I dont know about the other reviews but this was a cheap place to stay and you pay for what you get. The people working here were really nice to me and accomdating. The room was fine but as others said there were some roaches. Just make sure you keep it clean and dont leave any trash out and they wont bother you. I didnt see anymore after I started doing this. Dont leave it for the next day to take care of. I stayed for a week and it only cost me $250 +$50 deposit.

Totally disgusting place. Stay away from here at any expense. Elevator only stops at levels 1 and 7. If your room is at any other floor you must use the stairs. Bed sheets are burnt and stained with urine and other unknown stains. Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Bed bugs on the bed. When I called the front desk 2 minutes after walking in I was told we could get no refund or room change. The room looked as if no one has walked in in years. The most discussing hotel I have entered in my life.

Upon checking in the first thing the lady tells me is there are no refunds that should of told me something there. I get to my room and the keys don’t work. I think I had to go downstairs 4 times before the keys finally worked. The room was terrible the sheets were stained the pillow cases were stained we didn’t get any new towels and we stayed for 6days. I had to go buy my own pillows and blanket and cleaners. The air conditioning unit was filthy like they never cleaned it and the face of the unit kept falling off. There was dust everywhere and I ran across a few roaches. Even some dead ones around the room.

After I checked in I went to my room but the first room door had someone already broke it in the lack was Completely broken. The second room he sent me it wasn’t clean it even dirt was on beds and floor. The third and fourth rooms amenities wasn’t working properly switches not turning on the lights. Inside hotel was smelling funny. I just couldn’t stay in the hotel I couldn’t feel safe and asked if I can cancel the reservation but they charged half of my money. I do not suggest to anybody stay in this hotel not worth it.

They advertise through spothero for airport parking. Dont do it.

I give this place a ZERO! Our room was horrible! The door key didn’t work. We pushed the door open, we had to put the table in from of the door when we went to bed. Because it didn’t lock! We had got there late and were too tired to go complain. The couch looked like it came out the trash! The curtains were stained and looked like they where from the trash as well. The bed only had a blanket on it that didn’t fit the bed. It was hot in the room even with the air on 55! I’ve made a complaint and nothing back from an email I had gotten. The pictures on the computer where NOTHING like the actual hotel! The bed felt like a box spring and there where no chairs for the table! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ROOM! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Worst experience and definitely a scam of a hotel. Pictures shown on website are deceiving. I walked in my room and it was dirty, dead bugs everywhere, tape on a/c stopping it from falling, tv cables and electrical cords being dangerously exposed and the list keeps going.I definitely do not recommend.

Grotesque sums it up. My room was not cleaned for my six night stay. Towels, sheets, and toiletries were never replaced. The elevators rarely worked and the stairwells smelled like urine. Witnessed a bug (perhaps a roach?) on the toliet seat. But the air conditioning was superb!!

I would give it a 0 if I could. I checked in to a disgusting room And when I went downstairs to complain was sent to a different disgusting room. When I went downstairs a second time to ask for my money back and was told itd been 15 minutes since my check in and that I could not get a refund. My room i booked was 308 but the first room they sent me to was 410 and the second was 408. I never even set foot on the 3rd floor where my receipt shows I was checked in yet when I filed a complaint I was told to bad more than 15 minutes had passed. Yeah of them sending me up and down the elevator to the wrong rooms. Filed an additional complaint online with their customer service and never heard back.

This is the worst place I’ve ever given my money and my biggest regret! I walked to the elevator and was nervous to use. It looked and felt like it would break down at any moment. When I got to the room the smell hit me immediately. It was disgusting!! I walked over to the tiny window and saw dead roaches everywhere. Opened the mini fridge and bugs flew out of it, and on top of that when I looked at the bed, there were bed bugs!!!!!! I noticed all of that in the fees seconds I spent in that room. I walked in and walked right back out, gave the front desk my room key back and asked for a refund. He gave me a number to call and they refused to give me my money back after hours of trying even though the longest time I spent in the room was a minute at most.

It was the worst night Ive spent in a hotel.Our flight got delayed so the car rental was closed and we requested an Uber to get to the hotel.We got there at mid-night, to start there was nobody in the reception so we had to wait for 10 minutes outside, after that the guy told us that there was no reservation even though it was already paid. When he finally called the Expedia and confirmed there was a reservation he gave us a room which was like a crime scene... all dirty, the sink seemed like nobody had cleaned it for months, it smelled like cigarette in the room everything was really grease in a bad way and to finish at the next morning somebody entered the room.We cancelled the other night we were supposed to be there.Im really disappointed with this OYO hotel as in the past Ive stayed on other OYO hotels and have better experiences but this one was really really bad.OYO

This has to be the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in, the lobby smells like a mildewy urinal. I was greeted by a woman handing out room keys without gathering information, only to have my room double-booked and strangers opening my door in the middle of the night expecting a clean room only to find me. Not to mention the manager knocking on my door at 1am to gather the information that I should have given at the desk.No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion was provided. I got coffee filters and sugar but no machine. Despite its advertisement of a breakfast, none is offered. I dont even get a plastic cup to drink from or a piece of paper with wifi credentials.This is, by far, the worst experience Ive ever had at any hotel ever. Dont stay here if you can find anything else.

