Hey Kansas City! Are you looking for a spot to go out with your friends, dance the night away, watch live performers and DJs, and/or enjoy adult beverages? You will want to add Mosaic to your list of places to check out. Located inside of Power and Light in downtown Kansas City, Mosaic is a popular spot to hit the nightlife. If you are looking to celebrate an upcoming birthday or milestone and want to party downtown KC, this is a great place to reserve a table! You can order drinks inside of Mosaic or outside on the patio (weather permitting). There is a large dance floor, lots of neon/party lights, fog machines, and more! Add Mosaic to your Kansas City bucket list and have a great time dancing!
Took almost an hour to get our bottleTable said it accommodates 8 but really only does 4No speakers by the tables in the back , barely could hear the music$150 for gratuity , fees & taxes on top of 300 bottle. Would of been okay but didn’t enjoy our time there. Only good thing is restroom lines are not that bad compared to other clubs.Overall I don’t see myself going there again. Place needs updates and renovations to keep up with other clubs
I stopped here last Saturday Night while I was in Kansas City for the night while on my way east to catch the upcoming Solar Eclipse. I liked that they had a nice little patio and outdoor section with an outside bar. The place itself was a little small but had an okay sized dancefloor. The patrons that was there the night I was visiting for the most part were friendly and chill. The things I didnt like was that the cover charge was a pricey and not only I felt $9 for a beer was steep I did not like the fact that if I give a bartender a $10 bill they keep the change and also if I give them a 20 they only give me back 10 when it should be 11. I felt this place was almost as pricey as going out to a Vegas nightclub as opposed to a Midwestern city like Kansas City Missouri
This establishment is terrible and extremely negligent. Attended the QuinnXCII concert this evening, June 22 2024 and had a full blown heat stroke/medical emergency in front of Mosaic. Staff refused to let me into the air conditioning or bring me water and instead argued with the group of people who witnessed me faint and sustain a head injury. Not a business I would ever want to support. Absolutely sickening behavior that led to a traumatic experience being much worse.
This place is a joke bar tender Charged us $40 for a shot and a beer. When we went in they said $10 a person charged us $20 a person. I find it odd every purchase I have for Mosaic is $40. Seems a little fishy to me.
About 10 of us came here after the Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias & Ricky Martin concert. Unfortunately it was too crowded to dance. No big deal, we just decided to leave since it was too crowded. My friend asked the 2 guys that were outside collecting the cover charge if there was a way to get her $20 cover charge back since she didnt stay long. They said no which was a sufficient enough answer. What I didnt think was professional was their comment as she turned away Yeah, you just need to go.I didnt tell her because it would probably bother her & we had a great night at the concert. But just to let the owner know, this person brought at least $400 of business in our short period of time there. Her friends bought a lot of drink right when we walked in. She also wanted us to come back when its not busy. If that happens, Ill be talking her out of it due to the bouncers comments. I dont care to see him or his attitude again.
Low ratings makes sense! Dont get decieved by the photos (its small inside). I can only give 2 stars, 1 for the friendly bartenders and 1 for the music. This place is overpriced. $20? Cant even find a warm place to sit down or a table or some hooks at least to put our coats. Also, one of their tiny tables/seats is $300?. It also get super duper crowded (Cant move). They should have a limit on how much people can only fit inside (If you care about your customers satisfaction) and rules!! GOD! NO DRINKS on the dance floor! But I cant blame the customers coz theres no place to put their drinks. People with their drinks kept spilling it on us. Overall, we only stayed for 2 hrs and left unsatisfied. Well never come back here!
Such a great place! Highly recommend for a night out. Great atmosphere. Great drinks. Great time. Don’t miss out!
I wish that they would have male models as they do the females. I would like to see a hot male in a thong as a woman is in her outfit. If the women are required to wear nothing so should the men!
