Its a shame that big tobacco is going to put this place under, because these are some of the nicest people you will meet. Theyre knowledgeable about all their products and deserve a visit before NC rips businesses and jobs away from the little guys. If big tobacco thinks that removing competition will bring people back to smoking cigarettes, then truly they are the complete idiots we all know them to be.

Excellent store to buy Vape liquid. Mini Vapes to choose from if you need a new one. Very good prices an excellent help. They are also Patriots because they give military discounts!

I went in asking for recommendations on Nicotine Salts and THCA Devices, and I was quickly pointed to exactly the type of thing I was looking for. Good Selection, Nice Environment, and a very approachable and respectful staff when I visited. Definitely going back.(Side Note: Their D8/THCA Inventory is great. As someone who has been smoking top shelf for 15+ years I was not dissapointed.)

Great store and selection but the girl who owns it is kind of a snarky know-it-all.Had to basically convince her I knew what I was doing so she would quit explaining vapes to me like I had never owned one.Just because someone has an issue with hardware doesnt mean they have no idea how any of it works.

So we have made this shop our go to because of the great selection, prices and overall friendliness and knowledge that the staff has. But, let last night I needed some coils and the manager Christy went above and beyond in helping me out. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers! Everybody there is absolutely fantastic, but I wanted to recognize her after a stellar experience. Christy, you’re the best!

I can not sing the praises of this place enough.First off when I first went in there I left with a detailed basic knowledge of what I was getting into. The owner of the shop, Mark, took about 30 minutes to discuss my needs, explain what was best for starters, and tell me some good tips in the mean time.When I decided to step up to a mod I walked in and bought what I thought I would want. Things didnt turn out so well with that device but these guys were great in fixing the problem. They gave me no flak what so ever. I ended up leaving with an even better box mod at the same price point.Bottom line is that this place is simply fantastic. Prices are competitive but the face to face service is just unmatched in the area. Whether you are thinking about vaping or a veteran they have what you need. Their juice line is great and although not the absolute cheapest on the market, You get what you pay for. Keep that in mind.If you are on the fence let me say that I had no coercion in writing this review. After months of solid service I have to sing their praises publicly as I can. Mark and crew keep up the great work!!!

Husbands mom and dad do work in NC and found Vaping Xtreme and we are so glad they did. They have the best vaping juice, no one can compare to it. The customer service is awesome as well, had the chance to speak to Mark and Caleb and they are the nicest people ever. Keep up the awesome work, we will definitely keep ordering from you!!!

The moment I walked in Jenna greeted me with a welcoming smile. Vaping Xtreme has never let me down until they closed their location on south blvd. However she made the long drive worth every minute. After visiting other vape stores, i was highly disappointed at the lack of knowledge and care provided. Again i cant stress it enough. Very welcoming! I dont consider myself a professional vaper. I have been to numerous stores that almost make you feel shunned if you arent one. Not here!! They welcome you as soon as you enter their store and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and educate along the way. I was very pleased with my experience there. I highly recommend!

By far the nicest vape shop Ive been to. The girl working there is friendly and very knowledgeable. They didnt have the juice I was looking for, so she wrote it down said they would have it soon. Also, they sell craft beer! Spiked seltzer, and IPAs. Im pretty impressed with the place!

My sister and I come in all the time and absolutely love it. Mark and the rest of the staff are so pleasant and personable. We’ve not gone to any other shop since we’ve come to Vaping Extreme. Definitely go check them out, they are absolutely awesome!!

I was in town for training and dont live anywhere nearby. Stopped in on a whim and was blown away. The store looks fantastic, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is a very cool and down to earth guy.They do online orders, and after spending about an hour with their staff trying flavours, I will absolutely order at a later date.I dont see myself being in the area again, but if youre nearby, this store is the place to go.

This place is awesome! Mark, Jenna, Krista(sp?), Asia and Matt, along with the whole Team, are the best anyone could ever expect. We think about that when looking for QUALITY vape products and supplies at reasonable prices. They truly care about their customers and obviously enjoy what they do 200%. I love the people that work and run this place. I used to go over to the one in Matthews but the drive really sucked for me, so I jotted down a handful of flavors I liked and started ordering online. Luckily they opened up shop down in south Charlotte and life has been a lot easier.

