Rooftop Resort

4 stars for being a great location, great service and great people on the day we visited via day pass. I can not review rooms as we are locals and did not stay. The lack of the fifth star is ONLY because after paying $80 to enter the property the music shut down at 4:40 pm and that was a major buzzkill. Id highly recommend a DJ or more than one speaker on the patio but maybe past experiences keep that option at bay, I dont know. We felt the location was clean, sanitary and the service of everyone was as expected. Security was nice and we were greeted with only smiles and treated with kindness and respect. We are happy to go back but would love to see the party go until at least sunset for day pass holders at the rate of $80 per couple. Once again, lacking one more star because of the high price to only have the pool start shutting down so early.

There were a lot of single guys wandering around staring. A regular told us it was a good crowd for a Saturday, and there were barely 10 couples all night. The play rooms were available, but when we wandered in, single guys would congregate at the door, hoping for a show. Was not impressed. If its like this all of the time, I do not recommend.

We went for the obvious reasons. We were pleased with the 3-star rated room and even got a suite with a swing and bench. The pool on the roof was nice and we met some nice people. We went to the night party and there were too many single, local men. So many weird single guys that it felt unsafe. The music was very, very loud and not that good. They continued the music well past the party which made sleep difficult. Great location - we enjoyed the beach. The resort was clean and maintained for what it is.

Absolutely terrible experience! Rooms were old, bathrooms had mold, and staff was incredibly rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Friday night and less than 10 people there. Day visitors were kicked out at 4:45, although they paid until 5. They were told the staff couldnt leave until they did. Staff was banging on doors and threatening to get keys at this time to get them out of rooms. Guests were treated like they were an inconvenience. We will never be back. If you are considering this place, skip it.

Wasn’t as bad as what we had heard. Pretty laid back but we were only there during the day to lay out by the pool. The bartender was great and the lady making lunch on the grill was pretty cool. They had sausages, hot dogs, Kabasa, and burgers. We may go back again. During the week it’s half the price of the weekend for a day pass and then if you’re going to stay for the party later that night it’s another $80 on the weekend.

My wife and i went for a day trip and had a great time. We did the rooftop for the day. For the money its cheaper then renting lounge chairs at a beach today. So you get a great value. It was clean the guest where totally nude and i would say definitely a turn on. The lounge chairs where very nice, the pool was very nice looking and overall the rooftop was a great time. If you are looking to just have fun in life give it a try, you can make it as fun as you and your wife want to make it.

For what is worth, it was a great hook up place, but the staff at times were rude. The place was considerable clean until the staff left at 10 PM. Trying to get in after 10 PM is impossible unless you have someone in the inside to let you in. All cash transactions for day-membership is outrageous but understandable for those wanting to keep a low profile. Havent been there in quite a while, but the few events they had and I was able to attend were entertaining. Definitely not a place to take kids due to the live action on the second floor and the pool area, in occasions.