Was kind of sketched out after reading the reviews even though IMO they’re mostly personal issues if you ask me, but I decided to go and had a great time I just moved here and can’t wait to experience it during the Chiefs season but yes like every bar, including in Minneapolis where I’m from, you have to check yourself especially after midnight. Everyone’s drunk, and everyone’s nuts but other than that it’s a great place to be. If you get your phone stolen please dont blame the bar? Would you blame Target if someone stole your wallet out of your purse while you were shopping?
Even though this place is small, the house DJ is amazing. After 2 nights there, I would choose this bar over any bar in the plaza. They had Elephante play and still only charged their normal $20 cover price. Don’t get a margarita from there, but other then that, it was so worth the time and the money. The bar hoping for $20 a bar still doesn’t make since to me though.
Queer Bar Takeover chooses a traditionally straight bar and takes it over on the second Saturday of each month; this month we went back to our first takeover location, Mosiac! We loved going back to dance the night away among the incredible lights with their amazing DJ! Thank you to Mosaic for once again working with us to make KC a more inclusive space. #queerjoy #queervisibility #queer expression #queerlove
Got kicked out and was denied re-entry because friend threw up in their bathroom toilet and not on dance floor. Was polite and didn’t make any mess either. Claimed we were over-intoxicated. 0/10 if you may or may not throw up while visiting.
PLEASE take all the negative reviews seriously. Mosaic is extremely discriminatory and will kick you out for no reason other than you don’t “fit their look” AFTER stealing from you. I had a jacket stolen with money in the pocket, soon after that I got escorted out. The bouncers were very rude and wouldn’t let me or my friend look for the jacket and said we’d have to talk to the police. So we did, and the police said they couldn’t do anything and that we’d have to talk to the manager, but we couldn’t get back inside. Every employee there is entitled. Also many people have claimed their cards for their tabs mysteriously disappearing and the bar tenders immediately kicking them out when asking to close their tab and finding out about their missing cards. Very very very unsafe bar, go literally anywhere else unless you want to ruin your night out.
To put it nicely these people are incompetent. They have one job, get the money bring me my bottle and they managed to fail. I dont know how hard that could be or how they lost my ID but they sure did. Do not open a tab, pay as you go as you might not see your card back. If they ask for an ID do not give them your ID because you might not get it back. Dont even use the coat check as far as I am concerned because you might never see your jacket.
Loved getting to see old friends and meet so many new amazing folks as well. The vibe was slightly off for that night, we had vip passes and were shuffled and moved through the club oddly. In a way that seemed like the additional service wasn’t worth it in the end.Bodies were packed in a way I personally felt bad for the staff.Would be giving a three star though I completely understand the draft weekend being a bit overwhelming so I’m giving Mosaic a 4 star for the time being.I do look forward to trying the lounge out again and seeing if it was just a crazy night and not more of a regular basis.
Would not recommend. Got in the door and went to the bar and was just straight up ignored then went to the out side bar. Ordered two whisky shots for me and a bud and the bartender gave us two small shots after saying oh youre choosing violence. If you run a business you should want to make money and give a reason to come back. Not to make an unwelcoming pretentious environment.
Theres a short fat bouncer that shoved me out the exit for no reason as my friends and I were leaving. I should have reported it as an assault and if I had gotten hurt I would 100% be sueing. They should get him retrained or removed before he causes a real problem for their business.Besides that the staff seemed ok, but generally rude. The place was way overcrowded, everything is sticky from spilled drinks and its massively overpriced. I can understand some people being drawn to the atmosphere but Ill never go back.Shark bar has pm the same positives, but the staff is waaay better and its 10x cleaner.
