I came in for the first time and was a great experience, came in second time last night and the lady working helped me out a lot. Only complaint is I bought a mystery bag for 49.99 and some.of the juices are going to expire before I can even use them. A disposable vape was not able to be used because it was leaking in package. I called.and the gentleman who answered the phone said that they wont replace it because of it being in a mystery bag and you get what you get. Im so beside myself that they wont fix it. Anyway other than that I will return when I need something.

I just wanted to give my hats off to John and Nicole. They really know how to treat their customers with making them feel like they are always taken care of and always very very courteous and respectful. You better keep these two because they are very good at what they do and I think they both need a raise. Thanks again for all you guys do to go out of your way to make sure the customers are happy. Awesome awesome job! It is very hard to fine employees like these two!

Usually a great shop. Sign says 24 hours, big neon sign flashing the word open is on, doors are locked. If youre going to flake on your job at least close down your open sign.

The people here are very nice. They are pretty quick to help you and they I are fairly knowledgeable about their products. That said they have products there that you become physically dependent on. And they dont do a great job of keeping them in stock. So I think that whoever is doing the ordering for the store needs to do a better job of inventory so that they can keep everything in stock that they carry. Because if it werent for my not being able to get what I need often I would give it five stars

Used to like this store.....Went in today to buy some coils.Saw the mystery bags that they have everywhere. I have seen these all time but never bought one. Today I decided to pull the trigger and buy one for 49.99. The bag says up to $299+ retail value. This sounds like a great deal. Got to the house and opened up the bag. It was loaded with alot of stuff 5 disposables,5 bottles of juice, outher smoking devices. I was amazed at the quality of items. After looking closer at all the juices and disposables all were expired. One of the bottles of juice was from 2016,some were so old the tag was unreadable. I thought damn this sucks , so I called the shop and was told basically this is the risk you take there is nothing we can do. So I guess byer beware!!! I paid them 49.99 to throw away their trash. You got me vapor maven this time but never again I will be doing my business with companies that care more for their customers!!!! Have the day you deserve vapor maven

The chick who worked overnight was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me and I could not appreciate her more!!

This place is great always really nice people but for some reason anytime I come at night time or early morning because I work overnights they never take a card and only take cash so makes it very inconvenient

Great store ! I love the employees ! I usually come in late at night and I’ve dealt with a girl with blonde hair a few times and she was lots of help. Very polite and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked questions…. I seen the review about the woman being mad the doors was locked at some point in time and I feel like people don’t take into account that the people that work there are human just like us. Maybe they needed a bathroom break among many things. Anyway I’ll definitely be back and recommend this store every time! Thanks Vapor Maven!

The bigger guy is a douche flute. The wife and I bought two vapes a month ago, she went up there today to get coils, she was unaware of which coils so I sent her a text message of what to get, she showed this message to douche flute and instead of helping her he told her he couldn’t sell her anything because I sent her a message of what we needed. (She’s 42 and it’s the same guy we bought the vapes from a month ago)

I moved to Missouri a couple months ago and stop into this location regularly since. The staff are all remarkably knowledgeable and polite. Even if my question seems stupid they are helpful and understanding. The selection of products is great and vary greatly on price serving the full range. I am pleased with everything, and happy to have found a new go to store.One thing I will say is I am told there used to be a loyalty program that was ended. If this could be re-examined that would be great. I spend about $100 bucks a month at this location and am sure there are folks that spend more than that. If there were a loyalty program in place that would entice further purchases.

Awesome place!!! I dealt with Sean a few times and he’s a great guy!!! He spoke with me for awhile and helped me get a new (amazing) vape and juice!!! I’m old so I don’t know much about that stuff but he explained everything very well!!! Will return for all my vape store needs!!!

Probably the best vape and Kratom shop I have ever been to! John and Jerry are the most knowledgeable guys I have ever talked to when it comes to there field and I network and talk to a lot of people. John is the go to guy if you need to know anything kratom or CBD or natural medicine related to talk about. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand many things that I had questions about and was incredibly honest about what he thought I should do when it came to my kratom purchase instead of just trying to push another bad product my way (which to many people do). Because of this I ended up buying from them today. John is a great guy that I know will he a valuable asset to this company for years to come. Jerry was one of the most knowledgeable guy I have talked to as far as vape stuff as well that I have spoke to in a long time. He spent the time to go through so many different options with me and took the time to find the perfect juice for me as well (believe it or not PB&J by Jam Monster). I will be using these guys as my go to from now on. Come on in and vusit them and kick it and have a good conversation and learn something ;)

The WORST customer service. These people act so bored of everyone that walks in. Definitely switched to Aqueous. At least they answer your questions.

