Just went in there after driving for 7 hrs today due to a death in the family, was in need of coils and juice. Was recommended a brand of juice that i never heard of. So i decided to give it a try and was VERY displeased by the taste.. juice was a dark brown color, looked like old juice and tasted like burnt popcorn.. wasnt my coil cause i just put a new one in.. went back to the store to see if it could be exchanged or given my money back and was sternly told NO sorry.. i definitely am not happy with this place!

Super relaxed atmosphere, seems to have a real culture there. Regulars stop in and hang out, very chill place. Everyone is really mellow and friendly. Massive selection of EVERYTHING vape-related. I quit smoking because of this place. Pretty much guaranteed that they saved me 10 years of my life... which is pretty good customer service, in my opinion :)
I have been vaping for about 6 years now and this is truly a great shop. Staff is very knowledgeable and isnt trying to up sell you. I went in the other day and needed a new atomizer and the one they recommended for me i was hesitant about it just because I had not heard of the brand but I was assured it was a worthy investment. Before I had even said yes it got broken down in front of me so there was no confusion as to how to take it apart for cleaning or coil changes. I trusted the guy and got it. Immediately I really liked it and as I looked around several of the workers were also running the same tank. Here we are several days later and this is arguably the best Atty Ive ever had. Thank you to Vapors Dream and the staff. They wont steer you wrong and you are always welcome to hangout and just chat with everyone once youre set with what you need.
[Edit/update]Im extremely frustrated with this shop. I cracked my mod which is my own fault. Its a minor leak and its something I can live with, but I thought when I was in there I could replace it. It turns out the vape the sold me is over 5 years old, they dont make the parts of anything anymore. They tried to sell me an incompatible atomizer and didnt check it before I left. It was so leaky it wouldnt even fire. The GTX mesh coil they sold with it was also defective. When I returned it 20 minutes later, they grilled me like it was my fault or I was making it up.I already stopped buying my juices from them because they dont have a menu, they dont allow customers to go back and look at their selection, so they expect you to know what you want immediately or theyre rude and standoffish about it. Its so awkward that I only buy my coils from them. After this, I dont even want to do that.They also have a blue lives matter sign in the window and every employee is white if youre into that kinda thing.
My go to place for all my vape stuff. Even if youre not close to the store, its worth the trip. They have good staff and extensive inventory.
The people are nice and are very helpful. I enjoy the clearance section they have. The only thing I dislike is there prices. A lot of people say there prices are great but $8.46 for one coil is crazy when you can get a pack of 3 for that price online and you can also get coils for $4.20 at a different store not far from Girard. Another thing is there juice you can go to this shop and pay $25-$30 for a 120ml bottle but the other place not far is only $12 for everything and its the same juice. There mods are also higher price. So to conclude this its a good shop with great people but not so great prices
I bought a pro color starter kit. The tank went bad in two days . Went back to the store many times . Staff was not help full. And didnt seem to care. Told me wasnt the tank. Everything is over priced. Wont be back found another store. Where staff was very help full and great prices.

Staff was not very friendly and when I was supposed to get change back he said do you care about the change youre owed? I was like what?? He only repeated the question and I asked what he meant cause yeah I want my change. It was only then he explained that the change goes to a food bank and helps stop the spread of covid. Work on your communication skills.
Went and asked about different juices and the guy couldn’t even be bothered to stand up and help me choose anything. Went back over to another guy who was helping my wife choose a mod, he was a lot better, ended up spending $120 total but due to the overpriced juice and the first guy I probably won’t return, better selections online for cheaper. Thanks again to the 1 employee that did help though, I wish I remembered your name, you helped me out a lot and got me the tank I needed! Ps: hope you’re doing better from the er visit!
Ive always loved this place. Very communal, people are very friendly. I always feel welcome. Great products and prices too. The experience almost means more though.
This is the only vape shop I will purchase from. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to help, but they let you take your time to browse. I have never felt rushed there. Prices are good with a large selection, overall chill atmosphere.

Actually made me stop vaping caz how pretentious they are, saw a guy leave the store, and start blowing MASSIVE clouds into oncoming traffic as he was trying to cross the street, one guy swerved and almost ran into an Amazon truck, just the other day I went in there, bought a bang xxl, not one full day later the thing stops working, so I took it back, and told them what happened and offered to pay MORE money and get the upgraded version and was told no, NO??? Wait, your not going to allow someone, to spend, more money, when you sold me a faulty product that didnt even last a full day? Oh son, I will not be back son, or maybe I will, and Ill get my moneys worth how bout that son, you like to do business a certain way, and so do I. Ill get my money son
Vapors Dreams is by far the best shop Ive been to around the area. Staff is excellent and treat you as part of the vape family. Im never going to forget all the memories Ive made with all the staff and fellow patrons, I hope I can find a shop half as great in my new home in South Carolina.

Truly an amazing place with a Great staff. Went in fri. the 25 th and got a full flavor juice. I am a menthol flavor lover. Instead of trying to make me buy more juice I got a bottle of the additive to make my bottle of juice menthol. And to top it off the gentleman in the store asked about my Orion DNA pod device. I suck at names so well call him Captain Ginger Man. He went truly above and beyond by downloading the program for my device and upgraded it to use the new coil system and hit like I need it too. All together amazing people a great atmosphere. This is now my go to spot.Ty ty

Decided to give this location a try as the place that I usually go to was no longer in stock. But when I asked to look at an e-juice I was told I cant let you touch the product without buying it. Forget that half of the merchandise was already on the floor. Ended up buying the over-priced product anyways due to being pressed for time, but will not return. Advice for management: Invest in some disinfectant wipes.
Laid back people. Tons of everything-cbd, juices, mods, coils, etc. Nice place to chill, play billiards. Returned and replaced a new Spectrum Kaos mod with screen lights not functioning with no questions asked. So far, my replacement Kaos is working great! To sample juice its dripped in your coil.

I Just spent $150 on a new mod and batterys, asked for a 1 cent piece of cotton, was told we dont have any free cotton with a some what hidden attitude . I guess thats what I get for not spending my money at rocos. Which they would have actually gave you cotton and coils for buying a $20 tank.