We stayed in this hotel many times, the service between declining over the years but this past weekend just made me give up on ever stay here again.We arrived late Friday, 9:30 pm, there was a lock box for us, but come to find out that there is no one to welcome you or help you in the entire hotel if there is a problem, god help you if you get locked out. There was nothing going on, there 4 guests in total at the hotel, and my wife and I were 2 of them, we had fun regardless by our selfs, but thats not what you expect for this type of hotel, there wasnt even a security guard or cleaning crew.Around 3 am we went to the pool, I realized that I left my keys and cellphone in the room and almost had a panic attack with the realization we had no clothes, phone or anyone to help us, I rushed to the room already thinking I may have to wake up one of the other 2 guests to ask for help, luckily I was able to open the door. Saturday was a bit more fun when a few more guests arrived and some non guests got day passes, the bar woman was wonderful, best experience of this trip not tanks to the management, she was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. With that being said here comes the ugly part: at no point of the entire day the pool deck had more than 30 people, around 3 pm security started harassing people that payed for day passes to leave, mind you there was only 10 rooms occupied in the entire hotel and if those people leave we would again be in a situation where us as guests, and Im referring to all guests would be left in a empty resort with not much to do, all guests started pleading for them to not kick people out and let them stay till the end of the day, and when I saykicking people out is not an expression, security was being very rude and aggressive telling people to leave, but then one of the guests brings up a point that put an stop at that, a very well spoken black man to leave, but none of the other white day passes people there were there, they actually confronted us, even though I had my room keys hanging around my neck, after that they decided out of the goodness of their heart to let them stay until the sunset. We where so upset that we decided not to stay for the evening event they had a night out, upon our return, around 2 am, we met with the other guests and night passes people around the pool, again there was no even 20 people there, by then we all knew that they were about to ask for the night pass people to leave, but again we were confronted by the same security person, demanding to see our keys and trying to kick all people out,they went even further after we showed our keys and warned us that we were not allowed to hide people in our room. After that, they all left, hotel staff and security included and we were left to fend for themselves with a empty hotel.In the morning we woke up late, 10:30, my wife was still asleep and I was aware of the 11 am checkout time so I rushed to the reception and spoke to the manager, asking if was possible to to a late checkout because we still had to pack our stuff, he then asked me how much time and I said, maybe an hour, he then said: you have 2 options, pay a $100 each for the day passes and stay until 3 or $150 each to extend our stay until 6. I explain to him that I only need maybe 30 minutes to an hour max, there was nobody in the hotel and I just need to pack, he then said, maybe if you leave by 11:15 it would be okay, I thought about just paying the extra $100 and be done with it, but I knew it would upset my wife, we payed a lot money for the weekend, it was very expensive and we could stay in one of the 4 or 5 stars resorts ON THE BEACH do the same price. We had a great time, but not thanks to them and Im not about to give them any more of my money.We are very sad, its the only hotel of that kind in South Florida, they cant get people to book rooms and now we know why. Im looking for other options because I dont think they can stay open for long nor do I want to comeback.

I paid almost $1,000 for two nights dont be fooled by the $300 a day they have a hotel fee of $150 on top of that, the rooms are so outdated they look like a cheap motel they dont even have a place to connect your chargers.beds are very uncomfortable everything else was amazing the pools heated they have a club in the weekends thats fun however they do have a lot of playrooms that are very nice and fun I did not even sleep in that hotel though

Was pleasantly surprised with Rooftop. After hearing reviews we were a little skeptical, but glad we went. Hotel rooms are older but very clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Pool area was crowded (in a good way) with much more attractive people than other places we have stayed at. Play areas are clean and well equipped. We came on a motorcycle so the covered parking for hotel guests was a plus. Our only complaint is the nightclub is smack dab in the middle of the hotel so there is super loud music Saturday until 3am which makes it impossible to sleep. This probably isn’t a problem for most who will frequent this kind of hotel. We will definitely be back.

Worked here some years ago.. Robert and Jill is the best.. was a very exciting place. Nice people. Only give 5 stars cause if Robert hes a great boss… and Jill was a great co worker

Great for what it is. Do your research on themes and weather. BYOB, especially liquor (no sales near beach!).

We have stayed here many times and have enjoyed our stay until this time. We were told when we called to book a reservation that they were booked solid and only had one room vacant. We were there Tuesday through Friday and there were less than 15 rooms booked the whole time. We had to stay in the more expensive rooms on the second floor and therefore got little sleep. We left our towels at the pool one afternoon to go to dinner and when we got back a few hours later our towels and towel clips were gone. Management took our stuff but left a dozen other towels on chairs. To far to drive for a bad experience.

This place unfortunately doesnt meet the hipe. We was invited to this place to do a review of it and heres the pros & consPros: very clean, nice pool, play rooms was ok.Cons: the biggest one very few people, so so music.Over all my prediction is this place will close not because its a bad place but because its beside another high rise that can see whats going on and they are officially making complaints.

Very strange crowd even for a swinger party. Or more like no crowd at all. A few people that were there didn’t want to socialize. Not conversation was possible. May be 15 people total just sat. Couples talked to each other or not at all. A few men were just sitting silently. Nothing was happening. The playrooms were empty.

This is a second time going I still enjoy the vibe! I am super glad that more of a younger crowd is coming out to enjoy and party. Its an experience to have if your out with your partner or so. They updated the look a little bit which is really nice to see. And the elevator still takes a while to get up and Down. Other then that the DJ was playing lots of oldies not to too much to dance with with. All lots of fun to participate! And its byob i love that especially!

Hadnt been to the RR since 2005. Decided to reintroduce myself. Lots of changes and upgrades. Not as seedy as it used to be and its a lot cleaner. My only complaint was the cash fee off $100. I showed up at 430 and they close at 6. Should have a prorated fee. All in all a good place to visit.

