I didnt catch her name. But this was my first time going in there and let me tell you she was as sweet as can be explained every single price took her time talk to me just kind of chit-chatting. Ill definitely be back!

This smoke is one of the best smoke shops I’ve been too in humble staff is knowledgeable and nice the shop is always clean and nice,the manager over there I such a nice guy I bought a few vapes from there and he gave some free samples I can try out,I highly recommend this smoke has everything you’re asking for and more

I explained to an employee exactly what I needed. She sold me the wrong charger. I contacted the store and spoke with the owner and told him what happened and that I needed to please exchange for the correct one. When I tried to return the item at the store, the employee called the owner. He got absolutely violent on the phone and cussed me. He refused to do an exchange or refund. It had not been 48 hours since the purchase and I had my receipt. He told the employee to make us leave the store and that he was calling the police. I also have a witness…Another customer that heard and saw everything. Please do not shop at this store. It was absolutely wrong to talk to or treat a customer this way. I never leave negative reviews about anyone. I will not ever return to the store. I will tell everyone I know not to shop here. I am going to slay this business on every website that I can find. I’m also turning him in to the Better Business Bureau and going to dispute the charges with my bank. Nobody treats customers like this! I also feel sorry for the young lady that works there. I also cannot believe that anyone would talk to their employee like he did.

I have to give this shop 5 stars, and it’s simply because of the customer service. i don’t usually go to smoke shops but i decided to stop in because i was pressed for time and Dina was so helpful and sweet. This will definitely be my new spot even if it is a little out of my way because of her. they are also decently priced. so 10/10

I had such a great experience here today but it was also short lived. The store was so neat and easy to navigate thanks to the clerk Dina, absolute pleasure and trooper we chatted for a bit but I hurried things along because it was very hot inside the actual store I mentioned it thinking it was just the transition from the outdoor heat but she apologized and informed me it was the store aswell. I assured her it was no need for apology on her part and offered water which she ended up having plenty of but I want to go back tomorrow hoping for better temps inside so I can browse more and check in on her.
