour Milk and Honey pedicure its about three glasses of wine for me (which has never been a problem). Today 5/12/22 was a different experience, they didnt allow me to soak my feet or get three glasses of wine. When I asked for my last glass they told me it was a two drink maximum per manager restrictions (Ricki was the manager that day). They dont tell you that and it doesnt state that anywhere on the form you fill out. The nail technician made me wait for Ricki but by the time he showed up it was time for me to go. Most people bring in their own beverages so I know the business is trying to cut costs with having a drink limit now. The last 20 to 30 minutes of my service I was left without a beverage (water would have been fine). On top of that I was rushed throughout my pedicure. To be paying almost $100 with tip for this type of service is unacceptable. I know times have been difficult throughout the pandemic but because of this I will be taking my business elsewhere. Most people work hard and are willing to pay a premium for great service. Its so sad that I now must search for a new nail salon. 😣
Got nail dip done here a couple days ago 9/2/23. Only one layer of dip was applied with base. Just 3 days later I have 4 cracked nails. Lovely facility but I felt my manicure was kinda rushed and now I have to pay extra to get them fixed.
My daughter paid $60 to get her nails done. She had an attitude and was rushing her because she didn’t want to do the design. In 3 days they started to chip. Went back in to have them redo it . He said sure! I asked if we could tip the lady before we left and he charged us again (only have price ) but it’s just the fact that we should have been charged at all because it was very poor quality. Also he didn’t not state that he was gonna charge us at all before he re did them. Not cool. There are better salons out there with better service and nails that last! I don’t recommend them at all.
Love my new full set! Was visiting my parents from college and wanted to get my nails done with my mom. I have a nail artist in austin that does fun nail art for me and I wanted to get the same done this time! Tan (I believe her name is) did wonderful on my design (making sure she did it right and that I liked the way they looked and were shaped), was very quick, and was very kind! The woman at the front desk was also very helpful getting me all the different colors I wanted and making sure I liked them! Would definitely recommend, they do a great job and have great customer service! My mom loved her manicure and pedicure too (and says that they give GREAT massages)!
This was the worst experience Ive ever had. My husband and I go in for pedicures and it was very clear that we wanted them done at the same time. After about 5-10 minutes, someone finally started mine. My husband say and waited patiently for over 20 minutes before anyone even said anything. Most places wouldve at least filled the water up and started the massage chair. Someone came to start his after he walked out. I already felt bad and wanted to leave with him. I told the lady after the lotion, I was going to leave too. They then began talking about us. Dont know what they said and dont really care, but I know they were talking about us because they were silent the entire time. No friendly small talk or anything.She burnt my leg with the hot towel at the beginning and cut/filed my nails horribly. Im not going to lie, my feet were super busted from winter weather but I never left from getting a pedicure and still had crust.Bad experience. Wont be back

I have had my nails done here. Several times. The atmosphere is nice. They on occasion, not every time offered me a beverage (water, glass of wine) while having my nails done. Each time I have visited I have been assigned a different person. Staff seems pleasant. Although I have had to return twice recently to repair a chip in nail and/ or nail break only a week after having the mail polish dipped and tips put on. They do seem to rush a little. They were very nice when I have had to return for the repair.
Hollywood Nails is the best spot! They are extremely kind and accommodating. Very prompt with appointments and they dont tried to upsale. Ive been going here for a couple if months and dont plan to change. Mia is my favorite nail tech.
Hands down the best Ive been to in Fort Worth. My cuticles have never been nicked by the dremel and my nail beds are still healthy after a year of dip. Super friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend Hollywood Nails on Camp Bowie.
Ask for a couple massage and got individual massage. We had to wait for one to finish the other partner not a good experience. Then they said we should have asked for two masseuse. We schedule an appointment for 2:30 pm and then we rescheduled for 3:30 pm. Then my friend had an appointment and asked for a hand and stone massage and they said they had not put it down but paid for it. Then when she said she didn’t get stone massage they told her to apply to tip. When I called to complain about the couples massage. They were rude and said they don’t give money back. If you went to an American spa they make it right. Take your chance, if you decide to give them a try.
Wont be going back. Was charged $5 for callus removal when that wasnt done. She scrubbed my feet with the soap and sponge like Ive always had done and never charged for it before. Thats just a bit overstepping. Thats not callus removal and never has been considered that... again wont be going back

