I would highly recommend this massage parlor to anyone. I was on vacation in south Florida and decided to give it a try. The massage was absolutely amazing and therapeutic. I loved it. This is the place I would become a regular at if I lived down there. Thanks for the great customer service experience Massage and Unwind.

Don’t be fooled by these 5 star reviews like I was. After coming to a 90 minute FULL body DEEP TISSUE massage, I walked into your regular massage room that with a moldy smell.Massage started off okay, however, the masseuse started to leave the room after being done with a section of my body.There I laid naked, face down, listening to her walking up and down the hallway, flushing the toilet, pouring water etc. That happened several times.After she’d come back I realized I never heard the door open nor close, which left me thinking it was left open the whole time.Boy, was I correct when I finally turned around and saw the door half way open for the anybody to see my naked body draped halfway with a blanket.The masseuse, however, seemed to be completely ok with it as she continued with my front body.Massage itself was a waste, as she ignored 70% of my body occasionally blessing it with seldom rubs. I will give her credit for at least trying to do deep tissue techniques for my shoulders and feet.After all of this nonsense which indeed lasted about 90 min, I paid $108 with no tip, about which the masseuse was extremely upset. Oh well

This is my fifth time here! Incredible massage, staff are professional, welcoming, and the rooms are tidy and clean. I went with my friend for the first time, and I just keep coming back! It’s hard to find a good massage place down here, luckily I found one. Definitely add this to my weekly routine! If u haven’t try, you should!!!!

It was a nice massage. The room was cold but I was warmly covered. The oil was wiped off with a hot towel. Felt good.

Me and my husband was here on Wednesday and we come back on Thursday again. We booked very last minute, lucky they have spot for 2! Staff are so friendly, I just can’t express how good it is, so relax and release a lot of my pains. Incredible hands!!! Definitely will be back by next week!

We always go for the good massage, we’re always satisfied w the massage but the lady should be more aware of that fact that you’re paying 80$ for a massage and its at your own appreciation how much tips you leave. We left more than 10% for each lady and she still commented ‘this for two people?’ I think its rude and unneccesary to make such comments. It lacks professionalism. And its not the first time she commented this we just come back for the massage but this might’ve been our last time.

This place is amazing. My husband and I come here every time we visit the area. You cannot beat the massage or the prices. Al is amazing. He knows exactly what he is doing. He doesn’t just make you feel good and relaxed but anatomically he works out your kinks, stress and tight or locked up muscles. I play competitive sports and his massage has truly made a difference in how my shoulders feel and their range of motion. We will be back.

I have never given 5stars to a massage place but this is my first one. Amazing service. They got us in at last second and yet gave us the best service. I recommend AnnaMaria as a therapist when you visit this place. Also they only use natural products like coconut oil and other herb oils for massage. The ambience of room is very calm and soothing. 5stars for hygiene. Al the manager is very nice and made sure we got the best treatment.

Ive been about 2 years now that Im getting my weekly massage at this place, Alex is truly amazing! Not does he get rid of all my muscle tension but he also has a solid knowledge on different therapies and how the body will react to it, he really cares about my wellbeing in general. If you’ve ever wondered what a “professional experience” is like.. look no further. Here’s the deal.. I’m 6’2” and a skeptic so I do what we all do. Read reviews right? You probably noticed this here’s the only place with a plethora of 5 star reviews in the area and.. of course, the people’s voice led me to make that “call”. I think the experience starts at the call. If you get Al, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I had explained my issues with stress and work and these knots. I’ve never had a true massage but Al instantly put me at ease and long story short, there’s absolutely no reason why you won’t come here. It doesn’t matter if you’re a star athlete or a sumo wrestler.. lol. Every knot in my back responded to this therapeutic experience and it all began with the incredible aroma as you walk in through the door. Went back a second time and absolutely loved it! We got Alex and Camille and they are miracle workers. They focused on my problem areas and helped get some knots out. I left feeling relaxed and great! You simply must try this place and ask for these massage therapists they know what they are doing.