By far the most knowledgeable store in Charlotte. Their in-house standards for e-liquids and products are much higher than the industry standard.I definitely recommend. Great tour on the maps section that shows the inside of the shop as well.

If i could give less than a star i would. My vape i had for 2 days which came with a manufacturers warranty suddenly stopped working. It lit up like it was but nothing came out. I brought it in thinking i had a 30 day warranty which i did. Apparently the oh so smart smart lady at the front deemed it faulty due to damage cause by dropping it. If i did drop the vape it may of happened once or twice by falling out of my pocket. This was from office chair height as well. Now i understand the warranty may not cover physical damage but when it stopped working i explained i had not dropped it at the time. I go too the tobacco shop near the license plate agency all the time and that guy has replaced numerous items for me over a year or 2 with no questions asked. I guess you get what you pay for..... oh wait they are also way more expensive here. Regardless what your rules are i dont deal like this. I work in sales and take care of any customer i deal with in a much more effective manner. You should be happy and not mad leaving as a customer. I wouldnt buy from here unless youre getting juice (which is $5 more). Not to mention apparently there is no store manager to talk to, which i was told by the lady up front. She said i can call in but it wont do me any good. That is super reassuring. When this store opened they were friendly and took care of their customers. Im not sure what happened, but i will never be back again.

Being from Knoxville, TN the prices are a good amount higher than what I am used to but it seems to be the standard here in Charlotte.Great staff, wonderful selection and quick to check-out.Also, the cashier and I talked about the tv series Rick and Morty, so that is a win in my book. :)

After 36 years of smoking, Mark finally was able to help me figure out the combination of ecig/liquid to get me off of cigarettes. All of the staff is awesome! They will take their time with you and answer any questions that you may have. They also have super awesome liquids and a great selection of ecigs. Prices are great!!

Moved here from Texas not too long ago. and needed a new place to buy my vape stuff. And I have to say, the staff alone are well worth the visit! They were nice and friendly.and very helpful. But the liquid is good too in my opinion. I got the menthol blast, peppermint, and cool blue BlackBerry. And the prices are basically the same I paid back in texas.

One of the best vape shops in the world. I was helped by a very knowledgeable and hard working girl with blond hair. She was amazing. She did the job of four people and still had a smile. Definitely deserves a Christmas raise, even though she was wearing a stinkin Lakers shirt. But seriously, awesome store and many, many different flavors and venders to choose from. Went in clueless, hoping to quit smoking. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They set me up with an EVOD and I havent had a cigarette since. Walked out of there spending less than $40 as well. Very pleasant experience, will definitely be going back!

Love this shop! Great people work here and they are always accommodating to my constant curiosity of everything vape related. Bought my first Loch Ness Mod here. It’s now my my favorite mod. I’m a juice DIY’er. I buy all my concentrates from Vaping Extreme. Best quality I’ve found so far. I’m excited they are moving into a bigger showroom this fall that will have a lounge area to vape and drink coffee. Nice to hangout with fellow vapers.

Only vape shop I go to in Charlotte. The staff is so friendly and welcome all , whether a regular or a newbie ! Also very knowledgeable of their products . I was told to check out Extreme Vapes in Indian Trail, NC. I am new to the area.. I have been vaping for a number of years so I know what things should cost..On that point they are fair with pricing... I purchased their brand which is quite good and at a fair price.But what amazed me they had a Pyrex part that is extremely hard to find for my Aspire Plato.. I have checked vape store and vape store nothing so I packed it away thinking I would get it on eBay well they had it to my surprise.. The 2 young ladies were extremely helpful. I mentioned the name and behold they had the coils which I didn’t need.. I figured I would ask about the Pyrex replacement, to my surprise they had it!! This shop is definitely a place to shop they have a great assortment of oils plus their brand which I wound up getting plus the Pyrex. It kinda made my day when I got my Plato back in working condition... Thanks guys

We are from Georgia and were visiting our Aunt. I bought a vape from our hometown and couldnt use it because I choked so bad. My Aunt Judi took me here and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They told me the vape I have is for the more advanced and talked to me about a little one for beginners. My wife and I both got one and we love them!! Well be non smokers in no time!!! Iv been to many vape shops and hands down this is one of the best. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. They have a large juice selection and are more than willing to let you try them all either on your own dripper or on one of their testers.

