Kure CBD & Vape

Went to the store today to get a few things but was a bit unsure on what exactly I wanted on a few of the things but the staff was super helpful. The manager Christina was super polite and really gave a great energy. Nat was the most helpful as she helped me narrow down to some juices I liked and helped with a replacement coil. Ive been going to this location for awhile and those two as usual are always top notch with how helpful they are along with how friendly they are its just a great energy with them there. Trust me even if you need something really simple they got your back and will help you out. If you need something quick they can help you get in and out quickly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I meet because they are that top notch I love it here.

Great people here, manager really knows her stuff. Its rare to walk into a business now days and get to have a chat with the person running the show, so that was cool. As a fellow business owner, I can tell theres a lot of pride and love going into this place. Shop was clean, a lot of smoke shops are messy, everything was well lit and the vibes in here were very welcoming and friendly. No sketchy products in the THC section. She got me set up with everything I needed and more, showed me how it all works, and told me a lot of information about the THC vapes I didnt know before. Very cool place. Will be checking out other locations, happy I stopped in here.

This place was awesome. I went to 3 other places for a specific piece and this store was the only one that could help. The area manager Kristen (maybe Kirsten) was fantastic. She accommodated me with what I needed and was super knowledgeable. Phenomenal vibes all around. Def would recommend and will be going back.💯💯

The staff is always amazing here but Jake is the man. Every time I walk into the store I see Jake creating an environment that is welcoming and enjoyable. He goes above and beyond to help other customers and myself.

My wife and I have been customers at this location since they opened, but recently the service has gone down hill. I dont know if its new management or just poorly chosen employees, but the last few interactions here have been horrible and tonights was top tier intolerable. You should not shop at this location.Weve been in plenty of times with one of our kids with no issues. This evening after going to dinner, we made a last minute stop in with our son. He had never before been asked to go outside or sit in the car or, as he was tonight, for an ID. There were 2 people working whom Ive never seen before. One was super friendly the other seemed like something was off the moment she emerged from the back. One, umpromptedly, decided to make comments to my wife that we all needed to be IDd and because my son didnt have an ID they couldnt talk to him about products (he never asked the employee anything).I took time to chose 2 new flavors, more coils, and picked out a replacement pen for my wifes busted one. Then while at the check out my wife casually asked me if i needed anything else, which sparked my kid asking my wife and I what something was. So I explained and informed him what that was. At this point the employee who had just been in the back on their cell phone comes back up and says we cant proceed cause it seems as if hes (my son) is a part of this transaction. They made some comments about the manager watching cameras and listening in on the audio. I asked to speak to the manager so they called her and I was told it was because I was telling my son what the various parts of the products were. After retorting that reasoning made no sense i was told well you wouldnt take a kid into the ABC store and tell them about all the different alcohols. After replying that I would make my kids informed, and that ABC stores dont allow kids in all she could state was that there are multiple signs about being 21+ all over the outside. If thats the case why wasnt he asked to wait outside/in the car when we arrived? Why have they never been asked before.I get that Im just a very small piece of this places income, but I chose to spend my money there cause of the people that were there before. They were amazing, informative, mature, and made you want to shop there. They made you feel like a regular. Unfortunately, its obvious thats no longer the case. This place needs an entire overhaul. I repeat, you should not shop here.This blatant corporate CYA response just proves my point even further and showcases their incompetance. If this is in fact the policy, this should have been stated upon entry, not DURING check out after 30 or so minutes of shopping around and picking out products. Not only did this mean we could not make our purchase from there. We did not have enough time to go to another store to fullfill our order that night.I hate to be a whistle blower, but that wasnt the first time weve been in the store with a child/teenager. Weve gone in on multiple occasions with our kids or with friends that have had their kids with them and made purchases while having conversations with the kids about what we were buying. Maybe this store should be investigated by the FDA or local law enforcement.

Purchased over $200 worth of product last week. Didnt try to use one of the vapes until yesterday, it doesnt work. Was told that the return policy is 24 hours, so Im out of luck. I had intended on swapping the vape for one that works and also purchase more product. Definitely wont be back.