The Main therapist, Alex is a master at his craft.He can heal or soothe based on whatever your condition may be.The staff is very professional and took very good care of me.The place is very well taken care, no funny smells or old equipment.These people care about their patients and offer good service.I gave them a chance and have not been disappointed once.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I found Al through Groupon two years ago and I have been going back ever since at least once a month if not more. I sustained a knee injury and have a lot of pain in my back and my leg and every time I go see Alex he provides a relief I can’t begin to describe. I went there yesterday and like always the service the attention and the dedication was fantastic!!!!! I told him even if he had told me his only available appointment was at midnight I would have taken it! I was in so much pain that I needed to see him ASAP but Alex is very accommodating and he works with you making his schedule fit yours. The best part is that he knows what he doing! He is a genius and I tell him because he has the experience to treat make you feel so much better. This is hands down the best place for a massage hands down!

For over a year I have been getting a weekly massage from Al. I buy the package deal. Al has always been very accommodating to any change in my schedule.I credit them for the fact I can moved better and am more flexible than most men my age. I can easily bend to touch my toes.Sometimes the massage may hurt a little, but thats what it takes to work out the knots and tightness. I know when I leave I move better and stand taller.Having had many massages over the years, I can only recommend Massage & Unwind.

Was there last night for a couples massage with my hubby and their rates are very reasonable. We were so relaxed we left there feeling like noodles. I do not know the names of the ladies that attended us but they were amazing. Very professional very relaxed environment. Not a fake or phony massage place as there are so many in Hallandale. This is the real deal Spa. If you want a REAL massage this is the place for you. They relieved tension off my back and my shoulders and my neck. Not to mention it just felt sooooo great!!!!! I am looking forward to going back soon.

I took my wife for a surprise couples massage, paid full price because we used a groupon at this location in the past and had a great experience. We got all ready, excited and looking forward to a relaxing experience together. The first thing we hear when they enter the room? Would you like to upgrade to a firm deep tissue for $20 more each? Major buzz kill, and totally took away from the experience. After paying for a massage if you decline the upcharge what you get is a mediocre body rub at best. Very disappointing. When asked how our experience was we expressed our displeasure and got a response of sorry that just happens sometimes Really!? We explained how we had been there in the past and had a much better experience and was never asked to be up charged to get the massage instead of a body rub. Als response? I offered to do a better job for $20 more WOW!!! will never be back. The staff is different now and the place has gone down hill. I would suggest taking your money anywhere else if looking for a massage. If you want someone to rub lotion on you while listening to spa music this is your place.

Ive been here once before for a couples massage. Its clean, quiet and the atmosphere is pleasant, conducive for relaxing and unwinding.Today I was solo and in need of a massage I was knotted up and tight from an injury, a flight, an uncomfortable bed and a lot of walking!Ana Maria got in there and took care of ALL OF IT! 🤣 I was so relaxed when she finished I fell asleep afterwards and driving home was a challenge because my body was so noodle-ly!Im a satisfied customer and will return at least once a month.

Best message I have ever had in my life! I am a cosmotologist, which means I am on my feel ALL day. Unfortunately, this affects practically my whole body, from my feet to my neck. Without question, the BEST massages in all of So. Florida. They offer a variety of massages; all of which are INCREDIBLE! And now they even offer facials. I had the Micro needle facial that smoothed my skin like a babys butt. If you need a deeeep therapy massage, then Al is your man! I could not move around much without his amazing massages. Worst massage I have EVER gotten. Run dont walk away from Al! If you do not pay a $20 upcharge you do not receive ANY pressure and are left to lay there while he merely puts lotion in you. Excellent place! Most people go for a relaxing massage. I go to see Al for the deep tissue sports massage. He helps me increase my flexibility as well as loosen up my messed up knees. At times my joints are stiff or i cant kneel to work. After a session I can usually kneel down.

The atmosphere is super clean, aromatherapy in every room, and Al is by far the best and most professional massage therapist ever. I always leave feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Called this place to have a couples massage done with my lady while in town for the night before boarding a cruise ship. I called them to make sure they had availability for 2 that night. The lady i talked to said yes they did and told me to come in. So we jumped in an uber and shot across town to go get our massages done. When we get there the door was locked, the lights were dim, it looked so dark inside that the place appeared empty. When i called them again upon arrival the lady then told me oh no i only have room for one person. And she was the same person i had talked to 10 minutes prior about the couples massage for 2. Overall not a good expierence id reccomend taking your money elsewhere. This operation seemed like a fly by night operation.