I got a gel mani and pedi for a trip. The lady that did my pedicure was wonderful. The lady that did my manicure was awful. She cut my cuticles twice with a nail file trying to reshape her mistake for gel on my fingers. She forgot to cut to cut my cuticles on my right hand and when I asked her about it she said she already cut it and I had to ask multiple times for her to cut them. I’m already 5 days in to the manicure and the gel is lifting. Never coming back here again. Only giving 3 stars because the gel pedicure was great.
Its a lovely place. Beautifully decorated with statues and fountains. I asked for the basic pedicure and was surprised to learn at checkout that the treatment for callouses was an extra cost. Its always been included at other salons. Still, I enjoyed the experience and I would go back.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. :-(Haven’t had my nails nor toes done in a year so I finally decided to go. A co worker recommended this place so I decided to try it out. Walking in the place was beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxing.I ended up getting my nails done and toes done. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and it came out nothing like the picture. On top of that my fingers got infected!!!! Gross!! Went to the doctor and everything.The man at the front was extremely rude and seemed like he didn’t have time to talk to me.My pedicure was okay, I had a older lady that was really nice but really didn’t massage well.If you go here, I hope you have a way better experience than I did. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.
The spa manager was the best at accommodating me at such a short notice since i was visiting family in Dallas. I was having back problems and needed a massage badly and one call and I was well taken care of. Chloe not only made my experience pleasant but she made sure she addressed my chief concern. My massage therapist Normaris was very sweet and did a really good job fixing me. I will definitely come back and recommend all my friends and family to this lovely spa.

I visited this place for the last months because the person who attended me moved from work place., to Hollywood nails and spa .. I asked about the woman who attends me all the time, the manager attended me and she began to speak bad of the worker in front of other people who were around there, really only I was going for the service of my nails without having this type of accident with anyone at all. I dont like someone have comments on their work actions. I think that is more intimate and related to their own workers. the manager insists on speaking ill of the worker. I answer that I just need to do my manicure .. she was very rude when I ignored it. I asked her if she was the owner and she said no. I replied that if you please give me someone to do my nails ... the manager has no education. the place and a person like that I really dont interest me at all .. i think there are better places where they serve me better and have professional education .. every time I visited this place apparently they change prices every week about the color change nail, just manicure. simple regular manicure. I am not interested in returning to Hollywood nails and spa ..I dont know who you are and I dont care either ... I didnt even have to argue with a low class person like your manager ... and she wasnt a technician ... she said she was the manager .. Ill post this on all social media Facebook, snap etc ... so that society is more careful about going to that low-class place ... and I send a message to your manager that her has to go to take therapy classes to control her temper. Please do not reply ... I would appreciate it if you have an education ..
The establishment was nice... i was always under the impression that when you apply new gel, you remove the prior? Didnt do much of callus removal and exfoliating doesnt work just applying and sitting under a hot towel. Massaging feels much better when you massage muscles, not bones.
I never write reviews, but I thought my recent experience at Hollywood Nails & Spa warranted one.I have been going to this establishment on at least a monthly basis for 18 months. I always make an appointment well in advance.Saturday, I went for a scheduled appointment. I waited over 30 minutes for my technician. While she was called to the front desk several times, she never came to the desk. I finally told the receptionist that I was leaving. She apologized and said she knew I was a regular.I left thinking that surely the management would call and apologize. That call never came. I am deeply disappointed at Hollywood Nails and Spas lack of professionalism. I guess being a regular customer has no value tothem.

The atmosphere is amazing. They have a large fountain and put a lot of effort into decorating the place. However, its very busy so its hard to relax. The nail techs are alright, but I think they need to implement a dress code.

They added extra things without asking and no questions. They changed prices and never filed nails. Usually go to Nails and Beyond. Just tried them!! Mistake mistake!!! She also couldn’t put down cell phone. I think she forgot where she was!!! Also I am a 74 year old man Nobody sees this and I’m very easy to please.
I went in yesterday for a pedicure. No wait, but the place was so very very loud. Its full of statues and lights and gold and noise. I had a headache by the time I left. The woman next to me kept her hands over her ears the whole hour. The massage with the pedi was good but the polish job is terrible. I wont be back even thought its blocks from my office.

