A great place to get your smoke stuff. Friendly and helpfulI walked in.I knew what I wanted. I needed to get a new cartage. It was my birthday coupon that also made me want to come and get one.Was helped right away and was asked if I needed anything else. I actually remembered I need glass screens. So I ended up coming out with those screens as well.I was in and out within 5minutes.Get the rewards guys when they have sells theyll send a text message.It may not be a lot off but its definitely better then paying full price all the time.Definitely will be back as long as I live nearby

I chose this shop over others in the area for several reasons: the staff is GREAT, always friendly, helpful, warm; the selection of products is diverse and of higher quality (no cannabinoid duds here); they’re willing to listen to customer feedback about products and are super understanding if a device malfunctions out of the box (not their fault but they are really good about switching out the defectives). They also have a reward program!
Definitely one of our favorite shops. Usually the first place we go to for vape coils, e juice, really anything vape related, concentrates, disposables, glass pieces AND employees who are not only pleasant and friendly but who know their products. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. Clerk at the store created a very unwelcome shopping environment for me AS SOON AS I WALKED IN by making fun of my vape & juice THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM. I’m rocking a $90 vape and spend $20 on 60mL of vape juice frequently when I’m out. Making fun of your customer is NOT good customer service and it’s NOT conducive for business transactions. That guy should not be in front of a customer ever again. I will tell my friend’s to avoid Phoenix Rising from now on.
