Healthy Tone Spa

Not a real massage in the slightest. Most disappointing massage I have ever received by far. Paid for one hour upfront, 30 minutes into the massage I was told by the lady that she has another appointment. Only lasted a half hour and that’s probably for the better because it was very uncomfortable and felt as if she had put in no effort at all. Majority of the time she was sending messages on her phone. This place is a joke.

I dont usually write reviews unless Ive had an extraordinary experience, whether that is extraordinarily good or extraordinarily bad. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I received a gift certificate for a one hour massage from a friend. I decided to call a week in advance to make an appointment for myself and my husband and when I requested if they had a shared room, the lady said they did and confirmed my appointment. When we get there, they proceed to call my husband in first. When I asked about the shared room, I received an attitude as she told me it didnt matter because our faces would be down anyway. Thats not really the response you should get as a customer, especially when that is what you had made the appointment for. We end up getting in a shared room but then the same lady starts yelling at me about cancelling an appointment on her and telling me I should have called if I wasnt going to make it. I was taken off guard being that this is the first time I had ever been there and I told her she must be confusing me with someone else. She did not apologize and proceeded to give me the massage. It was rough to say the least. She didnt adjust the pressure even after I expressed that it was hurting me. My husband said his massage was rough as well. Then when I thought the nightmare was over and we were paying for my husbands massage, she demands a 20% tip. Unbelievable. Instead of leaving relaxed, we left angry. Not what you want from a spa. Dont waste your time or your money.

This is not Spa; there is nothing inside. U will not get pleasure for what u paid. I paid 50 dollars for one hour its waste and she took 10 dollars tip by herself and even that lady dont know english so its very difficult to explain herI really feel like i waste my money very very bad... nothing is there no aromatic environment no music nothing.. i would say never ever go there.. its just waste of money. I never like to give poor feedback but this service in high expense just force my mind to give this feedback... that lady she asked 10 dollars tip herself ridiculous... hate that... if u r happy then its different matter for tip...

Nice place and massage was nice. A bit stronger massage would get 5 stars
