Terrible customer service! I made an appointment for waxing and arrived at the scheduled time. The person supposed to do the waxing was not there. When the receptionist called her, she started screaming at me that I was wrong. After calmly explaining what happened, she proceeded to use the F word and swore at me. I spoke to the owner, who apologized and said she would call me back to provide me a free waxing and facial to make up for it, but I never received a call. Dont waste your time with this place.
