Great staff! Everyone seems to be quite knowledgeable especially the store manager. Whenever the owner is in it’s always nice to see her as well. I’d like to say the only thing that should be changed is some more store branding. You have a wonderful business and it deserves an awesome sign 😁 hope to be back in town soon pick up some more supplies happy holiday to everybody.

Great place for vape juice and cbd products. The prices are reasonable and the points youll earn with each purchase can quickly add up for future legit discounts. The owners and employees are friendly, down to earth people.

By far the best local vape shop Ive been to. Josh the Manager there is awesome. They have a amazing line of juices from their house blends to the top hand picked premium juice. They carry great hardware as well from starter kits to mech mods to high end regulated box mods. Just about every great RDA, RTA out there and all the things you need to build with. Plus they always seem to be getting something new shipped in as well.5/5 stars! Great Store, Great Staff and a all around great experience!!! Will continue to visit =D!

Going to be straight forward, the store was very nice along with the salesperson. I bought the lambo because I was talked into it it was supposed to be so great, I let it soak the whole deal and it just constantly pops idk why? I thought since it was the same day not even 4 hours later I’d just be honest and say it doesn’t hit like I expected and was going for the juul. I was told I couldn’t return it since it wasn’t “defective” so I thought let’s clean it up refil see what I can do not a day later it won’t hold a charge so I’m guessing that had to do with the popping but as I go to return it within the 48 hours now because it won’t hold a charge I was told the other sales person already told them I just “didn’t like it” so now I’m stuck with a truly defective vape and they will not do anything about it. For the record I was super calm and respectful and honest and still they did nothing.

I love this shop. Its right down the street from my house with literally the most unbeatable prices and products. their juice selection is so vast you can easily walk in and always try something new. with a wide selection of mods and tanks this place cant be beat by any of the other local stores. the staff is so laid back and is always willing to help whether youre a novice to vape or a seasoned veteran. the atmosphere is great and you will most definitely never leave disappointed. in short, if you are an avid vaper then i highly recommend you stop in next time youre in Havre de Grace.

Very poor costumer service. I bought a tank from them, walked outside to my car to build the coil and add juice and rba section did not work. Walked back into the store 3min later to let them know of the issue and the staff said there was nothing they could do. A customer looked at it and realised a piece was missing. They would not replace it or fix it. I had to drive to my regular vape shop (class 5 vapors) in Rosedale and they gave me the rubber gasket to fix it for free.. Poor juice selection and they also charge to sample juices which most other shops do not do. One thing i can say is the prices on their devices are not too bad but i like to get everything i need from one shop. Customer service is very important in this buisness. Hope things improve at Van gogh.

Wow, not good visiting today at this shop. Went down this evening after work and just walked in and knew that something was wrong. Someone sleeping on couch and guy waiting on me was texting the whole time and when I asked to try something it was like I was bothering him. Told him this was the decoy time I was in here and the first time the owner made me feel so welcome. Brought a pocket of cash to buy juice and ect..... but ended up spending $40 and that will most likely be the last time I go in there. Hopefully this review gets back to the owner cause this is one person that wont be back and if he continues that way treating everyone they will be losing more customers. Just couldnt believe it, when I went to test some juice they didnt even have cotton in the coil of the Rda. Ill just stop there.

The best selection of flavors you can find anywhere in the area!!! The owner is amazing and the workers are all top notch, next level on the products they sell. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, trust me I have, and it wasn’t pretty...

They have a pretty good selection of vapes and regular juices, but not much of a selection for salt nic juice. My one gripe is that when you buy a device from a shop, you expect to be able to get the supplies for it there. Ai was able to get pods once or twice but after a few months they no longer had them in stock. I was told they were ordering them that week and to come back next week. Well, I got told the same thing over and over for months, finally they told me they would not be getting any more or carrying them anymore. Then they tried selling me a new device???

I definitely recommend I got some rolling cones they are so good got a great deal on vapes

Super nice guy ( Gared) working there. Very helpful with my boyfriends broken tank. And figuring out what type of vape it is so replacements, Will be easier in the future. Very affordable to originally purchased the vape in Texas for 60 they sell the same one for 45
