I’ve been going off and on for about 7 years. Ive had some very good messages and some so, so. I stoped going for a while because someone was bring their child to work and the noise was not relaxing. Nevertheless the price is reasonable. It’s true they do frown if you tip too low. I tip usually tip about $10 and I get a smile. I like a deep tissue message so the pressure is good for me. If it’s to hard I just say ouch and they ease up. My recent message was great! I will definitely continue going.

I usually have an amazing experience here, but last night I had received a couples massage and the girls were horrible. They had their elbows in my back, they didn’t massage the places they were supposed. They just rubbed my man and I down and didn’t massage at all. At the end of the massage they thought they were going to receive a tip because I refused to tip because the service wasn’t right and I had to demonstrate to them how to massage and they still decided to do otherwise. They also followed my man and I to our car and took pictures like we did something wrong all because we refused to tip and the ladies acted like they couldn’t speak English until it was time to tip. These ladies were very distasteful and I’m really upset how they had the audacity to think I would tip for a massage that left me so dissatisfied.

Hard massage which is mmmm not what I expected they didn’t ask for level of massage. I payed and the bill lady started arguing that it’s the law to tip and really really getting aggressive to me the customer. So stay away. They don’t even pay there own employees correctly. This place is aggressive. For men don’t go unless you know you want to just throw money away.

So I decided to do a couples massage here even after reading the below average reviews. The experience was ok and I agree with the reviews. For $50 an hour, I felt like it was a very cheap version of massage envy. The masseuse herself didnt understand the different levels of massages and seemed inexperienced. My husband said his masseuse couldnt handle his large size so her arms would be shaking while trying to massage his back. Both ladies would talk and laugh periodically with each other while doing the massages which did take away from the relaxation of the massage. When they werent talking you could hear spa music playing but someone kept opening and closing doors during the entire process. Also the tables didnt seem very sturdy as they kept creaking and making noises. When we left we smelled food as if someone was eating there food by the entrance and also food was present by the register counter. Overall, this place needs an updated environment. The staff also needs to be better trained on massage skills and could use a class on professionalism.

My wife just finished receiving a partial massage at this place. She chose to stop the massage after about 10 minutes in. Unfortunately she also got the female masseuse that did not speak English and my wife felt man handled. She applied way to much pressure and used no oils. My wife began crying as she was telling me about this. Someone posted about this same problem and they still have not made the necessary change, which tells me they dont care about satisfying their customers. If you havent gone here before, dont chance it. If they dont respond to our reviews, maybe theyll respond to an empty cash register.

Been going here for years, never been disappointed until today. Massages shouldnt hurt. It felt like a 5 year old giving me a massage. Definitely need to look elsewhere. Left thinking what the heck was that

I’ve been coming to this spa for 12 years and I’ve never had a bad massage until today. I practically paid to get oil rubbed on my body, no massage or effort to even eliminate any of my tension. Horrible experience and they refused to give me my money back because they are “only employees” and only offered to give me a “free”20 minute massage when I paid for a whole 60 minutes. Staff had the nerve to laugh and pretend they don’t understand English. I would always tip very well, will not recommend this place.

I went today for the very first time ever. It was the best thing ever. I tipped my masseuse a $20 besides what I had to pay because it was so great! Had my back all tensed up and with knots and she took care of that. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Negative 20 stars!! Most traumatic customer service experience of my life! The massage was amazing and I was planning on coming back until my masseuse humiliated me in the middle of the store. They have a sign behind the counter that basically states anything less than a $30 TIP is unacceptable... a TIP! I was very generous and tipped 20% of my total and the lady had the NERVE to demand for $5 more. I believe you give anyone that does a service for you a tip... but it is not to be expected, let alone demanded... she pointed at the sign behind the counter and asked again for more money... then as I was awkwardly was out she shouted at me that she works hard without a doubt she did, but I tipped her what i thought was fair and should not be badgered for more of my generous money. If they are hurting that bad they should charge more and not humiliate their paying customers for not tipping 30+% tips.

Ive never left a one star review before, but after my experience I had, I have to give it. I will start by saying I used to go to this massage place before covid and never had a problem. I went yesterday, they didnt wanna let me use the atm for whatever reason so I had scrambled in my wallet, had enough to get the massage. So when the massage is over they asked about a tip. I said well I dont have any cash on me and I cant use your atm. The lady sarcastically laughs then shrugs her shoulder and gets upset with me. I have no issue with tipping whatsoever let me make that clear, also tipping is optional not mandatory, so making those gestures made me uncomfortable. Needless to say I will never go back.

I was a little worried when a friend told me this place was only $20, but I decided to go anyways. I am glad I did! It was a fantastic massage and a great price. I was extremely satisfied and will be coming back again. I will also be letting my friends and family know about this great place!

