I have been coming to this place for years and its only going down hill. Does this place even open anymore? Its hit or miss. Your staff doesnt even know much about what they are selling. Asking questions gets you nowhere. Adjust your business hours if you arent going to be open. Get some knowledgeable staff. Id almost rather go out of my way to Pandora for my needs.

Insane pricing you can get everything at other smoke shops in the area way cheaper on the smoking side and the tattoo side local shops are selling supplies for half the price manager said it’s because they have to make money yet the same exact puffco is down the street for over 100$ cheaper after asking the employee working said the owners don’t even live in Ohio wouldn’t recommend

I would have given a 5 star rating but 2 days in a row I wasted gas to go and get supplies and place is closed but on here says open. If not gonna be open fix your times on Google and everything else. If not then I will find somewhere else to buy my supplies as well. Tired of wasting my gas coming from PA

Ive only been visiting Glass House for a short time,and have met a few different staff, theyre always friendly and helpful. Wide variety of product available. Very eclectic place with collectable horror & sci fi items for sale too.

Sydney and Dave were both exceptional with their knowledge and assisting me in finding what I was looking for and both were very friendly as well, highly recommend glass house in Girard, Ohio, will definitely be back!

I buy my tattoo supplies here when I dont order in bulk. The workers are always awesome and helpful, and the prices are very good. I love this place

This the best glass shop in the area. They have a massive selection of glass pieces probably the largest around. A vast variety of objects of all ranges of prices. Great selection of tattoo equipment and one of the largest incense displays ever. Could use a better selection of cones. Best herb grinders on the market sold here. All in all best shop around for this sort of stuff...

Third time I’ve been here this year that doors have been locked, no one answering phone but says store is open. I will find somewhere else to buy supplies. Honestly ridiculous and waste of time and gas.

The two new guys are so helpful and kind! Just starting going to the glass house, happy to say this won’t be my last visit!

One of the best classic smoke shops in the area, they have everything you can think of plus more. They have been here for over 25 years and almost everyone in the area is familiar with them, lots of tobacco pipes and glass pieces and also e cigarette stuff and even some tattoo supplies. Been going here since a kid definitely a valley classic.

Never open when they say they are. Driven a half hour three times cuz they say they’re open and not. Please update your hours or be open when you say you are!

This place is really nice. They are pricey but offer some BEAUTIFUL quality pieces. I have not personally shopped in their tattoo section but it looks very organized and clean.

Syd is the man, always awesome when the guy running the shop knows whats up and aint just scrolling socials

Came in yesterday for some incense and ended up buying a new water pipe great stuff and Dave was extremely helpful

My fiancé and I come to the glass house often. The best variety here of any local head shop and so much more. The incense sticks are great and very cheap. If you haven’t been yet, you should visit.

Staff members are rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. Stay away from this place unless you like throwing your money away. They knowing sell cheap defective products and could care less about customer satisfaction. I will never return to this establishment. Their policy is No returns no matter what. Which makes sense because they sell nothing but cheap overpriced junk from China. If you think talking management will help guess again because they only validate the no return policy. Why because they are the ones purchasing the cheap defective products.

Odd place but they had Raw hemp cones and a selection of other rolling papers which is what we were shopping for. $10 card minimum. Staff on a Friday night near close was not overly friendly or helpful by any means.

The only reason I am giving this two stars is due to the location. Other than that...it is OVER PRICED for the majority of glass wears. Also, some employees are not very educated on the products. I will say they have a very nice selection of incense.

The gentleman at the front said,”I don’t mean to rush you but I am because we kinda close in 2 minutes” and then proceeded to wrap my pipe in 2 used plastic ziploc bags after he started turning off lights while we were in the store. Completely unprofessional.

Super high prices but A LARGE variety and unique and niche items hard to find elsewhere. Staff is awesome always and very friendly and knowledgable!

Decent selection of tobacco smoking apparatuses. Better than average prices for most of the peices. Lots of different vape accessories and flavors. Some pretty cool retro pop culture stuff. Ill definetly be back and I frequently recomend this shop to others. Parking sucks. Not their fault. Its a shared lot.

Never open when I stop in. Stopped in at 1230 today and closed. Stopped by last week and note on door out for lunch. Always closed or out to lunch. Change your hours posted if not going to be open.
