This is one of the best smoke shops , hands down. Dalia and her husband take care of me every time I go, I don’t leave disappointed at all. If you looking for a great smoke shop this is the one, definitely the place !!

If your of certain skin color, my experience with this shop makes it apparent that they have 0 professionalism when providing followup calls. They arent flexible at all but expect you to be overly flexible to make up for their short comings. Obviously overcharged items to take advantage of the locals stay away these people will smile in your face and ignore you for weeks.

Ive been coming here for the last few years and still find them to be the best shop of their kind in the neighborhood. The owners are very friendly and have gotten to know me over the time I have been a customer. They offer fair prices and high quality items for what I am shopping for.They have a huge selection of products (although I only shop for very specific brands myself). When I have a question about an item, I find they can give me a good overview of it as well as some feedback they get from customers. This is not always the case with a lot of smoke shops sadly.One of the other pluses to Hollywood Tobacco? Their hours of operation: 9AM - 3AM everyday. The morning hours are especially convenient for me.Stop by next time you are in downtown Hollywood.

Truthfully to all my smokers ; every single item I buy here is bad . Since it’s so close to home I always give them a chance; I’m the fool . every vape pen I buy down to the torches have broken .. It’s all low quality products.. with high quality prices . There super friendly but no knowledge everything in there store you can find online 50%off

This shop only knows how to sell defective products. Ive bought two fume infinity in the last week and both stopped working less than 24 hours later. Even the gas stations can do better, and so can you my dear reader. Save your money and sanity by not shopping at this store.

I checked the place out a few days before & enjoyed the vibe enough to come back again. This time, I bought some things and it was a great experience! I didn’t have much time but, the staff helped me out immediately. I was able to get quality products & learn some new things.Great products, great people, great vibes 👌🏼

I came in and they claimed i tried to steal before and they would call the cops if i didnt leave right away when that was completey false. this smoke shop is far below average anyways. if your reading this and are looking for a good smoke shop to go to, there are plenty of other great smoke shops in the area. i seriously recommend you take your money, and buisness elsewhere. this place is not worth the time of day. try flower power smoke shop on hollywood boulevard or area 51 on dixie hwy. both are fairly close, have way better quality and more reliable products and is highly recommended

This place sucks. They over-price all of their products and the manager is never there. Haikel(the manager), doesn’t help with customer service, and he sits in the back on his phone, not paying attention. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

After you purchase a $15 cigar, you would expect this place to let you use a lighter to light it up right? WRONG! They want you to buy one. This is ridiculous. With so many places to go around here, why would you lose a customer over lending a lighter?

We spent a week in Florida and this was the only place we received such a great vibe and customer service. We came here our last night and it made a rough week end on a good note. The guy Cisco there was great, thats really why I came to write this review. Very informative and answered our groups million questions. Satisfied with all the products we bought as well, spent about 200$. We hung out here awhile, great energy.

Customer service sucksBought Fume, stepped out from the shop, in 5 min it stoped working properly.This 1 in 20 cases happen with Fume. Came back in 10 minutes, asked for exchange (showing that this piece doesn’t work) and was asked to come back in a couple of hours to exchange when an owner is back.Not recommend, never come back

I spent $104.83 at 2002 Hollywood Blvd (Hollywood Tobacco) on February 22nd.Everything this guy sold me was faulty! Nothing works! When I approached him for a refund, he was very aggressive and offered me a replacement for all the faulty things he sold me. Unfortunately everything he gave me as replacement is broken too! From his vape pen to his cartridges ...Since that day, I have been to the shop twice trying to look for him so I can get my money back. I have left my business cards, phone number and name in two separate occasions.One of his employees told me this:“He doesn’t care, he is not gonna call you”This place is a SCAM! Stay away.***Edit after response: You reimbursed me? You gave me two new items that don’t work! Why haven’t you called me back? Why can’t you face your customers when you steal from them? Give me a date and time, I will bring your faulty things with a camera so we can show people how you treat your new costumers.Hope you last longer than a year in Hollywood. Good luck.

DO NOT GO HERE I wish I can give this place a lower review I’ve been in Hollywood for awhile and I’ve never had a problem returning a stig that DID NOT WORK I came back literally 12 hrs after I purchased a product that did not work and owner himself wanted to pretend he didn’t recognize me after I told him he sold me a product that was insufficient I didn’t even want my money back (mind you it was only 10$) just to get the same product (a FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT) that I bought already and instead he completely disregarded it and continued to argue aggressively at the end of the day all I wanted was a decent purchase and he told me not to come back, just lost a valued customer who wouldn’t want to be screamed at for shopping at this store!

Would get 5 stars except for the fact online says your open 24/7 when I came in this morning at 7:30 am you guys were closed. Other times you guys have been closed when I stop by during the day. Please give your customers the correct information so we walk out with the best experience thank you!

Just purchased Aspire vape from Cisco, And definitely made the right choice. Took me through the options, help me set it up, and pick out the best juice. No complaints at all! Premium service. Will be back

Horrible experience. The guy who was here when I came just to check it out was awesome. When I came back the next morning some lady was there and gave me horrible service. Had an attitude and definitely an odd vibe. Just left and will come back at night

Hey what a cool place. Even walked out after buying my cigarettes without getting change. When i realized it and went back right away that new chill guy was like....i got you...sorry bout that...Even tho it was my fault. They have a bunch of stuff every smoker may need. And hookahs. Although they need a better decorator to appeal to any bohemiam...so far i like it for a smile and a quick buy. 💕

Cisco is by far the greatest last 2 times I came it was not such a good experience Some girl and some light skin guy didn’t know anything that they were talking about I was trying to buy a hookah for the business and they were not very informative.

Great place, I went there rounding 6pm and the guy working there helped me greatly with an issue I had with a pen. I recommend this place both for its products as their service.

Called ahead of time to ask specifically if they had Vibes cones which they said they did have. Drove over 30 minutes to get there just to be told that they don’t have. What’s the point of having a phone.

Best downtown rate for CBD:strictly my market reasoning.especially due to compartmentalisation.room for improvement in cig market.very strict with local courtesies.best deal: smoke-lounge time

Well my only complain is if you are open till 3am say that you are open till 3am don’t post 24 hours open if am going to show up and see that it’s not 24/7 what a waste of time and gas

This place is not 24 hours. If you are advertising your business as being open “24 hours” then make sure it’s open 24/7. Drove 20 minutes just to see a closed sign.