I dont think Ill be using this store much longer and if I do i wont be taking recommendations from the cashiers perspective anymore. I go in there A WEEK ago to get a new battery for my vape and I asked the lady what her opinion was cause they didnt have the ones I wanted in stock anymore and she hyped up this blue block wolflux one and it literally didnt last longer than a week only thing I did was charge it up

Came in around 10 pm for a vape when I saw a homeless woman standing out in front of the store walking her dog. As I was getting out of my car she shocked me by going inside and hastily putting up a piece of paper on the door when I was about to go inside she locked it and ran to the back. The sign said “Be Back Soon” which for a 24hr store is wild. Don’t be going back because of this.

This place is a joke. Employees are devoid of any product knowledge. Whoever was working February 8th 2024 at 4pm was the rudest woman I’ve ever met. Rude.

I go into this vapor maven all the time. Ive strictly stayed loyal to this store because of the employees. Until today. Lady in the orange sweatshirt wouldnt tell me her name, was stuffing her fat face and being rude as can be spitting all over while spouting something about the law. I showed her the all the IDs requested by her and still just rude as can be. Now Im gonna buy from the Internet and save money because of one employee. Sad day.

Never seem to have popular items in stock, will scream at employees in front of customers, has a manager who wont do her job and pawns off her responsibilities to associates. HR will not accept feedback, and the second an employee gets frustrated at any number of problems HR and MANAGEMENT created, they turn their back on that employee. After working here, I do not trust a SINGLE thing that they sell. Watch the weight of the Kratom bags, some are wildly off, the bulk gummies come in ziplock bags with maybe a flavor, strength and rarely a batch number. Items from warehouse are often open, a few dozen items were used (talking full mods, coils etc) and its up to the employees to do a final quality check, disposables and juices come ALREADY EXPIRED and they know it, some devices they send to stores are discontinued so good lock trying to get coils/pods for them. Maybe other locations are better, but until the manager here gets off her high horse, actually gets a drive to do work, and gets anger management, things wont change, especially when the regional manager is her husband.

Staff is friendly and they have a decent selection. Only gripe I have is the 14 day return/exchange policy. If you are going to spend somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 dollars on one of these things, they could guarantee it for at least 30 days. Mine literally fell apart on the 15th day.

So I lost my Vap 🤦‍♀️ and I went back to Vapor Maven and I am still kinda new to this all but Amy who was working is so freaking awesome!! She probably spent a half hour to 45 minutes going through every vapo most just to find the right one for me give this woman a gold start lol

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in here to buy some gummies for my elderly disabled mother, she told me what she wanted and I went in here to pick them up. The gummies that I bought when we got home and opened them up we’re molded and melted into liquid, when I looked at the expiration date they were expired by over a year, I called and the guy who answered said I could come back in and he would give a refund. No one ever gave us a refund or even store credit. After dealing with this for over a month still no solution.

Staff is great but the owner John unfortunately is a prick. I used to go to another store a few hours away and was ran much nicer plus not going through as many employees

I can’t believe I just discovered this place. I’ve been paying almost $30 a bottle of vape juice at the store for years, since the Pact Act that made buying juice online $30/btl instead of $8 like it used to be. Here, the exact same brands are $15. They have a humongous selection. Everyone who works there is nice and knowledgeable. Big John and Mat were super helpful, I felt really welcome my first time stopping in! 10/10 recommend: best prices in town, friendly staff, great selection. Can’t beat it.