I go here all the time! As an ex smoker and current vaper, it is important to me that I can go somewhere and not feel like Im getting ripped off or unappreciated.Some other vape shops (lets be specific, Madvapes & SAFP) have continued to made me feel like Im not cool enough for them...ok. Then my money is too cool for them! (They have also sold me junk on more than one occasion)But, I digress...Vaping Xtreme...my favorite people to buy from. They always remember us when we walk in, the try to sincerely help us (not just upsell us), answer any questions we have, and they always have a lot of patience with us.They make me feel like they actually care if we come back or not. The other day we walked up to the door and it was locked. They had been closed for over a half an hour. They walked right over and let us in. I mean, who does that?! Vaping Xtreme has my loyal patronage.Also, their juices are far superior to any one others. They have a lot of premium brands (I LOVE The Vial) but there own juices are awesome and my husband only uses those.

By far the best customer service. Was passing through Charlotte they closed at 4 and here it was 330 I was not close by no means and said they would wait on me to arrive. Guess what they did 430 I showed up and there they where waiting. Love the tank I got from them and a very nice store stay and talked a bit and back on the road. And unfortunately with the majority of these shops I found one or more grievances such as poor customer service, lack of product knowledge, over-priced Mods and PVs and/or pretentious employees blowing clouds at the newbies. However, occasionally you come across a store that has none of these negative attributes and thats how I became a loyal customer at VapingXtreme. The combination of Marks progressive take into the vaping industry, his well-mannered knowledgable staff, market leading prices, a plethora of the finest ejuices and fun relaxed atmosphere is just what the vape community needs. Worst experience i’ve ever had in a vape shop. the girl working recommended this vape to me so i got it and my vape stopped working after 2 days. i gave it another chance and charged it and it still didn’t work so i went to go return it and she said it showed signs of damage and she couldn’t do anything for me??? i didn’t damage the vape at all and she didn’t even try to help me at all and she was too rude about it

Broke my Exceed Vape earlier in the week. Indian Trail was out of stock on inventory. Called up Christy....she stopped by the Monroe shop, picked one up for me and had it down at IT the next day. Now thats what I call World Class Vape Service!!! Way to go Christy, and thank you!!!!

Staff was very helpful--even though I am brand new to vaping and had a lot of basic questions, they did not make me feel dumb.. Nothing but helpful! And they new exactly the parts I needed and the parts were very affordable!

I tried another shop because it was closer to my house. Never again. But hey, at least Mark and the crew took me back with open arms.ETA: This is not all that I should say about this shop. I showed up here 4 years ago with my asthmatic husband in tow. Hubs told me I either switched to vaping, or we got a divorce.I didnt want to be there. They asked all the right questions. My favorite was, What do you want it to taste like?My answer was, I want it to taste like a f***ing cigarette. And they made it happen. They got me started on something I could handle.Eventually, I got my sense of taste back, and I didnt want it to taste like a cigarette anymore. Ive gotten pretty on board with fruity and tropical flavors, but I still want to keep the pen-style vape.In the years since, Ive gone up to bigger and better vape pens, but theyve never pushed me towards a box-style vape, which is something I dont want. They always let me know if theres something new I might want to try. Jenna and Caleb are extra deserving of a shout-out, Mark.TL;DR: Vaping Xtreme may have legit saved my marriage.

Very very good place to shop for anything u might need.. All staff are awesome and very helpful.. I was helped with my new setup after I was allowed to try different box mods and tanks and juices... I was even helped by the owner on a day that they happened to be closed, he sold me some coilsheads in my vaping emergency.... Special thanks to these guys and especially Kat for being patient with me.....

Ask for Josh when you come in! He knows exactly what he is doing and wont sell you anything of low quality. Also, this specific store lets you try all of there juices before buying for only 10 cents

I bought a product less then a month ago and now its leaking at the base and were you plug the charger in, went to store to exchange it they told me they couldnt, I dont recommend this place they dont stand behind what they tell you I spent a lot for this vapor now I have to buy another one and it wont be there, mad vapes is were Ill take my business from now on and I will let the bbb know how they do business
