Great customer service, Nice layout. But I had my Mod for 11 days and its starting to go out already I was sold a defective product. But theres always one in the batch thats bad so hopefully they can make it right for me.

This place is rad! Great selection of juice and the staff are uber knowledgeable about vaping, and everything that goes along with it.They absolutely helped me quit smoking cigarettes.Alternative Vapors is my only vape shop.

If I could give this place a zero I certainly would. The management is the absolute worse and the prices are insure for wholesale prices at like 5 bucks. Ridiculous they don’t care for their customers no good service just money fiends and aggressively rude fake manager that will rip you off. Stay away and go to epic vapors just up the street for much better costs and beyond exceptional customer service with an outstanding manager. No more money to alternatives l. Save your self some trouble and go to epic vapors up the rod way better selection and above all good peeps and genuine will return a defective vape anytime. Place should be rated at a zero and peope saying they have an amazing selection clearly haven’t been elsewhere the selection here is garbage and still selling discontinued products Ann’shave so many fakes

Very nice and down-to-earth staff. Wide variety of inventory, they have everything you could possibly need. Environment is top notch as well as the large availability of juice / e-liquid. Every time I leave their shop, it is always a positive experience. Will be going there for the years to come! AAA 5/5 STARS!

Extensive variety of vape rigs and juices with knowledgeable and very friendly staff to assist you with your choices. Plus 2 of the cutest shop mascot dogs Ive ever seen. 😅Will definitely be returning.

Went in to buy a new mod bc my Alien 220 crapped out. They were very helpful and found me something else and let me try it out with my own tank and batteries. Even got a very reasonable price. They also had a very wide selection of e juice with lots on sale. I will definately go back next time Im in Houma.

I am from out of town and was here, on business. I visited four vape shops, in the Houma area...They had dogs, running loose,in the shop. I am not too sure, that the dogs should be running loose, in a business. The owner/manager was just lounging on a couch and didnt really seem to be that involved, in sales. Poor customer service...or bad people skills ??? I am not sure...The guy that did help me seemed pretty knowledgeable...IMHO, this is the 2nd best vape shop in town...right behind Salty Dog Vapor.

The owner is always helpful extremely kind and alway has a smile on his face when he greets his customers! Love that he has his tiny squad ( cute doggos) to also greet customers!

Probably the best selection in houma. Their juice selection is is great and they have a great house line as well. Hardware is ok. However im a bit bias in saying that since im obsessed with RTAs and they have limited stock in RTAs. Over a great shop.

Prices are extremely high, 100% markup on some items when compared to online and the owner was very snobbish when asked about a product line. After a little rain, the parking lot turns into a pool. Have your boots with you. I will never shop here again.

Regularly closes early, been two this location a few times however their posted time on location is it misrepresents what hours someone will be there.Consider there their business name as a suggestion from them to find an alternative location to get your vapes!

Nice place big variety owner is friendly and took time to explain something, even though the didnt carry my vape it was still a pleasant experience.

Prices are crazy high. Very unprofessional had dogs running around that were untrained and barking at us as soon as we walked in. One of the dogs even attacked and scratched up my leg as we were walking out the door.

The first thing that hit me when I walked in was a cloud of smoke. They dont take into account people who dont vape. Secondly, I was tripping over dogs toys while walking towards the register. There was dogs everywhere, it seemed more like a hangout rather than a business.

Found a liquid that I could live with after asking about 5 or 6 others that I would have rather had, but they did not have in my nicotine level. Owner was pushy and rude while I was trying to make a selection. Will not be back to this establishment.

Sucks. They dont know how to build, the selection is small. They never have what i need and barely ever want to re wrap my batteries to prevent explosion/fire..

Love this place. They let you sample flavors. Staff are Awesome.