Avoid!!! Waited 20 minutes to get into a pedicure chair, then waited 25 minutes w/feet soaking in plain water. Finally got up, dried off and left. Was asked if I wanted something to drink, but left without ever getting a sip of water. The lady at front desk had no idea who I was or that Id been waiting for 45 minutes before leaving. Go across the street, I received much better service over there.
Please do not go here!!! This place is very dirty and expensive for what you can get at other salons. I was in a rush to get my nails done for a dinner date and made sure the manager was aware of my situation. I believe her name is Chloe. She totally let me sat there for 35 mins while i see workers walking around or on their iphone. After asking why so long, she rudely told me that they were waiting on appointments. Really? Yeah thats a lie. Only thing that could have made my situation better was a breath mint for her stinky breath . When i did get someone to do my nails. The girl did such a horrible job that i could have done it myself at home. After paying for a ridiculous service I was glad to tell Hollywood nails and Chloe... BYE FELECIA!!!
My family has been going here for 5 plus years, and when the business recently (within the last 6 months) changed hands, the service has gone way way downhill. A LOT of the good people left. Including both girls that checked you in at the front. And a huge number of employees to boot. Im sad to see that the new management does not care about its customers. And are very very rude. Sadly, my family will not be coming back again. So youve lost the business of 5 women. So sad. We used to love coming here.

Just moved to Ft Worth and needed to find a new nail place. It can be tough to find the right one but I got lucky and hit it on the first try. Michelle did my pedi and she was awesome. One of the best massages Ive ever had from a nail place. Prices are reasonable. A different tech did my mani. She didnt do as good of a job as Michelle, but it was still nice. They massage your neck and shoulders with a standard mani which Ive never had any other place. Nice touches. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend. The only thing I could fault is their selection of shellac colors. They could have a little better selection. But overall, awesome.

Went in for a brow wax and lash perm, I had no wait time! the staff is really great and super friendly. Prices are really nice too considering the other salons in the area. I got my lashes permed and brows waxed for less than half of what a salon down the street was charging just for the lash perm!!!! Will be recommending to anyone I know!
Terrible customer service. Attended with a bridal party, had a private room and enjoyable time on a Friday. In the hustle and bustle I was incorrectly charged and didn’t realize it until I reviewed my receipt. I had dip on natural nails done (which I’ve been doing for years) two nails chipped the next day (Saturday-day of wedding). I called for an adjustment on Monday (3 days after service) for the extra charges and to let them know about the chips. I was told a manager would call me back. I received texts in return asking for photos of the receipt and nails. Needless to say, I have followed up Wednesday and Friday for a status of them reviewing my claim. I have heard absolutely nothing back and can see that they read my iPhone text messages. Subsequently more of my nails have chipped. Spend your money elsewhere!Update: They received my information May 20th. On May 27th they offered a mailed check (only refunding the the charge for service I did NOT receive) in exchange for me to take down my review made on May 26th.
Its a nice place. I like the receptionist and well organized. However the nail tech felt very rushed (even though there wasnt anyone there!) and did not want to do the design i asked for (and didnt do the design I asked for either!) Not a place I would choose to get my nails done again.