Went downstairs after checking in to see what was available. Asked the gentleman working the front desk for more towels, he told us to ask in the morning. Also told him that there was a rotten egg in the coffee maker that smelled horrible, he said hed send someone up to get it out of the room, it was still there when we checked out the next day. The desk chair was missing a wheel, no one could sit in it. The bathroom door looked like someone had used it as a punching bag. Went downstairs the next morning and asked for more towels, housekeeping doesnt arrive until about 9:30, we had to check out before then.

I booked the hotel room online for good price... upon check in I was required a deposit of 50$ on my card or 100$ cash. I used my card and saw a 100$ hold. The hotel is a mess, the rooms are filled with mis matched furniture, uncomfortable beds, cheap linens and to top it off the room had roaches. I ended up leaving when I saw roaches. Ive stayed at worst places, that didnt have bug problems. Only god knows what other infestation lurk in this so called hotel. I was very disgusted. Do not book this hotel find something more sanitary for your money. I dont understand why they require a deposit for rooms with 2nd hand mismatched beat up furniture and outdated tvs... its all junk

I wasted $58 Dollars + $100 deposit. Honestly, I would of rather sleept in my car. The lobby was nice, so i though the rooms would be nice too. The elevator was scary and the room was a nightmare. When I went in the A/C was completely OFF and it was hot, humid and smelly. It took more than 2 hours for the room to cool down and there were roaches crawling all over the bed and walls. I wanted to walk shoe less in the carpet but it was sticky and smelly. When we tried to lay in bed we could not even sleep so we ended up leaving and staying in Days inn and and for a few more Dollars I saw the heavenly diference. I ended up coming back the next morning for my deposit and very disappointely left.

Stayed for a week. Best for long term stay- very reasonable rent. Rooms comes wit attached kitchenette and living room. Calm and neat atmosphere. Excellent staffs. Customer service is well appreciated . The only drawback is that there is no shuttle service from the airport.Recommend ⭐️

Beautiful lobby but the room 406 is the most ugly place I have seen and stay. The room has cockroaches. The bathroom wasn’t clean and we have two TVs in the same counter. No breakfast as ir says in the description of the place and absolutely no coffee or cups in the room. I found a used towel in the shower, it was gross.

I wouldnt have reserved a room here if I had read the reviews before traveling. With that said, my experience was not bad at all. I stayed 2 nights, and while it wasnt the nicest hotel, it certainly wasnt as bad as the reviews made it out to be. The rooms looked to be clean, the front staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. In a pinch, I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

This is literally the worst place you could ever stay at. If you are out of options and this is the only place available DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I would recommend either driving home if you arent too tired, or just camping out in your car. From the moment you pull up you can tell this place is all types of sketchy. When you walk-in, you are greeted with a nice warm refreshing scent of urine & cigarettes (Have a great stay.) The woman at the front-desk isnt much help also, she fumbled around for what seems like an eternity trying to find our room key. Only to point you to an elevator that should be renamed to the Hellevator, literally each time I was on it I thought I was going to fall to my death. After finally hearing the elevator struggle to pull us to the fifth floor, I step off into a whole new alternate reality, the hallways are dark, creepy, eerie, and reek horribly. Finally, I unlock the door to literally the most depressing room I have ever seen in my life. The walls are cracked, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls ( most likely trying to escape) being held together by staples, to top it all off there are holes in the roof!!!!! You can hear people fighting all through the night, so glad I was only there for one night. There is no breakfast, do not let them fool you. They dont even attempt to make breakfast (They will tell you that you missed it in order to save their ass). Youll have housekeeping barging in trying to rush you out well before checkout, than the front desk will follow-up with a reminder to let you know checkout time is almost here. If there is one thing they didnt have to remind me of, it was checkout time. I was way more than ready to get out of this hell hole. Ive seen better living conditions on Hoarders!!! I just hope they didnt expose me to bedbugs while staying there. NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please dont stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the words hotel that I have ever stepped into. The front desk works were fine, however the supervisor was very rude to the other employee behind the counter it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. We had 3 rooms checked in once in the room we all decided that we could enter stay. Fixtures hanging from the ceiling dirty and stained walls and floor the bed sheets were stained and fowl smelling. I have stayed in some cheap rooms to save a few bucks, this place is totally not worth the savings. I can belive that they are allowed to rent rooms with the shape of the hotel no exaggeration this place is a total health hazard.

The room was nice and the elevator was fixed the next day. There was no phone in my room. And no one let me know about check out time they let me over sleep until 5 p.m. and then took $58 out of my $100 deposit

This has got to be the WORST hotel in Houston!! Got to my room and first thing to greet me were roaches!!! The sheets were yellow and rooms smells like urine. The owners should be ashamed to claim this filth bucket. I wouldnt let my dog stay in this place and the only reason I stayed was because I was very tired but slept on top of the covers! I would rate this place a negative zero if I could!!

One star because zero wasnt an option. First 2 rooms were filthy and disgusting. In 45 years of travel, Ive never asked too be moved. Most light bulbs were missing. Carpet was so dirty I wouldnt take my shoes off. One wall receptacle had wire rolled up, no plug in, no cover. No base board, just dirt that was behind it. One wall had big dirty hand print. Someone had spilled food or thrown up in front of the elevator. It was there when we arrived at 8:30. Still there in the morning. 3rd room was better but still not great. At least the bed was comfortable.