I have gone to Mosaic multiple times now, and only write this review based on my recent birthday experience here. I reserved a 200 dollar alcohol limited table for 5-10 people with a free bottle of champagne. Sandra was absolutely amazing setting this up for me and probably the best staff member there to work with but I can’t say the same for some of the others I’ve experienced. The bouncers are absolutely incompetent and abuse their power.A person threw a drink on to our table and one of the security members did not do a thing to stop them. The drinks are quite overpriced, one medium sized bottle being 200 dollars which was a little annoying but I understand clubs can get pricey. My boyfriend got a bloody nose from the dry air and literally a drop of blood fell onto his shirt and the bouncers yelled at him to get out without even knowing the reason. We are literally paying you 500 dollars on my birthday and when someone throws a drink at on, you won’t do anything but when my boyfriend has the tiniest drop of blood on his shirt from dry air and skin, you’ll kick him out without question??? I drew the line at this particular incident and this is the reason I am writing this review in absolute disgust at the ignorance of some of the security guards hired for this job. Also the bartenders outside were skipping customers including myself and my friends. We waited probably thirty minutes just to get water while some others had just arrived to the bar and immediately got their drinks. I’m usually a pretty tolerant person who understands these jobs can be very stressful and know working in nightlife can be very difficult but that night of my birthday was ridiculous and I didn’t feel like I got the experience I paid for.
Currently an employee of Mosaics Ultra Lounge KC at the time of this writing. After 7 months, I can say the work environment is drama free, everybody seems get along very well - good chemistry. Staff is professional and willing to help one another be successful. Managers are attentive and provide us with the tools needed to get the job done right. Enjoying my time here. Appreciate the opportunity to serve our guests. We have special events and talented guest DJs just about every week. Come to party, dress well, it’s a dark nightclub so don’t risk misplacing or dropping your phone, and drink responsibly.
Had a fantastic time! Bouncers were friendly. No cover charge. Incredible ambience! The DJ was awesome; he played great music to dance to and it all blended together nicely. The air blasts on the dance floor were so good cuz it was packed and it kept us cooled off.
Best DJ ever, place was packed though. I am from San Francisco, and this is probably one of the top 5 clubs I been to for the DJ. This is definitely the club to go to for the music in KC.
If I could give no stars I would. If Jesus himself ascended from heaven for a one night only DJ set, I wouldn’t come this place. This was my first time here as new kc resident having moved here from Los Angeles. A tall overly zealous bald man hovering over the front door was an embarrassment to this establishment. He was so mean to the staff and was yelling at everyone. I felt so bad for everyone that worked there as they appeared so helpless. He personally raised his voice and acted like he owned the place. I will never step foot here EVER, and steer everyone I know away. Clearly this place lacks direction, management and any knowledge of how to run a business. No one should ever be treated the way I saw this man treat people that night. What a shame.
The whole experience was good, but the bouncer , see fat guy with a beard was straight up a dick. I left my jacket outside , wanted to get it, literally took. Me less than 5 minutes, and got back and he said I could not get back in while all my friends were inside. I mean, I understand there are rules, but that is straight up a dick move. If you want to have fun at that place basically, be a robot pretty much, dont do anything like leaving your jacket somewhere else because that dude owns the place as he said.
This place seems really cool from an outside perspective but once you’re actually in it - it screams sketchy. On 2/8 I went w some friends and there was no cover (which seems great) but that means anyone is basically allowed in. My phone was zipped in my pocket and within 10 minutes someone managed to pick pocket me and turn off my phone. The next day - phone is currently across the country when I was able to finally ping it. This club feels entirely unsafe and I will not be returning. Such a shame since power and light district has the potential to be better. After reading reviews of roofied drinks, then actually going, I can see clearly how easy that could happen in this bar.
I left my card behind the bar at @mosaickc awhile ago on accident and afterwards tried to email, Instagram message, and call with no response and no way to get my card back unless they were open on the weekend. I quickly dubbed it a lost cause and got a new card.I am now getting declined charge emails from that old card meaning someone took it from behind the bar and has decided to try and use it for Amazon and Walmart purchases. One of those purchases was attempted at 12:12 this morning so I can only imagine that it was an online purchase to ring in the new year. That being said, I can’t wait to get the full name and shipping address of the Mosaic employee who has my card. HNY 💛🎉🖕🏼
It was okay, everybody that was in there was super drunk and they only play one genre of music and it sucked. I do think they tend to over-serve which is alarming, don’t think I’d go back definitely not for people like me.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Some friends and I bought 3 bottles and rented a VIP area. It was all fun until a bouncer tried to kick me out for tossing a drink at somebody. We all explained that we had been drinking from the same bottles all night, but apparently this guy was under strict rules to get me out of there.Would not waste my money here. Read through the reviews. It seems they pick and choose who to kick out even if youre not doing anything wrong.
