Class 5 Vapors

Im new enough to vaping to not know what products to look for, but had been smoking Juuls long enough to know I wanted better. Stopping in here was the right choice. Andrew walked me through the different products, provided recommendations and information, and even set up my new vape for me and walked me through how to use it, and I love it! Wonderful experience, Ill be coming back for sure. Thanks again, Andrew!

With the few times Ive been there since they opened, its never been good. If you want to walk in and pay for premium juice your fine. They still dont have a menu to see the house juices they offer. Almost zero knowledge on anything. Could not even tell me what house juice flavors they offered. Also all of it was old juice . They cant even put fresh product out . The fact they would sell this is absurd . If you live in this area go online, make your own, or go to another vape business .

Stopped into the new location. Greeted with a knowledgeable staff, fair pricing and above par service. Great addition to the vape community here in Havre de Grace! Ordering juice and coils was a seamless process with arrival for in-store pickup in only a few days. The fast turn around time for a local shop to have what I need is incredibly convenient 👍

The staff is very helpful and not just trying to make a sale. Points system is one of the highest i have found. Great selection of everything you looking for and if they dont have it easy and fast ordering. Very good prices and affordable. The staff and owner is more involved in building relationships with there customers keeping them for the long haul then just a one time big sale. I would highly recommend coming to check things out and talk with the staff. To class 5 thanks for all your help and knowledge.

Class 5 has been myGo to Shop for years now.I have been driving out to Whitemarsh for the fantastic customer service and wide array of juices (and devices) to choose from and now this new location in HdG is going to save me some serious drive time!The shop itself is really nice it’s spacious with lots of windows and more to the point lots of juice and products, with more coming in daily. They have been there a few weeks at the time of posting this review and have increased their selection every time I have stopped by for something.This is going to be my new Go To Shop without a doubt :-)As always their service is top notch, they value their customers and focus on customer satisfaction over making as big of a sale as possible and I appreciate that a lot. It’s one of the reasons I like them so much.Stop in and see for yourself. If they don’t have what you are looking for just ask, they do special orders on request and I don’t know if any other shops that do that at all!

Wesley’s use to be in the shop Class 5 is now in and that is who I use to go to only because of convenience. When I walked into Class 5 after Wesley’s was gone it was a totally different vibe and atmosphere. First off, these guys know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to vaping. Second, I’ve been to so many vape shops who promise you that they will get your juice and coils in and if never happens. Well, at least not for a month anyways 😂 Chris promised me and gave me his word that my coils and juice would arrive within 5 business days and thats exactly what happened. Not just once, not twice, but three times they have come through with their word. Third, they have a great selection and are always expanding and listening to the customers wants and needs. They care about their customers and that’s legitimate. I’ve befriended Chris and he’s a cool guy who always talks about the customer first. Class 5 should be called Real Class 5 Vapors because they treat customers and run their shop with true class. This will be my permanent shop!

Class 5 Vapors is a wonderful vape shop. They have the absolute best employees who know their stuff about vapes! I bought my very first mod here a while ago and they have always had replacement coils in stock as well as my favorite juice brand. The guy Chris is a vape master, and the woman whos name I cant remember (sorry) is also super knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices, the best quality products, rewards program, a clean modern shop, and the absolute best customer service you could wish for make Class 5 Vapors the top Vape Shop in Northeast MD.

Very nice place.. the owner is extremely helpful, great personality and very funny. Great spot for truckers as there is plenty of space to park and turn around. Easy to access. Great prices, very reasonable. Highly recommend this vape shop to anyone.. very close to the Flying J truck stop.. about 6 minutes away. They open early at 10am.. again very convenient for everyone especially truckers!! 👍🏼

Ima be honest I dont like places of business or anywhere thats not home, but they just make ya feel like part of the family out here. Service excellent and that sweet veterans discount. Points that accumulate and can be used for a discount. The workers are super helpful! Even if you arent they definitely are!

I broke my tank today and idiotically tried super glueing it back together. Not only did I make it worse but I couldn’t even get the coil out. On top of that my mod would no longer read my tank and kept saying CHECK ATOMIZER. I went into Class 5 expecting Id have to buy a whole new tank which I could not afford. Chris was behind the counter and I showed him the tank and he just looked at it and smiled saying “yeah I’ve got you bro no worries”. I thought he was just going to get a new tank but boy was I wrong. Less than 15 minutes later he had the coil removed without damaging the tank and cleaned it using a vape tank cleaner and had it all working like new again. After all that he just charged me $5 for the new coil and told me thank you for being a loyal customer and if anything breaks in the future to bring it in before super glueing it haha. Dude took on the task like it was nothing and explained me through every step he was doing. I have vaped for almost 7-8 years and have NEVER met someone with as much skill or knowledge about each individual mod and their inner workings. Chris is a vape genius and Class 5 will be the only shop I go to from now on as it’s honestly apparent how much they care for their customers. Any other shop would have charged me to have my tank fixed like that but not Class 5….but no other shop can do what Class 5 and Chris can do. Thank you so much!

I find it very odd that I made 3 reviews about my vape box that I bought there for $116 plus batteries which took my total to $146.00 and theres a malfunction with the vape box and they wouldnt return it or exchange it. I had my receipt and I was with in my policy days. None of my reviews showed up. How is that? Same as its wierd that not one person had anything bad to say??? Umm no. Its filtered to make the store look good. The only good thing about that store was the girl working. She was nice and could only do what her sceaming boss let her do. Which was changed the coil. And it didnt fix a damn thing.

Ive been shopping at Class 5 Vapors in North East for a little over a year now and the experience is excellent. The sales associates are very knowledgeable about their tanks, mods, juices, and inventory levels.

They never have the same thing twice. Buy a mod here or some juice and for a few weeks theyll have what you need and then they never reorder. They always tell you well have it in. They will not have it in. Need to replace a part on your mod that you bought here? They wont have anything in/dont carry that anymore. Somethings mismanaged here.

Wow I love this vape shop.... I can go there at any time because I know Charles and Feather are both very Knowledgeable about what ever questions I have.. Not to mention they have the biggest JUICE selection in Cecil county! 5 STAR vapeshop for me!