Took us in right away... no waiting (at least for us). Relaxing, but the rooms have open ceilings, so if the lobby foot traffic and talking bothers you, request the rooms further back. The masseuse’s are great. They really know how to get in to those problem areas in your back. Can’t beat the prices.

This place! I love it! I almost feel guilty about how inexpensive their 1-hour foot massage is for the quality. I it make up with a good tip. Did have one less than perfect massage when the masseuse was a smoker and his hands smelled of tobacco. Other than that, of the 10+ times Ive been here, I leave feeling renewed.

Fantastic. I went for my birthday and it was very, very, nice.I got a full-body massage, foot soak and head massage.Twas magnificent. The staff is very friendly and though there is a bit of a language barrier, they accommodate very well. After 10 massages, you get one free (if you get a little customer reward card as you leave). Ill be dragging my fiance` back very soon, Im sure.

Getting shook down for more money isn’t very relaxing. Just charge more if you need it.Makes me wonder if the therapists are getting paid very much in the first place (probably not).Sorry, Super Spa. I used to love you and tipped huge. The new money making method is very tacky and unprofessional.

Very clean, professional & comfortable setting. I had an appt at another place on Main st. They double booked me so I was bumped. I stopped at another, they were busy. I googled a few in the area. I am so grateful I found Nancy at this place. I have tried many in AV & Hesperia. I will always go back here! I am a massage connoisseur. After 11 surgeries, I Need them. Needless to say, this was a blessing. Hopefully Nancy ( her American name) doesnt leave this place.

Contrary to the bad reviews, I had an excellent massage. Friendly and peaceful environment. It was recommended to me and I will gladly recommend it to friends. I will definitely go back.

Really nice place , The Staff is really friendly. I have been coming to this Spa for over a year and i would highly recommend to any body. I am a truck driver , i suffer from lower back pain and ciatic nerve due to long hours of driving and let me tell you. They hit the spot everytime. The prices are really low compare to other places.They very serious when it comes to bussiness no funny stuff. This is a PLUS for me. I hope my review was helpfull in help you choosing, give it a shot . You wont regret it .

Do not go here they cut my massage 15 minutes early. They are so rude just pay a little extra and go to someone professional. While I was getting dressed she came in and started making the room. This place should be shut down

One of the few legit massage places in the High Desert. Fair prices and good massage, but the walls of the rooms don’t go all the way to the ceiling so you can listen to conversations outside and they open your door too often to interrupt your therapist.

Very nice but the inability speak English becomes a serious problem if the masseuse is hurting you. I repeatedly said she was putting too much pressure and she didnt have a clue what I was saying. At one point, she seemed to think I wanted her to put more pressure in an area I said was hurting. I ended up with an actual injury now. Buyer beware.

You cant beat the price. They work hard. But different people came in and out through my massage and that was strange. The rooms are semi-private and when I stood up to get dressed I could almost see over the wall!Not sure if I will go back.

Walking in thinking it was some weird type of cheap spa (sign out front for 20$ massage) After the massage I really felt good! no aches no headache, And it has continued to feel like this for a week, im not one to write reviews but i can honestly say this is a great spa and i will be a returning customer, thanks John and Yuyu!

Friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday in November-they wrote in an expiration date of January and would not honor the expired certificate. California Civil Code Section 1749.5(a). states gift cards and certificates can not have an expiration date or monthly fee.

My mother and I went to this place and the lady at the front was asking for a tip before we even paid. They will force you to tip. We tipped them each $10 and she rudely laughed in our faces and handed the workers their tip while shaking her head. She is extremely rude.

Felt very rushed. Then they informed me their gift certificates are only good for two months. So my gift certificate was expired after 3 months

I just called to ask a few question, and a man picked up the phone soo unprofessionally! I hesitated wondering if I had the right number and asked if it was the Super Spa and he said “Yes what you want” like it was such a bother.... I asked what the massage combo came with and he wouldn’t answer me just keep asking when I’m coming in, when I’m coming in. Wouldn’t spend my money at a place with such a rude employee...

I paid for one hour, and the lady just do 45mns massage.Also she asked for at tip. 👎

This spa is a life-saver! All maseus are amazing, its a very friendly and pleasant place to visit, and their services are so reasonably priced. They take walk-ins and can always squeeze you in.

Super clean, organized, and professional. I am very picky and nervous when trying new places.. hands down I will return again and take my mom. Great place!

Were not open at 7:30 pm, was not happy, really needed help with back pain, will never return. Hours posted say open till 10:00 pm.

Yowza this massage was so gnarly, I think it rearranged my DNA! Any muscle spasms I had in my back were pulverized into submission thats for sure.

I go here all the time. Good place just sometimes they try to keep all your change for their tip.

Very dissatisfied! The technician was very careless and ineffective! It doesn’t even ask you whether you need strength or not! And she was still playing with her phone with her other hand while she was being massaged! Once it comes out, Ill call your store! Maybe it was too late and the call didn’t get through!