Coming from out of town to a very over priced club is annoying. But what’s more annoying is having Jackson Mahomes as our bartender and him completely ignoring our friends in our group, would not give us any eye contact, was on his phone in front of us still not helping out and most importantly the fact he went and helped people right next to us AFTER we had been waiting for about 10 min. Waste of time and money.
We bought a table at a charity auction and communicated with a promoter prior to arriving who told us she had it all set up for us and our guests. Not only did they give us the smallest table in the far corner, they then ‘resold’ it to another group later in the night and let a bunch of guys take over our table. Some of our guests had items stolen from them as well. Shockingly terrible service unlike anything I’ve experienced in a club before. Very disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a fun night. Won’t be returning and would not recommend.
Disgraceful! If I could give it zero stars I would.Last night my friends and I went out for our friend’s bachelorette party. It was a $10 cover, and drinks were not cheap (one double Malibu & Diet was around $20 including tip.) The music was okay, but we figured if we started dancing we would vibe more with the atmosphere. As we proceeded with our evening, a group of gentlemen invited us into their VIP booth. We were dancing in the booth and enjoying ourselves, when a bouncer came up to me and told me that I needed to leave the booth. I explained to him that those gentlemen had invited us into their booth and all the other girls in my group were my friends. He told me that my friends could stay, but I had to leave the booth. I asked him what I had done to be kicked out of the booth and he told me that I “wasn’t the look they were going for”. I was shocked. I questioned him again, making sure I had heard him correctly. He replied, “You’re just a little heavier set, your friends are fine, but you gotta go. Leave the booth.” When one of my friends pointed out to the gentlemen that the bouncer had kicked me out of the booth, the gentleman asked the bouncer to let me back in. The bouncer refused and proceeded to tell him that he would find him some “better girls”. We wound up leaving immediately.I will never recommend an establishment that objectifies women and seeks profit over ethics. I have never in my life been profiled, or discriminated against because of my physical appearance. And I will not ever put myself in a situation where that could potentially happen again. It’s absolutely disgusting. For a club that claims itself to be “sleek and sophisticated”, this was the most classless experience I have ever had in my life, and I will make sure to inform everyone as such.
It was alright... wouldnt want to be there at all if I wasnt in VIP though. Also had my phone stolen. ALSO got kicked out by a homophobic bouncer for tryna dance with dudes. Pretty sure if any of the dudes I was apparently hitting on had a problem with me, they would have said something? But this staff member felt the need to take matters into his own hands and kick me out in downtown KC at 2am without a phone. 0/10 do not recommend this sorry excuse for a nightclub.
I do not recommend this establishment. Saturday I went with a group of friends for a fun night out in Kansas City. Around midnight while at Mosaic, my phone was stolen. The bouncers werent helpful and the staff wasnt helpful. It was stolen out of my purse that was on my shoulder. I filed a police report and they asked if I had already filed one because three other phones were stolen that night around the same time. This place attracts sketchy behavior and low life individuals. I would post pictures from that night but cant because my phone is still stolen. Overall, I paid $40 for a mediocre bar night and to have my phone stolen.