The staff was so friendly and over the top to help you will anything from where the best food, store and what ever!!! The rooms was VERY clean and the cleaning ladys did a great job cleaning it ever day we was their!!!! The bartenders was very nice and friendly. All the guest their was just as friendly and they was beautiful!!!! We loved the pool area and the fact u could lay out topless or nude if u wanted to. We enjoyed it so much we still have one night left on this trip and we already talking about coming back!!! The cost is on the high side but with the over all experience of the resort and its staff its worth it. We will be back!!!!!

It was so cool swimming on the rooftop & seeing the view of Ocean Drive! It was comfortable swimming & tanning naked!! Checked out the playroom no action going on in their lmao😂😂😂! Nice to play music while swimming at the pool! I would come back again! If you like to be naked than this is the place for you😉!

So Had issues with flying down from Michigan, unfortunately I had called 1 day to late to cancel my reservation unfortunately he told he couldnt beause that their policy but i could change the date no issue..I tried to called to change dates at least the new girl told me NO NO.( I CANT BOOKED THAT ROOM AGAIN) SO I LOST $430. And I have rented here many times before. Please be very careful when booking I understand life happens. But I did pay full price for the kinkys room to surprise for my husband celebrating 12yrs. So be ⚠️. And yeah she didnt care. It was more about renting that room. And how she couldnt booked again. So yea. Happy Saturday everyone. Happy fudging. 😊

This place is unbelievable, the single men that go there are too much. My wife felt very uncomfortable . This was our first experience there and we will not be back.

Had a blast on Sunday. DJ was playing fun music. Great crowd showed up. Got to experience some of the rooms below. Nice and clean. Will go again.

The past reviews are pretty much spot one. Most of the staff is awesome. One young security guy James. Can use some. training in better customer service.. Upgraded room were clean beds comfortable. Yes the music is loud in the rooms but if you bring a cheap white noise machine it solves that problemPlace can use alot paint but overall it was a fun experience..We would return if in area again..Caliper of singles guys can definitely use better qualityFew creepier around after we said no thanks...if your looking for high class resort.n models. Go elsewhere n let us know..

This is an adult only hotel. It is swinger oriented and clothing optional.As far as the hotel goes, the rooms are nice and they have done a lot of updating throughout the hotel since the last time we were here. The beds...you will wake up in knots, they suck!As far as the resort aspect of the place, they should just call it a hotel, this place is nothing more than that. There are no activities, no resort amenities, just a room and a pool and a million and one rules. No guest allowed unless they pay their $40 for a day pass and they are kicked out at 5pm sharp-no ifs, ands or buts. Then all of the staff leaves and you are on your own. There are very few people here and the pool deck is always empty. They do have a party on Saturday nights, but that is the extent of it.We will probably not stay here again.

Came here with my cousin, did not do a lot of research, unfortunatley, saw the price and that there was a club in the place and booked it. The entire place is nude, not just the rooftop. Club on second floor along with Play rooms for couples or singles or multiples of ten. If you like to share and be naked this is the place for you. If not, look else where! Gave it 4 stars because it wasnt actually bad other than the naked people.

I stayed there four nights, Thursday through Sunday. If you need to get to sleep before 2 or 3 AM and cant sleep with loud, reverberating music, then this isnt the place for you. All the rooms open onto the party courtyard and the music is really, really, really loud.There is plenty of nudity at the pool so if that is your thing, it is good. There is a moderate amount of sex in the play rooms and if you like to watch, that it good. If you have a partner and like to be watched, that is good. I observed minimal swapping between couples and very little allowing of participation by single males. If you are a single mail and like to masturbate while watching others, this is the place for you. The 3 or 4 single males that did get to participate were really hung, so measure your chances accordingly.The rooms were pretty much two star. Clean but basic. The part about getting the bottom of your feet black is absolutely true. At first I thought it was just from the darker tile on the pool and party room floors, but one evening after taking a shower, all I did was walk around my room barefoot and I ended up with black bottom feet.Was it a worthwhile visit? Yes. Would I go again alone; probably not. I would likely spend less money for a better room and seek lust in other clubs, massage places, or adult theaters.

Amazing Place.Robert on the Front Desk gave me an excellent and professional customer service.Rooms are clean,one block away from the beach. Pool is really Clean and Great place for tanning.Will come back for sure.