Got a Groupon but was told that since they now have a big following, and they have had to cancel others who paid full price they cannot accept my Groupon. This place is a joke. Why offer a Groupon if you are not willing to honor it. He told me I have to pay full price if I want to get a massage when my voucher is still valid.

AL is the best. He has fixed every problem Ive had. Very welcoming and always leave pain free. Been coming to AL for 3 years and would never go anywhere else. He really knows what hes doing. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been a member of Massage and Unwind for about 8 months. But about 4 months ago the best masseuse there besides Al; left the company and my massages has gone downhill. When I was getting a massage one time I hear a crying child; when I am there to be pampered and relaxed. It turned out it was Kay’s child. More than 90% of the people, who give massages, do not speak English and the massages are poor. I have been getting massages for over 15 years and these massages were sub par. Last Wednesday I scheduled my monthly massage for 6pm and arrived at the business at 530pm. Waited and waited and waited, then go up to the counter and spoke with Kay and did not know why I was still waiting. She knocked on one door and she was told all the massage therapist was behind. Normal response would have been to tell me how much longer. It was now 615pm and still no massage. I left very aggravated and went home. I setup my day according to the time that was allotted to me for the message. I am only available 1 day a week to do my massage and they screwed it up. I got home and text the business my complaints.I sent this text” This is Mitchell Ball. I had a 6pm appt today and everyone was running behind. I am very upset and angry that i was not called. My time is as valuable as yours and when you are 10-30 minutes that affects my life and does not make a massage a pleasure to have. My days are limited and i worked my day to have this massage at 6pm. NOT AT ALL PLEASED!!!!!!”This is company response I got back” Hi good evening Mitchell. This is Al with Massage and Unwind the massage company. We appreciate your business and feedback. We will try to make sure that you and your time are respected. It of course, is never our intention to cause loss of valuable customer time. Please let us continue to be your place for R&R. I guess good business would be to say let me add 15 minutes to your next massage(just a suggestion). I pay a monthly fee each month for their massage club and thought I would be treated a little bit different over their walk in clients. Not at Massage and Unwind. Kay called me and apologized again and said she stepped out of the office and did not know they were behind. Really very poor management at Massage and Unwind. I went in today to cancel my membership and Kay hands me a form with no company logo or name on paper and is cold as ice. “Normal response should have been; sorry it did not work out and please consider us in the future” But not saying a word is stupid and a very poor business sense!!!!

Called this business multiple times to ask about availability for a couples massage. Instead of calling me back, they decide to send a text message. While I appreciate the text back instead of nothing, I found that to be very unprofessional in my opinion and just rubbed me the wrong way. I’m big on customer service and this was not a way to treat a potential customer.

Al gives the best massage I have ever had by far. His use of deep tissue techniques unlocks deep muscle problems and gets me functional. It hurts but its well worth the pain. Try him out today!

I had an appointment at 2pm, I fall a sleep and when I text them they agree for me to come by 5pm which I did once I got inside he said I need a mask which I forgot in the car so I went to get it, when I came to the door he said it’s wrinkled and used. The mask was covering my face and nose. The man was very rude this is not the first time he have been rude

Place is in a crowded plaza, parking is very limited. Service was ok but the massages sucked. While I was getting massaged I kept hearing banging noises, people talking, laughing walking back and forth. The experience was not wht I expected. I went to this place a year ago, and had to update this review TODAY to show what the place and the manager (AL) is NOW.Read the critical reviews carefully, and notice how all the negative reviews are recent. This place and owner (Al) are completely and utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. Al completely was disrespectful as I was trying to book my massage and told me (after the fact) that I would have to pay $25 to change my appointment and he was extremely rude, confrontational, ARGUMENTATIVE, and abrasive. Al was literally speaking to me as if I was his wayward child. Not sure if me being a woman had anything to do with his level of disrespect, but it was completely out of line and I reported him to Groupon.Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects it customers and not trying to upcharge people for any and everything while disrespecting them in the process. Not to mention, its in a sketchy strip mall off the highway. This place is not worth it, even with a groupon.Go at your own risk, especially if you are a woman.