Immediately when I walked in, the lobby smelled of weed. The front desk person was out of keys and spent 20 minutes looking for some. The elevator is down. The locals are questionable. The room looks like a storage for someones household items. The floor feels like its going to fall in. The fire alarm chirped. If i had not already prepaid, we would not have stayed.

Bugs flying everywhere they only give us one roll of toliet tissue. They have mice is always dirty they never come clean the rooms. The microwave is broken. They say u cant eat but why the have a stove. The sheets are dirty. The food downstairs u have to pay for. They dont give u free food. U have to take your own garbage out to the garbage outside. We are never coming back here again.

Very sub par. I booked specifically because it stated it has an airport shuttle, but since they had no driver for it I had to spend over $30 in Uber fees to get me to the hotel and back to the airport the next day. As for the hotel, the service was decent, but the key card didnt work the first time around. The hotel smelled damp and musky. The decor was quite dated and there were stains all over the walls of my room. On top of that, the AC in the bedroom didnt work either. I would not recommend this hotel.

Its simple.I get that your company buys old & neglected hotels, then renovates them.Ive stayed in others of your chain & was satisfied. But this location is not ready or safe for business.Should any inspector showed up, it could not pass any code in existence:*Rooms fire alarm beeping all night & staff did nothing; even after manager talked to maintenance in my presence. He lives on site.*Rear door entrance had broken lock and door.*Exposed damaged electrical outlets everywhere.*Maid leaves hair all over the room. (I saw her. It matched)*Elevator inconsistently worked.*Where appliances in room were, holes/device parts left exposed.

This used to a my favorite place to stay. Super clean. No cockroaches. Now. They have cockraoches. Customer service is less than 1 star. They provide no towels in the rooms. They can only provide 1 key per room, on top of that. When we asked for towels front desk didnt even understand what we asked for. Literally 5 minutes after walking into my room. And seen bugs all over I went down to ask for my money back and no refunds. 5 minutes later is alot. On top of that TV wasnt working and when I ask lots ked front desk. She replied. It wont be working until tomorrow. There is no phones in rooms. I am disgusted by the way this new owner has this hotel now. I cant even explain everything thats wrong with this place now. The fridge we had in our room was partially open at all times as well. Now I need to go spray my belongings with bug spray as well as my car. Not to take any bugs home. I didnt just leave the hotel right then in there not to just give money to this places. I will be contacting health department as well Americas best value inn headquarters. The quality of this hotel is not liveable.

0 stars!!My relatives stayed in Oyo Hotel recently. On their first night, they were bitten by bed bugs which the management moved them to another room. Well, guess what the other room had bed bugs as well which resulted for them to check out at 9pm on their 3rd night. The management charged them for that days charge even if they were unable to sleep because of unhealthy condition of the hotel. Eventually, the management agreed to refund them on the days remaining when I mentioned Department of Health. I truly did not know that bed bugs existed in any of the hotels in America. This is a big health issues and needed to be investigated.

Absolutely disgusting place. DO NOT STAY HERE.The entire place smells like a mixture of piss and cigarettes. I saw 2 stacks of dirty pillows right outside of the elevator, there was a hair in the bathtub (not head hair), there was some type of orange residue on the toilet seat, and the entire counter of the livingroom area was covered in water.Overall horrible experience.

NO STARS... abdolute horrible place. The only thing acceptable is the man at the front desk... Other than that room is dirty, nothing work, floor in bedroom feels as if its falling in. Not to mention the elevator doesnt work so had to walk up 7 flights of stairs to another room instead of the one i first got because of the living conditions. After being changed this room isnt to much better... Linen on bed is dirty and smells like urine when set on bed. Will never come here again... My worst hotel experience ever

When I get to the room 1st baseboard on the wall is on the floor the light fixtures hanging on tissue in the bathroom so I go down n get tissue I went to work the next get to my room no one clean it so I go down tell the desk clerk ok Ill send someone up to your room no one never came i stop at the desk tell the desk clerk something is eating me up he said may be the soap I said no so he gave me clean sheets n pillow cases i ask for towels I dont have no towels right now come to find out bedbugs. This place is very DIRTY So i will never send anyone to this place.

Wasnt a bad place. But the room smelt of smoke even though they said its non smoking. This facility needs an upgrade. Didnt have a lot of expectations but facility is old and lots of noises in the hallway. Elevator looks scary and the stairs are dingy.

The service here is ATROCIOUS! If I could rate zero stars I really would they dont deserve not even one star. Ive been here for a week I ve probably paid a good $400+ so far and my stay has been horrible. First off The hallways are extremely hot. Secondly the cleaning ladies are rude they knock on your door once wait a couple seconds and then barge right in and thats if you get a knock! I havent gotten fresh towels in two days but yet they clean daily? My room hasnt been cleaned since Ive been here. The management is awful as soon as I find a number to the higher power I will be making an extensive complaint. I was told that I had to leave because I booked a room online for a cheaper price verses paying $93 dollars every day. I stayed here at this same hotel about three weeks ago and I was paying $93 everyday CASH I stayed here for about a week as well so thats another $400+ that I spent when I came back this week they tried to tell me I owed $80 from my last stay. I cant possibly owe if I was paying cash everyday I had to book the room under a friends name so thats the first Big issue I had. The owner is also very unprofessional I listened to him tell an employee on the phone that if I did not go down stairs and pay cash for the room that mind you I had already booked and paid for online that I would have to pack up all my belongings and leave. THEN the general manager called me and I am appalled with his behavior as well. He lied and said that the room hadnt been paid for and threatened to call the police and have me escorted off the premises if I didnt go down stairs and pay cash for the room. When I tried to explain to him that the room was paid for he hung up in my face. After about an hour and a half of going back and forth with the manager general manager AND the owner I was finally given permission to stay in my ALREADY PAID FOR ROOM. They harassed me here and tried to make me pay twice and I WILL be following the chain of commands to complain because the service here is DISGUSTING!! Ive spent well over $800 here in a months time spand and this is the type of service I have received. The rooms arent even that nice the King Suite is supposed to have a couch in the living area and it doesnt they dont have a continental breakfast like they claim on their ad and the service is trash.