We love this place. We had a group of friends all come for a 50th bday party and it was just perfect. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The property is well cared for and clean it’s the perfect venue for a gathering or to meet new people. What a fantastic place.

Most friendly environment I have ever dealt with. The staff was amazing...especially Robert. Everyone makes you feel at home and welcomes you. I will be staying here again. Best resort me and my wife have ever stayed at. Already planning our next trip thanks to Robert. Go to thos resort and you will find happiness and pleasure

UPDATE: I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE UNDER THE CURRENT OWNERS/MANAGEMENTThey were extremely rude and disrespectful to me personally and have instituted an out-right transphobic pricing policy. Without posting a change to their entrance costs, they refused to accept my boyfriend and I as a couple and were demanding that we each pay their single male rate ($60) rather than their couple fee of ($40). They asked to see the gender marker on my ID though theyve never asked to see my ID before and Ive been here with my boyfriend multiple times and we were charged as a couple every time until now. This was my fourth and final visit here. Despite living in Florida my whole life, Ive yet to experience such a plain instance of discrimination and rudeness like this. If youre LGBT or not, I dont recommend coming here any longer. OK first I stay in high end hotels & knew what flair would be here but man this place is in need of repair.Maid service good. 1st glance the room was average but clean...motel ish. Truthfully creeped me out the run down facility. There was no working fire alarm although hard wired & without battery - so considerably against fire rules or safety considered there is smoking on pool roof. Light from interior streams into your room all night from picture window. The bed if you lead on end was not supported so come off frame at headboard not to mention quality gives non work out people a back ache. Door not flush in frame so all light, air, at can come in. Motel 1960s 101. Constant slamming of doors & a elevator that is so slow or unsafe you are better having the stairs to exercise.Activity rooms seemed OK but there is one with a closed door and cushions are torn as well as items [ you do not want to touch] left on furniture or floor 2 days we saw. I understand events are good however I recommend another hotel to sleep.We were locked out the 1st night we had to call 6x unfortunately it was 2am. Only to be told how to use a 1940 lock box that we have never seen and did not know face came off of it...if we hadnt had kept messing with it by accident figured it out n got the key after 40 minutes we were told no one would come which meant a night in our car until after 10am. Huge disappointment 1st day for price of what Ive spent at high end resorts. 1 staff member a blond man was an incredible person to deal with..thank you.Some people we met were incredible since this was our 1st time to cross the line. For someone who does travel nonstop I can only suggest coming here but not staying over. One blond security guard seemed to be a follower so almost had to explain I am not the person...definitely interesting & I understand my qualifications/quality level are higher but for a 1st time experience I was looking for other opportunities. Too bad because I chose to be informed prior to the experience but clearly I have more travel knowledge/construction smarts & level of what is deserved for cost.Take it for what you decide are quality choices.

Not sure where to start. Potential is there. Management is letting it go to waste. Pay a premium to stay at a place that during the day has a pool upstairs that, well ok you can lay nude by. During the night nothing! No activities. Minimal guest. So you might think ahhhh we will invite a friend over and hangout, NOPE not allowed. The place is a ghost town after 5pm no staff no security NO-ONE! Just emptiness. I don’t know about you but paying $250+ a night to be alone in a hotel is not very alluring. We learned the hard way not to ever waste or money there again. We travel the world seeing vanilla and lifestyle places alike and this by far is the bottom of the barrel. Spend your money wisely, stay at a nice hotel, goto Haulover, hit up a club or house party. You will have a fantastic time and be glad you did. Still curious about it get an overpriced day and see what I am taking about for yourself. (Photos taken at 7pm Friday night not a soul)

This is a great place to hang out on a day pass! The staff is very friendly the people are great and social. The other comments on here from the single guys saying it was boring and anti social must be CRAZY! I’ll admit that you won’t hook up every time, there are people from all walks of life and age groups! My wife and I always have a good time! They even have a little bbq on weekends!