A little bit over a month ago I needed to replace a mod which Kristin helped me with and then I asked her to put a new coil in a tank I had but it was screwed on too tight with tools by someone who shall remain nameless that we could not get it unscrewed. We tried several tools and a few of her guy customers even tried with no luck, but Sam came in and said try to soak it in warm water with a bit of dish soap for 15 to 30 minutes so we did and Kristin and I tried again with no luck. Then Kristin tried using some scissors with a bottle opener on it and pliers and she finally cracked it open. I am forever grateful to them! I left one happy customer that day! You girls are the best! They are always happy to help you whatever vaping problems you may have. Five stars Ladies!!!

Friendly staff with quality products

Anyone trying the viva extreme green extract need to be careful.. its more than double the strength of standard kratom.. I didnt think it would be a big difference but it really is.. start with 1/4 the amount you usually take and adjust from there..

Started shopping here because shipping vape supplies online become cumbersome, instead of dealing with that, decided to support a local store. Was spending money here regularly and sending friends here too. Last month or so theyre constantly out of stock of our preferred pods. Constantly. We have been buying them regularly here and call ahead to check if they get shipments because they seem to perpetually not order enough supply. Found them at other businesses locally though.Today my husband called ahead to see if they have pods in stock, yes we have a few. No mention of rationing...Great, drive to the store. Going to ask for probably 2 - two packs, my regular purchase. These pods come foil wrapped 2 pods to a pack. They say I can only buy one. Ok fine, so my trip isnt wasted, one pack is fine. To my surprise... Clerk lady grabs scissors and cuts the foil two pack in half. We can only sell one pod, theres a shortage. I ask please double check with whomever is allegedly in charge. Yes, the authority figure confirms, theres a shortage!! One pod per person per day!!I told them to keep it and went online and immediately ordered 10 packs (20pods) with no problem, cheap shipping, got a few disposables somewhere else on my way home. They cant keep supply ordered and made up a whole shortage to cover for their poor management thats been going on for weeks. Good luck with that.

The last two times I’ve been here, they’ve been extremely rude to me. One time they gave me the wrong product, and wouldn’t let me return it two hours later because I didn’t have the receipt that they never offered me. The most recent time they were very rude as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, and the coils they gave me none of them work at all and won’t let me get a new pack. I am not new to the vape world, and I know that bad batches happen, but I have never been told “too bad” over a pack of bad coils.

I want to say thanks to employees Nick and Amy. I walked in they were so helpful and enjoyable. Amy went out of her way to help me find what I want and need. She even looked at other brand stores because vapor maven was out of what I wanted. Thank you Amy. Nick was awesome.

Tried to be patient. Staff took their sweet time, they were conversing among themselves. There were no other customers. Came back three different days they said they would be stocked up over the span of a week. They had inventory but hadnt put it up. Better to buy online, and cheaper.

The service people were extremely knowledgeable about their products. They were friendly and took the time to see that I was completely satisfied and all my questions were answered. They also have the most extensive product stock of any store,of this kind,that I have ever been to.

I did shop here but will not any more. The signs for pricing is not the actual price. 19.99 means 24.99, the 50 dollars off when u reach 500 points is no longer.... they have screwed their customers with these changes and advertised lies. I was standing at the register about to buy what was marked as 19.99 and the clerk said he cant change the fact that the computer rings something up at 5 dollars more then the price clearly displayed under the product. I dont think i will spend another dime here.

Awful service I walked in with my girlfriend and was immediately refused service wouldn’t even look at our ids. Do Not Go HERE, This is not what happened. When you loose your social security you have to send it In for a new one. When my girlfriend tried to show hers he claims she was buying it for me and refused service I offered to wait outside the store many times. And nor did I anyone ask anyone to brake any laws. The reviews below are awful glad I didn’t give them business. Keep your store up to date and have good customer service. Soooo many reviews about how rude you guys are.

This was my first time there. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about their CBD products that I had gone in to check out! I got a few things he recommended! I definitely will try other things he was recommending later too!

Used to come here all the time but recently its been going down hill. Their constantly out of things and never have the right equipment or drops I need. Some of the staff is knowledgeable but others are not and clearly shouldnt be working there. This store has definitely lost my business.

Would give this location a 0 star if it was available, I dont understand this location, they almost act like a monopoly for vape products, theres barely any vape shops around here so they get to charge premium prices for mediocre products. Staff are very rude. Everytime i call up there to see if they have something in stock because everytime i go in there they dont have what i need, its like im an enemy, and im pretty sure its the manager answering the phone, you can tell they dont care about their jobs. If i had to recommend something id tell you to go to Aquarius or just get it online. Its save you money and hassle. This company/this location will die if they keep their ways up.

