Don’t give this place your business only reason they’re cheaper compared to other places is cause they buy and sell you faulty vapes. I bought a vape yesterday and the same guy who sold it to me told me tonight he couldn’t refund or give me a new vape cause mine stopped working at 75% juice 100% power. Gonna try to give me a 10% discount. Been coming here since they first opened and now I’m realizing why their vapes suck.

My recent visit to the smoke shop left me deeply disappointed, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the owner, Dj. From the moment I stepped into the store, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for Dj.First and foremost, Dj’s attitude towards customers was notably rude and unwelcoming. Instead of greeting patrons with warmth and courtesy, Dj seemed disinterested and even impatient with inquiries. His dismissive demeanor created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere, making it challenging to enjoy browsing the shop’s offerings.Furthermore, Dj’s lack of respect for customer concerns was evident throughout my interaction. When I attempted to ask questions about certain products, Dj responded curtly and with minimal information, showing little willingness to assist or engage in meaningful conversation. This lack of attentiveness and assistance made it difficult for me to make informed decisions about potential purchases.Additionally, Dj’s overall demeanor reflected poorly on the shop’s reputation. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Dj’s behavior fell far short of these expectations, leaving me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a patron.In conclusion, my experience with Dj at the smoke shop was disappointing and disheartening. While the shop may offer a variety of products, the negative encounter with Dj overshadowed any potential positives. As a result, I am hesitant to return to the smoke shop and would caution others against patronizing an establishment where rudeness and disrespect towards customers are tolerated.