Modest accommodations in a perfect location. Very loud in the rooms on party nights. People are typically very friendly, and front desk staff have been there for years. Nice rooftop pool to lay out naked. Playrooms are not always clean so flip flops and a towel highly recommended

Place was Good. There was like 3 couples i came on a tuesday day pass.Me and my wife went to the playroom and the maintenance guy was just walking around not doing anything but lurking. When we were in the pool area he just sat on the side staring doing nothing. When we went down to the playroom he followed to just move chairs around lurking inside and than forbid us from going inside the couples playroom saying there was glass broken. My wife doesn’t mind other couples around or looking at us but not a full clothes Maintance man just staring for his own pleasure. Not Cool !Not cool we enjoyed the pool but couldn’t enjoy the playrooms.I don’t know if we will be back. Paid $40 a day pass for nothing.

The rooms were ok, the playrooms were not great. We went during week to get feel for it. The day pass people were ok except for single guys, and some did not have any respect and were sneaky about things. The pool was best part. The rooms are way overpriced for what they are. The staff was friendky and addresswd single male issues right away. I woukd bot go back to stay, but would do a party

Pricey rate but cozy spot for the open minded. First visit was one day pass. Elevator not work. Mini buffet. Tacos I think. A few play rooms in each floor. The Rooftop Pool is average. This place looks like the pics. Second visit we stayed one night due to the prices. Parking was limited. This hotel is basically an enclosed square with a party area in the center that all guests can view from there front door or by standing alongside the railing. all rooms have huge picture windows facing the courtyard. You have option too leave the blinds Open or closed to be seen or see the activities outside your room. Nothing fancy but above average and carefully designed for maximum efficiency. One night set us back over 200.

Super boring. I guess it would be different if youre a couple, but they treat singles like dirt.I came together with a couple and there are absolutely no perks. $100.00 entry fee, must be out by 3am, and people are super anti-social.Guess I had my fun, but Im never coming to this place again...

Staff is great! Very helpful and considerate. Rooms are not 5 star but clean and comfortable. Lunch is supplied on the rooftop on weekends and is great. The pool is wonderful. The location is great - a short block from the beach, across the street from the intercoastal, within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars. The boardwalk in Hollywood is great for walking and people watching. We met lots of great people up at the pool and really had a wonderful time.

Best swinger hotel in the United States. Always have a blast. Best BBC here. The hot huts are nice.

The gf and I stopped by last Sunday. I thought the place looked great. They had a Halloween party the night before, so it was very scary... Lol... The pool was very nice and clean. Id guess that the deck was about 3/4 full. It was much busier than I expected, after reading many rewiews. The people were fun and friendly. We didnt participate as we were more than a little tired from Fantasy Fest in the Keys the night before and a long drive up. People were playing in the playrooms. Very exciting to see... Lol.. The room was nice and clean and the bed kingsized and very comfortable. All in all, we loved it and look forward to making The RoofTop Resort a future destination.

Me and my wife had a ball, its an older resort but the experience was amazing, definitely relax by the pool side naked and its always fun being around LifeStyle like minded ppl

I had to cancel my reservation because the event in Ft. Lauderdale I planned to attend was canceled due to the Chinese Wuhan Flu. I understand the no refund because that is very clearly their policy. BUT when I attempted to have a friend who lives locally use the already paid for room in my place, the manager told me emphatically NO. When I asked why, the response was we dont do that. Brutally customer unfriendly !!!!!!

Didnt stay at the Hotel, my wife and I purchased the evening pass, which Starts at 8pm. NO MEMBER FEE for the party area which is awesome, unlike other clubs in the area. The hotel is dated, but the pool area is awesome, which is on the top of the hotel. The DJ start at 9pm with excellent music. Mixed croud, which ranges in age. Met a beautiful couple in the party area, that turned into a wonderful evening and now a good friendship. We Drefinitely would go back for the pool and party. Staff is very helpful