To be totally honest it’s just not a good place to go for a drink and dance. The place is kept clean and they do a great job with security, however that has some drawbacks. The VIP tables here are WAY too catered to. At the front by the dance floor there are 2 VIP tables on either side the DJ, and last night the VIP’s kept having them move the barrier forward more into the dance floor. It ended up being a good 3 feet at once point of dance floor that was just completely unused because they requested it.As far as bartenders are concerned, no complaints, super friendly and very very quick service.Back to the VIP’s: I’ve never had people at VIP tables be so unbearable. Many clubs have these sections, and I’ve gotten them before, but never like at mosaic. You’re more likely to come across a group of snotty bachelorettes that shove you for getting too close to the divider ropes sitting 2 feet out from where they’re at, than a group of high class people who understand you’re in a packed bar and are trying to be as respectful of their space as you can. The problem is that Mosaic never tells them no, and caters to their ego.I went back for my friends 21st last night (I was DD so no alcohol AT ALL in my system) and was confronted by a bouncer upon coming out of the bathroom who had a woman that demanded I be thrown out. I was understandably confused and she said I had deliberately run into her and her friend and knocked the drink around in their hands. I tried explaining to the bouncer I had no clue what was going on but he proceeded to question me for another 5 minutes before telling me they would let me stay however they were going to be keeping an eye on me.Just go to shark bar, save yourself the time and go dance under disco balls and strobe lights; not around pseudo-high-class asshats and a way too eager staff to throw you out for being a dude.
I wonder how your business structure works when your door bouncers are trying to skim by charging an outrageous door cover. Thats cutting into your bar money. People are more likely to spend more money at the bar if they werent charged $40 at the door. And from the roll that I saw in the bouncers hand, hed been having a pretty successful night. Id audit your staff before they suck the place dry. Just an observation.
If you want to go out and see all of Kansas Citys most beautiful people in one place, go to Mosaic. The party goes hard until late and the music is always bumping with resident DJ Eric Coomes and internationally recognized guest DJs spinning records. Did I mention that this place gets jam packed with gorgeous women every weekend? If you want to go out and experience a night club on par with the best clubs in NY, LA, CHI, etc., Kansas City has only one club that does it right, MOSAIC. The bottle service servers are awesome, fun, and beautiful. The bartenders take care of you and get your order quickly even when they are slammed. This is easily the best bar/club in downtown KC. Dont listen to the haters who had a bad experience. Most people who have a bad experience is because they dont dress correctly (no jerseys, no hats!) or they get too drunk. Avoid that and this place will be your go to spot on the weekends. The staff and management really develop relationships with the people who come in regularly which makes this place stand out from its competition. Did I mention how many ridiculously attractive people will be in there this weekend? GO!
I cant rate this place higher than one star due to their shady and dishonest price policies. I was asked to pay a different price for the SAME drink each time I got it! They have a rep walking around for happy hour specials where you sign your name and number on a sheet for a wristband that is supposed to get you half priced drinks until 1:00, at least thats what he said. No bartender would honor what the rep said, they only would discount a dollar or two inconsistently. The last bartender told me the special ended at 11:00 and that my double well drink was $16! I argued and he told me thats how its been all ten years Ive worked here, so this is obviously a pretty common practice for them to screw people around with prices. All of this dishonest service will keep me from going back to this bar.
Not 18+, shouldve been stated on the website.
Probably the best music of any club in KC is played here. Love the atmosphere and the DJ is very good. Affordable drinks and very friendly staff, except for the Male bathroom attendant. Highly recommend taking a visit to this place!
Paid for 10-20 VIP table.Got a four person table.Left two jackets at said table. Both jackets were stolen.Manager was uninterested.Had to fight with the bar to get the manager agian.Manager had ID and credit card.Got ID and card and left.Would not recommend, but if would like to lose jaket would recommend. No sexy. No jersey shore.
Unsafe. Girl shattered a beer bottle and used as a knife attempting to stab someone. Ended up stabbing our guest of honor in the hand. This was the third fight that broke out near the bar that spilled into our vip booth. No bouncers in sight even after someone was stabbed. The busser had to use a flashlight to waive them over across the club. When we complained and talked to the manager he told us to F*** off. We had to ask for bandages and the staff never used any cleaner just let the booth sit covered in beer, blood, and glass. After the Uber home I spent my morning picking glass out of my feet and legs. The one who was stabbed may require stiches. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Eventually they provided a bottle of sky vodka retail value of 20 dollars added it to our bill and still charged gratuity on it. One of the girls in our group was also stalked by another patron. When we informed the staff they did nothing he continued to pursue her and attempted to grope her. We ended up leaving and getting the police involved outside the bar as he continued to follow. Would anyone else spend $900 on this experience if so the place is for you.
