A wonderful therapeutic experience in Hailey!The location is calming and peaceful, the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing or healing therapy.There is massage and skin care / facials, and the location has parking and very easy to access right in the downtown Hailey area!I visited for an eyebrow wax and the Red LED treatment (20 min).The esthetician helped me consider the benefits of also getting the nose and ears waxed, and made the process as painless as possible!Im looking forward to returning for an 80 minute facial, and I will update my review.

Lauren is excellent at bodywork. I always look forward to my bodywork appointments. She has excellent communication which makes my experience great. The atmosphere is comforting and relaxing. I highly recommend her.

Lauren got me in right away and magically made my pain disappear. This was my first time going to a massage therapist and Lauren made me feel at ease amd made it an enjoyable experience. She was very informative about what she was doing throughout the massage which was great. I had come in because i was in constant pain for days and my fingers were going numb in my right hand. She had that fixed within the first half hour. Her office is located within the Gravity Fitness building and is a quiet and clean space. I would recommend Lauren to anybody needing massage therapy.

I am new to the area and was nervous about going to a new therapist, but Lauren did not disappoint. Her technique was amazing and was able to release muscles from old injuries with our first session. Going to continue to work with her and finally become pain free while cycling!

Lauren has been able to taken my broken and battered body and turn it into a functioning one. I didn’t think I would ever have the majority of my functionally back. I’m able to do things I haven’t been able to do for 30 years at least. She is an absolute gem, as both my wife and I can attest to. She goes at your pace and listens to you and your body and we are blessed to have found her. She is now a lifetime friend. Thank you sooooooooo much.

Lauren is superb at her skill and has an in-depth knowledge of how the body works and how to alleviate imbalances in the muscles and their functioning. I highly recommend her for specific body work needs that involve acute and chronic pain issues.

After spending a week with back pain, and trying the usual anti inflammatories, strong pain medications, heat and lack of exercise, I scheduled an appointment with Laura. I was impressed by her knowledge and thoughtful thoroughness. She gently worked on the painful area and auxiliary areas contributing to my pain. My back was significantly better immediately following Lauras massage. The next day it was better still and I was able to move normally and resume exercise. I look forward to returning soon. Got some body work for my neck & shoulders & felt like a new man!

She knows her anatomy & physiology better than most & knows how to get the spots. Ive been toany different masseuses & she is one of the best