They messed up on one of my juices last week. When I took it back into them they admitted the mistake and made it right with no hesitations at all. This is what being a good business is all about. Everybody makes mistakes, but few own up to it and make things right with the customer along with a positive and apologetic attitude. I will continue to shop there and recommend to anyone.

Get in store, employee has no mask and I think I dont need to wear mask too but another employees start telling me put the mask on. No answers at my questions why your employee has no mask, finally I got the answer she just get in ..same with me - I am just get in too !!! It was aveobeoslsly not fair and negative stressed. You have a rules which you not following first and confused customer.

Worst experience ever will never go back

Stay away from here if you dont want to be ripped off.I bought a disposable vape pen for nearly $70 after taxes. I was not given a receipt. It stopped working after just two days so I brought it in to see if they would refund or exchange it. They refused to help claiming that the manufacturers warranty is only 24 hours and they couldnt do anything beyond that without a receipt (which, again, I wasnt given when I bought it). I showed them the transaction on my bank account and they said that wasnt enough. Ended up walking out with a broken vape, a $70 hole in my account, and nothing but a shrug from the employees.Im pretty ticked now and wont be spending a penny here again if this is the quality of product and customer service on offer. Id rather drive all the way to a shop downtown like Its a Dream on Broadway or Sacred Leaf in Westport than risk getting ripped off here again.

This place has gone down hill! Ive been a loyal customer since this location opened and has always been my go to and favorite shop. Seems like the good crew all left last month and I havent had a positive experience since! Staff is rude, doesnt acknowledge you and just help people that have walked in after you while you just stand there waiting. Not to mention they hardly have anything in stock or better yet, they tell you they have it but havent gotten around to putting it out yet. Too busy talking to eachother and ignoring customers. Definitely going to find a new vape shop.

Their customer service is ridiculous, not only did they sale me a vape kit that u had to buy the batteries separate.. u would think a kit would be ready to go but u let me walk out the store not even able to use ur product I drove all the way home to have to turn right around to buy batteries... The workers seemed bothered by my questions and just over all rude.. would suggest u go any where but HERE!

Purchased a device and when I asked the clerk the ratings on the device she said they were new and didnt really know how the device rated. I told her that I would come back to give review. I took the device home and charged it for several hours and it would not charge. I returned the item for exchange and the clerk told me that I had to have the tube and receipt and could not exchange for store credit so I could just get another device. I live over 45 miles from this store and came here because I was in the area. He refused to lete jus t returned for store credit because he couldnt ensure me that this wouldnt happen again. Rude service, he talked over me and continued on to say I was a liar because I told himWhat the clerk said at the time of purchase.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

First time visit today. Mary, the store Manager made my visit wonderful. Not to many retail stores you can enter these days with staff that is knowledgeable, curious and friendly. She most definitely knows and loves her line of work. My new vape store, hands down! Thanks Mary!!!

Bought 2 vaporizer batteries, one was defective. Brought in them and showed that the one was not working the same. Was told they didnt exchange or refund when defective, and I am out the cost of one of them. I cannot shop somewhere that doesnt back up my purchases for defects. Not coming in again, was okay shop but afraid of the policy and also the vaporizer wasnt that great of quality in general (top one they had for those thread types).

The store has a great selection and a good vibe. The customer service is great... Once you get it. The wait is long and if you are trying to make a quick stop... Go elsewhere. If youve got time to chill and socialize, this is the place to go.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Lied to by staff was told I had 14 days to exchange a device. Customer service at this location is going down hill. Was given the wrong product and instead of owning up to the mistake, they all blamed me. Saying they ALL heard me say I wanted the wrong product. I have never used the product I got, so why would I ask for it?

Hands down the worst business I have been to in awhile. I did not know that children were allowed in. So I stood in the doorway and asked if someone could come to the door. They all stood behind the counter doing nothing, and acted as if walking 20 ft to help a customer was an out of line question.I said oh sorry, Aqueous comes to the door for me. Well we arent Aqueous. That same man spent the time talking loudly to his friends and cussing about another customer bringing in her 6 wild monkey kids in.