I wanted to like this location. It is close to my residence, hardly ever crowded and in my direct line of travel on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the service here sucks. If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would but I had to give at least 1 star to leave my review. There is a male employee there that is absolutely useless. He never knows the answers to basic questions, he is extremely unprofessional and he does not care that he is a horrible representative of the company. Very disappointing is an understatement. The store on East Independence is the total opposite however. They work hard to earn your business, they know the answers to basic questions and they care about the customers experience. Although it is totally out of my way to go to the Independence location, my experience there is always superb. That store manager gets it. If you are looking for a vape shop that you can trust and establish a bilateral loyal relationship, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.

I came in late night right before closing and Jake helped me out more than I could have expected. There was an issue with my account and he is following up with me about it tomorrow! Highly recommend this location, been going here for over a year!

I had problems with an online order. I had emailed customer service and nothing was resolved. I had the pleasure of meeting Christina at the Sun Valley store in hopes that an in person visit would provide me with a solution. She gave me wonderful customer service and spent time trying to get my problem resolved. I could not believe how nice and customer friendly she was. I will definitely be coming back to this store!

I’ve been in Kure in Sun Valley (Indian Trail, NC) a couple of times so far. Each time, I spoke to the manager, Christina. She is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m new to the CBD world and she knew how to target the right product for my desired outcome/needs! Prices are also reasonable. I’ll be coming back to see Christina for any future products. Thanks!It’s been a year since I last wrote this review above, and I’m still going to Kure in Sun Valley. After using CBD for awhile, I’ve settled into vaping Delta-8. I use it primarily for sleeplessness, minor joint pain, and anxiety. It truly does “take the edge off.” Everyone who has helped us each time we go into Kure has been super helpful and very friendly! I continue to recommend this location and Delta-8.

Great experience here and I really enjoy every visit They are all super friendly, give you a lot of good information that makes the whole process easy. The flavors they make in store are really good to at a good price. Try Bettie White or Trap Sauce!! Shop is clean plus they gave me a mask when I accidentally forgot mine at home which was cool not a lot of places do that

I had an amazing experience with the Kure Monroe location. I have known Christina and Courtney for years. I’ve also been assisted by both of them at multiple times at different locations receiving flawless help, great advice when lost or confused, while also remaining completely respectful, professional and easy to work with. This location and its employees is immaculate.

Ive been a customer at Kure for five years (my location is Sun Valley, Christina is my fav.) have always had the best experience. I can honestly say its the people that make the difference.The first time I came in was at the Noda location and Mason was able to recreate a flavor i was use to from where I moved. The only thing I could say is I really miss being able to get that flavor On the Money

Excellent service, a very friendly staff who invites you into a conversation not only to help you find what you need but one that also hits on a personal level. There was a woman complaining when I when I walked in and the guys behind the counter handled it like true professionals! They were nothing but kind & helpful to her & she left happy! Absolutely could not have delt with that better if I tried.

Best staff ever. Hands down just overall the best place to hang with friends or even by yourself. I know the staff personally from how often I visit and the are highly knowledgeable and over the top friendly. I know them by name and they know mine and it’s always a pleasure to strike up conversation with any of them. They have free WiFi, and a very nice pool table. All the furniture is really comfortable and it always smells great inside (of course it would though haha). They have a decent sized selection of mods, tanks, and juice and can set you up with whatever you need when you need it. I’d give the place 10 stars if I could!

Went to Kure on Tuesday, spent $32 on a vape that has 9000 puffs. Just 48 hours later, the juice ran out. Now, I usually get a 5000 puff vape and it lasts me 8 to 10 days.I went to kure to tell them what happened and they basically told me that because it has been passed the 24 hour mark, they can give me 15% off another device... What!! Ive been a loyal customer for as long as kure has been there. They just lost 4 very good customers. Terrible way to treat the customer who just spent $30 and left a tip!!! Outraged!

So happy to have a Kure near me now! All the staff there is great and very knowledgable about their products. You have to try the Banana pudding. I love that the staff knows me as soon as I walk in like we are old friends. I keep coming back for the great juices & staff. Thanks Jeff & the rest of the staff at Kure at Sun Valley.

Very nice and helpful staff. They made sure I knew what I was doing and even set up the device for me to make sure I had the best experience. They asked questions about what flavors I do or dont like and my tolerance for nicotine to make sure i was getting what I needed/liked. 5/5 will return.

