Really nice place to stop by for a quick smoke, they’ve got all the flavors really. Pan, al fakhr starbuzz and they’ve got starbuzz hookahs. They also have lotus heads and fresh fruits. It’s a nice place in the middle of the highway basically next to a banquet hall.Will definitely stop by again.

Hookah is always good, inside or outside seating all year around. TVs have almost any game you can ask for

The strangest of rules you can find is that you have to buy a water bottle per person. They will charge you 2 dollars for a “great value” water bottle. The rule is not that you need to order a drink but that you need to buy a bottle of water and they buy 40 of these for 5.4 $ from Walmart.I would prefer them just putting service charges of 2 $ per person on the bill rather than this. That would seem more logical.

One of the worst hookah places I have ever visited in my life. Don’t ever go here. The owner did not give us hookah as we refused to buy a drink (we just wanted to have hookah). He was adamant on us to buy a drink. There were no written rules of buying a drink along with hookah. The server was rude. Staff is useless. Don’t ever go here. The owner should ask his employees to be courteous.

This hookah spot is a must go place for all the hookah lovers. I have visited this place last month and enjoyed the ambience and multiple flavors of hookah. Customer service is very good and the guy that make and serve hookah is best.

The Best Hookah Bar in New Jersey. It’s extremely tasteful, the decor is on point, and the music was surprisingly good. People were using the space for different things, some were working on their laptops others were enjoying the night with their best buddies. The location is BYOB which is also nice. The owner was a pleasure to meet and he was such a great host.The location is also a cigar bar and you would never know. He has a huge selection of high quality cigars. There was no remnants of cigar smoke in the location either. The place was honestly lovely I’m definitely going there again. I hope to see you the reader there too.

Pathetic place. They forced us that you have to order minimum 2 hookah and every person should order a drink. Then another person came and said no you have to pay seating charge also per person. And when I asked where is it written he was like this is the new rule. Will never come back here. 😂😂😂

Cloud 9 is a great place.They have a wide selection of hookahs and don’t miss out getting a fruit head.Staff is very knowledgeable and gives good recommendations.You will be comfortable to bring a date or group of friends.Not dark and dingy like some other lounges in the state.

I’ve had great hookah anytime Imran has made it. A couple of times when he wasn’t there and it was made by someone else, the experience was under par. Burning of the head within 10-15 mins is unreasonable and you can tell when a head was packed with no care. When the cost is now $40-$45 for a hookah and a drink, it should be made properly and made to last.

Walked in as a group of 8. Excited and ready for a good time with great hookah as mentioned in the previous reviews. Owner of worker at the time said that it’s ONE hookah PER person…. And he will charge us PER SEAT…. What??? We were all more than willing to get about 3-4 hookahs and spend money on the refills as needed… owner kept refusing and insisted on one hookah per person. I’ve been going to hookah bars for years and have never ever heard of this protocol. Absolutely disgusted. We paid for our water bottle and walked out. Never again. Highly disappointed and never returning….

Great place and great owner who goes out of his way to ensure customers are treated well. Hands down the best hookah lounge in New Jersey. From exotic flavors to customer service and environment. This is the place to be no matter what time of day, highly recommended.

Fantastic hookah. Been coming daily for over 9 months, and Imran is awesome. Best hookah I’ve had in both NJ, NY, and PA.The custom 7 mint flavor is amazing, and the atmosphere of the lounge is great too. Always playing a quality and diverse selection of music (tonight is Hindi and I’m very happy about it!)If you are a regular customer, you can also leave your hookah here at the lounge, and it is very well cared for. Imran has even repaired my hookah and bases several times, going above and beyond for customer care and service.Imran also has a huge variety of custom and unique flavors you cannot find anywhere else, so if you describe what you are maybe looking for, or even ask to be surprised, you will always be pleased. I order 7 mint and a pineapple head, and the flavor stays consistent even after smoking for 3+ hours.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hookah was terrible, and the service was of low quality. The employees were rude and inattentive, which really detracted from the overall dining experience. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I go to this place atleast 3-4 times a week. The heat is not working from past 4-5 days and owners are not even worried about it. I feel bad for Imad and Imran as they dont have answer for it. I got a feeling that owners took it as granted because daily customers will show up whether there is heat or no heat. Everyone is freezing inside and they dont even consider to put portable heaters until the heat is fixed. Everyone please dont go to this place for 2 days and I am sure they will fix the heat issue immediately. This one star is for management only. Not for the hookah. Hookah always tastes good here.

EDIT- per your request I reached out to you on your email and have not heard back for a week now, do not claim to be best practicing business when you do not care.-First Review - My first experience with them was not bad but the second visit was just the worst! The server was ridiculous & made lewd comments about some of the girls present, this is very offensive, we had already placed our hookah order so there was no way we could have left. Adding to this the server also clearly overcharged us our bill was $140 plus for a simple paan Guava and mango hookah with 3 bottles water and a $10 cover for one extra person we had with us, when we confronted the server he did not give us the itemized bill nor the break down, at the end of the confrontation he even said if you want I will pay you out of my pocket cash, i mean why would a server want to do that? This is something I will leave for you to decide.NEVER EVER AGAIN

Definitely the place to relax in wonde have good conversations and get work done. I love the outdoor seating and the inside lounge is really nice. The flavors they offer are exceptional with fair pricing. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes hookah and its byob. Ive seen people even playing chess and board games all the way to Nintendo switch parties.

Great ambience. Really well thought out concept. Well ventilated so you dont smell like smoke when you leave. Not just hookah but also an impressive cigar collection. The bar is really ornate and beautiful. Great place for a selfie :)

Great place! Don’t get the ice bucket or cigar treatment or whatever. P overpriced. 12$ for ice and 10 for an ash tray. Crazy. But other than that, amazing atmosphere. Would still go again.

You have to get a drink compulsory, even if you get a hookah, I dont see why this rule isnt mentioned in their menu, they just wasted 2hrs of my life.

I don’t go often to Hookah places but this one is by far the best Hookah place in NJ that I have been to. I’ve also done some Hookah heads to go from Cloud9 when me or my friends have private events.