Reasonably priced disposable vapes and super friendly staff. The selection of disposable vapes is impressive and they do a great job of keeping the best ones in stock.

I went into the Vapor Maven to spend $30 on some juice on Friday Sept 16th. There were two other customers in the store at the time. I entered the store and waited. And waited. The long-haired guy at the counter ignored me completely for 10 minutes as I stood dumbfounded as to why. The employee never even made eye contact with me! Nothing! It was clear that the other customers in the store were more important than me. I left and took my business down the street to Aqueous (where they were exceedingly quick and helpful).Vapor Maven- you lost my business permanently.

I usually dont review restaurants/stores unless the experience is either amazing or horrible. This location falls in to the latter category. I have made 3 visits there in the past 3 months, and every time Im there recently I stand waiting to make a simple 2 minute transaction for 20 minutes or more. And it has gotten progressively worse each time. I have walked out twice after waiting 20-30 minutes without even being acknowledged by the younger male employee, who appears visibly distracted and unfocused while he attempts to conversate with other customers, even if Im there before them. This never happens when the older employee is there, who is always expedient, polite, and accommodating to everyone equally. In fact he came out of the office once to correct the younger employee when he overheard that he erroneously told me that some me that certain coils were out of stock. This wait of 30 minutes never happens at the Oak Grove location, and even if they are busy they prioritize customers and take care of everyone. Oak Groves location is the only one Ill patron from now from now on.

Super disappointed this use to be my spot. Havent been in town due to work for awhile come in to cash my loyalty points to get a rig. Just to be told i wasnt in thier new system. Convenient, will be loyal to another place. The vape shop up the street has great prices and actually values your loyalty.

They never fell if they run out of a fluid thats in stock that is your favorite guaranteed someone in that store will find your second best and will be just as good if not more awesome.!.

My husband and I, over 40, visited for the first time a few days ago to get some CBD oil. The guy with blond dreads and beard was very rude, made us feel stupid, and acted as if we were inconveniencing him. We both felt very rushed and unwanted. Another customer walked in as we were leaving and he was rude to her as she asked about Kratom. Wow!! I was so excited to visit this store since it was closer to our home than downtown KC, but now I dont think we will be back.

The e-juice is always changing and getting new stuff in. The selection of Kratom and CBD is really big and pretty good. They always have different music on so it is not the same thing over and over again. Did I mention the free pool table in the store? I couldnt believe it when I started coming into the store. The mods and tanks and kits are always changing as well.

Since moving here this has been my one and only stop for my smoking needs. Knowledgeable friendly employees never had a bad experience. Thanks guys

The juice and all the products in the store is always changing with new products coming in. They play pretty good music and it is always different when you go in. Couldnt believe they have a pool table that is free! If you want Kratom, they have a ton of variety.

Horrible service at the noland rd store. Ive come here for years. This is the last time Ill set foot in any of there stores. the house juices turn black in the tanks. And when I asked the staff about it, the guy said its a house juice and cheap for a reason. I feel like Im throwing money away going there. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Never have want I, rude staff when you ask for when products will be restocked. Shelves always empty, would NOT recommend unless your just looking becareful you wont get help then either. Worse store EVER!!!!

Mobile pay has been broken for almost a year, the manager today told me it will never be fixed. I thought vapor maven was better than this. Its 2022 mobile pay is everywhere. Very unprofessional.

Want to switch from smoking cigarettes to vaping, to quitting...know not a lick about it. Gazillion devices to choose from🤔. Thank Goodness for the knowledgeable young man, who answered every question, and knows his vape devices, and cartridge fillers, by heart!-)! Highly recommend! I just tried to return a brand new box of coils they sold me. They screwed up and gave me the wrong product after I told them exactly what I was looking for, .27 ohm cleito coils with the orange seals. These are .4 coils with black seals, a completely different product. I cant exchange them because they have apparently never even carried the product I had asked for. They refuse to refund my money. My first and LAST experience at Vapor Maven. Go somewhere else if you care about customer service, because they dont care here.