No Breakfast as they say...theyll tell you to go to Waffle House nearby for breakfast. $49 a day with tax thats what they say, but not a good place if staying more than 1 day. Receptionist is good and helpful but they dont have resources to maintain and manage. No Washeteria. No Safety at all. You will see the roof with smoke detector cover removed and smells bad bcz of the carpets. Have a huge parking place but no cameras installed to ensure safety for your car. Got out of there the very next morning. South Indians Managing the place and youll clearly see that maintenance is not happening there. 👎

BED BUGS...DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I only stayed there 2 nights and on the second day I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. I called the front desk and she said she would send a manager as soon as he got there. While I was standing around waiting I noticed something moving on the bed and It was a bed bug. I took a picture of it and called the front desk again but this time I told her I was no longer staying there and they needed to refund me. When the manager finally came to my room he looked around the bed to try to find anything. He was very helpful...He helped me carry my stuff to my car and walked me to the front desk to get my refund. Of course as Im walking toward the desk the Indian owner runs off to hide in his office. He would not cover my medical expenses nor come out to talk to me. I counted at least 20 bites on my body and had to miss 2 days of work going to the doctor. I spent $135 on the doctor visit and medication. It has been a week and a half since I stayed there and Im still suffering from the bites. Im having to go back to the doctor because the bites are flaring up. Its still very swollen and itchy. I have never been exposed to bed bugs before and it is the worst thing you could ever go through. This is the worst place I have ever been to and the worst experience I have ever had. Bed bugs are no joke!!

STOP!!! DO NOT CHECK INTO THIS HOTEL!!!! I wish i would have read the reviews but at 1am i had the attention span of a squirel. Problems with this hotel:1. There are ROACHES AND BEDBUGS. Yes! You did read that correctly. This hotel charges $49-$120 a night plus tax for rooms and there are bed bugs.2. There will be trash piled up at the entrances to the higher floors and the internal doors of upper levels. And when i say piled i mean exactly that and it will sit for days in 90°+ heat... Think about that for a moment.3. They say that they are pet friendly and that is true, but NOT for weekly stay guest. (We did not travel with a pet,it is in the weekly agreement however.)4. The rooms are outdated and disgusting at best. The carpet is coming up at the seams, the lighting is dim, they wont give you wifi acess or breakfast in the weekly price like they advertise.5. The bathrooms are disgraceful. When we checked in the toilet had not been cleaned as someone left it used ( for the sake of class i didnt post pictures.) The shower curtain was ripped on both ends. The toilet leaked water all over the floor. Roaches falling in the shower 15 mins after my arrival screamed GET OUT NOW but that wpuld have meant that we lost a full weeks stay.6. I had to call down the office and ask why it was that a weekly stay room with a kitchenette didnt have a fridge, to whom the amswer was i dont know. They sent the maintence man up and he brought me a disgusting fridge that had been stored outside! Yes outside! Black mold everywhere. Disgusting.7. I have more bed bug bites then a camper in nevada and im not thrilled.8. I now have bed bugs and roaches in my car and home. I will be calling and asking for a full refund and i will be contacting the health department. Please dont stay here. The price isnt worth it. Especially when the pool is never even cleaned or chlorinated.

Do yourself a favor and read all the negative reviews on this place. I stayed here for my STEP 2 CS Exam which was in walking distance, and this was the cheapest room around. I reserved the room only for 1 night. When I arrived I was told that my room was double booked, so they moved me to another. No problem. They also said that due to recent flooding they would not be serving breakfast because of remodeling the lobby. The lobby appeared fine, and had all the furniture in it, but it was also understandable. The elevators were very questionable, and given the lack of general maintenance, I would avoid them if possible. The room was a double suite which was a nice surprise, the bed was reasonable, everything was clean though it did have an odor like old carpeting. Up until my testing day everything was fine (probably 2-3 stars) for the price paid.On my way out there were several people at the front desk either checking out or complaining for one reason or another. So I left my keycard on the lobby counter and left. This should not have been a problem, and wouldnt have been at any other hotel, but these people left several voicemails (my phone was locked up for 9 hours for my exam) stating that they were charging me another night for BOTH rooms for not checking out properly.I immediately called the gentleman back and informed him that I left my keycard at the front desk, and only reserved 1 room for 1 night anyway. This was around 3:30pm so he agreed to the 1 room for 1 night charge, and said he would email me the receipt. I never received the email.After checking my bank account, I was charged twice. I called the front desk and gave them the transaction numbers, and they said they would look in to it. I have called again multiple times for two weeks, and all I get from the front desk is I passed this to my manager to research the incident and they will call you back. I have not received one phone call back. This review will stay up as long as it takes to get my money back.

