Beijing Foot Massage

DO NOT COME HERE; My husband came here on 5/17 to get a massage. After the massage was finished he was going to pay. His total was $42 and he was going to tip $5 to the lady. The lady wanted him to pay $10 in tip and he said no, $5. They went back and forth and he was like fine no tip then. He payed and left the water bottle he was drinking on the counter. The lady then proceeds to grab that water bottle and throw it on his back and walks out to throw more on the car. This is the worst customer service he has received. I would not come here. Dont waste your time or money. Find somewhere better with better customer service. I couldn’t add the video on this review. It let me add the video on yelp.

Get ready to at least tip $20 for a $50 combo massage. I gave the massuese $10 tip but she said it was too small. The massage was ok but the pressure to tip more made the experience really bad.

Wow, I’ve been to this place multiple times but today was just really odd. Bad enough I couldn’t understand the limiter English but I enjoy the service. Nevertheless, I was looking at the price and another lady came to me to tell me that they are busy. I told her no problem, I’m just looking at the prices. She opened the door and told me bye because she’s going to close the door and I needed to get out. What? Really unprofessional. You want our money, but you don’t have business sense? I will not be going back and I tipped them well way too often. Not for me, respect is respect and they have no idea how to treat customers.

Unfortunately would not recommend for the following reasons:1) Same Kenny G track over and over the entire massage2) They wore plastic gloves while giving you a massage which is definitely not a good feeling.3) Prices have increase to $50 for the combo.4) As others have mentioned you have to pay for service prior to services being rendered (don’t know what that is about)5) Mandatory 20% tip6) They are not quiet, it was not relaxing- isn’t that the whole point.7) Looks clean but smells of cigarette smoke. You leave smelling of smoke8) you are not given a full hourWill not be returning- very sad had such high hopes. Save your money

Went in with a gift certificate and they didn’t like that .. it was posted that $40 for a hour foot massage . I told them that’s what I wanted . My gift certificate was for $40. They told me I had to do the 30min one for $40. After arguing for 10 min she said ok . She then told me I had to tip $10 and I had to pay first . Well I already paid for my massage I am not tipping also . So I looked at the time and she didn’t massage me for a hour it was 40 minutes. I didn’t say anything . She said tip I said I have to get money from my husband . So I gave her $8 tip she looked at it and said tip is $10 I told her ya if it was for a hour . 1 you can’t tell me what to tip ! 2. I paid for a hour and didn’t get ! Bad news is I have 2 more gift certificates to that place . They use to be really good nice and friendly. I believe they changed owners .

The owner runs a professional massage shop, and is friendly to her customers. I was impressed with the clean rooms and towels, and the massage was excellent! I have visited other massage shops, and I gave this one 5 stars because of the cleanliness, the excellent massage which loosened the muscles and tightness in my neck and shoulders, and the overall positive experience. Love the warm soothing foot bath while receiving an amazing massage combination! Coming 4 years, male and female expert professional quality for a affordable price. Last time was still in the pandemic a few months back . Wasnt sure if they would take me , But when I arrived the lady who I believe is also the manager assured me in and I could just feel her love radiating through her hands. So I went today which is (09.24.21) and the lady that was working was terribly rude. The one in the front sitting down was the worst person I have ever had, honestly. I asked her for change for a 20 for tip and this lady made me tip more than I was expecting to. She did not want to give me change and said to give my money. I was so mad that I recommend everyone not to go because that person is so rude and doesn’t consider anything or anyone’s feelings

This place was great previously. Recently they lack on giving you a great foot massage. They are extremely pushy when you walk in to get a different service that cost more money.Yesterday we called to book an appointment around noon and they said call back at 630Not sure whyCalled at 630 and they said they were busyThey advertise foot massage but dont want to give you that service.The lady over the phone hesitated twice when I called requesting that service.Avoid at all cost

I went In today they are extremely rude. They do massages really rushed . They want you to forcefully upgrade there service . I tip the lady and she wanted more than the front lady yelled saying more tip. Very bad service I do not recommend.

I had an excellent massage experience with Lilly. She knew my sore muscles and worked on it. The studio was clean and staff polite. I highly recommend Beijing Foot Massage!

Great price. Got the $30 massage and they even used hot stones. Just wish it was a bit more private or quiet. They pull a curtain around your chair of you get the oil put on your back because you have to take off your top clothes. Still very relaxing. They take walk-ins. Wish they played calming music or had aroma therapy.EDIT: On the plus side they replaced their gross old chairs. But I just went back on my birthday for a massage and it turned out more like a torture session. Totally ruined my birthday and Im still in pain many hours later. I decide a male massage therapist would be better because he would have stronger hands but it seemed like he had zero experience. I was writhing in pain and he didnt even ask about the pressure. When I finally spoke up about using less pressure he literally laughed. I was insulted. Normally I have a very high pain tolerance and enjoy my muscles being manipulated rather roughly. However this guy was rubbing bone on bone. Specifically his knuckles on my scapula. So painful I could barely do normal tasks after. He didnt seem like a professional at all! Worst professional massage of my life!

LOVE this place! As a massage therapist I am very picky with the pressure and the way others massage but I have to say, hands down one of the very best massages I have received has been from here. I usually get it from the only guy there, he is awesome with the pressure. Definitely a place to come back to!

The front lady was very unprofessional. She asked for a tip before services and stated the tip must be $10 or higher . WTH!!!!! This place does not need to be on business , Not sure if she was being racist since my skin ok orDon’t look like her . Horrible place !!!

I had one of the best massages here. Im not sure of the ladys name but I told her to concentrate on my back with good pressure and thats exactly what she did. I will be back.

Ive been coming here for over 3 years and it has always been a relaxing experience. Music playing, tranquil vibe and comfy chairs. Always leave refreshed.

If you want a real massage, this is not the right place , theyve got a couple of fake customers to make it look good, actually it wasnt busy at all , youve been warned ,save your money
