Went in looking for some glass and a delta product. Super small selection which is fine but the lady was not friendly at all and acted as if she didnt want to be there. Neither of the employees barley spoke to me and overall just a bad vibe, walked out pretty much immediately.

If I was able to give it zero star and leave a review I would. This is only the 2nd time I have taken the time to stop and give a review (the 1st was for amazing service). I am with my family to celebrate Christmas. We are a “vape” family. I came to the store to buy everyone vapes for the weekend. We all like different rechargeable vapes. Potentially a $100 sale. . And I always tip the max . . This lady was so rude mad at the world and did not want to be there that had I not been completely out I would not even bought the 1 vape that I purchase. This is a message that I hope gets to the owner. This is one $100 sale you missed out on. I hope there aren’t more

The place is clean and staff are very friendly. They have a mid-range selection, not a huge amount but better than two or three humdrum brands.With all that said, I cannot recommend this place. They are 100% to 200% more expensive than other places less than two miles away right down the road.If they adjusted their prices to be more competitive with other places nearby, then I would update my review to reflect that.7-28-2023 EDIT: I did not make a purchase and have never heard of the Orion Brand, I was there to price e-liquids and salt nic juice, as well as mods, tanks, and pods.

This place is amazing very helpful and nice with specialty flavors. Got exactly what i needed and found the prices were actually affordable and taste amazing.

I was in there on Tuesday, the owner was rude and unhelpful, Dre on the other hand was amazing, attentive and helpful. I would come back to see Dre again but their prices are unreasonable…. I can find my stuff online for lower prices. Below the is the owner, worst service EVER!

Its a small but nice vape shop. I stop in often because they always have the coils for my Uwell tank (the Valaryan 3). A bit on the pricier side, but they have a good amount of options.

As pointed out on a blog about top vape shops in the area, it is very strange that this shop accumulated more reviews than other shops in the area that have been there for years in less than a year, and that it has a perfect five stars. My curiosity was peaked, so I decided to go check it out. The inside of the shop is fairly nice, and the employee there seemed friendly enough. Thats about all I have good to say.They carry a lot of outdated products, the juice they carry is pretty standard, and I watched the guy there offer to custom mix juice to a customer which is illegal. I overheard a customer pay WAY too much for coils (funny, they dont have coil prices listed on their website) and overall, I just dont know how anyone could give this place five stars other than for good service or not knowing any better. Pretty sure they paid for reviews, offered free product for them, or wrote them themselves, as if you start going further in to these reviews youll see lots of reviews that kind of smell of being fake.So, if none of this matters to you, and all you care about is good customer service, feel free to shop here.If however you are bothered by a business utilizing bad business practices, not making juice in accordance with FDA regulations, and being overpriced, just dont.

Amazing customer service! Not from fort Worth but just stopped by for a coil which he qouted about $10 on the phone. When he scanned it he realized that they were $12 now but still gave it to me for what he quoted originally. Very nice people here. He also offers taste testing for any juice!!! What other vape shop does that?!? Hes got tanks already set up so you can taste whatever juice even if you dont have your mod. If youre fortunate enough to live near here dont go anywhere else!

The lady inside really knows her sh!t! A little pricey by comparison. It is private owned though so I get it. Place isnt bad but Steamist is my go to shop. Loyalty rated this shop so take a chance

-TOP NOTCH- Customer service. Great variety of juices and hardware. I came to this location for the first time just a couple of days ago. The woman at the counter made it her personal mission to help me find the perfect flavor of juice for me. I finally settled on a premium juice, honeydew melon by Twist. Its very sweet and flavorful. I definitely recommend this vape shop, and it is now my primary shop.

The guy was pretty chill. Rather knowledgeable about juices and was able to help me pick a good house juice for both me and my wife. A customer came in with a atomizer not being detected. 5 minute later she was walking out blowing clouds again. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This store by far has some of the best juice in the ft worth area... The blue haze is amazing ... They have a great variety of juices and modes and tanks to choose from... Do not buy your PUFF BARS FROM HERE! Purchased a puff bar at this store and immediately checked verification Code atpuffbar.com. It came back as a Counterfeit product. I checked it more then once just to be sure. I also had the clerk check the code same thing came back counterfeit. She then called her manager to let him know that it came back counterfeit. She was told to check the box that it came from. She checked a couple of the same ones and they were all counterfeit. Her manager then called her back and told her that the puff bars verification website is having issues so they’re all gonna say that they’re counterfeit, if I just wanted to pick a different one. I refused and asked for my money back which they did give me.

Dre is wonderful! She recommended the perfect product for me depending on my wants! Id love to come see her again!

These people are knowledgeable as well as charming. The house blend flavors are delicious but these guys are humbly able to guide you to what youre looking for. Pretty nice enviroment here, Jerek hekped me out tonight. They have an entire selection of homade salt nics and will even let you try out some. The battery packs are pretty crazy but then again im only trying this out so its all new. Plenty of seating to stop by, have some fresh coffee and watet at demand, by your own hand. Be careful walking in with the step and catution sign I totally overlooked. And perks for reviews so im happy and will be back 😁

Purchased two pods for my suorin air in one day; the second pod (also purchased at full price) is leaking all over my Suorin which has had no issues all year. I called and was told that I can refer to the manufacturers warranty or that I try purchasing a third cartridge. I will go elsewhere next time.