Im not giving this place 2 or 3 stars disgusting and unsanitary and scary to know its still open and the city of Houston doesnt care about our safety or kids because me and my two year old had to stay here after working all night . I thought the price was to good to be true . How dare the owner or whomever is responsible for this establishment even ask for 100$ deposit and say NO SMOKING it smells like smoke and the sheets were filthy public hair and nasty wig hairs,, stained sheets just made me not ever wanna look at this place let alone refer or let anyone else spend there money here beware you will not be satisfied and will leave horrified at the sights .

Overall okay! It was more like motel, in cost of a hotel. Not as clean, dim lights, felt unsafe for a moment because of the surroundings and people.I checked in to Ramada inn afterwards, 1) great room and environment, 2) much cheaper than Oyo 3) more close to the airport

The room was trashy. Walls had writing on them and holes in them. One of the lamps was broken. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you and the room didnt even look like the photo on the website and they charged me $82 for the room. There were also cockroaches in my room. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

United Airlines put us up here (missed connection due to delayed departure). Had to wait 45+ minutes for shuttle (called hotel 3 times to check on shuttle and each time we were told 15 mins)...Threadbare towels…shampoo provided in packets, no conditioner or lotion provided (not good for stranded travelers). Breakfast supposed to start at 6am…was not ready until 6:50am…was not appealing….we were leaving on 7am shuttle. Did not get wake up call as we requested. Overall very bad experience. Would NEVER stay here again.

This is the MOST disgusting place Ive ever stayed in. The walls in the rooms are nasty. The smell is terrible. We were in town for a basketball tourney and even the kids wanted to get out of there. They didnt have enough towels to accommodate everyone that stayed. No breakfast. That was a lie! The hotel looks NOTHING like the internet picture. Very deceiving!!!! They get 0 stars from this organization! Very poor service and hotel

Recently stayed there for a whole week. It was worth the money i paid. Am a value card member so got a good deal. Its of course not high class but was comfortable--got a whole suite for a single person with all amenities. Wireless speed was very good. Used the self-service laundry (coined). There is a Valero pump round the corner 24hrs. open with subway till 10 PM and a McDonalds nearby as well. Can hear the traffic as its on highway but i am a deep sleeper so it didnt bother me. Room service was nice. They can do better with breakfast by adding eggs though. All in all, pretty nice for a couple or back-packer. Cant comment on A/C and pool as it was pretty cold.

This is not even a American Best Value Inn anymore. Is called OYO and is super badly taken care of and managed. The rooms and hallways are hot and they dont have adequate maintenance people. We stayed there two nights and continued to ask for more towels and the front desk person said he could not help us. We stayed in the 7th floor and the thermostat is showed in the picture. The cleaningness of the thermostat says it all.Also there was a heavy smell of roach venom in the lobby and the elevators felt unsafe and were super dirty.

Absolutely do not waste your time I wouldnt even give this place one store. When we showed up for our booking at the Houston Police Department was there with some other guests who were kind of sketchy. There were Roaches on the front desk. It was already midnight when we were checking in so I felt like we didnt have a choice they put us on the 7th floor and had no hot water the whole entire time we were there even after we called and complained about it nothing was ever done and I guess you get what you pay for. Dont waste your money!

Terrible terrible terrible. My friend is staying here to be close to work but honestly this place is so horrible on the inside, its as if no one should be staying there at all. There were clothes and cigars and marijuana and a used condom underneath the bed in one room. The men at the front desk moved my friend to another room but that room had an A/C unit that was held together with duct tape, no fridge, a ceiling light where all but one bulbs worked and it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a long while. I honestly think that unless you have no other choice, you should staaaaay away.

It was unbelievably terrible. The problems, roach infested, the internet did not work, the phone cord was missing, no TV, the elevator was inoperable, and trash piles in the hall. The electricity & water was the only working feature. And theres a $50 deposit required at check-in for damages. The damage is done at reservation.

81.90 a night is not worth it...they should be 60...they dont have housekeepers...the rooms dont have refrigerators...my TV didnt work...them pictures they have on there is not how they look...I didnt even have a microwave in my room...they make you put a deposit down and the ac dont even have a cover 🤦🏽‍♀️

We booked it on our roadtrip because it was cheap and all we needed is a bed and shower. This place is a joke. Everything is dirty, broken, the elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor. The whole place is a trash. Check the room before you pay for it, you might not want to stay here. We are not coming back for sure.

Havent stayed at this hotel, but if you are planning to use their long term parking using Spot Hero, beware! I got my car towed even though I had valid parking. Upon trying to get the matter sorted, OYO manager was of no help and asked me to handle everything with Tow company. But they are the ones who didnt check the system and called for the Tow. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL for parking. Others might be a bit more expensive but worth the security and professionalism

If I could rate 0 i would. Check in is at 3pm. Ive been patiently waiting since 11am. They said the housekeeping was late at 3, no biggie, but it has been 5 hours sleeping on the couch in the lobby since 3. I paid for a week up front and thoroughly regret that decision.