Well I walked in and asked the lady if she had a charger or something that would fit my own. So she pulled out a brand new one and started looking at it and seeing which one would fit. She wouldnt allow the part to actually be hooked up to the device. She was just saying she hopes it fits. That doesnt work for me. So I ask her if I buy it and it doesnt fit what do I do? She says well..theres not much we can do. So I end up buying the new pen and a cartridge. And in the middle of my transaction. She took a ph9ne call and the person talked and she didnt explain to me that she didnt have a freaking charger until she handed me my change. I was confused and go wheres the charger. She says oh Im sold out. If you were sold out I wouldnt have bought the darn thing. Then I tell her to throw the old away and i left and decided I wanted to keep it. Asked if she could grab it from the trash and she goes the trashcan is there. I had to dig through the trash to get my stuff. Im sorry but working customer service Im apalled. They have a good selection of cbd products and other pieces. The only upside to that.

I would rather withdrawal from nicotine than ever step foot in this business again. We switched here during their grand opening because their prices were cheaper than Aqueous. That is not the case now. They dont even offer real customer points anymore. You get to buy a cheap mass produced Vapor Maven hat with your reward points instead of the juice or price off purchase. Big F U to the loyal customers. We dont want a hat or shirt to promote you for free, we want to be valued and get a deal for spending money continuously at your business. The customer service over the last year has been atrocious. You can walk into the empty store with 5 employees sitting around vaping, and no one acknowledges you. They just sit around cussing and talking about people, even other customers that like just left, and act like your presence is a burden. To make it worse, they NEVER have coils in stock or conveniently stop stocking them so that you need to buy something totally new. They say something will be on the truck, never offer to let you know when the truck is there, and then the coils are never on the truck. This place did not use to be like this. Again, the last year has been ridiculous. I will be back to Aqueous. Vapor Maven isnt even a better deal, now that all your points get you is cool merch. What a joke.

Looked up the Voopoo Drag 2 online for Big Smoke Clouds ☁️ ☁️ and Got exactly what I wanted! They even set it up for me. Good prices Nice people, Ill be back for sure!!! 😏

They sometimes have my coils. They also sometimes have the juice I want. Customer service was better today, but is mediocre in general. I keep going back because it is affordable and they have a good rewards program.

Staff is great, very friendly and helpfull. They have a big selection of premium and house juices at good prices, as well as equipment, a CBD selection, and a rewards point system. I enjoy my trips to Vapor Maven more then any other vape store.

Selection of vape mods is pretty narrow but otherwise its a good shope

Bought a vape here that was recommended by the staff. The vape comes with a disposable pod that must be replaced every two to three weeks. Since buying the vape the store has been out of the pods every time I have went by or called. Checked many times with staff replying every time sorry were out. So now I have a vape that is useless, bought from a place that couldnt care less.

I have been to vape maven 4 separate weeks looking for coils for my big baby tank i purchased at your store every time there are none in stock all I hear is the truck messed up each time.Each and every time i have been there with cash money you do not have products i need who does the inventory?If your selling out of coils in one day should you not order more or do you not like profits,your manager has failed at inventory or earning you top profits in my business we stock what sells i do not want to miss one sale do you?Is this a hobble or welfare for hippy vape heads employees

Extremely kind and very helpful. No such thing as a stupid question here. I ran out of newport red 100s and instead of going to buy another pack i ran up the street to this place. They set me up with a smok stick v8 i know nothing about e ciggs and i havnt had a ciggerete since i left this place. Even the customers that were just chilling there were super happy too it was inviting. Thanks

Was sold the wrong coil for my tank didnt know this tell I got back home, said they couldnt give me money back or even exchange it for the right coil. Kratom prices are way to high as well.

Don’t go here! The female staff is very rude, especially if you bring your children in! Don’t act like I have a choice whether or not I bring my kids in. Also, the entire shop smells like weed, and a certain female employee smells like weed. Unprofessional!

Never have coils in stock. Staff apparently cant read, because they gave me 3mg juice when I asked for 6mg on multiple occasions. No use in going back when Aqueous Vape is down the street.

Helpful staff allot of assortment of juices and CBD products but sometimes unknowledgeable about vapeing devices and coils ie. Build your own the difference between parallel and a series box batteries needed ...amps which could be dangerous for new unknowledgeable vapers I would still recommend going but studying up before you go if you are new to vaping
