I have yet to have one bad experience at Excalibur. Every barber in there is professional, courteous and serious about their craft. The vibe and overall energy in there is always amazing and what I love most is I can bring my kids there and not have to worry about a lot of filthy language and arguing going on. Even though Wade is my main barber, I have used the others and were pleased with their work too!

Wade cut my kids hair today. He was very professional and did an amazing job! As a single mom the barber shop can be a place thats uncomfortable for me but this was definitely a welcoming environment.

This is a top grooming lounge with true professional barbers. Wade will fix you up! You should definitely give them a try.

So I went to get my haircut yesterday, the woman that cut my hair was very nice and took her time to take a walk in which I really appreciated. On the other hand I’m not very good at confrontation and I asked for layers and it didn’t come out at all like I wanted. I expected it to definitely be different than the picture because everyone’s hair is different but it was so far off. I’ve been wearing a hat since I got my haircut, I wouldn’t recommend getting your hair layered here. I’m sure everything else comes out great though.

I booked an appointment with Wade because of the reviews Ive seen. He did not disappoint. My lineup and fade was fresh as ever, the beard trim was good and he went into detail about different types of fades. I will be returning and he definitely has a customer for life

Hands down the best massage Ive ever had!!! I scheduled the 60 minute relaxation massage with Jasmine and it was an amazing experience. She is professional, her spa is well kept, and she made the visit well worth it. I highly recommend booking a massage and Ill be looking to schedule other services with Jasmine.

Wade is a very professional barber that my have given me the crispiest line up Ive ever had. Im talking about Steve Harvey crisp. The atmosphere was awesome and what Im use to in major metropolitan area. Ive found my barber shop!

Jav the only one in there who gonna get you right. Got canceled on a few times reached out to a barber there the day of my appt to see if someone was gonna be there due 3 consecutive cancelled appointments.His response was he isn’t the secretary lol- the time he took to say that slick comment he could’ve just asked if his coworker was gonna be there, no need to try to be a tough guy, thinking someone suppose to fear you lol. poor customer service, Lost his coworker jav and Alexis (was gonna try her the day this took place) a loyal customer who was paying $35 a cut. Went to a different shop they clowned Wade who said he wasn’t the “secretary” from your shop said buddy must think he’s a Dr.

Let me just say do not get your dreads done here!!! My boyfriend used to get his done by an older man at the other location. Only had one person who can do them and they look horrible. I don’t know what they did but for sure not worth the money nor the tip!! They honestly don’t even look like they was done so disappointed. Will never be back. I work hard for my money and I wasted an entire days pay for nothing!