I was forced to stay here because there were no other options. All the other hotels nearby were booked.The rooms have minimal amenities, and the service is terrible. I asked for an iron and ironing board to be brought to the room (standard amenities provisioned in rooms in most other hotels). I was told that one would be up to the room shortly. Never got one.The Continental breakfast is bad. They offer Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, toast, coffee, milk, and orange juice.Also, no WiFi in the rooms.In addition, the place appears as if minimal maintenance is accomplished. Ceiling tiles were water stained, carpets tattered, and markings and dirt all over the walls.Only use this place is you have NO other options, and need a bed for the night.

I booked a room here last night!! Amazingly, no signal, unable to watch TV thru the entire evening/night/morning. I called the front desk to no avail....Got no answer!! First time in my life to ever experience that! I decided to give them another shot! After that snafoo, I booked another night online. Got off work went to the establishment!! Psych!!! You really dont have a room, now we need a $50 deposit in addtn to your online payment! Wow! I just stayed yesterday & the deposit was non existent...All of a sudden! They do! Guess whose fault it was they didnt follow procedure yesterday? Yep, it was my fault!! So, they took my $ & left me with nowhere to go & told me you can get your $ back in 5 to 6 days depending on your bank. The mgr & the woman @ the front desk had a good laugh about it over the phone @ my expense. The manager V Johnson (he claims) was ELATED 2 let me know I had no course of action Im Independently owned nobody you can file a grievance with. Oh well, I shall be resilient. What a total dump. We didnt read the reviews until after booking because we already paid for the hotel via Hotwire (you dont know what hotel you got until you pay) but reading the reviews now, I believe every negative reviewers comments. This place is a sick joke. We waited over an hour to get a shuttle from the airport, though they said that two had been gone by already. The van seat belt didnt work. The room has graffiti on the headboard, the wallpaper is rotting off the walls. Okay, these were some of our favorite hilarious highlights (youve gotta laugh, right, we were just there for a few hours of sleep to catch our early morning connecting flight). 1. there are coffee packages but no coffee maker. 2. when you try to pull a kleenex out of the box in the bathroom, you pull out the box with the cover instead. 3. I couldnt figure out the ugly painting on the wall until I looked at it upside down. They actually hung it upside down, a picture of a dog sitting on a porch with plants. Amazeballs. 4. There is no information page about the essential service information in the room. We had to make a bunch of trips down to the lobby to ask for basic things like the wireless password and how to dial an outside line on the phone. 5. The only thing in all the drawers was a bandaid and graffiti. 6. The humongous A/C machine didnt work. 7. No floor mat in the moldy bathroom.

This place is a step back in time. The furniture is from 1970. The room reminds me of the sitcom Good Times. After staying here you will be stating, Aint we lucky we got them. This place literally needs a match taken to it and burned to the ground. The elevators are risky riding and one doesnt go to all floors. Do not stay here!

No free breakfast, no mini fridge, no microwave, no cups or ice bucket in room at time of check in, elevators dont work half the time, what looked like human feces in stairwell on the walls. OYO Hotel in Conroe is much nicer and its an old motel taken over by the company. We have insulin and freezer packs that a fridge would have helped keep cold and frozen.

The room was clean. It had a bed, some towels, and the plumbing worked. There is a 24/7 airport shuttle. If you need more than that, this isnt the place for you. The hotel had signs indicating that its being renovated.

Bed bugs!!!!! I was bitten by bed bugs took a video and the manager only refunded half my money. I was charged for the nights I had stayed and was bitten!!!! Also the common area ac was not working, the elevator was not working and the electrical wiring in my room was exposed for the cable and not enough plugs to plug the microwave and refrigerator at the same time.

Bed bugs and roaches in bed. Sheets stained with cigarette Burns and smeared bug blood on sheets. Computers and WiFi down all night. Desk clerk, Jonathan, was extremely nice. Top management never returned my call. Everything cheap is not a bargain..! This place should be shut down.

Was moved from the 4th floor because first room door wouldnt open, second room was moved to the sheets were disgusting when asking for new ones I was told he would just move us rooms because he wasnt going to look for clean sheets then thw third and final room because I was done playing the find a clean room game the third room the toilet wouldnt flush, it smelled like cigarettes and had cigarettes buds in the sink.told the lady at the front desk when checking out and was just told okay sorry. Room is small, but comfortable. Cheap affordable hotel, that has a flair of high class. And staff is absolutely wonderful and polite. Only real problem was the ice machines not working. Id recommend it to my friends and would gladly stay again.

Tried to refrain from posting bad review but this place is absolutely a hot ass mess, all the staff stay there so no one has any professionalism. Rooms are very mediocre, old box tvs, the cable is split between rooms, they have roaches, they have second hand everything the microwave in my room is falling apart.. Stains on the mattresses, stains on the clean sheets the housekeepers bring.. I would not recommend to any tourist but if you need a place to lay your head for a night its better than the hotel next door where people sleep in the hallway...

To start off with !! Patient and very respected staff, gives you your shower, bed and TV, LOW COST WEEKLY RATES are the goal to renting out these spaces. $100 deposit fee & if you’re working then there’s no problem at all.