Some aspects of Rooftop were downright upsetting, and other things were amazingly cool.Registration: To reserve online, you pay a deposit automatically via a web form. If you skip the CC field, your form is discarded. At checkin, you pay for the whole stay up front, sight unseen.Layout/Noise: When I read “unique courtyard setup,” I pictured a grassy courtyard surrounded by rooms. Actually the courtyard is the club. As a result, loud club music, laser lights, fog machines and cigarette smoke from the bar are RIGHT OUTSIDE your door/window. They turn off the music at 3a on weekends, but if you want to go to bed before that, good luck. Each morning they turn on music at the pool. It’s not as loud as the club music, but I could plainly hear all of the lyrics with the doors and windows closed. There is no peace and quiet here. If you want to have fun but retreat to your room for a break, you will not get a break at the Rooftop.The room itself: Everything had a fresh coat of paint, the furniture was modern and pretty classy, and we had a little kitchenette with cabinets, a sink, microwave and mini-fridge. Our room had a HUGE floor-to-ceiling window right next to the bed, which I loved. Unless the curtains were drawn, anyone in the hotel could see in. But compared to a $212 room at a normal hotel, it was terrible. The tub finish was worn off in places, the tub didn’t drain well, there was no exhaust fan in bathroom, and the bathroom window frame was broken.Additional Value: Locals can buy a day pass or party pass. These are included if you have a room. A pass gives access to the rooftop pool as well as the club areas downstairs. There was often free food provided at the pool. We are health conscious, so we didn’t eat the hotel food. If you stay in the hotel the whole time and eat their food, it would be a good deal and convenient.Free Parking: We did come and go frequently, for dining and workouts. (There’s no fitness center at the hotel.) We had to move parking cones each time we came and went. A parking gate with a keycard would have been nicer.Safety: Single men are allowed, which sets up a strange dynamic. At any time of day or night, there might be men looking into the windows of rooms or lurking on the stairs. This was OK at the beginning of our stay, when there were plenty of couples. During the week there were fewer guests and the single men seemed scarier. There didn’t seem to be any hotel staff on-site overnight. That felt a little fun, like we were in a swinger hotel with no staff, so hey! Anything goes! On the other hand, who wants to be in a nudist/swinger hotel with no staff?! At one point my partner and I were in bed after dark, in front of the huge window, watching an animated film. NOT porn. There was a man standing outside the window, watching us. If we had been doing something sexy, that would have been exhibitionism. But we were watching a kids’ movie in bed; so it was just creepy.Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough. The problems with cleanliness came up in the common areas after the weekend, when people would come during the day or night and use the club, but there was no staff to clean up. Certainly people should clean up after themselves, but it’s gross to see used condoms on the floor for several hours.Club: The club, play areas and sauna were well-equipped and clean during parties. There is no sexual play allowed in the rooftop pool area but they do have a playroom on the roof. The best playroom in the place, which is reserved for couples and ladies, has a door that can’t be propped open and a window with a curtain. This made it less likely that couples would enter. We tried opening the curtain to encourage more couples, but the bartenders asked the staff to close it because they could see in from the bar. (!?) We met some fun, attractive couples and singles. There were a fair amount of older people, as well as people who were not fit. All were open-minded and friendly. (Review shortened for character length restriction.)

This Hotel is an old smelling Raunchy MOTEL!! Our bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The sheets looked questionable. Please dont get caught up with the photos that they are falsely advertising. It was an experience.. But never again

The hotel has a lot of potential for more and bigger venues, but is needing some updates, landscape and some details. Also make firm policy on single men during couples and ladies night regardless if they can pay more on that night.. staff is very nice and security is always on point with guess safety👍

We have Been going to Rooftop for about three Years. In the last year they have done a lot of upgrades to the Resort. We are very Happy with all the changes and upgrades that have been done so far. With Room Upgrades, Couple Playrooms and Now a Playroom up by the Pool. Excited for the Future. Highly Recommend!

We visited the Rooftop for the second year from July 30-August 2. We really enjoy the opportunity to lay out and nude sunbathe then jump in the pool to cool off. We met some very nice people there. As with any lifestyle club, you have single guys voyeuring on the couples. We went to the Flirts party on Thursday night. There were a lot of people at the event, many very good looking. We went up to the pool deck and went skinny dipping then played on the pool deck. There were many couples up there playing and it was very fun. We hope to go back again. We hear that it is much more crowded in November...crowds mean variety...LOL

Friendly staff. A great group of people stay here. J and S were great to hang out with.

Older place. Clothing optional, but caters to swingers. There is no sexual play allowed on roof (per the law) so just like a nudist club up there save one small enclosed room in the corner. Note that there is a new high rise that can see on to the rooftop. Play area is downstairs on second floor. Pool is saltwater and nice. Plenty of chairs and covering. Parking included when there is room. Went for day pass twice. Never saw inside of rooms. Will be coming back.

Very dated. With a little $ and effort this could be shabby chic. It is clean and accommodating. BYOB bartender (female, blond very sweet) took the time to explain the place and make it more comfortable. Hope to go again some day.

