Truly rudest staff ever. Especially the woman who answers the phone and schedules you. Their prices have increased from $36 to $65 for the same service and they allow other customers to talk on the phone while getting youre getting a massage. Not just a quick answer with a Hi Im busy Ill call you back later, but a full on conversation about what they did over the weekend. If youre looking to relax while getting a massage, this is not the place for you...

U should not spend your money in this place!First of all, people in here RUDE, and Careless, they don’t appreciate you gave your business,Second, The body work wasn’t right, basically just touching you! U can get some service in flushing by low cost!The last , they love to complain about their customers *Why the customers all come at early evening, what are they doing in daytime? *I’m new in town and looking for a new massage spa! And this spot is a hard Nono for me!

Horrible staff and customer service! I highly recommend not going there! I had an appointment for 12 with Wendy. I come in and Wendy isn’t there. They tell me I have to wait till 2:30. I asked to speak to a manager and the person at the front desk just walked away and didn’t come back.