I wasnt even able to make a reservation to get to stay at this hotel due to the rudeness of the one of the front desk agents or whomever answers the phone when you call the hotel. i just asked basic questions about what the fees were, and i was completely ignored. I get a discount from an employer and was booking online, but the representative was upset that i didnt book with him and he told me that whatever questions i had, the answers will be on the site im booking it on. I will NOT stay at such a rude, no hospitality structure hotel with staff that represent that brand in that way.

Easy to find from road. Did not stay at this location because the two rooms the showed me, although very spacious, the air conditioner didnt work in both rooms. But the person at the front desk gave a great suggestion.

When I first checked in the room was very nasty and it smelled like feet. The microwave door was broken, fridge was very dirty and trash everywhere even all over the hallway into the patio which are all a health issue that need to be taken care of immediately.

Room was nice and spacious... That being said. Under renovation!!! Stayed on 6th floor and had to take stairs because the elevator wasnt working properly. They offered Wi-Fi. But it didnt work for such a poor signal. Would stay, if I had no other choice.

They are right by a police station, yet they allow people too sell drugs in their hotel. Usually they come from this black guy who lives in different rooms in the hotel.. Hes in room 234... Clean and had needed amenities, but very basic. Had to stay here due to IAH flight cancellation. Under renovation due to flood, needs to be updated. Stayed on 6th floor, was very warm, and room a/C was off. Took about 45 minutes for room to cool to a comfortable level.

The hotel shuttle from the airport took an hour to get to us!!! We were delayed and were allowed to stay there overnight per Uniteds compensation policy. We called over and over and they stated that the shuttle was here but they werent! The WORST place to get picked up from. We had a 7 month old baby outside in February looking for the nonexistent shuttle. They didnt come until almost 1am!

This place is garbage! Its all an illusion.when you walk in its nice only in the front area n reception area. .in reality its a dump.laundry room is garbage.the elevator in the back is Not maintained.stinks and its nasty!no lighting in the hall ways! OYO I need to know how to file a complaint about a reservation I had tonight. I am disappointed in this company and the hotel I made a reservation through hotwire to stay in the room for $41 tonight and was not able to stay in the room because your hotel required additional deposit of $50 which I didn’t have so I begged and pleaded with the receptionist Hotwire and also your hotel management to ask them if they can waive the fee of deposit for $50 they were very rude and up noxious. So I am currently sleeping in your parking lot because me and my two kids do not have anywhere to go I will be speaking to corporate about this

One of the worst services at this place. We were told that we were not in the room that we clearly had a key to. We were discriminated against , lied to, threated, and the roaches were all in the room. Guy refuse to give us a name and gave a fake number. He was so rude never have I ever been in this situation . He really told me I couldnt enter my room and when asked if I was a visitor I was told I was a liar

Who ever the owners of this hotel is needs to return my email. All my childrens school clothes from Balyor College of Medicine Academy was removed from the room. All my personal belongings are stolen from room. Mr. Johnson printed out incorrectly balance of money paid in cash. I rented room 323 at 70.00 dollars cash , for totaled about 1864.00, Mr.Johnson prints the receipt with a balance of 900.00 Mr.Johnson write in ink paid to Mr.Johnson . (Texas Department Of Human Services , requirements for each person who received Social security survivor funds, To keep receipt of how and where you spend money. For this reason I was asked to wait in lobby to current grand total was paid. I explained to front desk clerk the receipt problem. For 4 days no call . I emailed America Best Value Inn & Suites . No response from no one. Finally got in touch with manger Mr.Johnson he dont know where all my childrens school clothes from Balyor College of Medicine Academy are. All my clothes and personal business papers, were stolen. Manger said, they were put in trash can . I explained to him all my belongings were recently bought. From a back payment check from Social Security government funds. If I dont get a return call by 5:00 p.m. August 1, 2017 . Local News will be called , police department will be called. I wish I would have check this rate and reviews before checking in. Jesus Christ please help me and my family. Please make Local News or, Our City Mayor check these reviews.

Stayed here with family on July 2017. A very nice place to stay. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, lots of spaces, God Service and very friendly and helpful staff. Johnson at the front desk help on making sure we got a great room. I would love to stay here again when we back to Houston, Thanks

Its cheap for a motel with a kitchenette in it. It is also larger than any others iver been to. It has 2 rooms. A living room and a bedroom and 1 bathroom. The couch folds out into a bed. They are friendly and as long as u dont cause any problumes like fights and stuff they do not care what u do or how many people u have in your room.

The hotel was pretty nice outside and there was lots of area to park. Once inside it was run down and the different floors smelled very strong of marijuana! I liked that it had suites.

Dont like it because the housekeeping go through your belongings and steel your jewelry. When reported to management they just overlook it and dont do anything about it. Bad place to be in. I ended up being stuck there overnight, so that contributes to my disdain for the place. The staff was pleasant. The rooms smelled bad and there were no outlets within sight.

Delta put me up in this hotel, if you can call it that. My suite could have easily been a hangout for Charlie Manson.There was nothing that worked correctly. Sink wouldnt drain, toilet would not flush, TV didnt have cable, not a single glass or plastic cup in the room. Sad, pathetic, and disgusting are three words to discretion their top level suite.

BY FAR, THE WOOOOOORRST ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! The Bowery flophouse in NYC was cleaner and had less bedbugs and roaches. Do not bring kids here. This place is for prostitutes and crackheads. I took one step in my room, saw the stains and bedbugs on the mattress, and left, demanding a refund, $90 mind you!. Shut this place down.