Dont go here unless you enjoy rude doormen, poorly mixed drinks, and getting your wallet stolen out of your pocket. We decided to check this place out after one of our friends won a deal where we got half price drinks between 9-11. Needless to say, this was a sham and the deal ended up only applying to a small specific list of drinks, but we sort of expected that so no big deal. About an hour in, my buddy noticed that his wallet was gone so we started looking around for it and couldnt find it. We assumed it was stolen so he needed to call the bank and cancel his card. He asked the door guy if it would be ok for him to step out and make the phone calls, and the door guy specifically said hed let him back in. He stepped out, made his phone call, came back within 10 minutes and the door guy demanded that he repay the $20 cover to get back in. The rest of the night was just more of the same type of stuff, and on top of that, the drinks were insanely expensive, and the quality of the mixed drinks would have disappointed me even if they were half the price. What Im trying to say here is: dont go to this place, but if you must, keep your hand on your wallet, only order shots, and dont trust anyone who works there, they arent nice people.
Love this club! The music is always on point and there is always a decent crowd. The drinks are good although a bit overpriced, but then again, they are everywhere in power and light. Would recommend this place if you like more electronic dance music.
Terrible experience. Went for bachelorette asked the security guy in front of the DJ (yes the DJ had a security guard) if I could request a song he had a terrible attitude and said its not that kind of club and not that kind of DJ NBD if you dont take requests dont have to be a jackass. Then we we told we couldnt stand where we were because the other bridal party was VIP and we were in their way (we were standing in a public area but the other bridal party was allowing security to grope them so I guess they get their way). The place was a HOT MESS. Awesome lights and it has a lot of potential however it is staffed poorly and they are more focused on maintaining an image than facilitating a good time.
If I could give 0 stars I would, doormen/bouncers are rude and disrespectful. they feel as if it is ok to put their hands on women and are obviously on some 10.25 per hour powertrip. They do not know how to do their jobs as they harassed and embarrassed an individual over a state-issued drivers license. Nobody on staff knows how to professionally handle escalated situations. They need some type of mandatory professional development and job training. The men were completely misogynistic and prejudice. I will not return
Would give no stars if possible. Bathroom toilet paper handling Lady assisted me bc I spilled my beer while using the restroom. Threw me out bc I confronted her after she threw something at me and I stopped it and it cut my finger. Management was absolutely worthless. Some of the worker where there not working and stepped in and pushed me around. While my friend tried to stopped them they told their manger to throw us out. Cops didn’t press charges on either. I’m sure it was bc the club would have gotten trouble for assault! They trie for said we fought back and it wa even, yes it’s called self defense! This is the worst place ever! No customer courtesy or respect. Assisting a customer for spilling her beer? This place is a JOKE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
They were playing Backstreet boys.... the people working as bouncers and people working inside were extremely rude. Autmosphere for a night club was really awkward. It reminded me of how my old highschool made sure the place stayed lit up with florescent lighting or at least with the lights a little dimmed. Not impressed. Been to a lot better places.
Insanely expensive drinks, music changed about every 15 seconds so you could never get into anything, floor was sticky just everywhere. Also the restroom attendents setup takes up almost the entire counter in the mens restroom, pretty uncomfortable at least for me.Still, despite all that I had a good time overall.
I was there over Halloween weekend. I lost my car keys, and I have tried for the past 2 weeks to get ahold of them. And their phone number doesn’t work. No one on Facebook will answer me. I’ve emailed them and no one answers. There is literally no way to get ahold of anyone there.
