THE LAB SMOKE SHOPS

They are VERY unprofessional. I wanted to get in contact with the for a job inquiry which they told me to call back for ; not only did they leave me on hold for 30-35 mins and then hang up , they also answered me twice after just to hang up as soon as they answered. I was very much interested for their job opportunity but I will no longer be doing business with them. I came and read their rates before I called them and was shocked at the responses they were getting but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt . Learned my lesson .

Great prices! Bought a hookah and bong for less than what the shop down the street tried to charge for just the hookah. Plus theyre open 24 hours, where else could i get my supplies for a smoke session at 3 in the morning!

I just bought a vaporizer from this store. A very friendly girl named Sierra closed the deal. However I went to try it and sadly the piece didnt work. She tried to refund me and the system was down. She spent 20 minite watching youtube videos in how to use it. When we figure its a manufacturer mistakeShe call her boss ,he denied the return .They didnt have more pieces to exchange it.So now I spent 130$ in a vaporizer that does not work. The Piece does not work .This guy straight up took my money and didnt want to refund me . I will never step back into that store and I advice everybody to go someplace else. There are far to many smoke shops arround to deal with this incompetent, greedy business owner. He will soon be out of bussines and will wonder why, maybe blame it on bad luck. I would have personally chock him , but he hides behind his worker on the phone. like a girl. Little man with little mind. His other business its a tire shop, I can imagine the great warranty he offers.

Waited 10 minutes during business hours for them to open. Sign said back in 5, who knows how long before I got there, that it was put up. The do have a good selection of items but prices are high.

This is one of the best smoke shops Ive been in very friendly and the price ringing it is extreamly fair And every time that I have been there they have had what I needed always in stock.

5 stars because the customer service was actually decent. Not often a gas station can compete with a bigger smoke shop without sacrificing service.

Nice little store, but more expensive than Vapor Shark for the same product.
