I just st talked with Trey, who initially introduced me to a cart that really helps me. I have chronic illness so Im really looking for relief beyond average feeling, I need mood and pain and Trey has helped hit the nail on the head. Ive been disappointed with the VA dispensaries (Im Jersey born bred, sorry not sorry 🤓) and on my ride back from long fail to Williamsburg, I stopped at Gloucester Vault and Trey was there today, and he remembered why I had been going there (and stupidly and expensively stopped to try elsewhere); he immediately pointed out they just got it back in, if I was interested--literally read my mind. Im sorry for two separate reviews, wouldnt let me add another on here. Point blank, Gloucester Point Vault is very much worth the trip there to check out. Even more so if you value a business, that values employees, who care about the customers happiness with their purchase.I recently started vaping (about when I moved to the area in April) because before, in New Jersey, I could go to any store and purchase over the counter, which is not the same in Virginia. I was skeptical that I would be able to find a shop that would have products that could compare to the real thing back home.Subsequently, I found the vault online and chose to check it out because of the multiple locations. I figured if the business is popular enough to have THAT many stores, then they would be the most likely to have in stock or suggest something Id like. Ive been very pleasantly surprised at the products they have, but also of their staff because theyre so knowledgeable and they are also so incredibly friendly and helpful. They never once made me feel that I was stupid or ignorant or just oblivious because I didnt know or understand what I was purchasing at first.Fast forward to now, Im amazed at how much Ive picked up from the various conversations I have with whoever at the store that day. Also Im there at least once a week religiously--I went earlier today and LiAngelo was working... Even now, I still learned something new from a product/brand I swear by and buy every week. Every time Ive been there, ESPECIALLY when LiAngelo is there, I always walk away feeling more, (idk if right word) informed (?) or get another little fun fact or I know about a new product or just puts up with all my questions.Well now that youre all bored of reading this novel of a review, I just want to say that I really do appreciate The Vault and the people there because of the time they do genuinely take. I recommend taking the time to go to The Vault, whether youre interested in just checking things out or want help finding your jam or even if youre unsure about trying it at all. I know I was surprised at, not only the variety of what they offered, but at the multitude of items or products I wasnt even aware existed.In short, The Vault is highly recommended in my book. The employees are very friendly, and helpful. I had an employee Hope help me and she was extremely patient, didnt make me feel stupid for all of my questions, and taught me a lot about mods and their thc products, I would definitely recommend this shop, I will continue to take my business here, the atmosphere created by the staff is very nice unlike some other shops Ive been to.

Wonderful help from Hope! She is always nice and willing to chat with me about any product questions I do prefer this store to others around the area I will be coming back for awhile as it is the only shop that sells incense on this side of the bridge!!!

This was the worst experience ever!!!!!! I came here because I was referred by Avery who worked his last day in the NN location. He was the best sales rep!!! I was hoping Id see him again. Unfortunately, I was greeted by The WORST sales rep. Long black hair. Not nice at all and she was a white female heavy set. VERY RUDE!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡I REFUSED TO BUSINESS AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE again!!!! Please replace her.... IDK her name but she was the rudest person I ever dealt with.....Worst experience ever. I read the reviews before coming and read a review about a mean woman.. well unfortunately I had to deal with her.. shes hurting your business!!!!!!

Been there 4 times now...... I will take my money else where. The blonde employee with glasses doesnt know squat about products. Unless you have the product on you she wont help you. Rude and unknowledgeable. Bring back the old staff .....Shane was the best

I have been buying the same house flavor vape juice for a year. Today I bought one blueberry raspberry lemonade and it was not mixed or flavored correctly, it taste horrible. Something was wrong with it. I asked for an exchange and was told no. Horrible customer service. Would have been nice if you at least took into cosideration that I have been a loyal customer for years.

Helped w selection and had a good opinion

I bought a bottle of Juice last week from this place in a bind. I used it once and It was fine. Yesterday I called because the second time I tried to use the bottle the squirt top flew off! Then all the e juice went into my cup holder of my car! So I called and explained the situation and before I could get out the details of the story ,the individual of the store summarily interrupted me and said no without a reason and hung upon me.

Used to like this store, but for whatever reason theyve been struggling to stay in stock of anything I ever get there. I understand the kratom being stuck in customs is beyond their control, but they never have the one kind of vape juice I prefer to buy from here. Also, the worker I dealt with today struggled to find anything I needed and needed to be reminded about the Facebook check-in discount twice. I have to drive a long way to the Vault, and I do since they carry stuff that nobody else seems to sell, so Id prefer to use their online store. Sadly, the online store is broken beyond belief; theres no checkout button that seems to work, and again, the worker was no help in that regard either. This store has seriously gone downhill.

I found the employees to be knowledgeable, they answered my questions to the best of their ability and didnt waste my time, they were very helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I came here about 8 months ago and bought a vape with juices and coils from this exact store , i called to ask about replacement coils and they are telling me they dont and never have carried what i bought? hello i bought it from there Im not an idiot i know where i shop and where i have been , for them to treat me like Im stupid and dont know where i bought an item is very rude and unprofessional . i WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !!!