We were in town for a concert this past weekend and were given a couple Free Cover Charge coupons by our friendly hotel bartender. You would think that if a couple of these Free Cover Charge coupons were given to a couple guests that they are given for complimentary purposes. The Mosaic should know that because all that information is WRITTEN in the necessary fields on THEIR FREE COVER coupon that THEY had made. But apparently the doorman/bouncer has a tiny brain and wanted to feel special or the upper management forgot to train the guy correctly, Im going with the 1st choice. Mosaic you may have a great establishment and we wouldve loved to been able to experience a few cocktails from you but your Ropeman not Doorman I should say was mad at the air apparently and being a crybaby piss pants and denied our entry cause hes the one that got to move a rope to let guests in or out and apparently dont know how to read. So to you Ropeman kick rocks, youre really not that cool. Dont be such a dick and pissed off at the world cause someone pissed in your Cherrios. OUT!!
Wow!!!! Never been ignored by a bartenders before...all they were doing is taking selfies and primping; while I stood there waiting to place a drink order.Nice ambiance...but the cold attitude of the service staff just threw the place up in flames.
Absolutely my favorite bar in PNL. Where you go to find a crowd. Dress is classy. Music is always on point. And drinks are fantastic! Extensive fine liquor selection for the perfectly mixed cocktail!
It’s sad to see all of the negative reviews, every time I’ve gone to this club I’ve had a great experience. Not overly crowded, I enjoyed the music and atmosphere. What is happening? Is it under new management? I’d hate to see this place go out of business it’s a beautiful club with lots of potential.
HORRIBLE music!! The djs were only playing remixes of country music! Did not dance once. Would NOT recommend.
I was so nice and they said I couldn’t come in. Idk what I did but they were mad that I didn’t say hi to security and I just walked past and went to check my id so the said I wasn’t allowed in. Idk I was super nice to all of the people working they were just salty.
Club was energetic. However the bar staff sucked!! They were to busy talking to their friends, on their phones and acted annoyed when had to make drinks. Service just really sucked!!
Mosaic got it step up with their musics. I went last Halloween looking for some good music. And all I heard on the beginning was high school music songs and the same exact ones from 10 years a go when I went PNL for first time. The musics all change in a second and they are so repetitive. I left very disappointed. It looked like the same CD from 10 years a go. Upgrade your musics PLEASE !!!
I ordered a Bombay Sapphire and tonic as my first drink, and I was cold sober. I took one sip and could tell the bartender accidentally served me soda water with the gin by mistake (which makes it very bitter). I let the bartender know and he refused to fix it and cut me off.
Terrible service. Was overcharged on my tab. Just wanted to speak with the manager about it and he refused to talk to me. The bouncers were also very rude. Had a good time but that was my own doing. The service was horrible!
Rude staff. Prejudiced bouncers. One time, my friends and I stood in line for 2 hrs waiting and watching other people go right in ahead of us. Overpriced cover and drinks for KC. I would rather be in Vegas.
Where do we start? Lets start right at the front door where you will be greeted by a strange acting bouncer who looks like he is mad at the world (probably is) then you get inside and try to get to your table, which will be sticky and dirty. After all this you encounter the brain dead staff that seems to be drinking more than serving. These people are very unprofessional. I have gotten tables all over the world and have not seen anything like this band of clowns.
Great atmosphere and fast drinks but the music is atrocious. every song is turned into a dubstep remix and its impossible to dance or enjoy a song they play that you like.
Its not good at all, bouncers are really rude. Restrooms; omg, lets not even go there. Parking problems. So, avoid mosaic.
Best club in KC. Hot lineup of international guest DJs on Friday nights. Resident DJ Eric Coomes plays fire sets every Saturday. And I mean FIRE! Be there. Love this place.
The worst place Ive been in my life!I found a glass on the floor, and because I did not see anyone hurt, I tried to hand over an official who told me to leave at the bar. I returned the glass to the floor and the man took me out of the room safely and all. Rude!
Friendly staff and good selection of champagne and vodka for a VIP experience. The only venue in Kansas City that gives real vegas style club experience with great DJs and music.
My husband got roofied here on Saturday night and instead of listening to us they kicked us out of the district. The worst service Ive ever received at a bar, and will never in my life go back.