Ive gone to this place for years. Every time Ive gone elsewhere out of convenience, Im reminded quality and results dont compare. Ive had a dud or two at Hollywood Nails but its very few and far between. The place is huge and nicely decorated with drink service. Go pamper yourself and get one of their many mani/pedi offerings! And manicures come with a chair massage. The lady doing your nails comes around to rub your shoulders as your hot towel wraps cool down. :D
I’ve been to this nail salon a few times, it’s been a while since I’ve come, but I had a great pedicure. The massage chairs are so awesome, they give you a butt massage. I’ve also had massages done here and they are good too. Staff members are friendly and the lighting and atmosphere is nice.
Wonderful pedicure with Andy at Hollywood Nails and Spa. I got the basic pedicure for $30. He was very thorough and gentle. Polish looks perfect. The spa is beautiful and clean. I will certainly be back!
Went here yesterday for my birthday with my best friend and we asked for a manicure. What we got was anything BUT a manicure, we got the gel on our nails however they failed to soak our nails, do our cuticles, and rub our hands which is typically what you get when you specifically say we would like manicures...this was our first and LAST time at this place. Hollywood Nails and Spa is such a rip off on what you get, if you charge someone $50 for gel nails, I expect my cuticles to at least receive some attention. We were SO disappointed and really felt like they were rushing to get us out of there and didnt care to give us the proper service. If you go I hope you will receive better service than we did!!
Sadly, I can never again go to Hollywood. Last time I went, I had a powder gel manicure and gel pedicure, both solid colors, just the basic stuff. My manicure looks beautiful, but this is by far the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Its so bad that its making me give only two stars for the whole visit despite the beautiful fingernails. I had scabs and redness on both of my big toes! In two days it will have been two weeks since I got this pedicure and it still hurts! How is it even possible to give a pedicure that bad? Then I got to the checkout and the lady said $100. Thats for the basic stuff... I dont go in for rose petals or any of that nonsense. That would be too much even if the work had been good. My toenails arent going to be long enough to get this pedicure fixed for weeks yet. Im just at a loss as to how anyone could do such a bad job.
Beautiful & Elegant Salon.. Honestly this is my first time paying for anything related to nails lol. My gf wanted me to go along with here so I got my cuticles cleaned up and never seen my nails so perfect. I think I just do a bad job when I clip my nails. But one thing I love about this salon is how elegant it looks. Ive never seen anything so big like this before. Did you know its two stories? They have an elevator if you have an accessibility. If I go back to Texas well definately check this salon out again!
Dont come here. Sign says closes at 8pm by 655pm everyone was gone. I asked if open she said yes sure.. Asked to soak off my nails they started didnt finish. The lady said she has to go pick up her kids. I would never come here again. This place is trash. They are rude. I wouldnt waste my money here.
To start off my experience, please know I work in a restaurant and I am rough on my nails! I went to get the gel dipping powder and Ive been here like 5 times before, EVERYTIME I get them, I ask for them to be extra thick and I explain Im rough on my nails, but they crack or chip EVERYTIME! I recently went in and had tony, he did a horrible job! His massage was the only reason I left a tip. Because my nails had broke, I had to have one tip put on my nail, and he didnt even file it down. None of my nails are an even length, some of them are square and some are rounded. Some he filed too much on the sides so theyre not as wide as theyre supposed to be! I got the French dip powder and theres actually random red powder in them, theres black hairs, and theyre SUPER CROOKED! Like, my thumb nail was straight going in and crooked going out. Tony kept asking me if I was okay and he was unsure of his work, even the lovely lady next to me getting her nails done saw my nails once they were done and said something about it and he laughed it off. Ive always had to get my nails done every two weeks because the dip powder cracks when I should have my nails last a month, I will NEVER be back, especially after this visit, I dont even want to go back and get them fixed because he filed so much of my real nail away I would only have stubs left. Very disappointed, PLEASE dont go here!!!!!!!!
Avoid this nail salon! They DO NOT appreciate your business!! Dont waste your time!!Twice I have made a pedicure appt and twice I have left without being seen. I made an appt during my lunch hour which is plenty of time to get a pedi since I work nearby. I have explained upon check in both times that I have only an hour, but I have to wait over 20+ mins both times. In the meantime, walk-ins are being attended to.I very politely told the manager , and he was dismissive. I have no plans to ever go back.
I had some one do my toes that was new and didn’t really know how to do gel polish but the pedicure it self was perfect. So I ask can someone else do the gel and you finish ? She went to ask bc she spoke little English. The employee (male) came over aggressively and says,” she can’t do gel and no one else can put gel on you’re toes!” Of course I’m confused bc many nail shops do whatever I’m paying for! So I sat there before going off on his a** I say to the young lady it’s fine you can do the regular polish. I knew I would never step a foot in there again. I spend $95/$110 in this place & you treat me like I’m not paying you almost bill money! Not ok
I miss this place so much! I moved and cant find another like it. The receptionist was great! She greeted me by name and always knew I liked coffin tips (shed pick my nail tech accordingly) Love this plave and the nails are the best!
I went in Saturday and paid $80 dollars for a full set manicure For my WEDDING day on Sunday. Sunday morning the 3D bows they put on had fallen out !!!!! Pictures of my husband putting on my ring are forever ruined. This place was not only expensive but the product was cheap , They promised the glue would hold the 3d bows in for at least a week, But they didnt even make it 24 hours !!!
This use to be the place sad to say the quality of work has failed my family again. Poor poor work I actually had a friend if mine point out the poor quality of work. Sorry we will not be returning.
I will never come back here. Getting a pedicure should be a treat and luxury, and thats not the experience I had. I had to ask for a drink, my massage chair was unoperable, I had to ask for the technician to go underneath my toenails to get the dirt out (which she never really understood to do), my toenails were clipped very unevenly and a few were even pointedly jagged, and my callouses were never scrubbed. She put so much nail polish and sprayed so much aerosol dryer on my toes they werent dry for at least 4 hours. I still managed to mess them up in the mean time and ended up fixing all of the mistakes myself the next day. It was a shame to pay $30 for such lack of service, just wish I had known what I was getting before I went in a wasted my money.
This is my regular nail salon - Ive been going here every two weeks for the last 5 years. They are open until 8:00 during the week, they have a wide variety of SNS Dip colors to choose from, they will do your manicure & pedicure at the same time, and they have the BEST full body Swedish massages. Normative is my favorite masseuse there so ask for her!
This place is like a Grecian Palace. Very nice!Lily is my nail technician. She has done my nails three times and they were perfect every time. !
Our nail technicians disdain and contempt was unacceptable. She started to change the water b/c it wasnt hot enough, and she let me put my feet back in before she had secured the plastic wrap over the water basin. We explained at the front that we were not treated well and the massage chair was all but broken, and I we didnt get so much as an Im sorry. This is the first time I have ever not left a tip.
Disgusting. Poor hygienic practices coupled with rude technicians who dont seem to want to be there made for a poor and unrelaxing exerience. Waited 10 past appointment time, then the tech had the nerve to comment about me being a man and getting mani/pedi. I have had many before, but this hardly qualified as one. No massaging or cuticle work, and the lady rushed. Left very unsatisfied, immediately went elsewhere where they didnt even belive me when I told them I had just gotten them done. Who knows what I might have caught here.

