Becca was the most helpful and honest person when helping me purchase my piece. It felt like she totally knew what I wanted even though I myself had no clue! She really nailed it and definitely recommend her if you have a hard time with the billions of choices the store has to offer!!

A huge amount of their e-liquid out of date. By several years! I bought some juice and it tasted horrible. I wasnt sure what it was until I checked the expiration date. It expired in 2022, and with a shelf life of 2 years that means the juice was over 4 years old. After a return trip, the staff did replace it for free, but when I was trying to find a replacement they were all expired too. Then one of the staff told me to maybe try one of the boxes with a newer (updated) logo. There were only two flavors of that to pick from but that was in date, which makes me think they are aware they are selling expired product at premium prices. If you do buy from here, CHECK THE DATES!

Aside from one incident, which wally fixed with moe, this store is on point. I am always up to date on all my smoking needs and the staff is extremely helpful. This is the latest in picture and is well worth the money.

Terrible business… I purchased 3 different vapes all were malfunctioning and was told I could not get a refund nor compensated! Do not buyyy( only out 1 star because I had to)

I really like the employees Rebeccas awesome up near food Lion by the hospital I didnt go into the one by Krogers and supposedly just want to kill monic but they pretty much have everything you need I tried quit smoking so I was buying the vapes but that was tearing my lungs up but they got everything its pretty much a head shop but better their cigarettes are a lot cheaper than a lot of places around and you know and then if you do other things they got that too

I am so happy this place is now a part of Gloucester. Really convenient location, pretty standard all inclusive selection, everything from what you need for your Vape, your juice, tear Bob Marley T-shirts and other hippie where, too lots of pipes and water pipes and Awesome delta 8 and delta 10 products that are perfect if your just starting out, they will ease your stress and lighten your mood and give someone who barely smokes at all a pretty good hi👋. And the customer service is top notch , I have had them go out of their way to fix a broken cartridge for me, one time a friend was picking up a pipe for me but didn’t know what to get so I called ahead and the employee let me face time him and let me virtually shop walking his phone around the store and all the pipe cases and helped me get the perfect one so when my friend got there is was waiting at the counter with my name on it. I mean you just don’t get good smile on your brother ✌🏻& 💕 customer service like that anymore anywhere else so it’s always a treat when I have the $$$ and a reason to go in there. I honestly could buy up the whole store if I was rich enough! I just can’t sing enough praises for Rhinos tobacco and Vapes !

Sold me a item that i ended up not wanting. They dont tell you that you can return things to the store. You have to contact the company that made the product to get your refund. Not good for customer service. Employee was made a rude comment as i was leaving. THIS PRODUCT WAS NOT USED..YOUR JUST MAKING EXCUSES OR YOUR CALLING ME A LAIR? More to come your way. I was a good customer of yours. But i wouldnt ever buy anything from you again. Beware other customers. You too can be ripped off there.

BECCA IS AMAZING! Smiling face when I walk in the door, very welcoming, helps me out with any questions I may have & trust me, I can be difficult lol. I love how she always remembers me, and treats me more than just a customer, but a friend and someone I can talk to comfortably when I walk in that door. She’s very informative, helpful, nice, and super friendly! Plus they have great products! I highly recommend going here!

Great place rode my bike from Glenn’s to the Gloucester location after a friend suggested the place. Had no experience in anything there other than the traditional items. The young lady that helped me was fantastic. She had a great attitude, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with every question I could come up with. Very classy, upscale shop with savvy staff.I found everything I needed and more.We were impressed by the Zippo displayand the clothing. Such beautiful and unusual printsto find in this area. Had there been more selection,we likely would have bought something.if it were mine, after my wifes comments,I would expand this area to attract women to the shop.Not a criticism. I came into the store for the first time to purchase a disposable vape. The person who helped me was very personable, knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, the disposable I decided to purchase was faulty and died after 2 days. I returned to the store and was able to make an exchange without any problem. I appreciate their willingness to make it right.