I recommend this place to my father, on line as you can see, they say they have free breakfast & free shuttle, non of that is true! There was no breakfast at all & the shuttle was not free. I dont like misleading & I wont go or recommend it ever again.

I know upon initial review, it may seem extremely strange to stay at a place like this. I did not take the time to check other aforementioned reviews that I’m sure likely did not give this location raving commendations. Even the person that checked me in advised that I use my discernment in whether to stay here for the night as there were obvious indications of guests with suspicious drug afflictions and other seemingly “skeevy” behavior. However, I knew that I did not want to waste a reservation that was non-refundable from the outset, with a card that had little reserve at the time of my booking. Unfortunately, my options at this point were inconveniently limited.I made the mistake of not reading the entire booking information, especially in regards to the $50 (if paying via card) or $100 (if paying cash) deposit that is required if booking via a third-party for incidentals. I understand that this is the appeal of booking a place such as this as it is typically advertised very cheap.If nothing else, I will provide a positive review of the lack of virtually any pests in the room. I know it seems paradoxical that a place like this had no evidence of roaches, bed bugs, etc. However, I know this only applies to my specific room in 206 and cannot be extrapolated to the entire building.If you’re in a desperate bind and need to stay here, please exercise extreme caution and remain self-aware of anything that is off. Please be safe.

No suttle to the airport. No pool at 7.30 a day with temperatures over 90°F. I booked this hotel for those two reasons. Horrible rooms very different to the published in the web. I had to fix the flush of the toilet. No more to add.

Roaches, elevator didn’t work, take the stairs to the first floor where the door is broken. Not a good place to stay and not safe either.......I will not ever stay there again......they need to close down and be reported.....

For the price, the room was great. My only complaint was the AC unit which would occasionally stop functioning and turn on after 10 minutes or so. An awful experience if you are in Texas. Other than that, it was great.

The worst hotel in the area. We booked the room and within an hour we saw 5 BED BUGS. We stayed in nearby staybridge suites after seeing them. 3 am in morning, we got out of hotel and got a room at the suite. Never ever consider this an option.

There are no bus by this by this suite, you do have to convenience stores and restaurants its off of Hardy Tollway and Beltway 8 its more suites by America Best Value, its alot of things to do while you are there its a club right down the street from the Hotel more places to eat at and of convenience store more Apartments more place to walk around and its all Greenspoint Mall

Horrible!! This place has mold on the air conditioner units, no closets in the room to hang your clothes and linens along with towels had visible stains like they were not completely cleaned!!

Horrible, roaches, lots of drug sales, leaking acs, mold, the room card never worked, Room phones didnt work. The front staff couldnt understand English...the list is never-ending

Friendly staff and great room. Did not expect for the price. Only 10 mins to the airport. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not stay here, I payed $50 deposit fee which was promised to be returned to me upon checking out, 3 weeks later still have yet to receive it back, management continues to deny billing me for deposit fee. REEKS OF A SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms are different then shown online Wi-Fi is slow and fridge is broken in room the elevator is shaky and the stairway smells

Do not go here, called over the phone asked about one bed for one night, told me it was $49 i get there and then they tell me theres a $50 security deposit, when i asked the guy over the phone if that was the price and if i went in there the price wouldnt change, they are not for their word, i do not recommend

Place was filthy, has roaches, and a lot of things didnt work. Most of the staff was nice, but could do a better job keeping up with the place.

There is no free breakfast,no free shuttle to airport and the room service is terrible.they charge you if you ask for paper towels or tissues.Wifi service is horrible.

Had to kill at least 4 cockroaches and several other unknown insects on the walls. Didnt sleep, just waited for my flight. Hotwire really let me down with this one

I stayed at hotel for about two months my room was broke in my food and stuff was stolen and manager didnt tell me anything my son died and I had my son pictures in suitcase they stolen they put my son pictures and stuff from my son funeral in stair way of hotel my computer was stolen my son cellphone and my son classring and hotel would give my money back they put in dirt room dirt carpet no towel roach are very bad all in bed also hotel dont cleaned the room but one week dont change the blanket on bed dont cleaned out sinks dont change trash this worst hotel stayed at

No coffee pot no fridge no microwave falsley advertised and I really want to know if they are 199 weeklyMaybe maybe not

I wish I can give it 0 Stars inside the room I stayed at look very Rundown and the bathroom look like a gas station bathroom and the toilet didnt work and the elevators take forever to work had to take the stairs I dont recommend this hotel.

Very trashy compared to other Inns nearby. Terrible experience with the service aswell. And the gay orgies in the stairwells, OMG........

It was a very good place I recommend anyone go there I was there for a meeting with a friend and I left satisfied with the cleaning us and the amenities of the facility

They get no stars. The first one we were suppose to be in had a dirty washcloth still in the bathroom and the next room the couch was filthy.

The hotel was a mess it was going through construction and I felt like you should havent have let people stay there because of the mess

The price is fair. The accommodations are nice with plenty of room. The staff is friendly and the location is ok.

Too expensive for what it is, plus they are not exactly pet friendly, they want $25/day pet fee that you dont get back.

Great place too stay when your on the North side of Houston. The Staff is awesome, and Johnson is the coolest Indian guy I know.