The lady actually told me to go home and work on my own feet because they were busy and she didnt have time to do calls removal. What was I paying them for? So upset when I left. I will never go back!
So I had Kim yesterday when I went here and she destroyed my nails . I get a regular manicure and then gel polish put on my natural nails. When she went to use the cuticle thing she was making me bleed because she was digging it in so hard and then yanking out my skin and using it on the tips of my finger no where near the nail and that made my fingertips feel rough. Then she cut my nails so short they hurt and sting. It looks like I bite my nails thats how short they are and they are all not even on the ends. Then there is paint on my skin around my nails . It looks like my 4 yr old neice did my nails. Idk if the entire salon is like this or just her but I wouldnt chance it. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
They do eyelashes great! Its a little pricey and it takes a while but its worth the wait. This is the only place I would go, eyelashes look natural and no clumps at all.

I have been a regular client of Normaris The Massage Therapist, for the past 2 years. She has helped me with my rotator cuff injuries and everytime I see her i feel Rejuvenated! In addition, this establishment is huge! the rooms are private and not noisey at all. Dont forget your wine before a massage with Normaris!
I brought my boyfriend here for our One year anniversary to give him a pedicure and everything was going great pay for the services for my boyfriend then when it was time for him to get his 15 minute massage which the girl at the front told me comes with the package deal that I got for my boyfriend it was a totally different story I had to pay 15$ more dollars on top of what I paid for my boyfriend to get a 15 minute massage which already came with the deal....then to get asked did I pay again before we left...never again

Went it with a party of 8.All inclusive from face to toes.Next day meet with the girls.And omg ,what a terrible job we got.Worst nails for all 8 of us.They were so rushed trying to do 8 people at one time. I will never come back.And I don not recommend .Very nice place ,but terrible work.Did not bother to call and complain cause its not worth going back.
I came here for my pedicure for the first time and I had to wait for about 20 min other people came in and they were seen first especially white people but for me they put me all the way to the back of a room with no one else. I will try another place I don’t recommend this place .

First time Ive EVER gotten my nails done, the lady who did my eyebrows was very sweet as was the receptionist lady at the front, but the man who did my nails was very rude, idk if he was having a bad day or what his deal was or if he thought I wasnt gonna tip, but he kept rolling his eyes all throughout my visit throwing his tools on the table and huffing and puffing, my nails look good tho (dont really have anything to compare it to as this was my first time getting my nails done) might give this place another shot
I just got my nails done here and they look TERRIBLE. They repainted them TWICE and they looked bumpy, lumpy, and gross. The shape was terrible and when I asked for a refund on these garbage nails they were rude and told me no! So now Ive lost $60 and I have to go home and rip these off myself. So thanks !