I would have given more stars but please update your hours online to match on your door. Came at 8:45pm on a Wednesday and you were closed own like a ghost town.

OMG!I didnt even know this store existed before 2 weeks ago.Ive been there twice in the past 3 days & cant walk out without buying something I didnt know they had.The store is huge. The employees are knowledgeable & always willing to help & often put a name to something you describe to them.Love this place!

I usually have a good experience in here. Staff is always nice, everything is at a decent price for the area. Cant really complain to much about it. I would just like to say that I bought a disposable vape from there a 2 days ago. And when I tried to use it, it was malfunctioning before I had even opened it and it tasted like its been used. But when I tried to exchange it the guy who was working at the time stated that I couldnt return it unless I had came back the day I had bought it to exchange it or call up there when I was having the problems. Which was pretty disappointing because I didnt open the vape the day I bought it. Kinda wasted $20. Other than that decent place to go.

I was having problems with a tank I purchased from Wally at Rhino. I walked in, told Wally the problem, and he swapped out the tank with a comparably priced but MUCH better one no questions asked. Customer service such as this is lacking at most shops I’ve frequented in the past. The Geek Vape Z tank is the best tank I’ve used by far, even better than the Crown IV I’ve been using for the past few years.Wally, Moe and everyone else at Rhino are really great! They have made their shop the ONLY shop I will frequent from now on! Thanks Rhino!

Just moved here from NC and was worried I wouldnt find a good reliable shop like back home. Not only did I find one just as good but better then my old ones at home in NC. Always super friendly, works with me and my wife if we are on a budget and has even swapped out something I had a bad experience with no problems. Will definalty be doing all my shopping here!!

The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. The only downside is that everything is cheaply made. Most items dont work right or dont work for long.

They advertise buy one get one on a printed out sheet taped to the box of whipp it brand butane which also advertised buy one get one free on the cans themselves, but they dont mean it

Ended up purchasing the Puffco Peak here after getting schooled in the use of concentrates. Its not often a salesperson admits they dont know let alone try to find out that info for you. Thanks, also, to some knowledgeable customers who gave some great pointers to this old bud smoker. Another employee also noted that the bowl was ceramic as well, limiting replacement costs/frequency. Toxicity issues of heating various metals is something Ive learned to avoid.For what I was looking for this ended up being a great solution, water filtration was an added bonus, at least from my perspective. Wally rocks!

My husband and I were afraid when we moved to Gloucester that we wouldnt find a good vape shop like the ones we were used to in Greensboro NC. We definitely didnt expect to find one only a mile away from home that was EVEN BETTER! We shop here three or four times a week, sometimes more, and are never disappointed. HUGE selection of whatever you need: Kratom, Vape Juice/Salts, Vapes, CBD, etc... and the prices and service are absolutely unbeatable! Mo and the staff are ALWAYS good to us. They genuinely value their customers at Rhino!

God. What can I say. This is by far, THE best Vape Shop I have EVER been to. First off the staff in there are very friendly and knowledgeable on all things vape from helping me rebuild a old RDA I had (he told me what to do bc I don’t think legally he’s supposed to touch my atomizer) to just helping me find the right coil pods for my Smok novo 2. I even got to know one of the regular guys in there and we had a very intellectual conversation the one day on conspiracies LOL. After having a nice chat with him over the weeks, he even offered to try and get on the shelves, of my all time favorite flavors. “Pancake House: Blueberry Flapjacks”With all that being said. Stop in, say hello to these fine gentleman and ladies and they might just turn out to make your day, a little brighter. :D

Paid over $30 for two disposable vapes. Thought the packaging looked weird so I went onto Puffs website to use their counterfeit checker and found that both were fake. When I called the store they said oh sorry about that. I know I overpaid and I don’t even know if this is safe for me to use.

Ok this place has several signs stating you must ware a mask to inter store and adhere to social seperation gidelines.They Do not follow safety even employees no mask patron 3 ft from employee.