We had an absolute great time, from the helpful front desk (Robert) to the cleaning lady the staff was friendly and professional. didnt know what to expect because of all the reviews here but at the end we had to see for ourselves and so glad we did, the rooms are nice and clean, the single guys walking around are respectful and not pushy, the breakfast was better than expected (but who really is going to criticize the free breakfast) the pool was clean and the grilling by Alfredo was more than ok it was good, music was loud but the idea is to party so we didnt mind at all and is turned off at a reasonable time. We will stay here again for sure and recommended to all couples young and mature.PS: did we mention we got lucky with 4 couples and a pair of single bi girls?(yesss single bi girls)

Had a reservation for tonight. Got stuck in PR due to flight cancellations. I called to inform them I wasnt coming. Without hesitation the guy said too bad cant do anything about that now. Not even oh sorry maybe I can give you a credit for another time. NOTHING. Id expect that from a cheaper hotel. But at almost 200 a night. That was just plain rude. Can you say I will NEVER be back ?? Yes you can. Horrible customer service. Remember without customers you are out of business.

I was a regular at the rooftop my wife and I loved the place. As a retired club bouncer I noticed that on Friday and Saturday one security guard was selling drugs to the guests. I felt that I should share this with the manager Robert, he acted as if he was surprised. A couple of weeks later I was banned from the club, they fabricated a false incident report. I then addressed it to the general manager and he said that he would look into it (Brian ) bottom line they are and have always been aware of the drug sales so Im still banned. I wonder if the owner Paul Galluccio knows?

Great lifestyle resort, loved the playrooms and pool, not so great overnight hotel. AC made noise all night, TV left on in ajoining room and bed slept hard. Breakfast just pastries. Will come back to play only.

My wife and I went for a day visit. Lots of fun , staff was very nice and helpful. Could use some new chase lounge chairs. Fun place.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean, reasonably priced and we met some really nice people. The location is close to restaurants and other entertainment. We will definitely return.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at the front desk I am looking to visit here and want to details about a specific thing from the front desk themselves and also since the pool and roof deck are now closed due to maintenance I wanted details on what else there was to do so if I cant get a hold of a person how is that customer service? This looks horrible for you as a company.

Just wasnt feeling this place as a good vibe, a couples and single lady nights as advertised and there was quite a few single guys. No customer service at all and I didnt see any security..my thoughts and impressions. Hope it gets better

I was sexually assaulted, while pinned in an elevator. I talked to security and they helped look for the guy but when I talked to someone who claimed to be the mngr (even though he wasnt) he just asked me how did you get back in? When someone had let me back in. He didnt listen to a word I had to say. And then i came back after that and that same manager walked into the room and said are we gonna have a problem? I talked to the actual mngr and I really got no feeling that he was gonna take care of this either. Just be careful if you go here...if something happens there is nobody that works there that will actually care.

Travel reviews are becoming valueless as they either glow with only positive reports or completely trash a place, and very few places deserve either extreme. Hopefully I can provide a balanced view.Rooftop Resort is a clothing-optional hotel laid out in a rectangle with a central atrium. There is a BYOB wet bar and lounge area on the second level with a view up the atrium to the sky. On the rooftop is a medium size pool and sunbathing deck with music piped in from XM satellite radio. Sometimes the music can be a bit loud, but once you get into a conversation with other guests it doesnt seem to matter much.The rooftop deck has about 30 lounge chairs, most with cushions. The cushions can sometimes be a nuisance to get them to stay put on the loungers, but they are comfortable. Almost everyone enjoys the nude option, men and women both, which makes it very comfortable so nobody feels out of place. Just keep applying that sunscreen if you stay the whole day up there because there are few opportunities for shade on the roof. You could relax down in the atrium for a break from the sun.Almost everyone goes to Rooftop for the same thing and behave like adults so there are very few problems that I know of and I have never witnessed any myself. Its like any social place, nobodys perfect but most people are considerate and friendly. If you need to be primped in the lap of luxury this is not the place for you, but if you enjoy the company of friendly, like-minded people then you should enjoy a visit here. Im a local and I enjoy an afternoon at Rooftop every now and then.

Pleasently surprised with the improvement to the property, the new playing rooms, the new sofa area, the alternative at the roof and the new disc jockeys. Rooms improvement nice. Only need some spice at rooms tv.