Best night club in KC!!! high energy and excellent environment... the music, the service, everything is on point every weekend to make sure you have the greatest time...
Bouncers are rude and abuse their power. As they walk around one shoved my girl friend which was totally unnecessary. Won’t be back.
As someone who recently moved to KC from NY, this place is nothing more than an Instagramable patio. Possibly some of the worst staff Ive ever seen at a bar.
Male security guard put his hands on me. Absolutely disgusting place. Would not recommend whatsoever. Completely overrated and prone to female harassment. Should be ashamed of their service.
For a place that serves drinks you would think there would be a bathroom with more than 2 stalls lol.
Maybe I’m old, but I did not have a good time. Too crowded and the drinks were blah. Music was okay. You have to be really drunk to go there, and I wasn’t :-(
Patrick was great! He attracts positivity. Great environment for a Vegas club theme. Will be back soon.
Kicked out because bouncer wanted to feel over powered and yell at people for crossing rope.Girlfriend was harmed which was what started the fight.Good place to go but watch out for the bouncers.Bartenders were cool though and good music was played.
Friendly bartenders and a fun atmosphere. Patrons are great, but the bouncers are jerks and there arent enough restrooms.
I wish I could give them a lower review. I was there with a couple friends. Got a table and the service was so awful. They act like chickens with their heads cut off and have no idea what is going on.
Not the greatest but certainly not the worst EDM club out there. Worth checking out as part of a larger P&L crawl.
Just saw a bar tender take an order and not revive money and put the open and poured drinks aside for other customers. If you ask me, that doesn’t seem quite right or clean. Quality guys they got here.
High end, not cheap, if you have $$ thats where you go, if you want to dance, thats where you go. If you want just a bar, go to a bar, this is a night club. Best in KC.
Super fun night club. The lighting is way cool. Wish the DJs wouldnt mix the songs so quickly though.
Went to the new opening…if you’re not getting bottle service there is no point. Was not allowed to sit anywhere other than the concrete wall or on the fire pit.
The place looked good. But the worst music Ive ever heard in your life is getting you to replace D.j
Service was garbage. Not even going to bother staying if I cant get a drink.
I go every weekend! Very pleasant and fun experience, bottle service is unmatched and music is great!
I have a blast here every time I go.Tritonal concerts in August.Staff is always accommodating and friendly
Hella hype on New Years!!! Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce stole the show when they arrived for the countdown!!🔥
Best club in KC
Music was awesome! Service was great! Had a wonderful time with my BFFs.
Ive had terrible experiences at other clubs but Mosaic has by far the friendliest staff in KC.
Great performers and great staff. The fire pit is nice when its chilly out.
Cover charge. No re-entry. A lot smaller than youd imagine from the outside.
Was here for a bachelor party, most of the people I was with dont remember the place. So good job to the bar staff there.
Waaaayyyy over priced!! $20 for a double? This isn’t Vegas it’s Kansas City….
Fun atmosphere, DJ horrible...absolutely ridiculous, not even sure what to call that mess. Place has potential, get a new DJ!
Cover was raised from $10 to $15 for no reason at 11pm. Very lame and a complete waste of time and money
Fun place. They always have a great list of artists coming through and love the lighting rig.
Clean and safe. Great staff and awesome music. What else do you need.
Not bad. Not great. 20 USD entrance fees
AMAZING for anybody looking to go out for a birthday, bachelor, bachelorette party!
Basically the only way to experience KC nightlife to its fullest!
Best music and club in the city! Excellent service!
Apparently you have to pay again after youve been inside and step outside
Love Mosaic! Favorite place to party when Im in town!
Great DJs, bartenders, lights and dancefloor.
I am socially disturbed...but my time there brought out a new me.
This club is the closest it gets to clubbing on the East Coast 😂
Awkward atmosphere and terribly rude staff.
Too many fake ppl that act like they have money
Yaaa little small but yaaaa I like
Fun dancing and great DJs.