I thought the store was beautiful and the set up was classy. The lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and since I’m new to vaping (except for products like Juul), I didn’t really know what I wanted my new “flavor” to be. She helped me come up with a Carmel Macchitto since I walked in with a Starbucks cup. I was skeptical not being able to try it but I felt better with the “bring it back if you don’t like it” guarantee. I signed up for the membership before I went in and I was happy to save $6 on my first purchase. Even though she couldn’t find my name at first. No biggie. One thing, I don’t like that I can’t see the savings on my receipt. It made me wonder if I “actually” saved the $6 or not. I like to see the discount on my receipt. It’s just me. Considering I am a new customer and don’t know how much things actually cost. It’s just something you might want to consider. The only other complaint is that she was the only person working (not really fair to her) and I felt really rushed. I would have liked to test my vape out in the store and ask more questions. I honestly would have bought more items, possibly but I didn’t feel like she had the time. There were three other guy customers waiting and I guess they were more important at the time. But, on the UP Side, I love what she “whipped” up for me. The spearmint is my go-to (from another store) but this one is a great treat to switch to every now and then. Thanks so much! I’ll be back for sure! My advice would be have two people working and show the actual savings or discount you receive with your points. People like to see that. Or else how do I know for sure? Never make people feel like you don’t have time to 100% complete a transaction. You may have lost business with this chick. I had money to burn...lol!

Employees are friendly even gotten to know them more personally as time went on. Great selection of equipment and juices and their own brand of juice is delicious. You can even mix their juices to make a combo. Has a pool table chairs and TV making a good hangout place for vapors and there friends.

Im headed out of town for business, I live in Indian Trail.Couldnt find my favorite juice anywhere and have to leave tomorrow.Never been to Kure but last night I found them online, sent them an email message asking them to please let me know via text if they have the juice I need. Zach texted me before they even opened today to let me know they have 1 bottle left and theyre holding it for me.Service like this? Few and far between. Excellent business, great customer service.Ill be going back to Kure Sun Valley from now on.

House juice is to high for 30ml. I pay 16 to $18 for 60ml for name brand. Had to give up on kure juice just to high. $22 to $24 for 30ml. Love their juice just hate the prices.

This place has an amazing selection of ejuices, CBD products, and vapes (including refillable pod vapes). My only issue was waiting 45 minutes for the employee to acknowledge my existence when there was only one other customer in the store. To be fair though, the other customer didnt seem to know what they were really there for so they probably needed the full attention they received.

Great location, atmosphere, and customer service! I love being able to sample their most popular products. The lady that help me was very informative and polite. If you enjoy vaping this is the spot to visit.

Love that this place is Veteran owned. The fact that they have a bar with beer on tap and some TVs to watch is also a great addition. Add some type of munchies and this place would be simply amazing. Not many places you can drink a beer and vape in. Very kind staff.

Ive been vaping on and off since about 2012. I havent had many issues with vaping until recently. A couple of months ago I developed a strange swelling in my throat that vaping seemed to make worse. Based on some research, along with the expertise and professionalism of the Kure staff @ Indian Trail, it looks like I can conclude I have a sensitivity to PG (Propylene Glycol) which is a prominent ingredient in vape e-liquids. The fix for me was to come up with a custom max VG (Vegetable Glycerin) formula, which the Kure staff assisted with. We tried a couple of times until we got it right, and so far, so good. Im super appreciative for their help through this endeavor, and for how they stand behind their products. Thanks, Kure!

Im sorry.. I love Kure I really do. One of my top choices of vape shops. But my very first time into this location I got just a 30 ml of juice (because they didnt have he coil I needed in stock) I asked for sugar cookie and it taste like out dated cookie dough 😕 but now I got the same juice, and Im assuming by the same recipe, at another location in the arboretum in Charlotte just a week ago and it was DELICIOUS as any juice Ive ever asked for is at that location. This is closer to me now but I may jus have to use a different shop. Sorry guys. Best of luck

Omg! These guys are amazing! I have been on CBD for my chemo and many issue resulting from my condition. These guys were amazing at explaining the different options and trying to help me find something stronger than what I was doing because it wasnt helping. My tolerancy has just become so high. These guys went out of their way to help. They went WAY above and beyond to help me find a better option than opting for my MMJ card. Thank you so very much!
