Place is great! I got what I needed at a good price and the service is the best. The guy there named george helped me find everything i was looking for and even let me know about their reward system which you can use toward another purchase.

This place was in good standing untill after paying 10.99 for a pipe was charged in the end 22.00 dollars for what i consider a 8.00 pipe single thin glass pipe. I called them but they do not answer . Now i have to call my bank. Its not good business. We agree on a price . The machine shows one price yet u take more money from my account HOW!!!

I only went once. Place kind of made me uncomfortable. My guess is the employees are family. There are like 5 of them, each standing behind the counter, in line with a different isle of the store. Just staring at you like everyone is a shoplifter..

Love the smoke shop. I go here every morning for the past one year. All the employees are very friendly and if they dont have what you want theyre happy to order it for you. If youre the type who likes to be a regular and build Merchant / customer relationships and feel welcomed, this is the place. They take the time to get to know you by name andshoot the breeze with you for a few minutes rather than just take your money and push out the door.

This place is awesome! The friendliest staff in town, great deals and I didnt have to wait until 11am like most shops. Brittney and Laura made sure to walk me through my new kit and let me sample some terrific juice. Go check them out...... you wont be disappointed!

This is my favorite place to spend my money, when it comes to vapes, and juice, oh yeah kratom, and the kratom extract shots! They have a great policy. Ill go myself, sometimes I send my husband, or we go together. They have a large variety of disposable vapes, I love menthol, and whenever Im not sure about something,they are very knowledgeable about mostly all of their products! Also, they have reasonable prices,a large variety in just about whatever you may need at a smoke shop, they will help point you in the right direction,(from popular sales,or personal favorites, they dont just try to hustle you to make a quick buck! They seem pretty honest! Ive been at other shops in the past,that were not as knowledgeable,didnt have large variety, had too high of prices, and low quality products! And were just fast talking hustlers! Ive bought things, that turned out 2 be defective, and other places wont help you, when they know its on them!) Not here though, they are trustworthy, plus theyre down to earth, humble, and laid back with their personalities/attitudes, and 2 me, that is everything! They dont treat me like another dollar, or customer, it feels like friends and family! They are all so nice, and helpful,they keep it 💯!!! I love them all! From the young lady who works days, to the sons,(Sams tha Man!!!)and of course the Dad. He is hilarious! Its also pretty close to my house as well. Love, and peace. ❤ ✌ ☮

These folks have an excellent selection of tobaccos and peripheral supplies. No matter what your preference is, they can help you. They will make special orders for you, and fill them promptly. They only charge .25 cents for a card transaction and this is unheard of in Hesperia. Most other businesses charge upwards of 65 cents. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store itself contains a wide variety of accessories to satisfy your tobacco needs. I wont go anywhere else.If you see poor reviews on this store, you can bet it was a review on the previous owners. This is a whole new enterprise and those reviews from a year ago do not reflect on this new business.

Been in a lot of smoke shops in the area, definitely the best deal on vape, and glass. These guys are real friendly, and sure know their stuff. Ive been here before but I have noticed a whole lot has changed since they changed owners. Definitely telling everybody I know about this place.

Wife purchased an ejuice from them, woman was very friendly and helpful. When we left and was using the ejuice it just exploded all over our front seat and clothes went back not even 5 minutes later to see if we can just exchange it for a new one and the woman was rude and said no you can purchase a new one. Will definitely tell my friends and family never to go there again.

I dont recommend this place if youre going to buy any tobacco products that is not related to vape. They seem to care more about those customers than ones that come in for cigarettes. I walked up to the counter and the employee saw me there but instead of helping me she thought it was more important to attend to custs that havent made up their mind about what theyre going to buy. I was discouraged to find out she was a manager. Maybe the standard for managers have been lowered. I cant even imagine what the standards for a normal employee would be if thats all I can expect out of a manager. I dont think Ill be going there unless its my last resort

I brought a vape pen and told the girl I’m not sure if it was right she told me I could bring it back if not she was there all the time. But when I took it back the next day cause it wasn’t the right one the boss let telling me why I don’t want it. I explained what happened and he wasn’t gonna refund my money so I ended up buying gummies that were $12.99 and I paid $17.99 for the pen I returned he just told me ok. Didn’t refund the difference or anything I will no longer go there no more

Went to this shop today, purchased couple packs of cigs which were higher by .50 then the gas station by the house no big deal. Also purchased an atomizer with 3 bowl coils? for my hookah pen. Get home all excited, put it on my hookah pen the new atomizer on my pen the coils arent heating I grabbed checked all three none would heat. The metal piece that screws onto the pen seemed ok I put in my own I had here & they heated normally. Anyhow I go back to the shop its now a guy I let a couple customers go ahead as I needed a few mins of help me assuming the guy would help me out. Im really friendly the guy is just flat out rude refused to exchange it goes onto defense we dont sell defective products... excuse me? Im the customer right! I argued that he wasnt treating his costumers fair and I would not be back again, to me thats stealing my hard earned money plus my time and gas. I called the cashier an ahole..I go to my car to leave he comes out to write my plate number. .again who does this guy think he is? I tell him sternly to move away from my car he had no reason to come out of the store, he then proceeds to call the cops. .wtf! Im sure by how treated me Im not the first nor will I be the last to call him an ahole! I left uneventfully despite my urge to knock him out wasnt sinking to that level. 25 lost..a serious laugh gained. Buyer beware at this place.
